Hello Glenda. Thanks for the comment. Sorry, but bloggers are under strict limitations regarding health pieces of advice. I can point you to medical giants such as Dr.Carolyn Dean(www.RNAReset.com) or Dr.J.Mercola (www.mercola.com), who have websites and forums, and they can provide you with more information about specific topics. Here, on this website, I cite and share information from many books written by scientists, doctors, and prominent researchers. In this way, the word about helpful things spreads faster. Besides, it is always a great idea to talk with a knowledgeable health practitioner who follows a Hippocrates Oath: Do No Harm. Be healthy and wealthy, Nemira

I’m on aggressive dose of PPI’s bid until esophagitis heals and hiatal hernia is repaired. Is plant protein any better at breaking down into amino acids while on the PPI’s. Anxious to wean off of them but surgery has been delayed for 5 months. Hate being on PPI’s, Is it better to eat as little protein as possible while on this med? I’m worried also about
loss of magnesium/calcium especially and vitamin c, iron, etc. will ask for B12 shots. Your input would be greatly appreciated. Thx Glenda
