Dealing With ProcrastinationI guess that everybody knows that procrastination is not the real thing. Why? Because sooner or later we need to face a problem and deal with it. I know, it is not easy to face it, but anyway, if we manage our tasks and challenges now, we will feel refreshed and energized.

Just Try It


Always thinking about your options, ways how to avoid doing this or that, creates a burden for us. We carry with us constant worries, how it is going to be, or what kind of consequences can be. It is better to try and see how we can finish what we started. We procrastinate with our plans to tell somebody how we appreciate them, how do we love someone. We think that our lives will better after one or few months, after New Year or retirement.

Best Time is Present


Best thinkers and writers told that the best time is now. Time to start the new job, lose weight, find friends, fix your bed, learn the original language, or get rid of old things which clutter your closets and minds.

Of course, it is great not to try water with both feet. You need to make plans, contemplate it, but not whole eternity. Time is a precious thing. We can not buy it or save it in a safety deposit box. Sometimes, when we wait too long, our opportunities can be slim. Taking action is the best thing, which will move you from the dead point. You know this old saying that Rome not built in a few days. Everything starts with small steps.

Do Not Postpone What You Want to Do


Deal With ProcrastinationIt is excellent when you can be polite with yourself,  but at the same time encourage and push yourself towards the desired goal. I do not know anybody happy postponing things, which were close to heart.

Live your life now. Enjoy every minute of it. Do that you always dreamed do, because the latter can be other situations or possibilities can disappear. Of course, life always opens new doors after closing old ones.

SuccessIf we want to reach something, it does not matter what, we need to have the right mindset. Picking right thoughts, we move in the right direction. Our mindset consists of beliefs, ideas, values, habits, opinions, identity. It means how do we analyze and interpret what we see and feel the experience. Our mindset has a significant influence on our life events and consequences from it. If we think that we can achieve everything, we will succeed. Of course, we need to take action. Sitting on the bench in the park is suitable for a short time. However, to accomplish your dreams and reach your goals takes more as honest thought about what do we want.

Analyze Your Thoughts and Beliefs


Usually,  we do not think, and we do not explain why our lives go in this or different direction. We drift and enjoy our journey. If it is what you want is perfect. Why?  You are happy with your lifestyle. Unfortunately, many people are not content with their vacation here, on this precious Earth. They are not satisfied with the government, politics, employers, or weather. They do not think that with the right mindset, they would be on the other train. Train, which brings them to their dreams and goals.

Choosing Right Direction


Analyzing behavior, thoughts, from where it came from, we can stop and shift our beliefs in the right direction. Everything is in our hands. Of course, there is the most significant Power; it does not matter how do you call it: God, Supreme Being, or Universal Mind. Anyway, if humankind would be sitting in one place with expectations, that God will do everything for them, our civilization would be at the level of cave dwellers. If we do not analyze our thoughts, we function as the automats. It means that our mindsets lead our lives. Some beliefs as money grew on trees or money are dirty and not for me, keep us from moving to direction, where these questions and ideas are not welcome. Why? Because negativity always attracts negativity. As the sun forces us to take clothes off in summer, so a positive attitude and right mindset create the environment, where we can make progress. These advances can be in any direction.

Choose Right Mindset


Right mindset enables us to go after our goals. There is no stagnation because thinking good thoughts, changing habits to habits, which help us reach perfection and contentment in our lives, makes us happy and relaxed. We know that everything will be okay. If something goes in the wrong direction, we stop, relax, and make other decisions. We know that we can trust in ourselves.

 Imagination Consists Of Thoughts


Picking right thoughtsUsing the power of imagination; we can reach heights, which were extending far up for us before. The power of visualization proved thousands if not millions, of times. Most of all champions before the competition in their heads have the full image of what is going to be. They go after one move to another and imagine themselves, how they reach victory, how people congratulate them. This movie in their minds creates the ability to believe in themselves, concentrate, and perform in the best way as possible.

Continually improving your body and mind; you will prepare to reach your wanted results. Do you know that people use just one-third of their mental abilities? Visualization helps everybody who wants to achieve their goals in every area of their activities. There are plenty of examples, when people had the picture in their heads what they want to see, have, or, achieve. Everything that you created in your head is a  real thing. You imagine how everything it looks,  painting wanted the subject in your head with thoughts. Being calm and relaxed helps in the best way because you prepare your subconscious mind to work for you. It does not matter if it is a mansion on beachfront or your relationships, health, or successful business.

You do not need to go to professionals and pay plenty of money for knowledge and advice, which you can find in books. Everything that you need to know is free; you need to find time to read them. One of the great books is  The Power of Subconscious Mind, written by Joseph Murphy. He offers using few techniques, such as the technique of Charles Baudouin, French-Swiss psychoanalyst. He advises how to use your subconscious mind. It is best when we are half asleep, relaxed. When we know what kind of things we want to achieve, we shorten our problem or decision to the description of few words. Always repeating it, it would stick in your memory. When you use this technique, your subconscious mind works for you. Tension releases. After repeating this idea, you will have your problems solved.

Sometimes people block their minds with worries. In this case, your visualization will divide into the two pieces. From one side, you want to achieve results. From another side,  you are objecting them.

Visualization Before sleep, your mind is relaxed. Continually repeating the same sentences, what you want to achieve, penetrates your mind. When your unwanted thoughts wish to take over, you gently turn to your active sentences, which will deeper and deeper fulfill your ideas.

You can find them a hundred years ago as Seneca or Marcus Aurelius. Their worlds will be actual after hundred years too because of timeless truth and wisdom. You see them nowadays also, but they do nor shout so loudly and do not seek attention as temporary stars. They do their job quietly and are known for the smaller cycle of people.  You would wonder why it happens in this way?

Nowadays, the attention span is short. People cannot concentrate. They need louder and more colorful triggers. Does it wrong? It depends on what kind of your life purpose is. Do you want success, or do you want to dig deeper and understand the secrets of life?

Mentors and wise people can teach us through books and personal examples. You know that a good company can be infectious and pull you to look for new goals and victories.

For me,  it seems that somebody tries our limits and wants to see how far we can go. How often do we hear these words? Keep calm and move on. Try to clear mind and procedure. I think that most important is to have a bright mind, calm your senses as much as possible. Without it, our actions could bring unwanted consequences.

For example, if we were sad, angry, or disappointed with ourselves, we like to turn for comfort. It could be different things, such as unhealthy food, drugs, speed or video games — the contradictory.

  Keep Calm and Enjoy Life


How To Clear MindA famous video game creator  Jane McGonigal stated that playing video games is beneficial. It helps us fight depression. People acquire secret identities in video games. They can imagine that they are active and creative. It gives the brain a positive stimulus. It pushes us to think and reevaluate the situation. Games are different because they can stimulate your mind or drive to the phantasy world where you will stay without knowing a real one.

Of course, we need a calm and clear mind when we confused and lost. However, meditation and emotional support would be more useful.

    Keep Calm And Help Yourself To Get Back On The Track


Anyway, as everywhere, moderation is a good thing. Sitting too long in a room by computer or watching TV harms our bodies, especially eyes. It happens when they stare too long at one point. If you mad at something, try to use breathing techniques, exercises, and meditation. The shower helps also. Sometimes we want to forget and turn for comforts such as junk food, binge drinking, or pointless arguing. You can watch YouTube videos were plenty of techniques on how to clear mind. The meditation teaches us how to see ourselves from outside when we gently shift focus back from wandering thoughts to calming them. It lets your higher yourself take control of your rebellious mind.

Positive affirmations can change the way how do we think and behave. Words are as seeds. We can rip tasty fruits or have weeds in mind. We need to watch what do we believe and carefully guard thoughts. When we decide that we want to change the way how do we live and start to take actions, sooner or later we will see results.

Physical exercises release the tension and let the blood, filled up with oxygen, reach all smallest corners of our body. When we are fit physically, we are in charge of our bodies. We have discipline. With it, we could be in charge of our emotions, with our situations, when something an unexpected happens.

Do you know what the ego is? There are many books written on this topic. These busy thoughts which remind the bunch of jumping monkeys do not have anything with a real you. It is a reason why people are disappointed with themselves. Feelings such as the jealousy, anger, sadness take over us because this ego does not let us be ourselves. The ego does not allow us to live in the present. It continually reminds us how it was good a  few years ago, twenty years ago or how it would be great if we could get this or another thing. Unfortunately, the ego is not content when we got it. The ego wants more. It is a vicious cycle, which does not have an end.

When you learn to meditate, your mind becomes empty of worthless thoughts. You can see things from further position.

 Help Others


Helping OthersIf we could find contentment with what we have; we would be happy and relaxed. Why?  There are no worries about the past or future. We live in the present moment and enjoy what we have. Turning to values such as the serving for people, helping each other, or thinking how future generations will live after us will give more pleasure and comfort — nothing wrong to have beautiful things. Anyway,  it is better to choose quality over the measure. You will feel better because there is a difference between the best things what money can buy and things, which do not have real worth. I always wonder, why people keep crystal dishes in closets and eat from second plates? Why not enjoy a simple meal from the beautiful plate and drink filtered water from crystal glass?

  Believe In Yourself


Believing in yourself and taking care of things, which are essential to you would make your life easier and enjoyable. Of course, if something turns to a different direction, such as relationship or the situation at work, it is better to be a  humble person. Maybe it was for the best.

I  believe, when somebody told me that life is chaos. Maybe it is true. We do our best, bet sometimes instead of a  prize we got the silence or complaints. Just forget it and move on. Believe in yourself. Life is good and always will be in this way.

Do not Forget Nutrition


Minerals, enzyme, and vitamins keep the brain in the balance and good shape. If we eat the wrong food which has just empty calories without vital nutrients, sooner or later we cannot think and control emotions.

Choose Be PositiveOur attitude toward what is going in our lives makes our days pleasant or miserable. Choosing the positivity in life helps to get friends, make peace with ourselves, and inspire others. Maybe it is not easy to believe, but it is true. Why? Try to do one experiment. Think about two things at once. For example, a vacation in your yard or vacation in Hawaii. How it goes? I guess you can think for once just about one thing.

Positive  Thinking Versus Negative


Few years the favorite book was, and later a movie Secret. There were mentioned truths about the influence of thoughts on our bodies, minds, and life overall. Previously, in Esther and Jerry’s book The Law of  Attraction, were teachings about the importance of our thoughts. If we think right, compassionate ideas, we got the same back. Negativity and resentment as the echo return to us, do we want it or not. Nobody is going to ask us because it is the universal law.

Robin Sharma, the famous speaker, and writer told that to gain a new habit or erase the old one people need to work on it 66 days. Scientists from Harvard found out how long it takes to reprogram ourselves.

Are you willing to try? I tried, and I did not use Facebook for 70 days. Nothing happened. I found more time to read and meet friends in the real world.

Importance of Positivity


Modern medicine recognizes the importance of positivity in our lives. So many diseases happen thanks to stress, worries, feeling greedy or jealousy. Somebody complains about the stomach, somebody about blood pressure, higher as usually after the confrontation with something or somebody. It is a good thing to reconsider all situations what happens in our lives. Think about how it is essential for us to after one month, one year or a few years. Does worth to fuss about it or let it go?  Especially if we can not change this or other particular situation, we do not need to worry. What we can change is our attitude; how do we react to the surrounding world.

Our thoughts make a difference in our lives. They affect how our minds and bodies function. If we do not breathe well, because we are upset,  stale air in our lungs does not help oxygen go to blood and organs.

Of course, we need to have a clear mind and do not hope what positive thoughts will solve everything. However, it will prepare the soil in the subconscious mind where all things happen.

Miracle Man


I wonder, how many people heard about Miracle Man, Morris E. Goodman. His miraculous healing after an accident and return to real life thanks to the belief in the power of positive thoughts, makes me speechless. He became the motivational speaker after he recovered from breaking his spine.

You can see and hear more fascinating stories which serve as examples for humanity where the positive attitude won against negativity and laziness.

Sometimes we complain that we do not have enough shoes when we meet people who don’t have legs. They are happy living. According to Earl Nightingale, it takes people who are physically limited to show us who do not lack anything that is the meaning of real life.

Can You Change Character?


Choose to be positiveIt is a belief what if we change our character, we can improve our ability to attract diseases. Regarding  Ayurveda, ancient medicine in India, it is a belief that jealousness attracts oncological diseases, weakens the immune system, revenge leads to throat illness and disturbance of sleep. If somebody is prone to worry too much, it can attract stomach, skin, and heart’s unhealthy changes.

It is best to think about things what makes you happy.  Oprah told, that she is thankful every day for the opportunity to tie shoes by herself.

Overall, when we are angry, without patience, we cannot concentrate and see what is around us. Every small detail can throw us from the balance. When we do not control emotions and thoughts, they control us.

Control Your Thoughts


To continually follow our thoughts, what we are thinking is way, leading to a more balanced approach. Try to catch yourself in the middle of internal dialogue, such as why it happened to me or why I do not have this or this. Remember, here is peaking just your ego, not your soul.

Overall if ego would disappear, in the world would be peace. Ego is from primitive times when we needed to fight for survival. Unfortunately, many of us do not know it. We believe that we have to be right at any price. Sometimes it can lead to fatal ending when somebody fumes and cannot forgive, keeps the anger inside. Some of the people think that if they will forgive or will show politeness, it will be counted as the weakness. Thankfully it is not the point. We learn through experience. When somebody tells that we need to do in another way, we cannot agree thinking that we will show the lack of power and importance.

Follow Your Heart


Try to listen to your heart. She knows what is best for you. At first,  it can be silent.  Later you will feel when something is wrong. Trying techniques such as meditation or contemplation,  it can lead to pleasant discoveries, such as that we do not need so many things in our lives. Otherwise, it can be that we can be content with that what do we have now. It will lead us to better lives because our worries will disappear, thanks to positive thinking.

Update. Today on NPR  doctor told that musicians who play classical music could suffer from tinnitus more often compared with rock enroll players. He explained that not all classical music is perfect. When musicians play in orchestra not what they do like but what need, they will see consequences as the higher level of bad hearing.

You would think that bands need to be harmed more. Nope, it is opposite because they like what they do.

What Is The Personal Responsibility?

What is the personal responsibility? It is a constant check-up in all areas of life how do we behave and act, what kind of consequences our actions bring to the world. The world means our friends, family, and everything that surrounds us. One fascinating short story written by Ray Bradbury A Sound Of Thunder shows how a small event can change history.  What Is The Personal Responsibility?

 

 

This story is fiction. However, Ray Bradbury was close to the truth in many of his short stories. He touches our minds magically and inspires us to think and dream wider.

Okay, back to real life. When we search for services, items, or products, we look and hope for the best. The quality assures what we will get the best thing when we look for it. However, my favorite car, Honda, suffered from dishonest part provider Takata. Honda cars are great and efficient, but this detail as defective airbags from the manufacturer Takata turned lives upside down for people who trusted the brand.

Takata installed more as 1 million of airbags into Honda and Acura cars. They caused eleven fatalities in the USA.

How did it happen? Takata went using a cheap way. The manufacturer used the same material that caused the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing. It was ammonium nitrate. Usually, chemical tetrazole used by other manufacturers is safe. The ammonium nitrate works oppositely. It can become unstable, especially when it exposed to the moisture.

The cheap manufacturing way cost lives. Besides it, Takata knew about an explosion in 2004, but they assured Honda that it was an anomaly. Takata started test airbags and found out that two of them picked from junkyards malfunctioned. Despite this fact, the manufacturer told technicians to wipe all data from computers.

This failure cost one billion dollars for airbag manufacturer Takata.

This gruesome example shows how we need to be careful and use a conventional sense. Unfortunately, in this case, when Honda sent letters about recalls and the ability to fix the problem, customers were slow to react to the news.

What Is The Point?


 Part 1


Most of us are not conscious enough to differentiate truth from falsehood. Most of us follow instincts which are right in the wilderness but here, living in the 21 Century we could expand awareness.

You would ask who cares? I care, but you do not know me. However, your family or friends would worry about you if you would react instinctively without thinking.

Plenty of us listens to neighbors or friends. It is nice to chat. However, when we choose our goals or at least that kind of computer to buy, it is better to select professionals. Besides it, choosing from a few options, we would get a better outcome.

There are plenty of individuals who look for positive examples or authoritative persons. Unfortunately, they could be hidden under masks. Camouflage works when we want to protect themselves from enemies in nature. Here, in the real world, we can be fooled with false images, statements, and plays.

In this Honda example, I want to point out that everybody can make mistakes. However, how you behave facing difficulties show your real character. Honda recognized errors and acknowledged it. Takata wanted to avoid personal responsibility.

Honda recognized that the partner Takata did the wrong thing. Unfortunately, airbag manufacturer dived into bushes. Was he scared?  I have in mind the head of the company. Who knows? It is a horrible situation, but that you can do? You need to fix the problem, pay for mistakes, and move on.

The chain of consequences moves further harming many people. You can see this pattern in many areas of life.

Health and the quality of life is a priority one for me. I suppose it must be for everyone. However, plenty of us slow down, lose the spark, and energy to change circumstances.

Why Does It Happen?


I heard from my friend one sentence which confuses me. She told us that we would leave everything in the same way as we found it. She talked about the time when we ascend to haven. I want to go there, but you never know how everything will turn out, do you?

In her words, we do not need even to try to change something. I did not want to go into endless discussions, but I found out that she is not alone in this type of opinion. Plenty of people think who cares, so what?

It is good to think in the way when you know that behave or perform in a reasonable way for you. You do not care what others think. You know what it is not harmful and it can work for youWhat Is The Personal Responsibility or maybe for others too.

Steven Jobs once told that people do not know what they want. He needs to tell and show them what is right. His strategy worked. Now we have fascinating devices.

First, when I read about it, I thought about how he is rude and disrespectful. Now I see that sometimes we need the push or potent reminder about our limited understanding. It does not mean that we are stupid.

It means that we do not think and we do not use the brain properly. Earl Nightingale, the famous broadcaster, and writer, told that most people are like caterpillars going rounds without questioning and understanding what is going on.

What Is The Point?


Part 2


Clumsiness, the lack of responsibility lead us to on the straight path to the misery, problems, and regrets.

You know that the lack of will and power over yourself will equip you with additional pounds and harmful habits. You will be restricted to exciting and more active friends. You will get a job where the money is scarce. Okay, maybe I paint the gloomy picture but leaving important decisions to others and not thinking for ourselves, creates the path to nothing.

 What Does It Mean?


It means that we have the right to be unhappy or mad at somebody. However, it does not change anything. Of course, there are plenty of nuts who complain about how the world is unfair to them, that nobody loves them and so on. Later on, they go on the rampage destroying innocent people’s lives.

Accepting personal responsibility for actions is a sign of strong character. Not everybody has it. Maybe it is the reason why people choose to complain about doing something to change what they do not like.

How do you deal with problems? Are you afraid and hide under bushes? It is nothing wrong to be scared that later on, you need to face reality. The world will not change according to you. You can bend yourself and find positive ways in everything, even in the wrong things.

How To Live Worry Free In Life

Live now free without worries about what is going to be tomorrow or after one month. How to live worry-free in life? It takes some consideration, and thoughtful observation regarding that is significant to us. We can not change what is going to happen, but we can improve our attitude towards it. Constant thinking, how do we look, what people will tell about us after-party or speech in the auditorium, is worthless. It is just a waste of time.

Be Alert At The Present Time


How To Live Worry Free In LifeOur life can be compared to the sand clock. Seconds, minutes, hours go down always. They disappear without asking for permission. Nobody asks us if we want it or not. Understanding, that this process will end sooner or later, why not enjoy every minute here, on this precious Earth. Our future is far away, the past is behind us, but this day is ours now. Of course; it takes time and patience. Anyway, knowing that we did our best, let us feel relaxed. All our efforts, the energy goes to this day. It works as the laser, which focused on one particular point, can accomplish difficult tasks. When we live in this way, all live events are more vivid for us, because we are alert, observing what we do now. Our physical health is good because we know what to do now. We are in control of our days and precious time. We need to be content with time, which given to us.

Because thinking about what it was or will be, gives us just suggestions, worries, or thoughts about what could be in another way. We do not provide a time machine. I know that Apple computers have it. Anyway, it is just the name. This particular second,  the minute is a real thing. Enjoy it, give thanks for it that you are alive and live your day in the best way as possible.

Usually, if we sleep right, we start our day is energetic and full of hopes to be in the same state till evening. Sometimes happens that we burn out through the day. Why? Because rushing to do things, worrying about something that we can not change, makes us feel tired.

Choose Excitement


Especially when we are doing something annoying. We can be sleepy during these tasks and cannot believe why times goes so slowly. Otherwise, doing something that excites us, we can do this job all day long and still after work, we will be happy and energetic.

Having an exciting job or doing tasks, which inspire you gives us significant benefits for our well being. In the same way, if we can concentrate our thoughts and do not let the mind wander around, everything goes faster and with excellent quality.

Control Your Thoughts


If we want to remove tiredness or be able to enjoy the day despite any circumstances,  we can do it controlling our mind and concentrating thoughts. If we choose to think positive thoughts, negativity will go away. In the beginning,  we can pretend that we like tasks in our jobs. Focusing on what we do and not letting negative thoughts give us excuses, we can discover the enormous potential in ourselves. We can be rulers of our world.

It happens when we are in charge of our minds. Maybe do you hear that if you do not control your thoughts, they can dance like monkeys in our heads? It is not so a pleasant feeling when we see that everything slips away from us, and we feel exhaustion and tiredness.

Choose Discipline


Choose DisciplineDiscipline and awareness, what kind of goals are ahead, give us push forward. Nobody at the end of life will be happy remembering about time, which was spent on the couch watching TV. The sense of accomplishment after finishing difficult but required tasks will fulfill us with pride and joy. Why? Because we will be in charge of our lives and nobody could tell us what we spend our precious on Earth doing nothing.

It is good saying: a habit is not a need. Thinking about why do we have these things going in one or another way helps us to modify our patterns; it is good to analyze our behavior. Most important to be honest with ourselves.

What Is It A Habit?


Habit is a pattern of something doing again and again, not thinking and feeling how and why it happens. For example, people like to shorten their nails cutting it with their tooth. Not so lovely view for somebody who sees this situation. Habits to be late, lie for themselves, scratch nose, or spend time on the couch is just a few from all variety our behavior. Look around at first. It is easier to see the bad habits of other people compared with yourself.

Paying Attention To Yur Thoughts


These behavior patterns keep us in the cycle. If we do not pay attention, why we are doing it in this way, what kind of consequences are of it, we will be stuck in the same place. To change habits is not as easy as it seems. You know about New Year’s resolutions. It does not matter what it is; for most of us, these promises disappear like the mist from the sun. It is so easy to go back to old, known patterns. It does not mean that we do not want to change the old lifestyle or remove something that does not work for us from our lives.

It means that we need always guard our thoughts, behavior, and actions.

The Way To Rid Of Bad Habits


The same method as for goals works for habits too. You can pick a sheet of paper and write down which habits bother you. Write data, when you would like to start and finish. It is known that to change habits takes twenty-one day. Other authors give 40 days. Of course,  at first,  you need to decide which practices are corrupt for you. Take everything seriously for yourself. It is everything about you. Changing patterns is not easy; why you do not see leaders everywhere.

It is an excellent technique to reward yourself after reaching the smallest advantage. If you go back to the old behavior, relax, tell yourself that it is not the end of the world and start again. Be gentle with yourself, but firm.

Now you know how to prepare yourself for changing habits for a prosperous future. You identified them, found time and patience to move to new patterns, who are best for you. You used tools like a vision board to strengthen influence to keep your will and imagination working for you. Now it is time to register your progress. Are you happy with the changes? If not, check again what you expect from yourself. What would you like to reach and how to replace your character’s details?

Of course, it is not easy to change stubborn habits. If everything went so smoothly, we would have plenty of happy people around. Why?  Everybody wants to see changes in all areas of their lives. Unfortunately, just a few of us get up from the couch and take action.

What and who made us without strong characters and stubborn will? There are plenty of reasons and explanations, but from my point of view, I see that most people in civilized countries lost a sense of reality.

They do not know what it means to be hungry, be afraid of bombs or arrests. Every nation had its share of sorrow and loss. However, some of them forgot about it because it happened many years ago.

Most of us who do not need to worry about basic needs are content with it what do we have. We do not think that we could live a lot better lives if we would change habits.

What kind of habits would you ask? Discipline, responsibility, and strong wish to reach the highest ground disappear from many heads.

Get Help From Friends


It is an excellent thing to tell your good friends or people who you trust about your intentions. They can help to keep you on the track. If you do not have them, it is okay. You have the best support in the world: yourself. Give a big smile for yourself, tell yourself  I love you, and move on. For everybody, the time changing habits and speed are different.

Most importantly, what you know what you want to change, and you will. Believe in yourself and do not let anybody to throw you off the chosen path. It is your life for Pete’s sake.

Update. Robin Sharma, famous coach and writer points out that we need 66 days to form a new habit or lose an old one. He tells that scientists from Harvard found out that this term works. I tried by myself one to drop one practice which I got from the first class. At the same time, I decided to skip Facebook for 66 days and spent my time on better things, such as time with friends or reading books. What can I tell? It worked for me. I did not have any problems with both habits. It seems that the mind can serve you in powerful ways.

The vacation is an excellent occupation for children and adults. The reaction is different because children can enjoy every minute of life. Adults restricted by routine and rules. They can not so quickly transfer from one condition to another. They lay on the beach and at the same time, think about the job. Of course, not everybody is a maniac and perfectionist. However, plenty of people still think about the situation. Some of them answer emails. It shows that individuals cannot adequately relax and forget their jobs. Do you believe that it was a problem with society when hardworking people valued and somebody who does not have an office job, is a loser?

The Importance of Last Days Before Vacation


People who work all year long depleted and exhausted. They dream about the rest and the change, but the vacation did not start yet.

If we relax too early, we can make mistakes on the job. We can forget something important because we will think about a vacation. The patience and constant checking of details is a significant step towards free time from worries for ourselves.

What Is Your Biggest Inspiration In Life

Inspirations are engines for progress and the birth of various creations. It creates miracles such as St. Peter’s Basilica in Rome or Fr. Lloyds Wright house on the waterfall. What is your biggest inspiration in life?

Life consists of details. People stream for a better job, relationships, or quality of life. I presume that most of us want to achieve results right away. If we found priorities in our lives, we would save plenty of time for reaching goals and dreams. Inspirations can differ from preferences. However, if you will take the time to consider each of them, you can find a balance in life.

Sometimes, when we do not have what we want right away, we abandon our dreams or complain about what life is not fair for us. This pattern reminds the behavior of the child who wants to have a toy now. It is easy to distract the child in the same way as the adult giving new exciting occupation.

However, the child will grow up. The whole future lies ahead of the little human being. Adults do not have time to jump from one toy to another if they want to reach their goals or follow their inspirations.

Analyze Your Day


Try to look at yourself as an outsider. How do you spend your day? Where could you save your energy and time?

We often waste our precious time on the things which do not have importance for us. They are momentary. These details showed up and disappeared. People think that they have power over something, such as mentally fixing mistakes of others or talking about plans.

Do not talk about your future too much. Reach for your goals and often check what excites you. Other people will see results from a happy person, not just from the negative chatterbox. Actions are better as words because you can see real results. Of course, you can change direction if you see that this process does not inspire you anymore.

What is most important that you feel that excites and inspires you. Sometimes you can feel that the world is unfriendly and nobody wants to help you. It is a reality because of people busy with themselves. However, you know that you want. It is your inspiration, not anybody’s else.

We spent time on details which after couple minutes will be not essential for us.  Road rage, the lack of tolerance and contentment lead to the throw off balance. Do not let small things to throw you off the path. Smile, get up, and move on. You are not the only one who wants to see changes in life. It takes time and perseverance, but your goals can become real.

Look For Important Things


We live in a world which always changes. What is was popular yesterday, it is not appealing after a couple of hours. Events change, people become famous and later on disappear after a few seasons if nobody follows them on Twitter or Facebook.

I think that nowadays we have plenty of artificiality in our lives. Values are compromised and changed in the way what pleases the main public at a particular time.

Anyway, we need to ask ourselves what is important to us? What do we want from life? What keeps us getting from bed? The routine can be like a swamp. It can swallow us and kill all enthusiasm. Fortunately, we can know what inspires us and what kind of goals we want to reach. In this case,  the routine will be just the sequence of duties what do we need to perform

Deep inside, we know that we can live more fulfilling lives. Analyzing your day helps to find out how do we live. Do we waste precious minutes on details? Do we see a bigger picture?

Find Your Priorities In Life


I guess most of us want to reach financial freedom because it lets us do what we want. Do we know why do we need it? Earl Nightingale told that we need to be a master of money. Money must be a servant for us. A tool to achieve results or help others.

Being honest with ourselves helps us to see a bigger picture. What does it mean? If we analyze our habits and mistakes, we can find out the pattern which fits or interferes with our goals.

Yesterday I was irritated when I discovered that my place for the car was taken by other vehicles. I found out where I can park my car. Later,  I thought about how I was distracted by these petty things. I guess that my ego wanted to control the situation.

When we sort and calm our thoughts during meditation time, we can reach peace for our mind. It is the same as finding priorities in our lives.

Ask Questions


What will important for us after day, week, or a few years? What helps for us to evolve as the human being? What helps us to reach our goals?

I know that it is easier to find faults somewhere else. Without constant supervision, I would stay at the same point of evolution. It means that I do not need to be superior, but I want to remove obstacles which do not let me reach my goals.

People Are Different


We all are different as human beings. Physical appearance, education,  and place where we live give us different possibilities in our lives. Fortunately, people if they use their minds, they can achieve almost everything.

Find your priorities in life and follow your inspirations. What is important to you, it can be not significant to others. Anyway, who cares? It is your life. Everybody is different, but unique. If we need help,  mentors and books give encouragement and knowledge to us.

Follow your heart, and you will find what is essential for you. Please, do not be afraid. The world is a beautiful place if you will decide to look for things and for people who are vital for you.

Finding the biggest inspiration in your life can make happy not just you but all the people who surround you. Besides it, they can follow your example and find their inner spark, which keeps them going.
