ReMag Side Effects

December 18, 2017 By Nemira 16 Comments

ReMag Side Effects

ReMag side effects can be unpleasant with one condition. Imagine that you experience pain in muscles after exercises or have problems with sleep. Maybe diabetes or fatigue bothers you. You read articles about benefits of magnesium, got the feedback,  and found the best dietary supplement on the market: ReMag.

You started using it, followed guidelines given by Dr. Carolyn Dean M.D., N.D. or by customer service, and you liked it. Why? Because it works so instantly and smoothly. You do not experience any side effects. Unfortunately, you love ReMag so much that you began to use it as the spray on skin, joints. You drank it with water adding more of ReMag liquid magnesium solution as you need to use.

What can be followed if you consume too much ReMag? Side effects. It is the same happens with all magnesium supplements.

ReMag magnesium supplement has no side effects unless you take a dosage many times bigger than is recommended and what your body needs.

One difference is that the rest of the magnesium supplements cannot be wholly absorbed into the body. Most of the magnesium supplements are salts that are split in the intestine. The absorption and bioavailability are low. The rest of the magnesium goes down the drain creating the laxative effect.

I want to emphasize that all magnesium supplements, except ReMag, have laxative effects. Magnesium in these supplements cannot be wholly absorbed because ions are in clusters that are too big to reach cells. Imagine elephants who want to squeeze into the tiny house. The house will be left alone, not entered.

Some magnesium is carried to the bloodstream and reaches organs and tissues. The rest is not absorbed and removed from the body.

 ReMag is unique

ReMag works differently. Magnesium ions are pico-ionic in size, about 86 picometers. Cell gateways are 400-500 picometers wide. There is plenty of room for ReMag magnesium ions to reach every corner of the body. When you drink water with ReMag, it goes into every cell in your mouth. It is fascinating, is it not?

Listen to your body and doctors

However, the body knows when enough is enough. When you are excited about the benefits of ReMag and add to the drink too much of it, you will experience side effects.

It is the same with everything. When you consume too much dark chocolate or enjoy the sun for too long, you will get burned or filled with pain as the reminder: too much.

Moderation, listening to your body, and following guidance from doctors will bring you the best results.

  Take responsibility for your actions

ReMag side effects will be laxative when the body is oversaturated with magnesium. Only.

The best things in the world can hurt you if you ignore how to use them or preserve them.

ReMag Side Effects

Ferrari can be a car fun to ride, but if you drive too fast through the village or city, you can hurt somebody.

Sun is beneficial for living creatures, but toasting ourselves on the beach can cost life or at least extended visits to hospitals.

Who are you going to blame? It is the same with ReMag. Excess magnesium is removed from the body when all cells have plenty of it. When you are full of food, do you stuff yourself with Thanksgiving turkey? In most cases, people know when to stop.

Conclusion

ReMag is 100 percent absorbable at the cellular level of pico-ionic liquid magnesium. ReMag contains stabilized magnesium ions which go to cells directly. ReMag overdose would cause the laxative effect. It could happen when the customer does not follow guidelines and consumes too much magnesium.  Usually, people are responsible for their actions because they want the best.

ReMag is the safe dietary supplement and best magnesium on the market.

Differences Between Magnesium Supplements

August 23, 2017 By Nemira 4 Comments

Differences Between Magnesium Supplements

Differences between magnesium supplements are enormous. I experienced it myself when I did not take ReMag with me traveling overseas. I use ReMag regularly because the benefits are immense. I am healthy, but I have become robust. No cramps, no feeling that I have a heart. Previously I did not pay much attention to supplements. However, the busy environment influences human beings. The stress,  air pollution, and the lack of minerals in the food throw the body off balance.

ReMag Is the Best Magnesium Supplement

You would tell me that I want to promote ReMag. Yes, I want to do it because I experienced a big difference. I mentioned that I did not have ReMag overseas. I guess that my body was used to this type of  100 percent absorbable magnesium that after taking magnesium citrate, I felt miserable. I heard about laxative effects, but previously magnesium citrate worked. Unfortunately, now is a different case.

  • First, I wouldn’t say I like the taste of magnesium citrate. It does not dissolve well in the water. Uh.
  • Second, visits to the place where kings go were unpleasant.

You could tell that I could be without magnesium the whole time. I thought in the same way. I was wrong. One night I woke up and experienced cramps in my leg. They were so high that I could not get rid of them. What can I do? I went to the pharmacy and bought magnesium citrate, 400 mg in one package.

It was funny and confusing at the same time. I got magnesium, but I got side effects. It seems that side effects could be from drugs and supplements.

Why is ReMag the Best Supplement?

  • First, ReMag has a pleasant taste. I could compare it with San Pellegrino mineral water. I can sip it all day. I added a little bit of Celtic Sea Salt to my water bottle.
  • Second, ReMag absorbs at 100 percent and the cellular level. You can read about it here. There is no additional waste because ReMag consists only of stabilized magnesium ions. Usually, ions tend to cluster into big complexes. ReMag is different. This liquid magnesium mineral formula is made using proprietary technology which does not let magnesium ions stick together.

Can you imagine when minerals go straight to cells? You feel the effects immediately.

Differences Between Magnesium Supplements

I felt a few effects from a different magnesium supplement in my case. Magnesium citrate worked as a laxative and supportive for my body. Yes, it was proved again and again the old truth that when you experience something perfect, you do not want to let it go.

I decided that I would pour ReMag into smaller bottles and bring them with me anywhere I go. We all learn from experience. My encounter with other magnesium supplements after ReMag was a tricky one.

I was relieved of cramps, but I got side effects. Of course, it is better compared to nothing, but when I know that there are alternatives to magnesium supplements, I will return to the ReMag as soon as possible.

You would ask why I did not try other magnesium supplements. According to Dr. Carolyn Dean M.D., N.D.’s book The Magnesium Miracle, the absorption of magnesium supplements varies from four to fifty percent. Magnesium citrate is a supplement that seems to have less of side effects. However, bodies are different. Mine likes ReMag.

 Conclusion

Differences between magnesium supplements are enormous. Side effects are unpleasant.ReMag is the best magnesium supplement because it is absorbed 100 percent and at the cellular level. It does not have any laxative effect. If you know what works better, please let me know. You can read more about ReMag benefits here.

Risks Of Drugs Today

August 12, 2017 By Nemira 2 Comments

Medicine is at its peak usage for many Americans. The risks of drugs today are enormous. How do individuals do taking so many pills? According to Consumer Reports not as good as it looks on TV. Here happy husbands and wives smile at each other and turn in one direction. It seems that their meds will solve all problems. Vitality returns, breathing difficulties, and anxiety disappears. Is it true?

 Simple Statistics

  • Today Americans take more drugs as they did before.
  • Many of those drugs are life-saving and well-being improving.

  • The USA spends a sweet $200 billion per year on medication which is unnecessary and does not serve the purpose.

Why Do Individuals Require So Many Meds?

There is the perfect answer from Consumer Reports cover story. Vineyards Prasad, M.D., an assistant professor of medicine at Oregon Health& Science a University, explained that people did not invent an idea about the need of drug for every hint of disease. “They were spoon-fed that notion by the culture that we’re steeped in.”

Risks of drugs today

Consumer Reports described the case when one man got a testosterone drug. This individual did not know about heart and strokes risks if somebody takes this medication. After four days of receiving a pill, he suffered a stroke. Nobody told that there could be consequences and side effects of this drug.

The winning name “Low T.”  was appealing to men’s who with age or other issues had lower libido and performance. Who does not want to take a sip from the fountain youth?

Drug companies spent on promotions $24 billion in 2012. This marketing for drugs is through ads in medical journals, promotional and educational events, face to face sales.

There are plenty of side effects of drugs. If you would like to find out about harmful consequences, the information is given on TV and in the big paper sheet in a small printing. You will be astonished how many problems you can have.

  • Lead a healthy lifestyle, such as the right nutrition, exercises, and supplements.

Magnesium for the Music Lovers

January 22, 2017 By Nemira 14 Comments

Magnesium for the music lovers would help enjoy entertainment longer. Musicians are exposed to vibrations and loud sounds when they play in bands or alone. It does not matter what kind of music it is. It can be hip-hop, classical, or rock.

What Does Have Magnesium in Common with the Loud Music?

According to Carolyn Dean, the author of the book The Magnesium Miracle, magnesium plays an essential role in protecting musicians from the side effects of magnesium deficiency.

She points out that loud music can increase the urinary secretion of magnesium. It happens not just once, but it lasts a  few days after exposure.

Magnesium for the Music Lovers

I thought that just craft beer could affect our kidneys. Unfortunately, loud music brings not just pleasure.

Musicians and the Importance of Magnesium

Musicians must take magnesium supplements. If they do not accept them, symptoms of magnesium deficiency will occur. Not so much fun, yes?

Musicians are famous people who have habits that do not do well with a healthy lifestyle: smoking, drinking, the drug usage prompt the disappearance of magnesium.

Magnesium for the Music Lovers

Dr. Carolyn Dean mentions that musicians experience anxiety and fear before the performance. It is strange because if you like what you do, why be afraid. Anyway, she knows better about this issue.  Doctor Carolyn Dean researched many scientific books and articles about the importance of magnesium.

The Usage of Inderal

Inderal is a drug, a beta-blocker. Inderal suppresses the fear.

When you fear something, as in this case, musicians are afraid of performance, and adrenal glands release adrenaline. The adrenaline lets us run as fast as we want. It is at times when ancestors run from dinosaurs.

Muscles are ready to run or to fight. Unfortunately, musicians are supposed to be calm and concentrated on what they do. Inderal decreases fear but causes constriction of bronchial tubes. It is dangerous for people who have asthma.

Small doses of Inderal do not harm, but higher amounts can affect those addicted to beta-blockers.

Magnesium for the Music Lovers

According to Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D.  Inderal has plenty of side effects. Unfortunately, musicians do not think about it. They concentrated on performance. The outcome cannot be so pleasant if players use this drug in more significant doses and for a prolonged time.

Side effects  of Inderal are

  • Decreased sexual function
  • Fatigue
  • Insomnia
  • Weakness
  • Drowsiness

More seldom side effects of Inderal are

  • Anxiety
  • Chronic heart failure
  • Constipation
  • Depression
  • Nausea
  • Nervousness
  • Vomiting
  • the sense of cold

Carolyn Dean’s book The Magnesium Miracle can find more side effects.

Magnesium is the best option to escape these conditions. Magnesium does help fear and anxiety disappear. Finally, the body gets what it needs. The price is too high if musicians would take Inderal instead of magnesium.

My Recommendation #1

ReMag is magnesium created by Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D. This mineral is so tiny that it can go straight to the cell, avoiding the intestine. Some of the other magnesium supplements have a laxative effect.

I guess that musicians do not want to run often to the bathroom during the performance if they would take a different type of magnesium supplement. Besides ReMag, magnesium citrate works helpfully. Magnesium citrate is safe because it does not have a harsh laxative effect.

Dr.Carolyn Dean thinks that stopping Inderal suddenly is dangerous. It is better to check with the doctor and decide how to wean it off and increase doses of magnesium.

Magnesium is a vital nutrient. Magnesium is quickly absorbed and does not have side effects. The benefits of magnesium are enormous. Magnesium for music lovers gives relaxation and calmness.

How about you? Did you take magnesium?

Update. The famous musician Eric Clapton let his fans know about his problems with hearing and how it affects his performance. You can read about it here.
