Timothy Ferris’s book Tools of Titans mentions magnesium a few times. The best of the best individuals emphasized in this book the importance of magnesium. Timothy Ferriss interviewed exceptional people. However, I wonder why these geniuses do not know about ReMag. Would they choose ReMag over magnesium supplements if they knew about the existence of this formula?
Magnesium supplements mentioned in Timothy’s Ferriss’s book Tools of Titans do not have absorption of 100 percent as ReMag, invented by Dr.Carolyn Dean, does.
There are no sorries until we do not know about things that do exist outside of our information field. Let’s check that these Titans think about magnesium supplements.
The interview with Dr. Peter Atia
All mentioned disorders, such as cerebrovascular disease, neurodegenerative dysfunction, cancer, and cardiovascular disease, correlate with magnesium deficiency. Dr. Peter Atia, M.D., indicates the harm of sugars. Yes, sugar depletes magnesium.
Timothy Ferriss writes that Dr.Peter Atia favors magnesium. His dose per day is from 600 to 800 mg. His magnesium supplements are magnesium sulfate and magnesium oxide. According to Dr. Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D., the author of The Magnesium Miracle, magnesium oxide is absorbed by 4 percent.
Magnesium oxide contains a high amount of elemental magnesium. Unfortunately, it cannot be absorbed fully. Studies show a four percent absorption rate of magnesium oxide. It means that 12 mg of 500 mg capsule is absorbed. The rest, 288 mg, stays in the intestine and acts as a laxative.
Compared with ReMag, the liquid, pico-ionic magnesium absorbed 100 percent and goes straight to the cell, these supplements seem questionable.
The interview with Charles Poliquin
Charles Poliquin, the coach for elite athletes, likes magnesium threonate. Interestingly, he tells about various forms of magnesium, such as chelates, which go to different tissues. I wonder why knowing that ReMag goes straight to cells without side effects with 100 percent absorption everywhere in the body, and these giants of the medical field do not have a clue about it at all.
The interview with Dr.Dominic D’Agostino
Dr.Dominic D’Agostino uses magnesium every day. His preferences are magnesium citrate, magnesium chloride, and magnesium glycinate. Magnesium citrate has a beautiful place in the diet too. The Titan uses magnesium for cramps after Keto Diet.
Dr. Caroly Dean mentioned the danger for Paleo and Keto dieters.
Conclusion
Timothy Ferris’s book Tools of Titans is a source of great information. It gives knowledge, hope, and assurance that the world is a great place to live. I read this book a few times, and seeing the practices of unique individuals and what they do and use, I wondered why these geniuses do not know about ReMag and the rest of the Total Body Reset bundle. These products are the best on the market at this time. Dr. Carolyn Dean says that her formulas are ahead of time.

Is this a real site or one of those far-too-common India-based scam sites? The English in the post above is simply awful.
Nemira says
Thanks for the compliment. Sorry, the English is the fourth language for me. I know that it is not the excuse, but I hope that you get a message about ReMag as the best magnesium supplement? Did you? You can read more about this best magnesium supplement here. Again, I would like to express my best wishes to you and not to be mad at other people who try to share an experience from their findings.
All the best, be healthy and wealthy, Nemira.
P.S. I am a big fan of Tim Ferriss and his book Tools of Titans helped me a lot during slow days.

Based on her self-bio I would say the entire article and blogs are her own opinion, as she does not have a medical background.

Hello, thanks for the comment. If you are not a troll or spammer, I appreciate your comment regarding my medical background. You hide under few words, meaning you do not waste time on something not worth reading. I am glad that you checked my blogs, which contain beneficial information for those who want to be healthy and live balanced lives. The last three years have been steal-proof for many people who lost their beloved ones believing in the so-called science. One thing that interests me. Do you need to have a medical background to read drug annotations regarding the side effects of drugs or go through medical articles of scientists and doctors who care about their patients?
To your knowledge, I have a medical background as a veterinarian. Understanding the Latin language and navigating the scientific world is a pleasure because of my ability to differentiate between empty talk and real help that comes from professionals in their respective fields. In my blogs, I present findings from doctors, scientists, and other professionals who want to help humanity flourish in all areas despite efforts from people who care only about themselves.
Can I ask you: is it difficult to differentiate between Magnesium oxide and ReMag, knowing that the absorption of magnesium oxide is 4%, and the absorption of ReMag is 100%? I learned about it from Dr.Carolyn Dean’s book The Magnesium Miracle and from my experience using ReMag for almost 8 years now. Besides, magnesium oxide has side effects such as laxatives, and ReMag does not have it.
Do you need to have a medical background when you run into the bathroom after consuming magnesium oxide or other magnesium supplements many times during the day to understand what causes it? Do you need to go to the doctor and ask about it instead of using your grey cells?
I think that understanding how ReMag goes straight into your cells, avoiding intestines, is a better solution for saving time and toilet paper. Besides, you can avoid 65 conditions associated with a deficiency of magnesium when you take ReMag.
Be healthy and wealthy, Nemira.
