I just finished Timothy Ferriss book about habits of famous and successful people. What is funny that he made observation about breakfast. Timothy Ferriss wrote that women like breakfast but men skip breakfast. They are body builders, hudge fund msnsgers, inventors and scientists. It is really interesting. Breakfast gets your metabolism going for the day. Even if you don&#039;t feel like anything, make yourself just eat something small. Secondly, Eat often. Multiple snacks and meals during the day keeps your metabolism burning at a more constant rate. Prep yourself some snacks and let them be your go to&#039;s in between main meals.]]></description>
