Our attitude toward what is going in our lives makes our days pleasant or miserable. Choosing the positivity in life helps to get friends, make peace with ourselves, and inspire others. Maybe it is not easy to believe, but it is true. Why? Try to do one experiment. Think about two things at once. For example, a vacation in your yard or vacation in Hawaii. How it goes? I guess you can think for once just about one thing.
Positive Thinking Versus Negative

Are you willing to try? I tried, and I did not use Facebook for 70 days. Nothing happened. I found more time to read and meet friends in the real world.
Importance of Positivity
Modern medicine recognizes the importance of positivity in our lives. So many diseases happen thanks to stress, worries, feeling greedy or jealousy. Somebody complains about stomach, somebody about blood pressure, higher as usually after the confrontation with something or somebody. It is a good thing to reconsider about all situations what happens in our lives. Think about how it is essential for us to after one month, one year or few years. Does worth to fuss about it or let it go? Especially, if we can not change this or other particular situation, we do not need to worry. What we can change is our attitude, how do we react to surrounding world.
Our thoughts make the difference in our lives. They affect how our minds and bodies function. If we do not breath well, because we are upset, stale air in our lungs does not help oxygen go to blood and organs.
Of course, we need to have a clear mind and do not hope what positive thoughts will solve everything. However, it will prepare the soil in the subconscious mind where all things happen.
I wonder, how many people heard about Miracle Man, Morris E. Goodman. His miraculous healing after an accident and return to real life thanks to the belief in the power of positive thoughts, makes me speechless. He became the motivational speaker after he recovered from breaking his spine.
You can see and hear more fascinating stories which serve as examples for the humanity where the positive attitude won against negativity and laziness.
Sometimes we complain that we do not have enough shoes when we meet people who don’t have legs. They are happy living. According to Earl Nightingale, it takes people who are physically limited to show us who do not lack anything that is the meaning of real life.
Can You Change Character?
It is a belief what if we change our character we can improve our ability to attract diseases. Regarding Ayurveda, ancient medicine in India, it is a belief that jealousness attracts oncological diseases, weakens the immune system, revenge leads to throat illness and disturbance of sleep. If somebody is prone to worry too much, it can attract stomach, skin and heart’s unhealthy changes.
It is best to think about things what makes you happy. Oprah told that she is thankful every day for the opportunity to tie shoes by herself.
Overall, when we are angry, without patience, we cannot concentrate and see what is around us. Every small detail can throw us from the balance. When we do not control emotions and thoughts, they control us.
Control Your Thoughts
To continually follow our thoughts, what we are thinking is a way, leading to more balanced approach. Try to catch yourself in the middle of internal dialogue, such as why it happened to me or why I do not have this or this. Remember, here is peaking just your ego, not your soul.
Overall if ego would disappear, in the world would be peace. Ego is from primitive times when we needed to fight for survival. Unfortunately, many of us do not know it. We believe that we have to be right at any price. Sometimes it can lead to fatal ending when somebody fumes and cannot forgive, keeps the anger inside. Some of the people think that if they will forgive or will show politeness, it will be counted as the weakness. Thankfully it is not the point. We learn through experience. When somebody tells that we need to do in another way, we cannot agree thinking that we will show the lack of power and importance.
Follow Your Heart
Try to listen to your heart. She knows what is best for you. At first, it can be silent. Later you will feel when something is wrong. Trying techniques such as meditation or contemplation, it can lead to pleasant discoveries, such as that we do not need so many things in our lives. Otherwise, it can be that we can be content with that what do we have now. It will lead us to better lives because our worries will disappear thanks to positive thinking.
Update. Today on NPR doctor told that musicians who play classical music could suffer from tinnitus more often compared with rock enroll players. He explained that not all classical music is perfect. When musicians play in orchestra not what they do like but what need, they will see consequences as the higher level of bad hearing.
You would think that bands need to be harmed more. Nope, it is opposite because they like what they do.
