Hello here. Fortunately I do not have real problems with weight. I use Spirulina as the source of nutrition. In this way when I get all vital nutrients, I do not reach for snack and I do not stop for fast food. It lets me to be in the same weight as I was ten years ago. What I like in Spirulina that it contains all nutrients but does not have many calories. Your body can work, restore and build new cells with the help of Spirulina.

What is good for Spirulina , that algae is the source of vital nutrients. Your body does not starve. I tried once to fast and finished it after one day. I can not be active drinking just water. Blending apples and consuming them worked for me. However, you can do it if you are 100% healthy. If not, we are at risk. Spirulina has small amount of calories but provides all nutrients needed for energy and metabolism. One professor from Japan lived on Spirulina for 15 years. I do not want miss a good meal. Spirulina helps for me to get all nutrients when food does not provide enough.
