Filling and Preparing Enema Kit


  • Prepare the Enema Kit over the sink if the solution can spill out.
  • Slide the enema rolling clamp close to the enema tubing with the tip.

It seems that cleansing is an effective method. Why?  Food in the small and large intestines is not adequately absorbed, sugars and proteins ferment and rot. This process produces chemicals that are absorbed by the liver. The liver has plenty of job detoxing toxins. Additional toxins can weaken the liver and disturb activity.

Doctor Max Gerson presented the coffee enema. Gerson was the pioneer in nutritional therapy for diseases and reached positive results.

Do you wash dishes after dinner? I guess you or the dishwasher comes into the picture as the helper. How about the car? I suppose you prefer a shiny, beautiful-looking car over a dirty and stinky one?

How about your body?How about body cleansing tips? Do you remember when you gave a rest for your stomach after a big dinner after Thanksgiving or Christmas?

Great food gives us pleasure and makes us feels safe, nourished, and protected.

Unfortunately, many of us do not know the limits. Plenty of us does not know what and when to eat, what gives the body nourishment and support.

Various sweets, cakes, processed food, and sodas filled with chemicals clog all body systems throughout the lifetime. Later on, we wonder why everything seemed so natural and doable without effort when we were young.

We change the oil in the cars; we check the air pressure in the tires. How about our bodies?

I heard that some people visit the toilet to move their bowels once a week. They are okay with this situation. Unfortunately, they are in big trouble because plenty of toxins from food accumulates in the digestive system.

The particles from the digested food stuck to the walls of bowels. Later on, the walls become thicker and thicker. The radius becomes small. The food can not flow properly through bowels.

Eat small portions. Do not drink during meals. Gastric juices are diluted with liquids. They will not be so concentrated on the proper digestion of the food.

The last meal is supposed to be eaten before the sun comes down. It is an ideal way to sleep well. However, eating three hours of light food before night sleep is better to stay in shape, relax well, and let the body rest. If the stomach is complete with the steak, how can it digest till bed?
