Differences Between Magnesium Supplements

Differences Between Magnesium Supplements

Differences between magnesium supplements are enormous. I experienced it myself when I did not take ReMag with me traveling overseas. I use ReMag regularly because the benefits are immense. I am healthy, but I have become robust. No cramps, no feeling that I have a heart. Previously, I did not pay much attention to supplements. However, the busy environment influences human beings. The stress,  air pollution, and the lack of minerals in the food throw the body off balance.

Magnesium supplements differ because of bioavailability. Some supplements, such as magnesium oxide, absorb at the four percent range, and some of them, like ReMag, absorb at the 100 percent range.

ReMag is the best magnesium supplement

You would tell me that I want to promote ReMag. Yes, I want to do it because I experienced a big difference between magnesium supplements. I mentioned that I did not have ReMag overseas. I guess that my body was used to this type of  100 percent absorbable magnesium, and after taking magnesium citrate, I felt miserable. I heard about laxative effects, but previously, magnesium citrate worked. Unfortunately, now is a different case.

  • First, I wouldn’t say I like the taste of magnesium citrate. It does not dissolve well in the water. Uh.
  • Second, visits to the places where kings go were unpleasant.

You could tell that I could be without magnesium the whole time. I thought in the same way. I was wrong. One night I woke up and experienced cramps in my leg. They were so high that I could not get rid of them. What can I do? I went to the pharmacy and bought magnesium citrate, 400 mg in one package.

It was funny and confusing at the same time. I got magnesium, but I got side effects. It seems that side effects could be from drugs and supplements.

Why is ReMag the best supplement?

  • First, ReMag has a pleasant taste. I could compare it with San Pellegrino mineral water. I can sip it all day. I added a little bit of Celtic Sea Salt to my water bottle.
  • Second, ReMag absorbs at 100 percent and the cellular level. You can read about it here. There is no additional waste because ReMag consists only of stabilized magnesium ions. Usually, ions tend to cluster into big complexes. ReMag is different. This liquid magnesium mineral formula is made using proprietary technology, which does not let magnesium ions stick together.

Can you imagine when minerals go straight to cells? You feel the effects immediately.

Differences Between Magnesium Supplements

I felt a few effects from a different magnesium supplement in my case. Magnesium citrate worked as a laxative and supportive for my body. Yes, it was proved again and again the old truth that when you experience something perfect, you do not want to let it go.

I decided that I would pour ReMag into smaller bottles and bring them with me anywhere I go. We all learn from experience. My encounter with other magnesium supplements after ReMag was a tricky one.

I was relieved of cramps, but I got side effects. Of course, it is better compared to nothing, but when I know that there are alternatives to magnesium supplements, I will return to the ReMag as soon as possible.

You would ask why I did not try other magnesium supplements. According to Dr. Carolyn Dean M.D., N.D.’s book The Magnesium Miracle, the absorption of magnesium supplements varies from four to fifty percent. Magnesium citrate is a supplement that seems to have less of side effects. However, bodies are different. Mine likes ReMag.

Conclusion

Differences between magnesium supplements are enormous. Side effects are unpleasant.ReMag is the best magnesium supplement because it is absorbed 100 percent and at the cellular level. It does not have any laxative effect. If you know what works better, please let me know. You can read more about ReMag benefits here.

Magnesium Effect on Asthma

June 14, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Magnesium Effect on Asthma

The magnesium effect on asthma is enormous. Magnesium participates in the reduction of histamine levels. Magnesium relaxes the lining of the bronchial tract. Everybody who was short of breath and could not regain it knows how it is. The stress depletes magnesium, too.

Magnesium effect on asthma

One of the many magnesium benefits is the ability to relax tissues. The smooth lining of the bronchial tract could be settled with the help of magnesium. When we are deficient in magnesium, muscles can spasm and get cramped. Allergies cause muscles to cramp in the bronchial tracts. These bronchospasms do not let the air go to the lungs. It is an unpleasant condition.

One of the many magnesium benefits is the ability to relax tissues. The smooth lining of the bronchial tract could be settled with the help of magnesium.

Magnesium relaxes muscles

One of the significant magnesium benefits is the relaxation of muscles. The calcium contracts muscles. Magnesium relaxes muscles. In the asthma case, the magnesium effect is impressive. It helps bronchial muscles relax. The air can go to the lungs.

Dr. Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D. mentions that people who used ReMag put two ounces of magnesium in their nebulizers. It helped them to get rid of bronchial spasms.

Does magnesium treat asthma?

Asthma occurs when various allergens take over. Asthma is an inflammatory disease caused by genetic and environmental factors.

Magnesium will not help get rid of asthma. People need to identify allergens and get free of them. Magnesium’s effect on asthma is relaxing. Magnesium relaxes bronchial muscles. We can breathe deeper when allergens bother us. Lungs do not cramp, and lungs do not shut the air supply.

Can you imagine how it is easier to cough allergens out and know that you do not choke? Magnesium’s ability to relax muscles in the body works not just in the asthma case. We can sleep better when rested. We do not have muscle cramps and lactic acid after exercise because magnesium prevents these conditions.

Conclusion

Asthma is a stressful situation. It is terrible when people can not get air to the lungs. Nowadays, pollution is everywhere. We breathe dirty air, especially if we live in the major cities without parks around. We eat food with preservatives. Without filters, we drink water with all the periodic table in it, plus antibiotics from factories.

Environmental and genetic factors cause inflammatory disease asthma. Magnesium’s effect on asthma is powerful. Why? Magnesium relaxes bronchial muscles, letting air flow to the lungs. People do not need to grasp for air when spasms occur. The allergic substances disappear without the lungs spamming and shutting the air supply.

Magnesium is a pure mineral from nature. It is vital to our bodies because magnesium protects us from stressful situations such as asthma. Did you use magnesium? If you did, it would be nice to hear from you. Please leave a comment below.
