I’m new to Dr. Carolyn’s products and hope to find more information. Do you have any especially on ReMag? I’m at the moment using magnesium sulfate bath to get that mineral into my system. I think it’s working okay but would love to see how and if ReMag may work better. Thanks
Hello here. It is great to hear from the person who use magnesium products. Previously, I used just magnesium citrate and Epsom salt. It was okay, but after ReMag I do not want them. You can read about ReMag in my review here. What excites my about ReMag that magnesium goes straight into cell. It means that when you got first sip of the water with ReMag, you body got it, already. I use Spirulina as the source for proteins and vitamins. However, this complex is a full set to make our bodies in shape again. I absolutely will write more about the rest of products. Nemira: Great information and sounds like a pretty great compliment of vitamins and supplements to get our bodies back to square one.
Being diabetic type 2, the protein drink mix sounds excellent. I do protein every morning with my vitamins and of course, I’m still on the metformin for my diabetes. I am trying to get my A1C levels on track (lowered) so that I can stop the prescriptions.
The calcium situation that you were talking about is a scary one, I agree. I have had two surgeries to remove calcification in both of my shoulders. They were very painful, extremely unpleasant and took forever to heal from. I have also read about a disease that people get where their whole body begins to calcify and this is why it is extremely important to take the magnesium with the calcium.
I think you are on the right track, promoting these natural ways to get the body fixed instead of turning to big pharma to cure what ails us.

Yesss, I heard about the renew! It seems to be extremely beneficial for scars and aging. Even for dark circles under the eyes. It’s crazy how the renew heals so much. From wounds to rashes. Although, I wouldn’t recommend for sensitive skin. I might consider purchasing this one!

Wow – This is great! Especially about the ReStructure Protein. I keep trying different protein powders, I’ve even tried some vegan ones… but I haven’t found one I’m totally liking. Can I ask a question about the Completement Formula? Is this something where you can incorporate every item you mentioned into your diet? I’m just wondering, because these all seem like things I could benefit from…. but I just wonder if it’s OK to use all of them at the same time? Or maybe just a combination of a few… What do you suggest?
Hello, Mei. You can take formulas separately. They work well. When you take them all together, formulas enhance each other. DR. Dean’s Total Body ReSet bundle was created and presented as one complex which is safe and beneficial to take separately but best works when all formulas cooperate with each other.
I started from ReMag because I felt that I need for my muscles. I had cramps.It happened seldom but I thought that I have deficiency of magnesium. Proteins are easy to mix in smoothie, take it in individual packages when you travel. ReMyte is really something when dealing with thyroid. I spoiled thyroid with soy products and now I need to take care of it.

Thanks for this review, Nemira. As a regular weightlifter, I make sure I get plenty of protein for muscle repair and growth. The problem with most protein powders is that they don’t tend to have much in the way of nutrients. It sounds like ReStructure could be the way to go! Only 80 calories for 22 grams of protein?? That sounds about as pure as it gets, and for anyone trying to cut after a bulking cycle, that’s fantastic! I might just have to get some to help me trim down for summer. 🙂
