I think that volunteering or helping other people is an excellent remedy for us. We do not think about yourselves; we think about others. We release energy, which allows us to accomplish various tasks.

If you give smiles to people in your life way, you will get it back. Right attitude attracts beautiful things to you, such as new ideas on how to reach your goals, new friends, new possibilities.
Listen to Music
Music is one of the best discoveries in humans world. Put headphones on, pick your favorite song, and look. Dancing is great too. You will be energized and happy.
Try New Things
Just simple details such as picking another path to your job or friend, trying new food or planning trip to closest village or city, aid to see your life differently and help to appreciate that we do have. Remember, happiness in small details brings significant changes in our lives.
