Thanks for this review, Nemira. As a regular weightlifter, I make sure I get plenty of protein for muscle repair and growth. The problem with most protein powders is that they don’t tend to have much in the way of nutrients. It sounds like ReStructure could be the way to go! Only 80 calories for 22 grams of protein?? That sounds about as pure as it gets, and for anyone trying to cut after a bulking cycle, that’s fantastic! I might just have to get some to help me trim down for summer. 🙂

Wow – This is great! Especially about the ReStructure Protein. I keep trying different protein powders, I’ve even tried some vegan ones… but I haven’t found one I’m totally liking. Can I ask a question about the Completement Formula? Is this something where you can incorporate every item you mentioned into your diet? I’m just wondering, because these all seem like things I could benefit from…. but I just wonder if it’s OK to use all of them at the same time? Or maybe just a combination of a few… What do you suggest?

Yesss, I heard about the renew! It seems to be extremely beneficial for scars and aging. Even for dark circles under the eyes. It’s crazy how the renew heals so much. From wounds to rashes. Although, I wouldn’t recommend for sensitive skin. I might consider purchasing this one!

I am veterinarian and for me all things associated with wellbeing are important. Dr. Carolyn Dean is a decent human being because she gives away so much information about products which help people. I will write more about this protein powder because this Restructure formula is so complex. Nemira: Great information and sounds like a pretty great compliment of vitamins and supplements to get our bodies back to square one.
Being diabetic type 2, the protein drink mix sounds excellent. I do protein every morning with my vitamins and of course, I’m still on the metformin for my diabetes. I am trying to get my A1C levels on track (lowered) so that I can stop the prescriptions.
The calcium situation that you were talking about is a scary one, I agree. I have had two surgeries to remove calcification in both of my shoulders. They were very painful, extremely unpleasant and took forever to heal from. I have also read about a disease that people get where their whole body begins to calcify and this is why it is extremely important to take the magnesium with the calcium.
I think you are on the right track, promoting these natural ways to get the body fixed instead of turning to big pharma to cure what ails us.
Thanks for sharing your education about these products. I am going to check out the protein as I am always shopping for a more complete protein. I’ve heard of the rice bran being used in other products as well and I think it is the only part of the rice there is.
