Natural remedies for joints are helpful and do not cost the arm and leg. Noni Fruit Leather and Comfrey Root are my favorite helpers. However, there are many great natural supplements, which are many great natural supplements that support, strengthen, and keep in balance the vital part of our bodies.
Joints can be affected by inflammation, decreased damage to cartilage, injuries, or high-impact high-impact sports. It does not matter what happens to you; it is always the hope that you will get relief from natural remedies for joints.
Natural remedies for joints do not have side effects, are relatively cheap, and are easy to use. You can help yourself and your loved ones when something happens that does not need medical intervention.
Let’s check natural remedies
Noni fruit
This precious fruit grows in Hawaii and is a typical staple in Polynesia islands. It was known many years ago. Unfortunately, people who live on the continent cannot benefit from this fruit. Why? The Noni is highly perishable. After transformation and arrival in stores, the fruit loses its benefits quickly because it spoils.
South Islanders would have this fruit for themselves until now if not for Steve Frailey and other farmers who started to grow noni bushes and make products from it.
Steve’s Frailey products are unique. I tried them, and Noni Fruit Leather made the miracle. Maybe you could not believe it, but I have pictures of the real progress. I do not know why I took images because, at this time, I experienced plenty of pain.
Imagine if you hit with full force your big toe in the dark. I was in the movie theater and could barely wait until the end. My big foot toe was swollen, and the walk to the car lasted twenty times longer than it would with a healthy foot.
I went home and made a bandage from Noni Fruit Leather which I bought at Health Freedom Expo. Yes, it was a few years ago. Now they do not organize these events anymore.
I was lucky because Steve Frailey was with his production, and I bought just from interest. I did not know about it at all. From another side, how can I understand Noni?
I lived in Chicago, and Noni is thousands of miles away. I am thankful for this coincidence because I can brag about this fruit.
Short story: I put the bandage on my poor toe, and after a few days, it healed. Was it a miracle? Nope. It was a gift from Nature and a lucky encounter with one of the millions of natural ways to help yourself in your time of need. You can watch a video below about the healing journey:
I know that it does not look appealing, but the results were fascinating. I hit the toe to the top. As you would see in the video above, the blood went down and was absorbed slowly without damage to the bone, skin, and nails. I wonder how the bone did not split and the toenail stayed intact. Usually, I would not be able to walk for at least a couple of weeks without pain in these cases. Now the healing process went smoothly. Let’s go dancing! The healing process took about one week. I can count it as a miracle because I do not feel any consequences for a few years after this accident.
Interestingly, Noni is 75 percent strong as morphine. According to studies, the Noni ” did not exhibit any toxic effects but did show a significant, dose-related central analgesic activity.” Noni fruit is 100 percent safe and without side effects. You can read about Noni’s abilities here.
Comfrey root
Comfrey is known from the Middle Ages and was valued highly for its medicinal properties. This plant grows in meadows and damp fields, irrigation trenches, ponds, woods’ edges, and along the banks of streams.
The plant reaches about two feet or sixty centimeters. Roots of Comfrey can be dug out of the soil in the spring or autumn.
The leaves and roots of Comfrey have tremendous beneficial value. In Germany, this plant is called Beinwurz. It means the leg root.
Comfrey root can be used as
- poultices
- compresses
- teas
- sitz baths
- tincture compresses
- ointment
- tincture
- baths
I use Comfrey alone and can tell that it works when I hurt my ankle or put too much pressure on my hands. I use poultices, and it functions like a charm. I need to use applications a few times, significantly if I lift something substantial. It takes a few days till my joints feel as new.
Supplements for improving joint functions
Chondroitin
Chondroitin sulfate is a critical component of cartilage. It helps to increase and keep resistance in check. Cartilages get pressure every time, especially if people are obese.
Chondroitin seems to have
- Anti-inflammatory properties
- Stimulation of hyaluronic acid
- Abilities to slow down the catabolic activity of chondrocytes. Chondrocytes can inhibit the synthesis of proteolytic enzymes, nitric oxide, and other substances which can damage the cartilage matrix.
Glucosamine
Glucosamine is found in the human body, bone marrow, animal bones, and meat, mainly under the skin, shellfish, and fungi.
Individuals who eat homemade broth get the entire complex of glucosamine and chondroitin, silicon, chondroitin, silicon, and minerals.
Glucosamine helps maintain cartilage’s excellent condition and aids in joint lubrication and water retention in cartilage. Glucosamine prevents the breakdown of cartilage.
Glucosamine is made mainly of chitin or the hard outer shells of lobsters, shrimps, and crabs. Some individuals are sensitive to shellfish and need to be careful taking glucosamine supplements. The homemade broth would be a safe way to get collagen and glucosamine.
You need to check with the health practitioner about your ability to use glucosamine.
Dr. Joseph Mercola does not advise it because the research results show an effectiveness of twenty percent. He recommends using essential oils such as
- Peppermint
- Orange
- Turmeric
- Frankincense
- Ginger
- Vanilla
- Lavender
- Jasmine
- Myrrh
- Green Apple
Medical marijuana, exercise, relaxation techniques, acupuncture, and massage therapy can help relieve the joints’ discomfort, pain, and stiffness.
Interestingly, your disease-fighting genes can be turned on continually using relaxation techniques. Isn’t it fascinating that people can help themselves using non-chemical methods and feel good?
How about you? Do you have experience with natural remedies for joints? It would be nice to hear from you.
