  2. Grain and rice must take 50-60 percent of your diet

  4. Beans, legumes, and peas can take 5-10 percent of your daily food intake

  8. Soda drinks, coffee, black tea must be used in consideration. Green tea, coffee from grains, herb tea, is advisable and recommended to drink
  9. When you prepare food, do not fry it. Use steam or boiling methods to preserve vital nutrients.
  10. Limit the usage of potato, tomatoes, eggplants
  11. Bake the bread from whole grain. Do not eat white food.
  12. Chew consistently. Every bite of food must be eaten at least 50 times
  13. Get up from the table when you are still hungry. You will feel fulfillment later because the stomach gives signals to the brain after the half-hour when digestion starts.

You see that the macrobiotic diet is not a complicated thing. There are no fancy ingredients or expensive tools to prepare food. I think that everything simple is genial and works for us.

Prevention is the key to health, financial freedom, and balance in life. Sounds pompous? Maybe. However, by tracing things in life and consequences after done deals, we can see that we could be in better places if we would take good care of ourselves.

Teenagers want to try everything that their peers do. It does not matter how it can be dangerous or troubling; plenty of us risk our lives and health. Smoking, drugs, driving after a party, or just sex without prevention shorten our possibilities for a better experience. Young people think that the whole time on the Earth belongs to them. Unfortunately,  they change their minds when they see the consequences later on.

Habits enslave us if we choose the wrong ones. I see many obese little children who could be targets for diabetes. Of course, parents have an influence, but they do not know other ways how to protect themselves from the consequences of bad behavior. Wrong choices lead to miserable lives because who can be happy having lousy health.

The Financial Freedom

We all want better lives for ourselves and our loved ones. Unfortunately, most of us think about this day, not the future. Overspending leads to debt. Plenty of us would like to live comfortable lives. However, plenty of us does not think about how to reach financial freedom. We go with the flow. We follow the crowd.

Health is the most valuable asset. Health and aging have healthy relationships. We can not buy it or extend our lives.  If we do not take care of ourselves, our health can deteriorate. Health and aging correlate. When we act and use clean food and water, thinking positive thoughts, aging does not seem like the scary journey towards disappearance from the surface of the Earth.

Till now, the whole aging mechanism is not solved. Scientists and doctors are on the research path for rejuvenating tools. Unfortunately, we will go to the next place after leaving this precious Earth sooner or later.

Anyway, our health and aging are connected. When health is correct, we get older, but it does not seem like a burden. We are slow and flexible. We think longer. We are intelligent and wise.

There are a few theories about why we age. The first theory states that balance is disrupted between new and old cells in the body. When communication between hormones and cells is mixed, the body gets old.

Oxidation plays a significant role too. Free radicals attack cells and damage them. If oxidative harm is reduced, the aging process can slow down. Lifespan would expand.

Everybody knows that happy and optimistic people attract more luck and have a better outcome in life. Of course, there are cases where positivity did not solve all problems. However,  it helped to overcome them more easily.
