May 6, 2018 By Nemira Leave a Comment

How To Lose Weight And Body Fat?

How to lose weight and body fat question bothers everybody who wants to fit in jeans, look comfortable at the beach or want to fit into society’s standards. I could tell that these norms are crazy and unacceptable for everybody conscious of physical and mental health. However, thousands of individuals will want to decide how to fit into one or another piece of clothing.

What Do You Need To Know About Losing Weight?

The body suffers when you lose weight fast andquickly without thinking about the consequences. When you lose weight intentionally, you need to know the condition of your healthyour health condition. Some people stay on one product diet and wonder why they do not feel right.

Why does it happen? The body needs vital nutrients every day for metabolism. Deficiency disturbs the proper job of organs.

What Is The Best Way To Be On The Diet?

Proteins for breakfast

You can start the day with a protein-rich breakfast. In this way, you will not feel fatiguedtired and dizzy after the big load of carbohydrates and caffeine.

Skipping water does not work too. Dehydration leads to the loss of minerals vital for bodily functions.

Simple measures such as counting calories, checking nutrition facts, getting plenty of rest, and getting rid of the stress will do wonders for you. Overall, it is nothing strange or miraculous about losing weight.

When you change lyour ifestyle, you change centimeters or inches around your waist.

Look at your daily schedule and consumed foods. You do not need to go to Whole Foods and empty your wallet. Just eating plenty of fats, good ones, and proteins, your body will produce enough carbohydrates for the needed amount in the blood.

Fats, such as food high in omega-3 fatty acids and high-quality proteins, can keep us in shape. The body can produce the needed amount of carbohydrates from fat and protein.

Besides, taking supplements can help to curb appetite and stop cravings. One of the know supplements is Vito Slim:

 What Does Fatten Us?

  •  Lifestyle
  •  Processed food
  •  Sweets
  •   Stress
How To Lose Weight

Do you know that sitting is the second smoking? Yes, unfortunately, it is. When I sit too long by the computer, I feel that my but hurts, and when I get up, I feel stiff and lazy. Sitting sfor hort periods will not harm you.

However, people sit everywhere: at an office, at home, in cars or buses. We do not walk anymore as a few decades ago.

When we sit, we do not burn calories.

Overall, civilization is supposed to bring delightful things to us. However, looking at statistics, there is nothing to be proud of. We saved some animals from extinction, but what will be with the human race?

Some people are still in excellent help, but plenty of us need to get a grip and think about how we live and what we put in our mouth mouths.

You can blame everybody for what you want, but nobody will change circumstances except you. Short breaks at the office, yoga poses such as Cobra can be done for a few minutes. You will stretch muscles that are lazy during the sitting time. The blood will flow to places pressed at the time while residing on the chair.

Processed Food

I know that it sounds boring, and everybody has heard that pizza and soda are bad for us and that pizza and soda are bad for us a hundred times. However, nobody stops and turns their bad habits into benefits for their health and well-being.

Eating processed food in tiny portions and seldom not will fatten us. Unfortunately, plenty of us is addicted to fast food, soda drinks, and the couch.

How Does Processed Food Harm Us?

First and all, processed food is dead. There are no vitamins or enzymes which vital to the body. Synthetic vitamins are not the same as from Nature.

Processed food is full of preservatives, chemicals, and fillers. Why do manufacturers add this stuff to the menu? Chemicals prolong shelf life. It saves money for the merchant but not for the customer. Why? You will get outstanding bills from doctors when you get problems with processed food.

Sugar s a part of the gloomy picture — we all like tasty food. Unfortunately, we do not think where the taste came from. Processed meats, bread, cookies, cakes, and condiments have plenty of sugar.

High fructose corn syrup helps reduce costs, but it does not bring any benefits to us — it is known that the average person in the USA consumes at least 149 pounds per year.

Besides, that processed food lacks nutrients and is full of sugar; it decreases the number of minerals vital for our bodies. Deficiency leads to skin problems, indigestion, heart, and kidney disorders, diabetes, etc.

 Sweets

I know what it means when I cannot find a piece of chocolate at my house. I do not scream or break plates, but I walk or jump to the car to buy something tasty. Thankfully, I can live without candies, cookies, or cakes, but chocolate is number one.

Interestingly, in Europe, I am not as crazy about chocolate as I am here. I associate it with a lack of stress and a less urbanized environment.

Why Do We Crave For Sweets?

How To Lose Weight And Body Fat

Sweets give momentarily pleasure, a sense of comfort. Some people experience energy and joy for a while. However, the enormous usage of sweets leads to the throw of balance in the body.

We do not need plenty of sugar in the blood.  Usually, the whole human blood is less than one teaspoon of sugar. It is about 4-5 grams. However, when we consume sweets, we get more than 4 grams.

One portion of Trader Joe’s Belgium Chocolate is 10 grams in mine. What does it mean?

The pancreas must be patient and keen to produce insulin, which controls the amount of sugar in the bloodstream. The islets of Langerhans detect the excess sugar, secrete insulin, and the situation normalizes.

The overconsumption of sweets overstimulates the pancreas, which secrets too much insulin.

The hypothalamus issensitive to the excess of sugar in the blood endocrine reactions. As a consequence,  endocrine reflex occurs. The brain adjusts to sugar intake and becomes highly sensitive to the stimuli.

In this way, individuals become addicted to sweets and crave them when they do not get them.

 Stress

Stress is a protective condition when the body prepares to escape from predators. We do not have dinosaurs now, but we have environmental problems such as pollution, electromagnetic fields, and city noise. Plenty of humans is lonely. Social isolation does not bring any joy, and health increases.

Conditions at work can be stressful. Bad habits such as overspending or drinking can create problems too.

Having Fun

Overall, it is not the end of the world. Plenty of us does have fewer or more problems. The difference is how we solve and conquer challenges.

Most important is how do we solve them. Some of us see problems as big mountains, and some see them as bridges to the next period in life.

We have brains and minds, which are gold mines between ears.

Techniques such as meditation, exercises of any kind, socializing, volunteering, and helping the less fortunate will clear stress from your life, at least for this time when you are busy with activity. Later on, it will be a more comfortable stand against harmful habits.

 Wrapping Up

I hope thatyouthat you will find out how to lose weight and body fat. If you are obese, remember that there is always hope and a reala, natural way to change the situation. It takes time and patience.

However, the change in habits and lifestyle can bring beneficial results. There are ways how to lose weight and body fat:

Magnesium For Angina

October 27, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Magnesium for angina

Magnesium for angina helps beneficially. Magnesium is an essential mineral. Magnesium deficiency leads to sixty-five conditions such as angina, anxiety and panic attacks, blood clots, brain dysfunction, cholesterol elevation, etc.

What Is It and Angina?

Angina happens when the lack of oxygen for the heart muscle and the buildup of carbon dioxide and other metabolites creates pain in the chest region.

Pain can be mild or piercing, the feeling of pressure or fullness. This condition scares people.

 How does Angina Happen?

Coronary (heart) arteries spasm and block the entrance for oxygen and nutrients. The heart does not get essential items and suffers from them.

Mostly angina happens after exercise, heavy meals, stress, or lucid, vivid dreams.

There is another type of angina. It is called Prinzmetal’s. This angina happens at rest, without stress or exercise.

The doctor James B. Pierce, Ph.D., assumes that Prinzmetal’s angina occurs when people are deficient in magnesium. It happens for fifty percent of cases of sudden heart attacks.

The doctor James B. Pierce discovered that magnesium works better as nitroglycerine for his chest pain.

He observed that chest pain occurs after a busy and stressful day, a long drive, or negative emotions.

 Risk Factors For Angina

What does cause angina? Knowing the reasons and triggers for various disorders, we can use prevention tools.

 Risk Factors For Angina

  • Smoking
  • Diabetes
  • Magnesium deficiency
  • Hyperlipidemia
  • Sedentary lifestyle
  • Diet weak in nutrients
  • Type A personality
  • A family history of coronary artery diseases

   Diagnosis of Angina

Doctors perform procedures such as

  • Electrocardiogram
  • Exercise tolerance test
  • Coronary angiogram

Common  RecommendationsMagnesium For Angina

After diagnosing angina, the recommendation is the following:

  • Cease smoking
  • Watch after diet
  • Lose weight
  • Control  blood pressure

When cases of angina are complicated, stents are used to open arteries to remove the arterial blockage. Bypass surgery is performed to circumvent blocked arteries.

The Best Option to Escape Angina

According to Dr. Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D., the author of The Magnesium Miracle, prevention is the best treatment for angina.

By choosing the proper lifestyle and diet, we will avoid the consumption of junk food sedentary way of spending time with TV or playing video games. Sugar, alcohol, and junk food do lack magnesium. That is worse because it depletes magnesium. Add to these bad habits drugs, and you will have the ticket to problems.

Why? Drugs are famous for consuming minerals, in this case, magnesium too.

 Prevention Tools

Dr. Carolyn Dean recommends using ReMag, 100 percent absorbable at the cellular level liquid magnesium. Supplements friendly to the heart, exercises, and watching over nutrition will support us.

 Conclusion

Magnesium For Angina

Let’s wrap up. Nobody wants to change habits. If somebody does, they barely take action. However, when we know that we can be healthy and live meaningful lives, we can get a grip and check out our lifestyle.

Magnesium for angina is an essential mineral. Dietary supplements such as ReMag, exercises, and a diet rich in minerals, vitamins, proteins, fatty acids, and enzymes will provide strength for our bodies,  in the same way for the heart too.

We can spend our time better helping others and reaching goals. Without a healthy heart, there is no fun.

Soda Tax Is Good

October 6, 2017 By Nemira 2 Comments

The soda tax is good because everybody addicted to soda drinks would start to think about why these fees are higher than before. Nobody likes when prices go up.  However, high rates do not mean that item or product is of good quality. After all, nobody will be harmed if soda sales would go down.

Why Soda Drinks Require Tax?

Soda Tax Is Good

I hope that you know that soda drinks contain plenty of sugar. This sugar is not brown or molasses. It is a white sugar striped from minerals and other nutrients — taste buds like a pleasant feeling. Unfortunately, the body gets plenty of problems.

   The Obesity

It is not a surprise when in North America, the obesity skyrocketed. Few generations ago people were in shape and did not get diabetes so often as now. We can blame parents or the government, but it does not help rid of problems. We must know that we are responsible for our choices.

If you want to drink soda drinks where sugar is hidden, but you get eight spoons of sugar in every can, consequences are dangerous. It is terrible for us, families, and health professionals. Doctors could spend their valuable time treating other diseases.

Unfortunately, it is not easy to get rid of bad habits. Happily, soda taxes make turmoil, which makes people think why these taxes on soda got up.

Diabetes

One of the main reasons that people get diabetes is a sinful lifestyle. Overeating, sedentary lifestyle, the lack of nutrients create an avalanche of problems. It seems that people do not want to be in bad shape, but from another side, individuals seldom look for information and ask questions from knowledgeable health professionals.

It does not need to be in this way. Of course, there are other problems. It isn’t straightforward. However, by watching over diet, getting off from the coach, and consistently following the advice of excellent doctors, people could change everything to a pleasant outcome.

How Are Soda Taxes Good?

Soda Tax Is Good

Soda taxes bring light to things which are not new. It shows the magnitude of problems. Soda drinks do not bring wanted results to people. Addiction to sugar is a common thing for people.

What is harmful in soda drinks?

Significant amounts of sugar in soda drinks strip bodies of minerals. Magnesium is removed with waste because the body needs minerals to utilize the harm of sugar.

When the body lacks magnesium, the body’s metabolism suffers. You can read more about magnesium role to the human body.

The Mechanism of  Sugar Harm

Sometimes it is not easy to grasp why sugar harms us. I like sweets, especially chocolate. Thankfully, I understand the reason, and now I  know why I was addicted. I am cured now.

There are steps of sugar mechanism:

  • The meal or can of soda with eight to ten spoons of sugar inside reaches the stomach
  • It stimulates an insulin response from the pancreas
  • Insulin normalizes blood sugar levels
  • When too much insulin, the levels of blood sugar go down, and sugar goes into cells
  • The low level of blood sugar causes show up the adrenaline
  • The adrenaline from adrenal glands stimulates to raise blood sugar back to normal.
  • Constant usage of sweets and sugary drinks exhausts out the pancreas and adrenal glands.
  • Albeit is too much of insulin, which is stimulated by soda drinks, cell’s receptor sites shut down.
  • It leads to insulin resistance. It means that insulin can not transport sugar into cells.
  • Sugar cannot get into the cells where it is turned into energy
  • Sugar becomes elevated in the blood, which damages eyes, heart, kidneys as adult-onset diabetes.

 Conclusion

Soda drinks do not bring well-being to our bodies. There are plenty of risks, such as obesity, the lack of minerals such as magnesium, and diabetes. The soda tax will remind us that we can choose better options to indulge ourselves.

When the body goes out of the balance, who will be responsible for the latest consequences? There are plenty of examples which show that the wrong lifestyle and poor diet do not lead to joyful life. It creates just misery. Of course, we enjoy a few minutes of excitement, but after it, we do not fit into the airplane seat. Let’s do not feel sorry about soda taxes and think about how to preserve the most valuable asset: the health.

Update

The Chicago newspaper Chicago Tribune followed the ups and downs of debated sugar taxes. Few informative articles showed up about reasons why these taxes will touch residents and sellers. “Philadelphia’s soda taxes offer lessons,” “Doomed soda tax was never about our health,” ” Cook County retailers cheer soda tax repeal” painted the colorful picture of various points from the view of customers, sellers, government officials, and journalists. What do you think about how it ended? Despite durable pieces of evidence that sugary drinks harm most vulnerable people in Hispanic and African-American communities, taxes did not go up.

Of course, adults want to make their own decisions. People who drink these sugary drinks are addicted to them from childhood. More significant prices will not stop them. Instead of rational and constant explanation about harm, the offer to increase taxes on soda drinks showed up. Sellers did not like it and fought back. They won.

“(Taxpayers) will continue to cover the rising costs of treating the chronic diseases caused by drinking too many sugary beverages while also seeing cuts to health care services for our most vulnerable communities,” Elissa Bassler, CEO of the Illinois Public Health Institute, said in a statement.

Chicago Tribune, Thursday, October 12, 2017

It is a long journey from realizing that nobody else will take care of you. Only the understanding that health is the most critical asset will change the situation.

You and you can make decisions regarding everything. Companies that produce these drinks do not want to lose clients. It is a business, nothing more. However, tobacco companies print on packages that smoking is harmful to our health. Maybe it will happen with sugary drinks?

Why Nutrition Is Important to Health?

July 16, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Why is nutrition essential to health? There are no such questions because, as a veterinarian, I know what animals would starve without good quality hay and grains. They would not give excellent quality milk, meat, and eggs. Unfortunately, humans are supposed to be more competent than animals, but we behave as beings who follow instincts.

Why Nutrition Is Important to Health?

You would tell me that it is not valid. How would you explain that over 70 percent of the USA  people are obese? This beautiful country with the best technologies and achievements in most areas has fat people. These people do not jump for joy that they are overweight. I can bet that they suffer from low self-esteem and many issues associated with weight.

Do We Need to Blame Somebody?

Do we need to blame anyone? Of course, we can. However, it would be a waste of time and blame never fixed problems.

 What Can We Do?

  • Identify problem
  • Educate yourselves
  • Find ways how to solve the problem

Sounds Simple?

You know this was saying that everything that is genial is simple. We do not need to finish college to learn how junk food and a sedentary lifestyle affect our income, self-esteem, and quality of life.

Why Nutrition Is Important to Health?

You know that car every year and at the time when the sticker on your window shows the expiration needs maintenance. You know when your dog or cat goes to the vet.

How About You?

How about you? Who takes care of you? Do not tell me that you do not have time or money for it. You will have time and money when something unpleasant happens. Nobody is left alone to deal with serious health problems.

However, why do we need to reach the state of our healthy being when we can not change the outcome without drastic tools?

You would think that I talk in riddles. Maybe I’m not too fond of mentioning names of disorders. I know that prevention works for everybody willing to take their fates into their hands.

Why do we need to leave somebody our problems to solve?

Earl Nightingale, a famous writer and broadcaster, said that one difference between horses and human being is that we have brains. Unfortunately, most of us follow routines and instincts.

 Why does it happen?

We do not think. We do not use our brain in the way that it would bring us solutions, ideas, and advice on how to love lives in the way we would like to live.

First, most of us react to the stimulus. Smells good; let’s take a bite. It is crunchy; let’s eat more. It is cozy; let’s sleep longer and watch a movie or video game again. Somebody cuts in front of our car; let’s boil over and show them who the road’s ruler is. In this case, I am guilty too.

Why Is Nutrition Important to Health?

The body is given to us the asset to perform various tasks. I speak in more technical terms, not in spiritual, but the body is a unique tool.

The body requires maintenance and superior care if we expect to perform in our lives in the best way possible.

Cells use nutrients for replenishing, strengthening, and balancing organs, tissues, and whole systems inside us.

How do you imagine it can be done beneficial way if we provide the body with processed food, sugary drinks, and zero movements?

Why Nutrition Is Important to Health?

Sooner or later, cells in the body will rebel without vital nutrients and become sluggish, fatty, and unhappy. It is an exaggeration, but if you know something about gardening, tomatoes planted in the sand do not grow. Potatoes do not give results produced on the asphalt. It simply dies.

Our bodies are resilient. We can overcome many obstacles without proper nutrition and exercise.

We are not tomatoes or potatoes. However, we will be if we do not take care of our health in the first place.

Can you buy health? Yes and no. It takes your precious time    ( you will not buy time, never), drains your money, and relationships with everybody.

Who will care for your relatives, family, cat, or dog? Who will be happy seeing you in a situation where you never could be if you would love yourself?

What Does the Right Nutrition?

The proper nutrition gives us vitality, energy, and the ability to live lives in the way we would like. Obesity does not occur in people who provide the body with minerals, vitamins, proteins, enzymes, and fats. Obesity does not happen for people who choose stairs instead of the elevator and walk for at least twenty minutes.

 Exceptions

Sylvia Tara, Ph.D., correctly analyzed obesity problems in her book The Secret Life of Fat. She gives many causes why people can not get rid of additional pounds, why it is so challenging to shed pounds when you were skinny before the birth of children or accidental encounter with the rooster.

Why Nutrition Is Important to Health?

There are exceptions, but it is not the norm for people to be in the 70 percent of the USA population as obese individuals.

 The Role of Right Nutrition

You would tell that pizza can serve as a nutritious food. Nope. Processed food does not have enzymes which are essential factors in the body’s metabolism. The body is an interconnected universe where the sneezing of Killer cells echoes to the rest of the immune system army.

If something goes wrong, the body is the kingdom with rules, laws, and consequences. Vital nutrients do not reach cells, calcium overflows cells and accumulates in the blood, and the calcification of tissues occurs. Beautiful bumps under the skin surface, sometimes in breasts too. We can be so scared because nobody likes suspicious signs inside or outside our bodies.

We would run to the health professional with the plea to help. It would be great if somebody knew how to test magnesium levels. Unfortunately, it does not happen so often.

Dr. Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D. Her book, The Magnesium Miracle explains the tricks of calcium and how magnesium deficiency can bring nightmares to our lives.

It looks simple, is not? We take magnesium, and problems disappear. Nope.

First, not so many of us know about the importance of magnesium. Second, it is not easy to believe that deficiency of minerals can bring turmoils to our lives.

It is the reason that prevention is the key to our well-being.

We prevent bodies from deficient nutrients by giving the right dietary supplements.

Can we get nutrients from food? Yes, some of them, yes, but not all amount. If we want to be in the best shape possible, we must take care of our body with the proper nutrition and supplements.

 Can I Offer Something Special?

Yes, I can. One of the reasons I started this website is my wish to share information about products that work and enrich our well-being.

We lead stressful lives, especially in the main cities. The lack of nature, simple contact with neighbors, organic food, peace, and enough time for recovery from daily tasks take a toll on us.

Most of us can not escape it. Why? Jobs, mortgages, family ties, and unpaid student loans keep us in the same circle adding stress and tiredness.

We need to sustain good health anytime. When you are healthy, you take it for granted. However, why wait till something happens? Let’s support us with the proper nutrition and the best dietary supplements.

Can I offer something unique? Yes. You read about it on my blog about these products. These dietary supplements give the body everything to maintain a healthy status.

How to Achieve The Best Outcome to Our Bodies?

Why Nutrition Is Important to Health?

The best result will be when we consider ourselves as unique and valuable human beings. We do not need to be productive and eat caviar. Organic food made from scratch, saving the low temperature of all enzymes, vitamins, minerals, dietary supplements, and an active lifestyle can keep us on track. Volunteering, reading, and a positive attitude can change our lives. You can try. What will you lose? Your life can turn hundreds of degrees around, and you will wonder where you have been. Read the story of Rafael Zuniga here. If he can change his life around, you are no exception.

I would be glad to hear from you about your experience regarding proper nutrition.

The Health and Aging

November 4, 2016 By Nemira 2 Comments

Health is the most valuable asset. Health and aging have healthy relationships. We can not buy it or extend our lives.  If we do not take care of ourselves, our health can deteriorate. Health and aging correlate. When we act and use clean food and water, thinking positive thoughts, aging does not seem like the scary journey towards disappearance from the surface of the Earth.

The Health and Aging

Why Do We Age

Till now, the whole aging mechanism is not solved. Scientists and doctors are on the research path for rejuvenating tools. Unfortunately, we will go to the next place after leaving this precious Earth sooner or later.

Anyway, our health and aging are connected. When health is correct, we get older, but it does not seem like a burden. We are slow and flexible. We think longer. We are intelligent and wise.

There are a few theories about why we age. The first theory states that balance is disrupted between new and old cells in the body. When communication between hormones and cells is mixed, the body gets old.

Oxidation plays a significant role too. Free radicals attack cells and damage them. If oxidative harm is reduced, the aging process can slow down. Lifespan would expand.

The Art of Positive Thinking

Everybody knows that happy and optimistic people attract more luck and have a better outcome in life. Of course, there are cases where positivity did not solve all problems. However,  it helped to overcome them more easily.

Positive thinking increases the body’s ability to stand against unpleasant events. Our immune system reacts to our thoughts too. There were so many stories when people decided not to give up and achieved their dreams to overcome life’s obstacles.

The Lifestyle ApproachHealth and aging

There are risk factors that affect health and speed off aging.

  1. High blood pressure
  2. Use of tobacco
  3. High cholesterol
  4. Lack of fruit and vegetable intake
  5. Overuse of alcohol
  6. Being overweight
  7. Lack of physical activity

( Carolyn Dean “Death of Modern Medicine, “298)

These factors lead to the deterioration of health and premature aging. It is a pity that most people do not think they can change their lifestyle and lead happy lives.

The information is the key to better health and happy life. I think that everybody knows that they will be old someday. However, it is a big difference between being a healthy senior and a human being who has plenty of problems with health.

Prevention is the primary step towards good health and golden years. Health and aging depend on you. We can be older but in good shape, if we follow common sense and understand instructions from doctors and professionals.
