Great food gives us pleasure and makes us feel safe, nourished, and protected.
Unfortunately, many of us do not know the limits. Plenty of us do not know what and when to eat, or what gives the body nourishment and support.
Various sweets, cakes, processed food, and sodas filled with chemicals clog all body systems throughout their lifetime. Later on, we wondered why everything seemed so natural and doable without effort when we were young.
We change the oil in the cars; we check the air pressure in the tires. How about our bodies?
I heard that some people visit the toilet to move their bowels once a week. They are okay with this situation. Unfortunately, they are in big trouble because plenty of toxins from food accumulate in the digestive system.
The particles from the digested food stuck to the walls of the bowels. Later on, the walls become thicker and thicker. The radius becomes small. The food can not flow properly through the bowels.
Do you see what happens? When the toilet is clogged, we call the plumber. If our body carries unremoved waste, we are pretty content with this situation.
Our skin is not so shiny and smooth, the acne shows up, and joints crack. So what? Many of us blame years, age, and environment. Nobody thinks about taking preventive measures.
What can we do?
At first, we must check what we put in our mouths. You do not fill your car with water. It is a cheap and easily obtained liquid. We know what does not work. If somebody asked you why you do not run your vehicle on lemonade, you would think that they need at least a nice vacation to clear their minds, do you?
Unfortunately, most of us take better care of dogs, cats, and cars than our bodies. I do not know what we think. Maybe, we believe that everything will be okay. One candy or a few pieces of pizza will not hurt us.
Genetics are different for everybody. I guess you heard that somebody who drank and smoked their whole life went to heaven at a beautiful age, 100 or more. Queen Mother liked cocktails. She lived till 101.
Unfortunately, these examples are lonely evidence in the sea of obese, miserable, and aching people.
Everything starts from the first step
Do not blame yourself
Check the list of food. Organic food is preferable, or food from the farmer’s market is better as a source of nutrients.
Eat the food which is full of vital nutrients. Food without chemicals will give you energy and building materials for your cells.
Drink water before breakfast. The water will improve the constrictions of the bowels. Getting rid of the waste in your intestines lets digested food travel from your bowel walls to the blood circulation system to your organs and tissues.
Eat small portions. Do not drink during meals. Gastric juices are diluted with liquids. They will not be so concentrated on the proper digestion of the food.
The last meal is supposed to be eaten before the sun comes down. It is an ideal way to sleep well. However, eating three hours of light food before night’s sleep is better to stay in shape, relax well, and let the body rest. If the stomach is complete with the steak, how can it digest till bed? No way.

A natural cleansing method for the digestive system is the enema. I guess you heard about it. Previously, I thought it was an embarrassing and, at least uncomfortable situation. This method is not the last news from the People or Times magazine. Nobody talks about it during the coffee break or in a polite company.
However, I would choose this method, do it in a private room, and later on, smile because I would feel lighter and happier.
I read that people carry with them 7-15 pounds of waste. This waste is accumulated throughout life. It did not happen after one Thanksgiving dinner.
It is the same as with the plumbing in your house or apartment. If we do not use preventive measures, such as liquids, which solve various particles from hair, shampoo, and other stuff, pipes in your house and the apartment will be clogged.
I hope that I did not scare you. It is not the end of the world. However, health is the most critical asset for us. Without health, we can not enjoy life properly.
