I heard that some of the people visit toilet for moving bowels once a week. They are okay with this situation. Unfortunately, they are in big trouble because plenty of toxins from food accumulates in the digestive system.
The particles from the digested food stuck to walls of bowels. Later on, walls become thicker and thicker. The radius becomes small. The food can not flow properly through bowels.

At first, we must check what we put in our mouths. You do not fill your car with water. It is cheap and easy obtained liquid. We know what it does not work. If somebody asked you why you do not run your car on the lemonade, you would think that he or she needs at least nice vacation to clear their minds, do you?
Unfortunately, most of us take better care of dogs, cats and cars compare with our bodies. I do not know what do we think? Maybe, we think what everything will be okay. One candy or few pieces of pizza will not hurt us.
Genetics are different for everybody. I guess that you heard that somebody who drunk and smoked the whole life, he or she went to heaven at the beautiful age, 100 or more. Queen Mother liked cocktails. She lived till 101.
Unfortunately, these examples are lonely evidence in the sea of obese, miserable and aching people.
Everything Starts from the First Step
Do not blame yourself
Check the list of food. The organic food is preferable, or food from the farmers market is better as the source of nutrients.
Eat the food which is full of vital nutrients. The food without chemicals will give your energy and building materials for your cells.
Drink water before breakfast. The water will improve constrictions of bowels. Getting rid of the waste in your bowels, it lets digested food travel from your bowel walls through to the blood circulation system to your organs and tissues.
Eat small portions. Do not drink during meals. Gastric juices diluted with liquids. They will be not so concentrated for the proper digestion of the food.
The last meal supposed be eaten before the sun comes down. It is an ideal way to sleep well. However, eating three hours the light food before night sleep, it is a better way to stay in shape, sleep well and let the body rest. If the stomach is full with the steak, how it can digest till bed? No way.

An easy cleansing method for digestive system is the enema. I guess you heard about it. Previously, I thought that it is the embarrassing and at least uncomfortable situation. This method is not the last news from the People or Times magazine. Nobody talks about it during the coffee break or in a polite company.
