Hello, Mike. There are some great doctors who follow the Hyppocratic Oath. One of them is Dr. Carolyn Dean which really cares about her patients. We can use our minds and think what is good for us. Of course , there are cases where we need emergency services but overall the prevention and information from knowledgeable doctors and scientists is the key to our wellbeing.

ReMag is the best invention what I found. it still fascinates me because I can not grasp this context about entering cell, right away. How it can be so small? However it is.

All the best, be healthy and wealthy, Nemira.

Hi Nemira
What a great article about the harms of the environment.
I'm so aware that we live in an atmosphere of man made chemicals that are harmful to our health in so many ways.

The more interesting thing to me is that hardly anyone is really concerned about their health, much less the fact that the chemicals we live in and digest each day are killing us — slowly.

We are far more interested in the convenience and luxury we live in and expect, than what causes our sicknesses and diseases. And that's interesting, really.

And I wouldn't expect the medical profession to address the problem too soon either. It took a long time for it to soak in, but I finally got it: The medical profession is about dispensing pills or surgery for what's wrong — and have very little inclination, or no inclination, for preventative measures. Unless of course prevention can be a pill.

And I'm glad to know about Magnesium. I have been sort of half taking it for muscle cramps. I think I'll re-think that?

Thanks

Hi, Collins. Yes, unfortunately not so great news for all of us. I gathered these facts from Dr. Carolyn Dean book The Magnesium Miracle where she provides facts from her research. Scientists do not make things up. They do research, make surveys, compare and analyse data. These facts are cold and naked numbers.

I wish that more people would think so brightly as you. Yes, the prevention is key for everything. It is the same as you lock your house and install security systems to protect from burglaries in the same way everybody must think about their lifestyles before scary diagnosis. Eating right, exercising and keeping positive attitude can make differences.

All the best, Nemira.

Great article indeed. learned a lot. Up to 80% of cancer from bad environment? I think this calls for urgent attention. Considering that cancer has no cure yet. Thaks for the info. It was worth reading. So magnesium is really that important in protecting ourselves? How about prevention? That they say is better than cure.

In reply to Soraya.

Hello, Soraya. I can feel the impact of environment on myself. I live in city. I feel more irritation and restlessness. I think the city noise, constant contacts with various situations as drivers without patience create the sense that something is lacking in my body. I think that magnesium can be depleted in stressful situations. When I started to use ReMag, I felt better.

Magnesium is safe and easy to digest mineral. Some magnesium forms such as magnesium oxide are poorly adsorbed, just about 4 percent. The rest would go down to the drain because magnesium does not accumulate in the body. Everybody can benefit from magnesium, especially from ReMag, which is totally absorbed. Most important that ReMag goes straight to the cell. There are no laxative effects. If you imagine the way how drink with magnesium travels down, you could pictutpre how ReMag goes to cells when touches walls of the mount, throat, stomach.

Dr.Carolyn Dean recommends 1/2 of teaspoon per person every day with water. When I first time used ReMag, I followed these directions. However, I felt that I need more. Now I take two teaspoons. Sometimes I drink water with 1 tablespoon of ReMag.

If you have symptoms such as fatigue, muscle spasms, anxiety, depression apathy, anger, confusion or rapid pulse you may be deficient with magnesium. There is red blood cells test or EXATest to check out amounts of magnesium.

All the best, be healthy and wealthy, Nemira

Hi Nemira,
Great article! I hate the idea of all the chemicals we absorb and ingest and I'm always looking for new ways to reduce them. Can we take magnesium without checking if we're depleted in magnesium? So it's safe to take for everyone and you can't overload with it?
Also how much magnesium should you take for daily maintenance? Thanks :)
