In reply to Jen.

Hello, Jen. Plenty of us do not realize that calcium is not absorbed fully. I have in mind traditional supplements. Tianshi, worldwide company has calcium which is absorbed just % 70. Can you imagine where the rest goes? Calcium is not flushed out as magnesium does. Calcium sits nicely in soft tissues making bumps and troubles for us. If we do not get enough magnesium , it is worse because Magnesium regulates calcium flow to cells.

Everything in our body is connected. If we lack one mineral or vitamin, protein, or fats, our body goes out of balance. Of course, we do not die but we feel what something is not right. It is like vicious cycle. We use chemicals to improve situation. Unfortunately side effects occur.

Dr. Carolyn Dean's products go straight to cells and are 100% absorbed. It is the reason why I want to share this information for everybody who is willing to feel well. I prefer scientific research over fake news.

All the best, be healthy and wealthy, Nemira

This explains why I have seen Calcium/Magnesium supplements bottled together. I wondered why they were putting the 2 together. It does get tricky because our body is a balance of minerals and to only supplement certain ones can mess up this balance. This is why before taking individual supplements, a great mutivitamin/mineral supplement should be had.

In reply to Farhan.

Thank you, Farhan. I hope that more people will be interested in the prevention. The health is an asset which can not be bought. I will review more supplements because it fascinates me how simple minerals can do miracles.

All the best, be healthy and wealthy, Nemira.

People often talk about how important calcium is for our bones, but very few people understand the importance of magnesium. Also, most products for bone health, rarely mentions magnesium.

It is important for everyone to know about the negative effects of lack of magnesium, and you have explained it very well here. I hope you could also review some supplement products that will improve bone health.

Great article!

Hello, Jeremy. It is great that you use your mind and want to hear opinion of health practitioners. We must be informed about various aspects of our wellbeing. One thing what I know that I never will use Fosamax. This story makes my shiver. What I know from many books that magnesium would make situations better, not worse, especially ReMag.

All the best to you, it is great to hear from medical professional, all the best, be healthy and wealthy, Nemira

I think I commented on another one of your posts. But again you're correct that magnesium is essential for bone health. A magnesium supplement is definitely something to consider for those that may be getting older and developing osteoporosis. Again though, the nurse in me always highly suggests consulting with a physician first. Thanks again for the article!
