I do agree with you that you should change your diet if you want to lose weight but you should also do it in conjunction with some exercise as well.
You are right that it does take a strong will to do it, because you have got to be able to stick at it and this isn’t always easy.
The temptation to give in can be overwhelming when things get a bit hard, so the key here is to hang in there and keep with the program.
You won’t lose weight overnight but each week you will probably see a gradual reduction and hopefully, you can keep that weight off for good.

I have a really important suggestion for anyone who wants to lose weight (works for me). Replace all oils with coconut oil and eat it only in raw form. For example, you are cooking a vegetable stir-fry, “fry” vegetables only in water and maybe lemon juice, and when they are ready and warm to the touch, only then add coconut oil. Not cooking oils has a ton of other benefits ranging from keeping inflammation in check to inhibition of tumor growths.

Hello, Margarita. I appreciate your advice. I know that coconut oil is good mostly for everything. I do not use oils except coconut and avocado oils. I use organic butter a lot as French do. Overall fat is good for us. We must use real fat, not saturated.
There are plenty of recipes for people who want lose weight. Anyway, I think what is most important is to eat less and consume nutritious food.
