This advice is so various that sometimes your head can spin from enormous information.

For well-being, you need to have a natural,  good sleep, eat full of nutrients and food in small portions, and exercise.  It means that you get up from the table, feeling a little hungry. This sense will pass because food in your stomach will signal the brain that it is here and start to digest.

To exercise is compulsory for everybody because more we are busy, more our bodies need to be flexible and ready for more significant challenges—there so many concepts how to improve yourself. Do you get smarter? In this information age, everybody uses the computer and knows how to google one or another term. Do you get more thoughtful? The information on the Internet can be fake or real. How can you differentiate false news from the truth?

I think if you do not hide somewhere in jungles without the Internet, you follow some stories about the critical election in the USA.  It is funny to see how fake news influences so many people.

Everybody can create a website nowadays. Write content, add images, and spread it on social media using popular hashtags. You can get followers fast enough because people like to know what is going on.

If you have protection for your website, nobody will see who the owner is. Convenient, is not? The pattern is the same as many years ago. Always will be people who take advantage of others. Fortunately, if you will know how to choose, you will be protected from disappointment. It works in all areas of life. Politics or great dinner they all get feedback which can be falsified.

Words on paper can lie. The feedback can be written by people who never have been to this restaurant. What can you do? Word of mouth, in this case, works. Respectable and independent sources of information provide facts and pieces of evidence — consumer Reports in the USA work without influence from companies and manufacturers.

Does it  Worth of Time?


We see people, and most of them are hungry for information. Do they check what they read? The data can be good food for the mind, or it can be junk food for us.

Children are sensitive to information. They absorb every word they hear on TV, at home, or outside. They can not decide what is wrong and what is right for them. I think that it is the same with adults. They are mesmerized by empty shows and endless TV series. The information provided on TV keeps them stagnated like glue.

There is high production on TV, no doubt. However, we could spend our time better, improving ourselves and the surrounding world.

Everybody who writes a book, creates a show, movie, or play, or has a website influences people. What forces visitors will get and choose is opt for them. We can stuff our heads with information that does not have a real foundation. It is just gossip or lazy imagination.

Of course,  if we want to escape reality, we go to the movie, play video games, or use gadgets that transfer us to the virtual world.

Unfortunately, in the end, we are back to reality. What happens? If we have a pleasant, relaxing experience, we can think of better positive thoughts, expand our imagination, and adapt it to reality.

It is confusing nowadays that people follow emotions, not facts. The reliability of points is essential. Why?  Because if we believe everything that is said to us without checking and proving, we will stay in one place without progress or go back to the Middle Ages.

The perfect example is fake profiles on Facebook, which use the information to mislead people. It is easy to pretend that you are a natural person, but the reality is different. It is the same with dating sites where teenagers from Nigeria hide behind computer screens and lure victims to the scam nets.

Emotions are part of our lives. However, Nature created us to think, not just react to various triggers. If we do not believe so, everybody can manipulate and push us in a convenient direction for somebody else. Of course, if you do not care about the consequences, you can live on autopilot. Robots are in the same way. Somebody programmed them, and they perform various tasks. It is your choice what to choose: freedom of the mind or convenient nonexistence.

How Smart Are You?


We need to be wise regarding what we read, watch, or listen to. Our minds do not have enough capacity to acquire all the information from the whole world. If we do not brighten the space in our heads using meditation and contemplation techniques, we will have clustered minds.

It is not an emergency. We can not move forward without the accurate and proper information.

We have limited time. If we want to achieve something in our lives, we must choose carefully. It works for everything. Our health, finances, and decision-making depend on our choices. We have what we prefer. Nothing or nobody is to blame.

It means that we must be smart about everything. Choosing the right mentors, friends, where to live, and education would help us move on from one step to another. The quality of life depends on our decisions. We do not waste time proving what is right and what is not. Independent sources provide complete information which we can use for making up our minds regarding various topics.

For example, in the Internet world, plenty of scammers offer fast and easy ways to become wealthy.  Freedom for health is the most important thing on Earth. Without the freedom to be healthy and choose what helps us, we would lose the ability to enjoy life thoroughly. Health is an asset, a number one asset.

We do not understand the importance of health until something happens. We think that we know that is good for us and we will get help, but there is plenty of evidence that there are plenty of dark corners where scary truth hides. Besides it,  bad habits such as smoking, overeating, and unlimited alcohol consumption can disturb and catapult our lives in a different direction.

Be Informed


The information from doctors, scientists, and researchers help us use knowledge for our great sake. Being informed will let us live fulfilling and healthy lives.

I see many people who suffer from obesity. Obesity is associated with diabetes, high blood pressure, joint pain, and low self-esteem. Nobody wants to be in this situation when you can not move freely, and clothes do not look in the best way. Okay, we can skip the importance of clothes. Most important is our self-esteem and its impact on our health.

When we love, we do not eat our problems. We solve them. Sometimes it can be an endless circle that damages our health. It will happen until we do not analyze our habits and behavior.

We think that all the information provided on TV is for our good. Unfortunately, most of us do not pay attention to sentences where the voice speaks fast about consequences. The impression of appealing ads removes all honest thoughts about problems in the future.

What Do I Mean?


Most of us do not have absolute freedom to find the real truth about what is good for us. We get information, but it is surrounded by false messages, which lead to problems.

For example, if you will not pay attention to your surroundings, lifestyle, and nutrition, you can create a path to chronic disorders. I know that the Twinkies commercial was good, but the amount of sugar and calories is impressive.

I talk mostly about health because it is an essential asset except for the time. When we do not have the freedom for health, we lack the right information to make beneficial decisions.

I know that animals do not ask what is going on, but people must have the privilege of health in various ways.

Nutrition and lifestyle are the main factors that can guarantee successful living. When we are healthy, we can take care of ourselves and our healthy ones. Without it, we cannot concentrate on other essential things. Of course, there are exceptions, such as Stephen Hawkins or Nick Vujicic. However, the lack of proper knowledge stops us from making the right choices.

Health Is the Gift


Health is a gift. If we do not harm ourselves, our health will reward us with the freedom to live a rewarding life. I remember when Oprah Winfrey said on her show that she is thankful every morning for the ability to get from the bed and tie her shoes.

Usually,  we do not think about how we are lucky. We can walk, talk, and hear. We can think and analyze situations. However, we stuck with the daily routine. Many people lack sleep. They do not eat properly. I mean that they consume food like pizza or snacks until they get home.

Energy, soda, and juice with plenty of sugar load our bodies with empty calories. If we knew how to preserve and cherish health, we would save money and time for better and more pleasant things.
