How often do we hear these words? Keep calm and move on. Try to clear your mind and procedure. Most important is to have a bright reason and calm your senses as much as possible. Without it, our actions could bring unwanted consequences.

For example, we like to turn for comfort if we are sad, angry, or disappointed with ourselves. It could be different things, such as unhealthy food, drugs, speed, or video games — the contradictory.

A famous video game creator  Jane McGonigal stated that playing video games is beneficial. It helps us fight depression. People acquire secret identities in video games. They can imagine that they are active and creative. It gives the brain a positive stimulus. It pushes us to think and reevaluate the situation. Games are different because they can stimulate your mind or drive you to a fantasy world where you will stay without knowing a real one.

Of course, we need a calm and clear mind when confused and lost. However, meditation and emotional support would be more helpful.

    Keep Calm And Help Yourself To Get Back On The Track


Anyway, as everywhere, moderation is a good thing. Sitting too long in a room by a computer or watching TV harms our bodies, especially our eyes. It happens when they stare too long at one point. If you are mad at something, try to use breathing techniques, exercises, and meditation. The shower helps also. Sometimes we want to forget and turn to comforts such as junk food, binge drinking, or pointless arguing. In this way, we can lose a perspective.  Old techniques work best.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             They proved by this time. How do they work? People count until ten or best until 100. After that, they go to the shower as soon as possible when they feel their anger is taking over them. Plenty of pushups work too.

Breathing techniques. After a few breaths in and out,  you will see how your body turns back to the regular rhythm. If we do not know how to control ourselves and our behavior, we must learn how to do it. Why? It can destroy our health. Blood pressure goes up, and stomachs crunch. We can start to shake or lose the ability to make intelligent decisions.

Overall, who wants to deal with somebody angry or unhappy? Sometimes, a person can not take care of themself because they let emotions rule and control the whole situation. They do not know how to clear minds, relax, and turn things in a positive direction. There are so many books where you can learn how to meditate. You can watch YouTube videos where plenty of techniques to clear your mind. The meditation teaches us how to see ourselves from the outside when we gently shift focus back from wandering thoughts to calming them. It lets your higher yourself take control of your rebellious mind.

Positive affirmations can change the way how do we think and behave. Words are like seeds. We can rip tasty fruits or have weeds in mind. We need to watch what we believe and carefully guard our thoughts. When we decide that we want to change how we live and start to take action, sooner or later, we will see results.

Physical exercises release the tension and let the blood, filled with oxygen, reach all the smallest corners of our body. When we are fit physically, we are in charge of our bodies. We have discipline. With it, we could be in control of our emotions with our situations when something unexpected happens.

 Say Goodbye To Your Ego


Do you know what the ego is? There are many books written on this topic. These busy thoughts remind the bunch of jumping monkeys that do not have anything with an objective you. It is a reason why people are disappointed with themselves. Feelings such as jealousy, anger, and sadness take over us because this ego does not let us be ourselves. The ego does not allow us to live in the present. It continually reminds us how it was good a  few years ago, twenty years ago or how it would be great if we could get this or another thing. Unfortunately, the ego is not content when we get it. The ego wants more. It is a vicious cycle that does not have an end.

When you learn to meditate, your mind becomes empty of worthless thoughts. You can see things from the other position.

 Help Others


Helping Others

If we could find contentment with what we have, we would be happy and relaxed. Why?  There are no worries about the past or future. We live in the present moment and enjoy what we have. Turning to values such as serving people, helping each other, or thinking about how future generations will live after us will give more pleasure and comfort — nothing wrong with having beautiful things. Anyway,  it is better to choose quality over the measure. You will feel better because there is a difference between the best things that money can buy and things that do not have actual worth. Why do people keep crystal dishes in closets and eat from second plates? Why not enjoy a simple meal from the beautiful vessel and drink filtered water from a crystal glass?

  Believe In Yourself


Believing in yourself and taking care of things essential to you would make your life easier and enjoyable. Of course, if something turns in a different direction, such as a relationship or the situation at work, it is better to be a  humble person. Maybe it was for the best.

I  believe when somebody tells me that life is chaos. Maybe it is true. We do our best, but sometimes, we get the silence or complaints instead of a prize. Just forget it and move on. Believe in yourself. Life is good and always will be in this way.

Do not Forget Nutrition.


Minerals, enzymes, and vitamins keep the brain balanced and in good shape. If we eat the wrong food with just empty calories without vital nutrients, sooner or later, we cannot think and control emotions sooner or later.

Choose Be Positive

Our attitude toward what is going on in our lives makes our days pleasant or miserable. Choosing to be positive in life helps us make friends, make peace with ourselves, and inspire others. Maybe it is not easy to believe, but it is true. Why? Try to do one experiment. Think about two things at once. For example, a vacation in your yard or a vacation break in Hawaii. How does it go? I guess you can think for once about just about one thing.

Positive  Thinking Versus Negative


A few years the favorite book was, and later a movie, Secret. There were mentioned truths about the influence of thoughts on our bodies, minds, and life overall. Previously, Esther and Jerry’s book The Law of  Attraction taught us the importance of our thoughts. If we think right, compassionate ideas, we get the same back. Negativity and resentment as the echo return to us, do we want it or not. Nobody is going to ask us because it is the universal law.

Robin Sharma, a famous speaker, and writer, said that to gain a new habit or erase an old one; people need to work on it for 66 days. Scientists from Harvard found out how long it takes to reprogram ourselves.

Are you willing to try? I tried, and I did not use Facebook for 70 days. Nothing happened. I found more time to read and meet friends in the real world.

Importance of Positivity


Modern medicine recognizes the importance of positivity in our lives. So many diseases happen thanks to stress, worries, feeling of greed, or jealousy. Somebody complains about the stomach, somebody about blood pressure, higher as usually after the confrontation with something or somebody. It is a good thing to reconsider all situations in our lives. Think about how it is essential to after one month, one year, or a few years. Does worth fussing about it or letting it go?  Significantly if we can not change this or another situation, we do not need to worry. What we can change isWe can change our attitude; how do we react to the surrounding world.

Our thoughts make a difference in our lives. They affect how our minds and bodies function. If we do not breathe well because we are upset,  stale air in our lungs does not help oxygen go to blood and organs.

Of course, we need to have a clear mind and not hope that positive thoughts will solve everything. However, it will prepare the soil in the subconscious mind where everything happens.

Miracle Man


How many people heard about Miracle Man, Morris E. Goodman. His miraculous healing after an accident and return to real life, thanks to the belief in the power of positive thoughts, made me speechless. He became a motivational speaker after he recovered from breaking his spine.

You can see and hear more fascinating stories which serve as examples for humanity where the positive attitude won against negativity and laziness.

Sometimes we complain that we do not have enough shoes when we meet people who don’t have legs. They are happy living. According to Earl Nightingale, it takes physically limited people to show us who do not lack anything that is the meaning of real life.

Can You Change Character?


Choose to be positive

It is believed that if we change our character, we can improve our ability to attract diseases. Regarding  Ayurveda, ancient medicine in India, it is believed that jealousy attracts oncological diseases, weakens the immune system, and revenge leads to throat illness and disturbance of sleep. If somebody is prone to worry too much, it can attract stomach, skin, and heart unhealthy changes.

It is best to think about things that make you happy.  Oprah said that she is thankful for the opportunity to tie shoes by herself every day.

Overall, when we are angry, we cannot concentrate and see what is around us without patience. Every tiny detail can throw us from the balance. When we do not control emotions and thoughts, they control us.

Control Your Thoughts


To continually follow our thoughts, what we are thinking is way, leading to a more balanced approach. Try to catch yourself in the middle of internal dialogue, such as why it happened to me or why I do not have this or this. Remember, here is peaking just your ego, not your soul.

Overall if ego disappeared, the world would be peaceful. Ego is from primitive times when we needed to fight for survival. Unfortunately, many of us do not know it. We believe that we have to be right at any price. Sometimes, it can lead to a fatal ending when somebody fumes and cannot forgive and keeps the anger inside. Some people think that if they forgiveignore or show politeness, it would be a weakness. Thankfully it is not the point. We learn through experience. When somebody says that we need to do something else, we cannot agree, thinking we will show a lack of power and importance.

Follow Your Heart


Try to listen to your heart. She knows what is best for you. At first,  it can be silent.  Later you will feel when something is wrong. Trying techniques such as meditation or contemplation can lead to pleasant discoveries, such as that we do not need so many things in our lives. Otherwise, it can be that we can be content with that what we have now. It will lead us to better lives because our worries will disappear thanks to positive thinking. Positive thinking will lead us to better lives because our fears will disappear.

Update. Today on NPR  doctor said that musicians who play classical music could suffer from tinnitus more often compared withthan rock enroll players. He explained that not all classical music is perfect. When musicians play in an orchestra, not what they do like but what they need, they will see consequences as a higher level of impaired hearing.

You would think that bands need to be harmed more. Nope, it is the opposite because they like what they do.

What Is The Personal Responsibility?

What is personal responsibility? It is a constant check-up in all areas of life on how we behave and act and what consequences our actions bring to the world. The world means our friends, family, and everything that surrounds us. One fascinating short story written by Ray Bradbury, A Sound Of Thunder, shows how a small event can change history. 

This story is fiction. However, Ray Bradbury was close to the truth in many of his short stories. He touches our minds magically and inspires us to think and dream wider.

Okay, back to real life. When we search for services, items, or products, we look and hope for the best. The quality assures us that we will get the best thing when we look for it. However, my favorite car, Honda, suffered from dishonest part provider Takata. Honda cars are great and efficient, but this detail, as defective airbags from the manufacturer Takata turned lives upside down for people who trusted the brand.

Takata installed more than 1 million airbags into Honda and Acura cars. They caused eleven fatalities in the USA.

How did it happen? Takata went using a cheap way. The manufacturer used the same material that caused the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing. It was ammonium nitrate. Usually, chemical tetrazole used by other manufacturers is safe. The ammonium nitrate works oppositely. It can become unstable, especially when it is exposed to moisture.

The cheap manufacturing way costs lives. Besides it, Takata knew about an explosion in 2004, but they assured Honda that it was an anomaly. Takata started testing airbags and found out that two of them picked from junkyards malfunctioned. Despite this fact, the manufacturer told technicians to wipe all data from computers.

This failure cost one billion dollars to airbag manufacturer Takata.

This gruesome example shows how we need to be careful and use a conventional sense. Unfortunately, in this case, when Honda sent letters about recalls and the ability to fix the problem, customers were slow to react to the news.

What Is The Point?


 Part 1


Most of us are not conscious enough to differentiate truth from falsehood. Most of us follow instincts that are right in the wilderness but here, living in the 21 Century, we could expand awareness.

You would ask, who cares? I care, but you do not know me. However, your family or friends would worry about you if you react instinctively without thinking.

Plenty of us listens to neighbors or friends. It is nice to chat. However, when we choose our goals or at least that kind of computer to buy, it is better to select professionals. Besides, choosing from a few options would get a better outcome.

There are plenty of individuals who look for positive examples or authoritative persons. Unfortunately, they could be hidden under masks. Camouflage works when we want to protect ourselves from enemies in nature. Here, we can be fooled by false images, statements, and plays in the real world.

In this Honda example, I want to point out that everybody can make mistakes. However, how you behave facing difficulties shows your real character. Honda recognized errors and acknowledged them. Takata wanted to avoid personal responsibility.

Honda recognized that their partner Takata had done the wrong thing. Unfortunately, the airbag manufacturer dived into the bushes. Was he scared?  I have in mind the head of the company. Who knows? It is a horrible situation, but what you can do? You need to fix the problem, pay for mistakes, and move on.

The chain of consequences moves further, harming many people. You can see this pattern in many areas of life.

Health and the quality of life is a priorities for me. I suppose it must be for everyone. However, plenty of us slow down and lose the spark and energy to change circumstances.

Why Does It Happen?


I heard from my friend one sentence which confused me. She told us that we would leave everything the same way as we found it. She talked about the time when we ascended to haven. I want to go there, but you never know how everything will turn out, do you?

In her words, we do not even need to try to change something. I did not want to go into endless discussions, but I found out that she was not alone in this type of opinion. Plenty of people think, who cares, so what?

What Is The Personal Responsibility

It is good to think in the way when you know that behave or perform reasonably for you. You do not care what others think. You know what? It is not harmful, and it can work for you or others.

Steven Jobs once said that people do not know what they want. He needs to tell and show them what is right. His strategy worked. Now we have fascinating devices.

First, when I read about it, I thought about how he is rude and disrespectful. Now I see that sometimes we need the push or potent reminder about our limited understanding. It does not mean that we are stupid.

It means that we do not think, and we do not use the brain properly. Earl Nightingale, the famous broadcaster and writer, said that most people are like caterpillars going rounds without questioning and understanding what is going on.

What Is The Point?


Part 2


Clumsiness the lack of responsibility lead us to the straight path to misery, problems, and regrets.

You know that the lack of will and power will equip you with additional pounds and harmful habits. You will be restricted to exciting and more active friends. You will get a job where the money is scarce. Okay, maybe I paint a gloomy picture but leaving important decisions to others and not thinking for ourselves creates the path to nothing.

 What Does It Mean?


It means that we have the right to be unhappy or mad at somebody. However, it does not change anything. Of course, there are plenty of nuts who complain about how the world is unfair to them, that nobody loves them, etc. Later on, they go on the rampage destroying innocent people’s lives.

Accepting personal responsibility for actions is a sign of strong character. Not everybody has it. Maybe it is why people choose to complain about doing something to change what they do not like.

How do you deal with problems? Are you afraid and hide under bushes? There is nothing wrong with being scared that you need to face reality later. The world will not change according to you. You can bend yourself and find positive ways in everything, even in the wrong things.

How To Live Worry Free In Life

How to live worry-free in life without questioning what will be tomorrow or after one month. How to live a worry-free in life? It takes some consideration and thoughtful observation regarding what is significant to us. We can not change what will happen, but we can improve our attitude towards it. Constant thinking, how we look, what people will tell about us after-party or speech in the auditorium, is worthless. It is just a waste of time.

Be Alert At The Present Time


How To Live Worry Free In Life

Our life can be compared to the sand clock. Seconds, minutes, and hours always go down. They disappear without asking for permission. Nobody asks us if we want it or not. Understanding that this process will end sooner or later, why not enjoy every minute here, on this precious Earth. Our future is far away, the past is behind us, but this day is ours now. Famous writers remind us to linger in the garden, smell roses, do not miss sunsets or what is better than sunrises. If we do not rush, we can see more details clearclearlyclear clearly, and feel our existence more sharply.

Do Your Best Now


It is a lot better to do what we are supposed to do in the best way possible. If something goes wrong, such as unexpected disturbances, try to accept it as a new way to improvise things. Nothing can be more relevant to you and your health. Constant worries give us headache headaches; they make us miserable. If you know that you did your best, enjoy it. Please write it down when you do not like something because written words are more powerful. Later try to change what you do not want to be in this or another way.

Be In The Balance With Yourself


Sometimes things in life go in a different direction. What are you going to do about it? Being mad, unhappy, and accusing others does not help anybody. It throws us off balance. Knowing that tomorrow will be the next day, bringing new possibilities and solutions, will help allow us to see the brighter picture.

We need to guarantee that our lives would protect from extreme storms. If we concentrate energy for this day, when we live now, at this minute, when we read this blog, we are alert to everything that happens now. It allows us to prepare for tomorrow and carefully finish today’s tasks. Our days are as bricks according to Earl Nightingale, which lay one by one, building our future. Creating high-quality blocks now, not tomorrow, we are sure we will have the whole lot.

Focus At Present Time


Of course, it takes time and patience. Anyway, knowing that we did our best made us feel relaxed. All our efforts the energy goes to this day. It works like a laser, which focuses on one particular point and can accomplish complex tasks. When we live in this way, all live events are more vivid because we are alert, observing what we do now. Our physical health is good because we know what to do now. We are in control of our days and precious time. We need to be content with the time given to us.

Enjoy Your Present Time

We cannot be at the same time in the future or past. Why? Because thinking about what it was or will be, gives us just suggestions, worries, or thoughts about what could be in another way. We do not provide a time machine. I know that Apple computers have it. Anyway, it is just the name. This particular second,  the minute, is a real thing. Enjoy it, give thanks for it that you are alive, and live your day in the best way possible.

Usually, if we sleep right, we start our day energetic and full of hopes to be in the same state till evening. Sometimes happens that we burn out throughout the day. Why? Because rushing to do things, worrying about something that we can not change, makes us feel tired.

Choose Excitement


Especially when we are doing something annoying, we can be sleepy during these tasks and cannot believe why time goes so slowly. Otherwise, doing something that excites us, we can do this job all day long and still, after work, we will be happy and energetic.

Having an exciting job or doing tasks that inspire us gives us significant benefits for our well-being. In the same way, if we can concentrate on our thoughts and not let our minds wander around, everything goes faster and with excellent quality.

Control Your Thoughts


If we want to remove tiredness or be able to enjoy the day despite any circumstances,  we can do it by controlling our minds and concentrating thoughts. If we choose to think positive thoughts, negativity will go away. In the beginning,  we can pretend that we like tasks in our jobs. We can discover their enormous potential by focusing on what we do and not letting negative thoughts give us excuses. We can be rulers of our world.

It happens when we are in charge of our minds. Maybe you hear that if you do not control your thoughts, they can dance like monkeys in our heads? It is not so pleasant when we see that everything slips away from us, and we feel exhaustion and tiredness.

Choose Discipline


Choose Discipline

Discipline and awareness of what kind of goals ahead give us to push forward. Nobody at the end of life will be happy remembering about time, which was spent on the couch watching TV. After finishing complex but required tasks, the sense of accomplishment will fulfill us with pride and joy. Why? Because we will be in charge of our lives, nobody could tell us what we spend our precious on Earth doing nothing.

You see that living worry-free life is possible, especially if you put some effort into it. Nothing happens without effort or at least without the right thinking. You and only you are responsible for your feelings and current situation. Of course, you are major force events that you cannot control. However, you can choose what kind of life you want to live. It is a good saying: a habit is not a need. Thinking about why we have these things going in one way or another helps us modify our patterns; it is good to analyze our behavior. Most importantly, to be honest with ourselves.

What Is A Habit?


What is a habit? Habit is a pattern of something done repeatedly, not thinking and feeling how and why it happens. For example, people like to shorten their nails by cutting them with their teeth. Not so lovely view for somebody who sees this situation. Habits to beofbepeople of being late, lying to themselves, scratching a nose, or spending time on the couch are just a few of our behavior. Look around at first. It is easier to see other people’s bad habits compared with yourself.

Paying Attention To Yur Thoughts


These behavior patterns keep us in the cycle. If we do not pay attention to ignore why we are doing it in this way and what kind of consequences are iI, we will be stuck in the same place. To change habits is not as easy as it seems. You know about New Year’s resolutions. It does not matter what it is; for most of us, these promises disappear like the mist from the sun. It is so easy to go back to old, known patterns. It does not mean that we do not want to change the old lifestyle or remove something that does not work for us from our lives.

It means that we need to constantly guard our thoughts, behavior, and actions to protect our thoughts, behavior, and activities.

The Way To Rid Of Bad Habits


The same method as for goals works for habits too. You can pick a sheet of paper and write down which habits bother you. Write data when you would like to start and finish. It is known that changing habits takes twenty-one day days. Other authors give 40 days. Of course,  at first,  you need to decide which practices are corrupt for you. Take everything seriously for yourself. It is everything about you. Changing patterns is not easy; why you do not see leaders everywhere.

It is an excellent technique to reward yourself after reaching the slightest advantage. If you go back to the old behavior, relax, tell yourself that it is not the end, and start again. Be gentle with yourself but firm.

Make a Vision Board


How To Change Your Habits To Change Your Life

Everybody has dreams, small or big. It does not matter what kind of ideas they are. It is yours. RoutineRoutines in life can hide your visions. Tasks and worries can make your dreams float away from you. To be alert and keep yourself in the right direction, it is good to have a  vision board. For example,  you want to visit a particular show or place. There is so much information about every object, such as pictures or descriptions from newspapers or magazines. Pin these cute pieces of your desired object to the board and check it as much as possible. In your subconscious mind will be images of your destination. If you always walk slouching or are shy to dance openly, pick pictures with an expression of these actions, which you would like to turn into the new habits.

All Set For Change


Now you know how to prepare yourself for changing habits for a prosperous future. You identified them and found time and patience to move to new patterns which are best for you. You used tools like a vision board to strengthen your influence to keep your will and imagination working for you. Now it is time to register your progress. Are you happy with the changes? If not, check again what you expect from yourself. What would you like to reach, and how to replace your character’s details?

Of course, it is not easy to change stubborn habits. If everything went smoothly, we would have plenty of happy people around. Why?  Everybody wants to see changes in all areas of their lives. Unfortunately, just a few of us get up from the couch and take action.

What and who made us without strongsolid characters and stubborn will? There are plenty of reasons and explanations, but from my point of view, I see that most people in civilized countries have lost a sense of reality.

They do not know what being hungry, afraid of bombs, or arrests mean. Every nation had its share of sorrow and loss. However, some of them forgot about it because it happened many years ago.

Most of us who do not need to worry about basic needs are content with what we have. We do not think we could live a lot better lives if we changed our habits.

What kind of habits would you ask? Discipline, responsibility, and sa trong wish to reach the highest ground disappear from many heads.

Get Help From Friends


It is an excellent thing to tell your good friends or people you trust about your intentions. They can help to keep you on track. If you do not have them, it is okay. You have the best support in the world: yourself. Give a big smile for yourself, tell yourself  I love you, and move on. For everybody, the time changing habits and speed are different.

Most importantly, you know what you want to change, and you will. Believe in yourself, and do not let anybody throw you off the chosen path. It is your life, for Pete’s sake.

Update. Robin Sharma, a famous coach and writer, points out that we need 66 days to form a new habit or lose an old one. He says that scientists from Harvard found out that this term works. I tried by myself to drop one practice that I got from the first class. At the same time, I decided to skip Facebook for 66 days and spent my time on better things, such as time with friends or reading books. What can I tell? It worked for me. I did not have any problems with both habits. It seems that the mind can serve you in powerful ways.

To climb a mountain, create a new recipe, learn a new language, or dance, as in the Dancing With The Stars show, these examples are wants or goals. Goals make life richer. They lead from one point to other.

Steps  For Reaching Goals

 Follow Your Passion


Consider what your passion is. Who would you like to be? What kind of things do you want to have? Have a vision of your future. What you will be doing now will suit your time to come. Usually, people who love what they do reach satisfaction and rewards sooner compared withthan people who follow the conventional path. Everybody in this world has a passion. It does matter what it is. Belt making, music creation, model construction, sewing, or traveling can be your passion. You can make chocolate if you are crazy about it. It does matter how big the competition is; people will be attracted if you polish your skills and present your information or products. Interested people would be attracted and interested if you polish your skills and submit your information or products. Nothing excites and inspires others more than an individual who likes what he does. Be one of them, and you will succeed.

 Lay Down Ideas On The Paper


Pick a sheet of paper. Write down what you want. Besides, write what is needed to accomplish these ideas. Do you want to be a doctor? Go to the hospital to volunteer. You will see an environment, a natural field, where you look at how it seems. Prepare yourself for long hours of study. Do you want to be a dancer? It will be long and monotonous hours of repetition.

You can write any ideas that pop into your head. Some of them can be stupid or ridiculous. Some of them can be worth millions. It would help if you used the brain for exploration. It is a hidden source of ideas. Unfortunately, we do not use it entirely.

Start doing things that lead to your goal. Go to school, read reference books, and volunteer in your wanted field. It is great to meet people who are experts in your desired field.

Conferences, Google groups, and various websites such as meetup.com give access to more solid circles of people who have already accomplished your necessary tasks. If you know what you want, strange coincidences happen. Somebody gives the book to read about your desired topic. It looks like all the world goes to our aid with answers to your questions.

Surround yourself with people who reached results in your desired area. If somebody achieved results in your chosen field, you are no exception. Of course, if you are over forty, you will not be a ballerina who dances in the most prominent theaters. However, you can learn fundamentals and enjoy dancing in local groups. As long you know what you want and what inspires you, you can achieve your personal goal.

When you reach your goal, go for another. You will be bored when you get your plan. You have already experienced it; now, you can climb higher towards new goals. You will see that it is easier to accomplish tasks that were before scary. It is called a simple word: the practice.

We enjoy watching great piano players, dancers, or craft artists who perform effortlessly. Everything seems easy. Unfortunately, there are plenty of monotonous jobs involved in reaching excellence. It is a pity when we do not learn about the correlation between hard work and successful results. It will be mistakes, disappointment, and days when we do not see progress. But if you make every day as best as possible, you will see yourself standing on the top, wishing to reach other mountains or years after some month.

We live in a noisy environment that does not let us concentrate and think. However, loud noise does not add value to our lives. People buried in the noise of traffic, social media, and surroundings lose the ability to decide for themselves.

Loud Noise Does Not Add Value

We are free to choose from. However, constant noise disrupts the balance. Why do you think monks and entrepreneurs such as Tim Ferriss meditate? They seek for solutions, peace, and stability.

If we would check after one hundred years the value created by social media, would we see something significant was built?

I wonder what kind of value noise brings to humanity?

Overall social media does a good job, especially when news and events are not compatible with individuals who use power against weaker human beings. However, you need to be a big shot in Hollywood to attract the attention of the majority. Otherwise, essential issues become buried with the piles of fake and momentarily news.

You heard, read it and forgot. It is not suitable for human evolution that noise created by newspapers, TV, social media, weakens our ability to think and decide what is right for us. I do not talk about the last model of the iPhone, but I think that we lose the ability to look forward and make the right choices.

 Making Choices


We make choices every day, starting from the morning and ending before it. Conscious people can control their dreams at night. It would be great that we could decide towards big things, for example how we would like to live, what do we want to achieve.

Unfortunately, we did not learn at school or in colleges how to think. Earl Nightingale, the famous broadcaster, told that dressing up and going to shower, do not count as the thinking.

We must think diligently, knowing, or searching and learning about ways how to improve ourselves.

Obstacles For the Right Thinking


Most of us are born in families who lived n the same way as parents and grandparents lived. Nothing is wrong about that we can stay at the same level of evolution as our family is.  I read that the student is terrible who cannot achieve better results as the teacher did.

I guess it is more difficult to overcome fears and stubbornness; however, after some time, things will change for the good.

Loud Noise Does Not Add Value

Influence of social media, TV, newspapers, friends, family, and teachers is enormous. Being in the environment which does not push you to innovate,  ask questions, and think for yourself, could leave you at the same level as you were before.

You will hear statements that this or this is best and will work just fine for you. However, these statements are from the other side. You have your mind too. You have tasks to accomplish in Earth and leave it a little better as it was before. It would seem as the overstatement, however, think about yourself. Are you happy?

Sometimes I think that loud noise from the surrounding environment is a tool to divert our attention to directions where somebody wants you to be.

Why Do I Talk  About Loud Noise?


People are not as relaxed as they were before. There are not so many serious and interesting but joyful ways how to live and lead our lives.

The loud noise from everywhere silences our ability to create, think ahead, and make reasonable decisions. This loud noise does not add value. It throws out of the balance and leads to misery. There is no relaxation, joy, or meaning, just sound.

It is the reason why people climb mountains, fight with each other,  try various ways how to escape the loud noise from the environment. They want to change their lives, but most of us do not know how to do it.

One of the answers is meditation. It saved the sanity of many lost souls which now do just great.

How to be consistent in life? The consistency helps move around without significant embarrassment and broken dreams. What do I mean? Being consistent helps us stay on track, fix or let go of various obstacles on the way, and reach better results in every area of our lives.

 Consistency Pays Off


You see results when individuals succeed in business, relationships, or performance. How do they reach this stage? Constant repetition of actions, following primary goals, and moving forward without regrets allows achieving more in life than others.

You know these stories when somebody praises musicians or athletes for their performance. Their answer is if someone practiced ten years every day repeating and polishing moves, they would achieve the same or better results.

 Follow Leaders


How to Be Consistent in the Life

It is easy to be lost in everyday routine and see that we did not move from the dead point at the end of the year. Leaders and mentors inspire us and provide tips and encouragement on how to reach our goals. These high achievers are the same human beings as we are. Just they started and did not give up.

I do not talk about people born into wealthy families, who have trust funds, etc. I talk about people who are not happy with the current situation. We want to change our lives for good, help and serve others, take care of families, and provide excellent customer service.

When we follow leaders, we transfer ourselves to a different level. We see examples of how to reach our dreams. We learn from them. You do not need to go to expensive seminars. There are plenty of books that provide excellent education and support. You can study the habits of famous people and discover how they helped them. Consistency in life provides a framework for our actions.

 Start From Small Steps


Ancient Rome was built starting from the first brick. Pupils start at school or home from simple tasks. Consistent learning, observation of progress, re-checking, and performance of works push us up, not down.

Of course, you must know where you want o go. It would help if you diligently researched options and ways to optimize your progress. Being consistent in life will help you to achieve everything that you want.

Affirmations have similarities with visualization. We repeat the same words or sentences concentrating to wanted results. Our subconscious mind accepts it after constant repeating of affirmations. There are recommendations to repeat affirmations at least 20 times per day. At first, the conscious mind understands what do we talk about. Later on, the subconsciousness takes care of positive affirmations.

There are requirements which help affirmations turn to reality.

  • Affirmative sentences or words must be repeated regularly.
  • Several affirmations per day must be at least twenty times.
  • Words may work after repeating 3000 times per day.
  • Avoid negativity in your thinking and speech. Harmful and negative thoughts erase the effect of positive affirmations.
  • We must know that we want. If you jump from one wish to another result will be dull.

What is interesting that the subconsciousness accepts everything that we think and talk. It does not care if we will harm ourselves, or we will prepare for success. Positive affirmations are as grain or plants sawed and plated to the fertile soil. The subconsciousness is this soil which has connections with the Universe. Believe it or not, it works. Have you seen movies about fighters or players which concentrate before games or fights? They visualize their victories, repeating positive words: I win. Success is mine.

There plenty of stories which show the capabilities of human beings. Do you think that they did not have any doubts? They did, but they choose another path.
