Hi, Simon, the discussion can be with your health practitioner who has a wide view of alternative methods. Previously, I thought that it is discusting but when I imagine this picture of bowels full of waste, it makes me shiver. It does not mater how you look but if you carry some pounds of the same waste year after year, it sounds disgusting. Bowels have connections with organs. When walls are dirty, nutrients can not reach blood. There are plenty of people who have skin problems, headaches, gas and so on.

We need ask questions about our body. Health is most important asset after time.

Sorry for your mom. Most important that she is fine now.

All the best, Nemira

Interesting article about colon care as this is something only a small minority consider. I have heard of colon cleansing through an enima via proffessionals but didnâ€t reailse you can purchase your own enima kit.

In our family we have what seems to be generic polyps growing in the colon leading to mum having half her bowel removed and regular check-ups quarterly to check whether any have started to grow again. Fortunately she seems to have got rid of them now however these check-ups still go on today, nearly twenty years on.

Iâ€m not sure whether the doctors have advised an enema or not but sounds like a great cleansing method yet a horrible thing to discuss.
Thanks for letting me know,
Simon.

In reply to Scott.

Hello, Scott. Food and lifestyle is important factors which can make us healthy or sick. Plenty of us sit in office or spend time on the couch. We do not walk so much as before. Children do not move as it was decades ago. I heard from somebody that going to the place where kings go, is normal twice a week. Can you imagine what is going on in intestine where temperature is warm and food can ferment and spoil.

We care about clothes and we do not think what we have inside us constantly if we do not take care of our body.

Plenty of doctors recommend this simple procedure as enemas. Do you know that your gut is connected with brain through nerves? Many of high officials could benefit from enemas.

All the best, Nemira

It is so true, we really do need to take care of ourselves. With the foods that we eat and the environments we live and work in, we need to pay attention to our colon health. I have never like most given this much thought, but now because I am getting older I know that I need to pay more attention to it. I never really ever gave a colon cleanse or enema a thought, but you actually make it sound worthwhile. Thanks for this perspective!
