What and How Do We Eat

What And How Do we Eat

Did you ever think about what and how we eat? It seems that the food culture in the USA is developed. However, so many people are obese and do not fit into an airplane’s seat.

How it happened that descendants of Europe become prominent people? It is discovered that it is enough for one generation to become fat, eating junk food. Most everybody knows that soda drinks have plenty of sugar, and processed food does not have any nutrients, just empty calories.

People do not think about what and how they eat; I doubt that individuals do not want to look good, feel energetic, and get rid of weight problems.

I guess nobody explained to them why pounds add up and how it can be harmful in the future.

Information is the key to the discovery of independent exploration

People who understand the laws of Nature and what kind of consequences can be after destructive habits do not have problems with well-being.

Laws of Nature

There are plenty of rules of Nature. However, in this article, I would like to point to a reckless attitude towards food.

What And How Do We Eat

Our body is a living entity. It consists of living and vibrating cells. These cells build tissues, muscles, and organs. Food must be full of vital nutrients. Minerals, enzymes, proteins, vitamins, and amino acids provide body needed material for metabolism.

The body needs constant replenishment because plenty of minerals enters the body with food. The body does not produce them.

Quality Versus Quantity

When we consume junk food, we get empty calories. The body requires food, but it does not get enough. Why? Processed food is heated, frozen, and expected to stay on the shelf few weeks, months, or years.

Dead food does not bring energy to us. We feel sluggish and exhausted. Do we analyze what the reason for lack of energy and vitality is? Nope, most of us drink more soda drinks and order another pizza.

Food created for eating. In our lives, it is the opposite situation. We live to eat. This reverse process brings harmful consequences. Overeating changes the size of the stomach. Did you ever wonder why operations to remove part of the stomach are so popular?

Besides it, when the stomach does not have time to digest food, it goes to the intestine and starts to rot. Various toxins show up; yeast takes over good bacteria, and meteorism and constipation begin to bother us.

Sometimes I think that people are so used to being in uncomfortable situations that they forget what it means to be healthy and enjoy life.

Teeth are for chewing

Teeth’s mission is to eat food 50-100 times. How many times do you chew food? I wonder if people chew at all. They swallow chunks and look for chemicals ( I mean drugs) to remove heaviness in the stomach.

It would be lovely if pupils would get first habits on being healthy in schools. Usually, children feel which food is right for them. My parents thought that milk was good for health. My opinion was different. I poured milk into cardboard boxes and hid sausages between books. Later on, when my parents found out about it, they stopped stuffing me with cheap food.

What And How Do We Eat

Dr.Carolyn Dean offered an excellent method for showing how sugar harms children. She advised keeping children for six days without candies. The last day of the week gives full permission to eat all sweets that children can get.

Usually, after consuming enormous amounts of candy, children felt sick and did not want to eat sweets anymore.

Eat to Live

Adults ignore signals from the body. If something bothers them, they pop a pill. Does it help? Yes, it does, but bodies do not benefit from it.

If we paid attention to what we eat, we would enjoy good health.

Food is the source of energy. Junk food does not provide any power.

Chewing food help the stomach. The saliva in the mouth prepares food for digestion and makes food smooth and accessible for stomach acid.

Nature gave us all the tools to be healthy. We get harsher measures if we do not use a brain to understand what is going on.  However, why do we need to wait until our health start to crumble? It is better to educate ourselves, take care of our bodies, and follow the simple laws of Nature.

Do you have any questions? I would be glad to answer and hear from you.
