A high-protein diet must contain proteins as the central part of the content, some fats, and carbohydrates. Without it, it can lead to symptoms of hypoglycemia. The body requires more magnesium than usual when on a liquid protein diet.

High protein diet and weight loss

When people consume just protein wanting to lose weight, they can set themselves with panic attacks. Besides it, a high protein diet without other materials such as fat and carbohydrates can lead to chaos in the body.

The body needs various nutrients for metabolism. Bodybuilders, weight loss believers, use just protein. Excess protein without other materials can lead to metabolic disturbance and death. This situation is called rabbit starvation.

According to Wikipedia, if a person consumes more than 285 grams of protein, it can lead to chronic diseases.

The body likes the balance

A high protein diet and weight loss could result in severe consequences if used in excess. Eating plenty of proteins and not providing other nutrients strips the body from minerals such as magnesium.

The body can not be too much of something, such as only proteins in this case, that it could throw off the balance of all systems in the body.
