Calcium and Magnesium in Electromagnetic Fields

July 28, 2022 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Calcium and magnesium in electromagnetic fields can save you and make a miserable one simultaneously. How does it happen?

Calcium

Calcium is an alkaline mineral in the same way as magnesium. Previously, people prized calcium as an essential mineral for bones, teeth, etc. Calcium supplements were popular and taken into the body without any consideration that they can be harmful in the long run.

Why?

Calcium has a nasty habit of overflowing cells, especially when magnesium is deficient in the body.

According to Dr.Carolyn Dean, a creator of ReMag,

Dr.Guy Abraham, who said that in order to protect the fluid inside the cell from becoming saturated with calcium, there is a magnesium-dependent mechanism that shunts calcium in and out of mitochondria. But if calcium goes in and doesn’t come out because there isn’t enough magnesium to maintain that shunt, mitochondrial calcification occurs and eventually results in cell death

The Magnesium Miracle, Dr.Carolyn Dean,390

How does it happen?

Calcium goes through cells’ gateways. All nutrients do like that. However, excess calcium can kill cells. Efficient magnesium stops calcium at the gates of cells and lets in the needed amount, no less, no more.

Magnesium acts as the guard for cells.

Magnesium guards cells from the excess calcium

I guess that you know that magnesium relaxes muscles and calcium contracts. In this way, too much calcium overexcites cells, and it leads to the cell’s death. Thankfully, magnesium prevents that.

Additional calcium side effects

The excess calcium creates many problems, such as

  • Constipation
  • Kidney stones
  • Changed urinary frequency and infections
  • Arteriosclerosis or vascular calcification
  • Deposits in the brain that can lead to Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, and dementia
  • Calcium can affect glucose’s ability to enter the cell
  • Deposits of calcium in the smooth lining of bronchial tubes can cause symptoms of asthma

Everything like that can happen when the body does not get enough magnesium. You would tell that we get enough minerals with food. It is an opposite story that is swept under the rug.

Corporations that have enormous fields do excessive farming. There is no rest to the earth. Besides, corporations use chemicals that do not recreate lost soil.

What does it mean? It means that people are deficient in many nutrients and minerals because of the poor nutrition of plants and animals in the soil.

Okay, let’s go to the main topic about calcium and magnesium in electromagnetic fields.

Now you understand the importance of magnesium and calcium. Both minerals are essential. Unfortunately, calcium starts to misbehave in artificial conditions such as electromagnetic fields.

Elana Freeland, in her book The Geoengineered Transhumanism, cites Tim Rifat:

…all mobile phone users can be behaviourally modified at the cost of developing cancer from low-level microwave exposure from the phones they constantly use, stressing the neural network by constant calcium ion efflux and interference with bioelectric fields.

The Geoengineered Transhumanism, Elana Freeland, 42

4G and 5G technologies create a constant electrosmog of Wi-Fi fields.

Mobile telecommunication towers

Affected stem cells produce oxidative stress on the voltage-gated calcium channels(VGCCs).

Do you see where all it goes?

Wireless technologies are not a joke. It is a severe threat to our health. Why? Millions of ions per second load into our cells via the voltage sensors in the plasma membrane encapsulating each cell. It leads to an increase in cellular calcium, nitric oxide, and intensive signaling. The consequences are a stressed immune system that cannot correctly fight chronic diseases such as irritable bowel syndrome, Lupus, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, Type 1 diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, and so on.

Doctor Martin Pall, Ph.D., a professor emeritus of biochemistry at Washington State University, points out that

Complex calcium signaling overload is a domino effect behind many autoimmune symptoms, from cataracts and breakdown of the blood-brain barrier to lowered nocturnal melatonin and increased nocturnal norepinephrine, and metabolic weakening.

Calcium’s role in the body

Calcium participates in the release of neurotransmitters and the regulation of synaptic structure and function.

The constant and intensive electromagnetic radiation triggers excessive calcium 2+levels(CA2+) in mitochondria. It can lead to cell death(apoptosis).

Additionally, artificial electromagnetic fields prompt double-strand breaks in cellular DNA when increased hormone levels exhaust the body.

Simply, the excess calcium in the cell overexcites it. The cell can die at any moment after calcium overload.

Additionally, calcium and magnesium in electromagnetic fields behave differently. EMF stimulates calcium overflow into cells, leaving magnesium to act as it was before: protecting cells.

Where is a solution or prevention?

Do you remember Dr.Carolyn Dean’s explanation about the correlation between calcium and magnesium?

Sufficient magnesium guards cells from the excess calcium. It does not matter if there are EMF influences or calcium supplements; magnesium supplements do the trick: help cells stay alive and flourish.

Knowing that not all magnesium is equal in quality and bioavailability is beneficial. Why? You can choose and use the best magnesium supplement that does not have any side effects. Why again?

Some magnesium supplements will keep you in the bathroom for a while, and you can also lose valuable minerals and nutrients.

You will feel miserable if you take magnesium supplements such as magnesium oxide that absorb only in the 4% range. There will be no protection from calcium overload, only lost time spent in the bathroom.

What is the best supplement that gives full benefits of magnesium mineral?

ReMag is the best magnesium supplement that gives the body relaxation, replenishment, and protection.

Why is this ReMag so good?

  • ReMag supplement is a pure pico-ionic magnesium solution
  • ReMag does not have any side effects
  • ReMag absorbs at 100 percent
  • ReMag is many times more concentrated magnesium supplement compared with angstrom minerals.
  • ReMag ions are so tiny that they go straight to cells without reaching the digestive tract

You can read more about the ReMag magnesium supplement here.

Calcium is essential to the human body in the same way as other minerals. However, the excess calcium triggered by electromagnetic fields can harm and kill human cells. Who needs that?

Sufficient and bioavailable magnesium, such as the ReMag supplement, protect cells.

Of course, if you live close by a 5G tower and are surrounded by constant Wi-Fi, you need more help from companies such as Blushield.

Blushield devices, magnesium, a proper diet, and the right lifestyle are saviors during these turbulent times.

Besides, being aware of your surroundings will help you to take proper measures against various invaders, harmful technologies, and unexpected turns in your everyday life.

How do you protect yourself and your loved ones from electromagnetic fields and excess calcium?

Why Take Magnesium at Night

July 19, 2022 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Why take magnesium at night? Do you sleep well? Good for you. If you do not rest well during the night, you can benefit from pure magnesium that goes straight to cells without side effects.

Importance of sleep

Everybody knows that sleep is vital and beneficial time. There is no evidence that people without sleep could perform at their best.

Of course, some exceptions exist, such as the legendary Napoleon or Winston Churchill. However, they are a minority.

According to NCBI ( National Center for Biotechnology Information), people who get enough sleep have less risk of getting these diseases such as

  • Obese
  • Heart disease
  • High blood pressure
  • Kidney disease
  • Diabetes
  • Stroke

There is a correlation between sleep dysfunction and gastrointestinal diseases. People who do not sleep have bowels, stomach, and liver problems. These situations disturb sleep. It is a vicious cycle that can be interrupted with a change of lifestyle and complete nutrition.

How does lifestyle affect sleep?

Particular situations do not let sleep well or disturb sleep. These causes for not sleeping well or not sleeping at all are:

  • Arthritis
  • ADHD
  • Anxiety
  • Alcohol
  • Caffeine
  • Constipation
  • Heart disease
  • Nighttime cortisol surges
  • Pain
  • Hormone shifts
  • Depression
  • Dementia
  • Restless legs
  • Fear
  • Stress
  • OCD
  • Exercising without sufficient magnesium

Thankfully, all these causes will be gone after sufficient magnesium and other nutrients. Why? The body functions well when it gets all its needed nutrition. Nutrients build and support materials for proteins and various systems such as enzymes.

How does magnesium help to sleep?

Magnesium can relax muscles. Restless syndrome, spasms in legs, painful muscles after exercise, stress, panic attacks, or fear do not let people relax and have a good time for rest.

Think about how you can sleep when your muscles ache or your brain spins from unsolved tasks, stress, or malnutrition.

Besides, your muscles can be twitchy and restless. Your body is hyper-alert, and the slightest noise or vivid dream will wake you up.

It is an absolute nightmare, especially if it goes on and on. Knowing how magnesium helps to relax and promotes sound sleep, it is easy to answer a question: why take magnesium at night?

Dr. Carolyn Dean’s explanation about magnesium’s role in sleep and when to take magnesium

Most people find magnesium better than a sleeping pill to help get a good night’s rest. Others, who suffer from leg cramps, restless legs, fibromyalgia, or general muscle tension, take magnesium at night and find that it diminishes pain and tension and helps them sleep.

The Magnesium Miracle, Dr. Carolyn Dean, 464

The role of magnesium in helping you to sleep

Good sleep

This mineral takes part in vital bodily functions such as:

  • Magnesium flip-flops age-related neuroendocrine
  • Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) is the primary inhibitory neurotransmitter in the human brain. GABA enhances sleep and reduces stress. Magnesium binds to GABA gates, increasing their effects
  • Sufficient magnesium lessens inflammatory stress helping sleep better
  • Study shows magnesium increases plasma melatonin in rats. Melatonin is a sleep hormone.
  • Other studies show that a lack of sleep increases heart rate, raises plasma catecholamines, and reduces intracellular magnesium

I think that the most important trait here is that magnesium relaxes muscles. You cannot sleep when your body is tense. Besides, it does not help overall because it keeps you in constant tension.

Additionally, magnesium relieves stress. Of course, it is an emotional thing. However, constant worries, feelings of panic, or anxiety never helped anybody to dive into the kingdom of dreams.

Many decades ago, people used Epsom Salt baths to relieve muscle aches, get rid of stress, or relax. It is an old remedy but works perfectly well nowadays too.

Epsom baths are for external usage. If somebody prefers an oral magnesium supplement, ReMag is the best mineral on the market.

What is fascinating about ReMag is that people can take it externally and orally. Why?

ReMag, the flagship product of RnA ReSet company, is worth every minute of attention.

What is so fascinating about ReMag?

  • ReMag is a pure magnesium ion supplement that is stabilized and does not stick into clusters as other ions are accustomed to doing.
  • ReMag Magnesium ions go straight into cells. They are so tiny that they do not need to squeeze through cell gates.
  • ReMag magnesium ions are pico-ionic size.
  • ReMag Magnesium ions go into cells faster as they reach the large intestine. It means no side effects, such as rushing into the bathroom and leaving the good stuff behind you. For example, magnesium oxide absorbs at a 4% rate.
  • ReMag supplement contains 20 times more magnesium compared with other angstrom minerals.
  • ReMag magnesium is liquid. You can take it orally or externally. It means that magnesium will absorb through the skin.

You can read more about ReMag here.

Do you use magnesium supplements? Previously I used magnesium citrate, which worked pretty well for me. However, when I discovered ReMag through Dr.Carolyn Dean’s Books, I did not look back anymore.

More than 70 percent of Americans are deficient in magnesium. It is time to replenish lost minerals and regain balance for the body and mind. How about that?

The Best Magnesium for Depression

July 15, 2022 By Nemira Leave a Comment

The best magnesium for depression is a supplement with no side effects. Most magnesium supplements are famous for relaxing bowels and helping people to get rid of stuck waste.

Some magnesium supplements have unpleasant side effects

Milk magnesium, magnesium oxide helps to go where kings walk. It seems it is a good thing to get relief. However, you can stay longer at a quiet pace losing good nutrients because of insufficient bioavailability.

What does it mean?

Usually, magnesium comes with acid.—for example, magnesium citrate, magnesium chloride, magnesium threonate, and so on. The body does not absorb these supplements fully, and plenty of good things go down the drain.

I guess that sitting too long in the bathroom and not seeing results can cause depression too. It is my opinion, only mine.

Magnesium for depression

Let’s go to the main topic of this blog: the best magnesium for depression. The prize goes to ReMag, the best magnesium supplement on the market.

Main benefits of ReMag:

  • Pico-ionic mineral
  • ReMag goes straight into a cell that which does mean 100% absorption
  • ReMag is a pure liquid magnesium supplement
  • ReMag does not have side effects

What does cause depression?

Depression can hurt anybody despite age, especially at these exciting times. It is no relief, but knowing that a magnificent supplement helps to get rid of this condition is good news instead of all the noise you read in the mainstream media.

Depression can occur when:

  • Absence o lack of serotonin
  • Lack of dopamine
  • Overload of allergens or foreign substances to the body

How does magnesium help?

One of the 100 factors related to magnesium deficiency listed in Dr.Carolyn Dean’s book The Magnesium Miracle is depression.

It means that when people have enough magnesium in their bodies that absorbs well and does not cause side effects, depression may step back. What does it mean?

Depression occurs when the body is deficient in various minerals and nutrients. You can read more about this topic here.

However, magnesium plays an essential role in taking down depression.

How does it happen?

There is a link between magnesium and depression. When magnesium is depleted in the human body, people experience panic attacks, stress, fear, and feel depressed.

Remember that everything in our bodies is connected. You lose one mineral, which disrupts the whole system because of bonds between various systems in the body.

Magnesium participates in the creation of serotonin. Do you know that serotonin is the happiness hormone? A study shows that some people are born with the happiness gene. However, what can you do if you are often stressed and surrounded by environmental triggers?

You can take magnesium supplements ad replenish lost minerals. It is elementary, but somehow, many people choose to use chemicals instead of helping nature fix what went wrong.

Chemicals such as depressants cover problems for a bit of time. Unfortunately, many of us start to depend on them, and the vicious circle of over usage begins.

For example, Mayo Clinic points out a couple of risk factors from many others that can trigger opioid addiction, are:

  • History of severe depression or anxiety
  • Stressful circumstances

Think about it. If you could constantly take magnesium and other minerals, your body could function well and will not require chemicals.

Dr.Carolyn Dean expressed this topic well when she mentioned it in her book The Magnesium Miracle.

People do not develop anxiety, panic attack, or depression because they have a deficiency of Valium or Prozac. Our bodies do not require these substances for essential metabolic processes. However, we can develop a myriad of psychological symptoms because of a deficiency of magnesium, a nutrient our bodies do require.

Dr.Carolyn Dean, The Magnesium Miracle, 110

Do you remember when you laughed last time?

Many people take things too seriously. Of course, destructive events can show at any time for everybody, but why not help the body with magnesium in the production of serotonin.

As I mentioned before, sufficient serotonin keeps us in emotional balance. We do not fuss over small things and can concentrate on what is important to us: family, friends, wellbeing, hobbies, or goals that make our lives richer and meaningful.

When you laughed last time?
When did you laugh last time?

Magnesium is essential to keep serotonin in check.

You would tell that you got magnesium with food. Unfortunately, it does not happen as it was hundred years ago. Ninety years ago, USA Congress released a document about soil devastation. Do you think now the situation is better?

Why choose ReMag as the best magnesium supplement for depression?

It is simply because of the qualities of this magnesium supplement.

  • It is pure magnesium liquid, only magnesium ions, nothing more.
  • ReMag is pico ionic. Magnesium ions are so small that they go through cell gateways. Mineral ions do not stick in clusters as other ions do. They go one by one into the cell.
  • ReMag is bioavailable for the body at 100%. It means that ReMag absorbs fully.
  • ReMag ions are condensed more compared with angstrom minerals
  • ReMag does not have any side effects

The majority of Americans are deficient in magnesium. It leads to various problems such as anxiety, fear, emotional disbalance, and depression. Additionally, more conditions require magnesium. However, depression keeps you away from the joy of life and can interfere with your relationships, job, or wellbeing.

If you choose ReMag, the best magnesium supplement for depression, you can check this miraculous mineral here.

Magnesium for blood pressure

June 13, 2022 By Nemira Leave a Comment

The good magnesium for blood pressure works like a charm. It does help and leaves you with peace of mind that you are in good hands. Yes, the particular magnesium supplement ReMag can do that.

Why am I so sure?

I will tell you shortly about ReMag. This magnesium supplement consists of ions that go straight into the cell. I guess that you know that usual magnesium supplements have one not-so-attractive side. If you take too much magnesium, for example, magnesium oxide or magnesium citrate, you will go straight where kings go.

The reason why it does happen is that magnesium relaxes muscles. It is a significant effect; however, it does not serve as a case significantly when your blood pressure increases.

ReMag, created by Dr.Carolyn Dean, is different stuff. It goes straight to cells avoiding bowels. If you sprayed ReMag on your skin, it would go through it too. Is it extraordinary, is not it?

How does magnesium help with blood pressure?

Magnesium, especially ReMag, relaxes small blood vessels. Do you know that calcium restricts blood vessels and magnesium relaxes them? Yes, these minerals are essential to us. Unfortunately, when the body gets too much calcium, smooth blood vessels in the muscle lining can spasm. This process can cause a rise in blood pressure.

Additionally, if you have too much cholesterol on your hands, this stuff will connect with elevated calcium and line blood vessels. It is called atherosclerosis.

Of course, the cholesterol is not on your hands, but its higher levels show magnesium deficiency too.

Remember the golden rule: everything in our body is connected. The body manages the slight lack of various minerals for a while. However, later on, it shows multiple problems, as in our case, the blood pressure.

Medical terms on blood pressure

One quick note: I am not a doctor. Despite that, I worked as a veterinarian and learned medical terms in school; this thing does not give me the right to advise you on health problems. Why do I write about what stuff?

I look for answers and find them in books or websites of doctors. Recent events show how we need to be informed and look for trustworthy professionals who keep the Hippocratic Oath. Dr. Carolyn Dean is one of them who cares about humans at first and offers simple solutions on how to feel well.

After this explanation, let’s go to the medical terms.

Elevated blood pressure has the name hypertension. Over 50 million Americans suffer from this unpleasant condition.

Hypertension can be

  • Primary
  • Secondary

About 90 percent of hypertensive patients get it without a single cause. Mostly it happens to those who are obese, smoke, have high cholesterol, or experience stress. Salt excessive intake and family history contribute to hypertension too.

Secondary hypertension

Secondary hypertension happens when people have another disease.

How to deal with hypertension?

According to Dr.Carolyn Dean, the author of The Magnesium Miracle

A much expedient solution is weight loss, exercise, stress reduction, and magnesium to treat and prevent hypertension.

Dr.Carolyn Dean, The Magnesium Miracle, 184
Magnesium for blood pressure
Magnesium for blood pressure

I guess you think a joke is this advice to reduce stress, lose weight, or exercise. Maybe it is better to take a pill and wait until blood pressure goes down. Yes, you need to consult with a knowledgeable doctor who knows what they are doing. However, as mentioned above, these ways to prevent problems associated with blood pressure do not cost anything except taking time and taking care of ourselves. Magnesium for blood pressure can help to avoid unnecessary issues related to well-being.

Does hypertension hurt all people?

According to Dr.Carolyn Dean, older adults are more prone to slightly elevated blood pressure.

With the elderly and their slightly rigid blood vessels, somewhat elevated blood pressure may be necessary to keep blood pumping to their head, and extremities-and attempting to achieve a lower blood pressure in such individuals may cause dizziness and falls, resulting in dangerous fractures that could otherwise be prevented. A much more expedient solution is weight loss, exercise, stress reduction, and magnesium to treat and prevent hypertension.

Dr.Carolyn Dean, The Magnesium Miracle, 184

Do diuretics make unecessary mess?

It is known that medical professionals give diuretics to those with elevated blood pressure. This action relieves blood vessels when flushing out of the body liquids.

Unfortunately, people become dehydrated, and their blood thickens. It means that humans can be susceptible to clotting-related conditions. It is not so much fun, is not it?

Dr.Carolyn Dean mentions a doctor Fereydoon Batmanghelidj who says that dehydration causes hypertension. When the body loses fluids, magnesium leaves the body along with potassium.

Again, you see that in the body, everything is connected. The lack of minerals creates problems; without replenishing lost goodies, people can have more wellness disturbances.

Our bodies are not machines. They are part of Nature. We need to get all the necessary minerals that disappear after a disease or a sinful lifestyle. Minerals participate in hundreds of enzyme reactions. One of the most important minerals is magnesium.

If you want to get the full benefits of this precious mineral, it is best to choose the right supplement that provides full support for the body. ReMag, at this time, is the best supplement on the market.

You can check the information here to learn more about ReMag.

Side Effects Of Calcium Magnesium Supplements

October 14, 2019 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Side effects of calcium and magnesium supplements

Side effects of calcium magnesium supplements depend on the type of the supplement brand and the nature of the mineral. Would you ask that it is nonsense? Thankfully it is not a pink elephant dream but a real story about the importance of calcium and magnesium.

 The importance of calcium

Many of us think that calcium is one of the most praised minerals. Unfortunately, it is not valid. Nowadays, doctors find out that the excess calcium and the lack of magnesium lead to inflammation and calcium deposits in soft tissues.

Previously people thought that calcium keeps bones intact and robust without breaking up.  Yes, calcium is an electrolyte that plays a role in the digestive, muscular, and circulatory systems. Unfortunately, using calcium in excess, such as drinking milk, is suitable only for youngsters from cows who need to grow hooves and horns. Later on, animals stop and grow without milk. Do people stop? Nope.

People do not follow the laws of nature. They eat that is tasty and looks appealing. You would tell me, how about French cheese? They have more than four hundred types of it and seem happy consuming kilos of these products.

How does it happen that people in Europe do better compared to North America, especially in the USA?

 The difference in diets

In Europe, people eat more fibers and food rich in vital nutrients. There is not so much processed food around. Of course, fast-food chains show up. Fortunately, they are not so popular compared with the USA.

 Problems with calcium

Okay, back to calcium. People think that calcium is vital to keep bones healthy. It is true, but the same excess of calcium can create chaos in the body.

 How does it happen?

Calcium enters cells where magnesium guards the entrance. The excess calcium can cause accumulation, later on, hyperexcitability and calcification. It leads to cell death.

 The importance of magnesium

Magnesium prevents the body from calcification. This mineral lets calcium go into a cell, but it ushers it out when the cell does not need calcium.

According to Dr.Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D., the author of The Magnesium Miracle,

Too much calcium entering cells can cause symptoms of heart disease (such as angina, high blood pressure, and arrhythmia), asthma, or headaches. But if there is enough magnesium, it acts as the body’s natural calcium channel blocker.

What are the side effects of calcium magnesium supplements?

Pain from calcification

People who take more calcium and less magnesium can suffer from calcification. Doctors recognize the excess calcium as a danger to blood vessels. Besides, calcium deposits in the bladder and kidneys create stones. Not so much fun, doesn’t it?

Magnesium and calcium are antagonists. They cannot act without each other. However, magnesium is at concentration 10,000 times greater than that of calcium inside the cells.

Do you see the importance? If you take significant amounts of calcium and magnesium cannot protect cells from calcium overflow, you and I can be in big trouble.

Of course, it is not the end of the world, but who needs calcification, especially if you know that it leads to inflammation?

I am out because I know and feel the benefits of magnesium.

 The simplicity of magnesium

It is nothing complicated about magnesium. This mineral offers only benefits to us. Picking the correct supplement lets us avoid the laxative effect. You know that magnesium salts are famous for loose bowels. I do not favor it because I have more to do instead of spending time in a quiet place.

 Do we need calcium?

We need it, but we can get it from food, like bone broth. According to Dr.Carolyn Dean, the ideal dietary ratio for calcium and magnesium is 1:1.

 Wrapping up

The excess of calcium and the lack of magnesium in supplements can cause unpleasant effects such as calcification, which leads to inflammation. Without magnesium, calcium does not dissolve and deposits in soft tissues.

Taking the right amounts of magnesium and calcium will help keep the body balanced without disturbing vital functions.

If you would like to avoid the laxative effects of magnesium slats, check out the ReMag magnesium supplement. You can read about it more here.

Best Magnesium For Fibromyalgia

February 12, 2019 By Nemira Leave a Comment

ReMag is the best magnesium supplement

Best magnesium for fibromyalgia is a product, which does not have side effects, has 100 % cellular absorption, and does not cost arm and leg. There are plenty of magnesium products that help in one way but do not deliver reliable results.

 What is fibromyalgia?

Fibromyalgia is a condition that has symptoms such as

  •   Muscle and joint pain
  •   Sleep disorder
  •    Depression
  •    Digestive problems
  •   Incapacitating fatigue
  •    Neuralgia
  •     Anxiety
  •    Cognitive confusion

According to Dr. Carolyn Dean, the author of The Magnesium Miracle, this disorder results from toxin and infection accumulation from lifestyle and environment.

People are exposed to toxins and various chemicals from childhood. Prescription drugs are chemicals too. Many types of chemicals surround us. You can not find a clean spot; there are no unfriendly toxins.

The level of toxins can be different. However, during the lifetime, the accumulation occurs. You could tell that you are okay because you eat organic food, live in the countryside, and do not have any contact with chemicals always.

Yes, not everybody has fibromyalgia. Unfortunately, those who have it do not enjoy this condition.

How is fibromyalgia diagnosed?

  •   If a person has aches or stiffness in at least three parts of the body for three months
  •    Six or more characteristic, reproducible soft points in the muscles are named trigger points.
  •    When the rest of the disorders are excluded.

There are minor indicators that could point to fibromyalgia:

  •   Fatigue all over the body
  •    Constant headaches
  •     The sleep disturbances
  •     Swelled joints
  •      Tingling sensation or numbness
  •      Psychological and neurological complaints

  Happy news

Dr. Carolyn Dean found out from her life-long experience that 50% of fibromyalgia symptoms can disappear using the right amounts of the proper magnesium.

The other 50% of symptoms are associated with yeast overgrowth.

 What does it mean?

ReMag is best magnesium supplement

If you use the suitable magnesium and get rid of yeast, you can escape the misery of fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. With magnesium, everything is clear. You use ReMag, one of the best magnesium supplements. I could tell that it is the best because it goes straight to the cells, pure pico-ionic magnesium ions from magnesium chloride.

Compared with angstrom minerals, it provides 20 times better value because it is concentrated and contains only magnesium ions.

Okay, everything is clear with magnesium, which will help with fibromyalgia.

 How about yeast overgrowth?

How do you deal with these unpleasant creatures? You need to follow the yeast detox protocol.

You can scratch your head and think about how it happened? We can not remember why chronic fatigue or fibromyalgia bothers us. I believe that it is too gentle the word “bother.”

However, let’s check out how it happens:

  • In baby years, cortisone creams treat diaper rash. It speeds up further growth of the yeast
  • Ear infections treated multiple times with antibiotics can lead to intestinal yeast infections.
  • Colds, flu treated with antibiotics
  • Allergic reactions are treated with cortisone sprays, antihistamines, and allergy shots.
  •  Cravings for sweets can be caused by yeast overgrowth
  •   Bladder infections are treated with antibiotics.
  •  Pregnancy hormones trigger vaginal yeast infections
  •   Parents having small children suffer from a lack of sleep. It bothers and weakens the immune system.

There are many more conditions when the immune system weakens; yeast overgrowth happens thanks to the overuse of antibiotics, chemical drugs such as antidepressants, sleeping pills, and constant stress.

Magnesium deficiency occurs when all these conditions happen.  Besides it, poor nutrition and sedentary lifestyle ads pressure on the body. How long can people be in good shape when the body does not get what it needs?

Damage from the overgrowth of yeast

Powerful antibiotics and other drugs kill not just harmful bacteria. They kill good bacteria too. Yeast does not wait too long. It takes place in the gastrointestinal tract.

Can you imagine that yeast (Candida albicans) can produce over 178 toxins? It is for the body to be knocked out to have few toxins, but 178? It is too much.

The immune system can not serve the body if continuously attacked and poisoned.

 Damage from drugs

Thousands of medical drugs are in use. Plenty of them has side effects. Magnesium deals with chemicals helping the body remove toxins. However, drugs deplete this precious mineral when the body does not get enough magnesium.

With the lack of magnesium, problems start to appear. Depression, anxiety, fatigue, and muscle pain are symptoms of fibromyalgia. The deficiency of magnesium shows the same signs.

How does magnesium help deal with fibromyalgia?

Magnesium participates in a Krebs cycle where the energy is produced. No magnesium, no power.

Magnesium helps detoxify the body from yeast toxins and chemical drugs.

Following a particular diet and taking dietary supplements, people can progress in dealing with chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia.

Which magnesium is best for fibromyalgia?

ReMag Magnesium supplement absorbs at the cellular level of 100 %. This capability lets the body get as much magnesium as it wants.  Magnesium reaches cells right away. How about that? There are no side effects. ReMag is the best magnesium for fibromyalgia. This mineral satisfies body needs momentarily because magnesium ions go straight to cells.

More about ReMag you can read here.

Dr. Carolyn Dean created ReMag and a few more products which go straight to cells. You can feel the wellness effect because products are made using proprietary technologies, tested in labs, and adored by thousands of happy users.

Our bodies need minerals that do not exist in junk food. Conventional food lacks nutrients and minerals, too, thanks to depleted soil and harmful farming practices. We do not know from where food comes.

 Wrapping up

Fibromyalgia comes from a toxic environment, poor diet, and lacking vital nutrients. Yeast overgrowth fills the body with 178 toxins. The usage of drugs and antibiotics depletes magnesium. Inadequate nutrition does not provide minerals, vitamins, or essential amino acids. Everything works together and weakens the body.

You can have a blast in your life by changing your lifestyle, getting rid of inflammation, and taking magnesium supplements such as ReMag. Nobody needs to live in constant pain and misery. Read Dr.Carolyn Dean’s book The Magnesium Miracle. You will see how it can improve your experience by changing your diet and lifestyle.

Best Absorbed Magnesium Supplements

May 9, 2018 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Best Absorbed Magnesium Supplements

Best absorbed magnesium supplements work for you without side effects and go straight to cells without messing around. What do I mean? Magnesium supplements consist of two parts: metal and acid. These complexes are not one hundred percent magnesium. You can get just four percent of magnesium from magnesium dioxide. It is a popular supplement.

What is funny is that magnesium oxide is promoted widely, or supplements that are absorbed fully, at one hundred percent, are stuffed in the corner further from the public eye. Do you see abnormalities here?

Unfortunately, magnesium oxide does not bring any benefits. Who needs just four percent of magnesium when your body screams for more?  How much do you need to consume to reach a desirable effect?

On another side is whether you will reach the effect at all. You will run to the bathroom because most magnesium salts have lost bowels influence.

Thank you, I do not need it.

What Do I Want From Magnesium?

Magnesium supplements must help me. I know by myself when I need to go to the bathroom. If I have problems with anxiety or migraine, and I will rush to the nearest place, it would be a disaster, not the help from the supplement.

If I get it free of charge, I do not want this experience. Overall, I try to avoid side effects. When the doctor gave me the medicine subscription, which had horrible side effects, I started carefully checking all labels.

Nancy Appleton, Ph.D. author of Lick The Sugar Habit, said that leaving this product on the shelf is better if you do not understand what is written on the label.

What Kind of Help Do I Need From Magnesium?

Best Absorbable Magnesium Supplements

I need relief from muscle spasms and heart palpitations without side effects. Usually, magnesium supplements consist of magnesium and acid.

For example, magnesium citrate consists of magnesium and citric acid. The absorption is about twenty percent. It means that the rest of the product goes down the drain. Pardon the language, but the reality is that you take magnesium, feel slightly better, and visit the bathroom a few times more often than usual.

I need to have magnesium absorbed at its full potential, and it does not have additional attachments such as acids.

Many of these acids include citric acid, sulfate, malate, taurate, orotate, threonate, etc. They have benefits such as malate acid, which helps increase energy in fibromyalgia people.

However, I would be glad to have only one magnesium with an excellent absorption rate.

Is Somewhere An Efficient And Effective Magnesium Supplement?

Yes, Remag, the creation of Dr. Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D., is 100 percent absorbable at the cellular level of liquid magnesium.

I could brag about this type of magnesium because it has no side effects. ReMag consists of small stabilized magnesium ions, about 86 picometers in size. They go straight through cell gateways 400-500 picometers in diameter.

Ion channels are composed of proteins. They form pores through which magnesium ions travel to cells. Proteins help ” control  the voltage traveling across the cell membranes by allowing ions to flow along with a particular ingredient.”( Dr. Carolyn Dean)

  Why Is ReMag So Good?

ReMag is 100 percent absorbable at the cellular level of magnesium liquid. Stabilized magnesium ions created using proprietary technology go straight to the cell. If you drink magnesium with water, magnesium will reach your body in the mouth.

If you spray magnesium on the skin, magnesium ions will reach your cells through the skin too.

ReMag is sufficiently concentrated and consists of 99.99 magnesium ions in percentage.

You would tell that angstrom minerals have a reasonable absorption rate too. Yes, they have. However, ReMag is twenty times more concentrated compared with magnesium angstrom minerals. Besides it, ReMag produced the following safety and manufacturing roles.

 Magnesium Benefits

Magnesium benefits are enormous and worth digging deeper into because people need to know how to improve their health using the dietary supplement ReMag.

What Does Magnesium?

  • Magnesium protects cells from calcium overflow.
  • Magnesium protects the brain from excess calcium.
  • Magnesium participates in over 800 enzyme systems. Do you know what enzymes are? They are proteins that participate in metabolic processes such as digestion and detoxification.
  • Magnesium helps to create energy during the six steps of the Krebs cycle. I guess you learned about it in school or college.  Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) needs magnesium in mitochondria.
  • The heart has the most significant concentration of magnesium. Can you imagine what happens when magnesium is deficient in the heart?
  • Kidneys benefit from magnesium because magnesium helps dissolve calcium and does not let build up stones.
  • Magnesium works as a natural statin. According to Dr. Carolyn Dean

If sufficient magnesium is present in the body, cholesterol will be limited to its necessary functions-the production of hormones and the maintenance of membranes- and will not be produced in excess.

  • Magnesium participates in protein production.
  •  RNA and DNA require magnesium for their production.
  • Magnesium is a vital part of muscle functions. Magnesium relaxes muscles, and calcium contracts. When are too much calcium and less magnesium, we feel muscle cramps.
  • Magnesium helps with stress, depression, and anxiety.

Over sixty-five conditions and over 100 symptoms show a magnesium deficiency.

All minerals are essential, but magnesium stands out from others and can fix problems when we get the right amount of supplements.  Why? We do not get enough magnesium with food. Some foods contain more magnesium than others. However, we need magnesium every day. How much food could you stuff into yourself to get the right amount of this mineral? It is a daunting task.

A quality supplement can solve this problem.

ReMag helped and helped thousands of people from twenty countries in the world.

 Wrapping Up

ReMag is the best absorbable liquid magnesium supplement at one hundred percent at the cellular level.

Stabilized magnesium ions go to cells without side effects. ReMag is twenty times more concentrated compared with angstrom minerals. It means you will save money and get the quality product created by Dr. Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D.

Does Magnesium Help Anxiety?

May 7, 2018 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Does Magnesium Help Anxiety

Does magnesium help anxiety? Yes, magnesium helps relieve pressure. Mineral relaxes muscles, aids in producing energy in mitochondria, and supports the brain and its functions. Individuals who experience fear and anxiety contain adrenaline made by adrenal glands. Adrenaline is the hormone, neurotransmitter, and medication that depletes calcium, sodium, potassium, and magnesium.

How Does Anxiety Happen?

Adrenaline is produced by the adrenal glands when we feel stressed, scared, or threatened. Adrenaline keeps us in an intense mode. It prepares us to fight or run away from danger. Together with adrenaline, the hormone cortisol is produced. This hormone helps just in an emergency. When stress is prolonged, cortisol can participate in breaking down proteins. It can lead to muscle wasting.                                                                                                                                   Happiness does not produce adrenaline, except enormous joy when people are overwhelmed with emotions.

However, people who like scary movies, risky traveling, hor financial adventures can be addicted to adrenaline. This hormone keeps you high and excited. The consequence is the depletion of minerals and magnesium as well.

The magnesium deficiency leads to increased heart rate, blood pressure elevation, and muscle tension. You have a feeling that you are ready to fight or to fly.

Besides, when you are magnesium deficient, you will experience more stress. The body can suffer panic attacks, leading to more stress and more magnesium depletion.

More than 32 percent of Americans suffer from depression, drug problems, and anxiety. Magnesium could solve all these problems.  This mineral provides calming, relaxing effect on muscles, tissues, and cells.

 Calcium And Magnesium Correlation

You would think that calcium is a vital mineral. Yes, it is, but calcium has relationships with magnesium. During anxiety time, stress occupies the body, and adrenaline is secreted. Calcium is required for the stimulation of adrenaline release. When is too much calcium, there is more adrenaline.

Sufficient magnesium keeps calcium in moderate quantities and, in this way, reduces the level of stress.

 Benefits Of Magnesium

Magnesium is vital for over 65 conditions. These conditions happen when magnesium is deficient. One hundred factors show that the body lacks magnesium. Anxiety is one of them.

Does Magnesium Help Anxiety

Many magnesium facts show how we depend on this pure mineral.

  • Magnesium participates in enzyme systems functioning. Enzymes are proteins that help the body properly metabolize food. Food needs to be broken into the smallest particles to reach organs, tissues, and cells. Enzymes are mineral-dependent.
  • Magnesium protects cells from excess calcium.  Too much calcium can harm cells.
  • Magnesium participates in the Krebs cycle, where adenosine triphosphate ATP is created. Magnesium takes part in six steps of a process.
  • Magnesium prevents telomeres from deteriorating. Telomeres are like small caps on the ends of DNA. If they broke, chromosomes could be damaged too.
  • Magnesium protects joints helping dissolve calcium that builds up.
  • Magnesium helps with kidney stones, teeth grinding, and musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Magnesium is needed for serotonin. This neurotransmitter elevates mood and depends on magnesium. Thankfully, it that more magnesium and more happiness around.
  • Magnesium helps with diabetes because insulin needs magnesium too. Magnesium allows insulin to transfer glucose to cells.
  • Magnesium aids in muscle spasms. Headaches can occur when neck and head muscles tense.
  • Magnesium deals with heart muscle damage and cardiac arrhythmia.  The heart, especially the left ventricle, has the highest magnesium in the whole body.
  • Magnesium helps with the detoxification of heavy metals.
  • Magnesium helps with insomnia, fatigue, anxiety, and migraine.
  • Magnesium helps boost the brain’s power.

You see that magnesium is a crucial part of the whole picture of what is going on in the body.

When people lack magnesium, they get problems; what is sad is that there is not so much attention from mainstream media about this vital mineral.

Of course, other minerals cannot be thrown away, but magnesium has many roles in our well-being.

  Musicians And Magnesium

Musicians and magnesium

I cannot stop thinking if musicians who are now playing and creating music in heaven would still be with us if they would take magnesium? I have in mind ReMag because this dietary supplement does not have any side effects. The effect is instant because ReMag goes straight to the cell and helps in various situations.

These guys and girls, men and women, experience anxiety, anticipation, fear, and stress. The loud sound, responsibility, and concern that the public will not accept them deplete resources of magnesium. Why?

When we have stressed, our adrenal glands produce adrenaline and cortisol. These hormones prepare us to escape unwanted conditions elevating heart rate, pumping up more blood, and increasing blood pressure. Unfortunately, musicians stay in one place. Of course, some of them can jump around, but these factors do not work for magnesium. Stress not removed. Magnesium depletes, and symptoms of anxiety, insomnia, or high blood pressure can occur.

Plenty of musicians takes drugs and alcohol to conquer stress, tiredness, and the lack of energy. Some medications, such as Inderal, contain beta-blockers. It constricts bronchial tubes and decreases heart rate.  Inderal helps with fear and anxiety. Unfortunately, insomnia, sexual dysfunction, and skin rash can occur. Not all people experience side effects. However, taking in higher doses, side effects are not pleasant.

According to Dr. Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D., the safest way to escape anxiety and get help for muscle tension or injuries is to take magnesium. ReMag is 100 percent absorbable at the cellular level. You can rub it into the skin or make it orally.

You would think about how it can be so easy? Can magnesium solve all problems? Yes, if you do not have a first-degree burn or collusion with the truck, magnesium can help in many situations. Read the book The Magnesium Miracle, and you will see how much this pure mineral can change your life.

Nature creates our body so that if you provide it with all vital nutrients, the body takes care of itself.

 Wrapping Up

Yes, magnesium helps with anxiety. It is a mineral that relaxes and provides energy for the body naturally. Magnesium was in our bodies thousands of years ago. Unfortunately, people have more stress now than in the Middle Ages or when dinosaurs roamed freely. Humans just run away from the danger and move on with their lives. Now people are stressed every day unless you hide in the forest or live in a monastery from the world’s temptations.

Nowadays, without special techniques such as meditation, yoga, breathing exercises, and nutritional supplementation, people are stressed more than before.

Can you do something to escape this misery? Of course, you can. Listen to your body, take care of mental and physical health, and search for answers. When you are informed and not in the maze of fake news, you will make decisions that will benefit you and your loved ones.

P.S. Take magnesium for anxiety.

Magnesium and Kidney Stones

April 25, 2018 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Magnesium And Kidney Stones

Kidney stones form when tiny debris in the urine reaches a high concentration and clogs the urinary tract. When the sand is more significant than 5 millimeters, it can be stuck and create pain. The urine cannot pass from the kidneys freely to the bladder. Often,  most people do not feel that they have stones. This debris is small and flows away without causing any problems or pain. If we do not take care of ourselves, we do not take enough magnesium, and kidney stones show up. Why? Plenty of us are deficient in magnesium and are dehydrated.

How Does It Happen?

Individuals who have a history of hypertension, fast weight loss, deficient magnesium, or constant dehydration are prone to kidney stones.

Men suffer more from kidney stones compared with women. Of course, there is no joy because we do not need to suffer.

Magnesium And Kidney Stone

Kidney stones consist of calcium phosphate, uric acid, or calcium oxalate. Calcium phosphate and calcium oxalate are most common in the formation of rocks.

Individuals who have kidney stones consisting of uric acid usually have gout. It is a nasty condition when acid crystals pierce tissues and cause pain. If you read the book  Captain Blood written by Rafael Sabatini about pirates, you can imagine how it can be painful. It does not matter if you are the governor of Jamaica; you would search for help from the hated man. I talk about the book. By the way, did you read this book?

Kidney stones create pain if the size is more significant than 5 millimeters. For what people need medicine, such as painkillers or muscle relaxants. Surgeons remove large stones or use the method of lithotripsy.

Why Do Stones Form?

Elevated calcium is the main reason for the birth and appearance of stones. Sufficient magnesium helps calcium dissolve and to be removed with the flow of the urine. Unfortunately, plenty of us lack magnesium in our diets and, after it, suffer consequences.

Why Does Calcium Cause Kidney Stones?

  • Individuals who consume acidic foods such as meat, sugar, coffee, and alcohol are prone to have kidney stones. Acidic foods tend to pull the calcium from the bone to neutralize acidity. The calcium is excreted through the kidneys. The big diameter of debris creates problems such as pain and clogging of the urinary tract. There is no fun.
  • The food full of oxalate can cause kidney stones too. Chard, spinach, raw parsley, tea, chocolate(uh), tea, and rhubarb are oxalic-acid foods. Stones form when calcium binds to oxalate creating calcium oxalate.
  • The lack of liquids, especially water, can trigger kidney stones. The kidney function is to remove the waste from the body. When we do not provide enough water to flush urine down to the bladder, we get the problem in the shape of kidney stones.
  • People who drink plenty of soft drinks are at risk of getting kidney stones. Why? These drinks contain phosphoric acid, which tends to pull calcium from bones. I think that it is a crime. Why need bones suffer after these drinks?
  • Meat, fish, and alcohol contain purines. If we consume too much of this food, we can enter the line to the doctor because of kidney stones.

What Does Magnesium In Common With The Formation Of Kidney Stones?

Magnesium has a strong relationship with calcium. You see that calcium is the main reason for the appearance of stones. The magnesium deficiency triggers calcium to deposit in the kidneys or urinary tract.

Besides it, phosphoric acid pulls magnesium from bones. If there is no sufficient magnesium, calcium forms debris and stones.

Magnesium helps dissolve calcium. This process is vital in all body parts, starting from cells and ending in tissues and organs.

The magnesium deficiency shows fibrositis, atherosclerosis, muscle spasms, stones, and breast tissue calcification. What is scary is that these calcifications need to be explored because you can think that you got cancer. There are mammograms, X-rays, and breast tissue biopsies involved. Who wants it? Not you and not me, thank you.

Too much calcium in the body and more minor magnesium cause problems. Why? Magnesium lets calcium dissolve and prevents it from forming crystals, debris, and stones.

According to Dr. Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D.

If there is enough magnesium to properly dissolve calcium in the blood, then it won’t form crystals in the kidney.

How To Prevent Kidney Stones Formation?

You need to drink plenty of water. Yes, I know that it is dull stuff. However, if you want to stay from the trouble, especially if you like processed food and sodas, you are forced to hydrate yourself; the amount of water must be half of your weight. For example, if you weigh 200 pounds, you need to drink 100 ounces of water. Adding  1/4 tsp of unrefined  Celtic Sea Salt or Himalayan salt to one quart of drinking water will help you get some trace minerals.

Magnesium And Kidney Stones

A strict diet without junk food such as white sugar, white flour, fried foods, and trans fatty acids will help stay from the trouble: kidney stones.

Consume magnesium-rich foods such as kelp, wheat bran, brewer’s yeast, peanuts, cashews, almonds, brown rice, avocado, seafood, beans, dairy, etc.

Taking magnesium supplements such as ReMag, the best absorbable at the cellular level magnesium, ReMyte, the pico-ionic mineral formula, and ReAline, the B-vitamin complex, will help you stay in shape and feel well without kidney problems.

 Wrapping Up

According to Chinese medicine, kidneys are the source of vital life energy. Organs can be enriched and strengthened by a proper diet and regime. If you explore deeper, kidneys play a crucial role in the body’s metabolism. Without kidneys and their adequate job, the body would be clogged with toxins.

Westerners recognize the importance too, but we do not take the proper care of ourselves. Poor diet and absent nutrients throw the body off balance.

Deficient magnesium cannot protect kidneys from the formation of stones. There is a simple way how to avoid kidney stones. Sufficient magnesium and hydration will help keep the balance and protect from clogging up kidneys and urinary tract.

Magnesium For Weight Loss

April 20, 2018 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Magnesium is a vital mineral for the body. The heart, muscles, nervous system, and body’s metabolism benefit from magnesium. The deficiency of magnesium shows in ver sixty-five conditions. There are over 100 symptoms that indicate that the body lacks magnesium.

Magnesium for weight loss is valuable and vital. Le’s explore why this mineral plays a crucial role in our bodies.

Magnesium And EnergyMagnesium For Weight Loss

Magnesium is part of the Krebs cycle. More, magnesium participates in six steps of ATP creation. This activity needs magnesium to work for mitochondria properly. When magnesium is deficient, we feel sluggish because mitochondria do not create enough energy. Magnesium involves activating adenosine triphosphate ATP, the primary energy storage molecule in the body.

Most of us reach for sweets and coffee to keep our moods in check and get energy. It can be worse when soda drinks are consumed in significant quantities. Do you know how much sugar is in one glass of soda? No less, no more than eight spoons will enlighten our day for a few minutes, but after all, we will have a few additional pounds, elevated blood sugar, and up terrible mood because the hunger is not satisfied, and we crave more sweets.

No magnesium, no energy. It seems simple to take magnesium supplements that go straight to cells and satisfy the body’s needs. Cravings would disappear, and the power would be back.

Magnesium And Calcium Correlation

Magnesium is vital to keep our bones healthy and able to heal after breaks. Unfortunately, plenty of us thinks that calcium is a savior for everything. Healthy bones and vessels would be in perfect condition after taking calcium supplements. Bummer.

Magnesium works together with calcium, especially if we bombard the body with calcium supplements. Why? Magnesium guards cells from the overflow of calcium. It does not open gateways for calcium to enter the cell if there is too much calcium.

You would tell that calcium is excellent; it keeps us secure. Baloney because the excess of calcium clogs and hardens arteries and deposits in soft tissues. You can find breasts as the lump and think it is the end of the world. Often it is calcium deposits. Uh.

I remember one woman who showed a big lump on her shoulder. Later on, it was cleared out that it was the deposit of calcium. Scary.

 Cravings For Food

Newborn babies and small children do not consistently crave food. They cry and ask to eat when they are hungry. Adults, besides many problems, have another one: constant snacking. Most people do not care about when and what to eat. Most important is that it would be crunchy, tasty, and look nice.

We can blame lifestyle, busy schedules, and shortness of free time to sit down and enjoy a beautiful plate of the meal with friends or family.

However, the chaos in daily lives brings unpleasant consequences into our personal spaces. For example, we gain weight or get allergies from processed food. We can have disturbed sleep because we consume full dinner at night with a glass of wine to hide stress and tiredness.

Later on, pounds add up, and we are unhappy. What could we do?

The solution is simple. We get all the nutrients with the food; we will not crave more at night. The refrigerator would stay undisturbed, and our stomachs would not bother us at night.

Magnesium and B-vitamins play a role in weight loss. They activate enzymes that control digestion, absorption, and elimination of fats, proteins, and carbohydrates.

Can you imagine what happens when bodies lack these nutrients? We overeat, unconsciously searching for missing parts in the food. These parts are essential nutrients. They protect the body and allow it to perform metabolic functions in the best way possible.

I experienced this feeling with chocolate. It is nothing new, but I feel that I cannot survive without chocolate when I lack magnesium. Of course, I can, but I would be in a constant struggle searching for missing nutrients.

 Magnesium And Insulin

Magnesium participates in the reaction where insulin ushers glucose into cells. Here glucose aids in producing energy for the body.

If magnesium is deficient, levels of insulin and glucose become elevated. Do you know what it means? Unfortunately, glucose must be stored as fat. Yes, there are no jokes.

Most individuals who are obese are deficient in magnesium. They crave nutrients and take the next bite of pizza or donuts, wondering maybe now they will be satisfied with the food.

It is a vicious cycle when people consume food without nutrients, and the body requires them. You are toasted if you do not provide vital vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes, proteins, and fats. Sorry, not like this, but you are pumped as a balloon. Empty calories convert to fat, and voila: favorite jeans stay in the closet. We go to buy something three sizes bigger. We need something to wear, do we?

 Magnesium And Stress

When individuals gain weight, they are not happy. Sooner or later, the stress and bad mood creep in. When we are stressed, we experience the effects of the hormone cortisol. It is produced by the body when something horrible happens.

Suppose cortisol fluctuates in our body, and metabolic processes slow or shut down, so we cannot lose weight. This action echoes from ancient times when hunger and diseases were around. Bodies were used to prepare for food scarcity and saved all energy and nutrients inside. Of course, when you think about bad times and you are stressed, the body produces cortisol.

The consequence is stored fat and a stubborn body that does not want to give up any gram of resources.

Happily, magnesium can neutralize the effects of stress

 Conclusion

Sufficient magnesium ensures that the body performs at best possible. Magnesium is the cofactor in 700-800 enzyme systems. These enzymes participate in the body’s metabolic processes. It means that the body utilizes all food most efficiently.

Of course, you cannot survive with pizza and cakes because the best magnesium in the world will not help you. However, having and consuming nutritious food in one hand and magnesium with vitamins B in another, you will be energetic and perform needed tasks efficiently. Your metabolic processes will be undisturbed and smooth because there is no deficiency of the one most crucial mineral, magnesium.

When your metabolism is uninterrupted, you will not have problems with weight. Of course, there are more aspects and clues about why people are obese. You can read about different cases here.

Do you have any thoughts? I would be happy to hear from you. Please leave a comment below.
