I got diagnosed with AFib last March 2017. A friend told me about “Mag Miracle” so i read it. I had a magnesium RBC test done from my doctor and it showed that i was 2.4. Dr Dean said it should be 6.0 to 6.5. I started to take magnesium citrate 200 mg in the morning and again at night. during the day i would add ionic picometer magnesium to my water and would take 200 mg per quart. i drink 2 to 3 quarts of water per day. so i took 800 to 1,000 mg per day for ten months. i just had a physical last week and had another magnesium RBC test done by the same lab and it came back 2.1. This is after 10 months of taking magnesium where i took very little magnesium before the first RBC test.. I am at a lose and a little discouraged. Do you have any suggestions? My EKGs were the same from last year to this year. and still show that i am AFib.

It is my understanding that blood tests are not an accurate measure of magnesium levels. I know there’s a better way to test, although I don’t know the name of the test.

hold the ionic picometer mag in your mouth for a minute or so to absorb directly into your cells. Don’t dilute it with water for max absorption.
I just come across Picometer water recently and bought a bottle that is made in Singapore name “BIOS Picometer Water (Concentrate)”which indicated key ingredients are: Selenium, Platinum, Germanium, Ion Minerals Concentrate.
I wonder if this is the same as ReMag “The Magnesium Miracle”? A bottle of 100ml is sold at around US$45. Pls advice. Thanks
