Spirulina And Weight Loss

March 25, 2018 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Spirulina and weight loss have close relationships. You would have, too, if you gave this miraculous alga a chance to show how it works.

Spirulina is a nutraceutical food. Spirulina provides vital nutrients to support the body’s metabolism and deliver all elements for proper and successful functioning.

 Are You On Diet?

I know that diets suck because we need to stick to them and forget about the joy of eating. Unfortunately, everybody understands and accepts food differently. One hates food; another finds support and shelter from stressful situations. Somebody is addicted or likes to eat. Eating is a great thing, but we do not know how to stop eating or enjoy it without guilt.

For me, a diet is a chore and an unpleasant one. I know that I need to avoid particular foods I like, which makes me feel confused.

Many diets are on the top, and many that lost popularity today. After a few years, you will see that something similar will come up to the surface.

 Diets Are Not Fashion

I hear that people would oppose my statement that foods are not fashion. It is because of marketing and various services and product creation. However, it is a never-ending cycle. Why?

Spirulina and weight loss

We do not provide the body with what it needs. You know the disturbing story of junk food and sweets. People stuff themselves as Thanksgiving turkeys. Do they happy and healthy? For a moment,  yes, they are content and glad. After a few hours, they check that it is in the refrigerator or hidden somewhere deep in the kitchen pantry. Are they bad guys and girls? No. The only thing that is missing is the information about bodily needs.

 Cravings And Needs

Did you hear stories about expecting mothers who want strange things to eat like chalk or sauerkraut? They do not know what is going know, but they feel the urge for the particular food or substance. You could laugh because it sounds funny.

Unfortunately, there is no fun when the mother’s body craves appropriate nutrition for her and baby.

It is the same with us. We crave something and satisfy the hunger; we consume empty products of vital nutrients. I know by myself because I have an addiction to chocolate. It passes the time from time, but I am back again to the precious pieces of the dark chocolate.

Would you ask what is going on? I lack some of the nutrients. When I use magnesium and Spirulina, I leave the chocolate alone. When I skip my dose of these nutrients, I am back again to this habit.

It is nothing wrong with enjoying chocolate or other food. Unfortunately, I do not know the limits. When I see some friends around, they have the same experience, just with different things.

How Can We Change The Situation?

People know that something is going wrong. They see the increase in size, some signs in the behavior. They know that something is going on. Who wants to be big and experience embarrassment in school or on the job?

The answer is that the solution always is. We need to search for a reply. If something does not work, look again.

Giving the body what it needs is the best way to stop cravings and endless torture with various diets. The body is not stupid. It is not a machine. It is a living thing. If our brain is in fog thanks to the lack of nutrients and cannot correctly sort answers, it does not mean that it is the end of the world.

Why Does Spirulina Work For The Weight Loss?

Spirulina contains all vital nutrients for proper body functioning. It means that we will not crave processed food or doughnuts. We overeat and gain weight when we choose the wrong products that do not truly satisfy the body.

The eating pleasure is a momentary thing. It disappears after a few minutes or hours. Our body is left with the overload of chemicals from junk food and the urge to miss nutrients. We eat again and again to satisfy the requirements of the organization. Unfortunately, there is no success around. You can see results in the streets and malls where prominent people struggle to move around. Of course, they do not show it. They seem happy. Do you believe it?

Okay, back to the Spirulina. This blue-green alga is rich in vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, and proteins.

 Benefits Of Spirulina

  • Proteins in Spirulina are easily digestible. Cell walls are tiny and composed of soft mucopolysaccharides. There is 85-95 protein digestion from the Spirulina.
  • Ten grams of Spirulina has only 36 calories. The large egg yields 300mg of cholesterol and 80 calories.
  • Spirulina contains vitamin A, vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, folacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, and inositol.
  • Spirulina contains organically bounded minerals.
  • Spirulina is the wealthiest iron source.
  • Spirulina contains trace minerals such as magnesium, calcium, manganese, copper, zinc, selenium, and germanium.
  • Spirulina is low in sodium. It is an excellent option for people who are on the salt-restriction diet.
  • Spirulina contains essential fatty acids, which are vital for cholesterol normalization. These fatty acids are precursors for hormone compounds called prostaglandins. Ten grams of Spirulina includes 225 mg of essential fatty acids. These acids come in linoleic and gamma-linolenic acid(GLA). GLA is the precursor for hormones that control many functions such as blood pressure. Inflammation, cholesterol synthesis, and cell growth. Besides Spirulina, you can find GLA in mothers’ milk, oil extracts of black currant, borage seeds, and evening primrose.
  •  Spirulina is rich in pigments. Pigments help synthesize enzymes that are necessary for the body’s metabolism. However, enzymes are sensitive to temperature. It means junk food does not have them. It is one of the reasons why we crave nutrients.
  • Spirulina contains enzymes that are catalysts for specific reactions in the body. One particular enzyme superoxide dismutase( SOD) fights against free radicals and protects from aging.

How Does Spirulina Help With The Weight Loss?

Spirulina and weight loss

When you take Spirulina, you get all the vital nutrients. You do not need to chase various diets. You will maintain weight which is best to your nature as you are supposed to be, before moving on to foods with empty calories and nutrients.

In his book Earth Food Spirulina, Robert Henrikson shows one study where people got six tablets per day and lost 3 pounds after four weeks. You would tell that it is nothing if you want to lose some of the weight drastically. However, it is a way without harm. You get all the nutrients. You feel satisfied without craving any food, and you are still losing weight.

Sometimes I think that Nature is more brilliant compared with us. Flamingos consume algae and spirulina their whole life. Look at them and how they are in shape and gracious. They do not worry about weight loss because they get all the needed nutrients.

 Conclusion

Spirulina is a big helper in losing weight. Spirulina and weight loss are interconnected. Because of that, you get a supplement that is low in calories and full of nutrients. Spirulina works without side effects and helps to stay away from junk food. Your body will be thankful for the opportunity to get nutrition which is vital for proper functioning.

How To Get Ready For the Holiday?

November 27, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

How to get ready for the holiday? The holiday is supposed to be the best time when we can relax, experience something new or spend time with family or friends. The funny is that the holiday can be a nightmare for plenty of people.

People who travel get jet lags. Time difference and excitement, seeing friends and family can throw off balance.

Somebody who waits for guests can be exhausted after food preparation, decorating the house, and sorting things out such as gifts, seating places, or picking clothes for the rest of the family.

  List

Having a list of things to do, helps immensely. It brings peace to mind.

Sometimes people want to make the holiday perfect. It is understandable, but the preparation can significantly affect everybody who overestimates themselves.

Making things simple works a long way. Dividing tasks between family members or friends would take plenty of responsibility for somebody who wants to get ready for the holiday in the best way possible.

The list helps visualize and get the bigger picture of what is going on. If you forgot something, you would write it down. When you finish or accomplished task, you cross it and will do the next one.

The list provides stability. The holiday must be a joyful time, not a crazy one.

 Planning The Time

Having free time before the final day when guests gather is a blessing. We can take of ourselves, gather thoughts, and rethink activities and tasks. When we have time, we can relax and meet guests with a smile.

Of course, not everybody has the luxury of preparing food or decorating a house or apartment. People work, take care of other members or go to school. In this case, the list and careful planning of time will help too.

You can buy the prepared dish, make the salad, improvise with ingredients, and have some dessert before the holiday. Nowadays, there are plenty of good choices from stores such as Trader Joe’s. Everything is tasty, affordable, and can stay a few days longer until the holiday.

 Having Remedies

It is not a secret that people consume too much food and alcohol during holidays. It puts a burden on health. Who feels the holiday spirit when the head spins around, and the rebellious stomach rejects the best piece of food?

Herbal tea, such as chamomile or green tea, helps smooth the little bit of turmoil in our body.

Taking ReAline capsules, vitamin C helps remove toxins and waste from the body.

The sauerkraut soup is a longtime remedy in Europe. It helps digestion and hangovers.  Spirulina provides support for the liver during the time of overeating and overdrinking.

 Conclusion

The holiday is the time to celebrate, not exhaust ourselves. People can have fun with simple things such as warm food, warm smiles, and long, meaningful conversations. The holiday is to celebrate and relax. People are the most important. Paying more attention to them can clear a lousy mood if the ham is too spicy or the cake loses shape.

Chemical Components in Spirulina

May 15, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Chemical components in Spirulina provide nutritional value for everybody who consumes it. Flamingoes, human beings benefit from nutraceutical Spirulina.

Tiny Algae, Enormous Help

Scientists point to three broad categories of nutrients found in Spirulina. It means that this tiny alga has more benefits than we can imagine.

Chemical Components in Spirulina

Macronutrients

Proteins, lipids, and carbohydrates

Minerals

  • Zinc
  • Magnesium
  • Calcium
  • Iron
  • Manganese
  • Selenium

Micronutrients

  • Provitamin A ( beta-carotene)
  • Riboflavin
  • Cyanocobalamin
  • Alpha-tocopherol
  • Alpha-linoleic acid
  • SOD
  • Phytopigments

Phytopigments in Spirulina contain chlorophyll, C-phycocyanin, and allophycocyanin. These phytopigments, such as C-phycocyanin and allophycocyanin in the structure, are similar to bile pigments such as bilirubin. Is it no wonder when mother nature provides us with nutraceutical food such as Spirulina?

Chemical components in Spirulina

For example, iron is biologically available and easily absorbed in the intestinal tract.

Toxicology of Spirulina

According to the authors of the book Spirulina in Human Nutrition and Health,” …studies on the acute, subchronic, and chronic toxicity and mutagenicity of Spirulina have revealed no specific body or organ toxicity or genotoxicity.”(159)

Flamingoes, people who live by the lake of Chad, ate Spirulina and other algae for hundred years. They are okay. I wonder how Spirulina, certified as an organic food supplement grown on specialized farms, can be dangerous?

The Importance of Spirulina

Spirulina is a nutraceutical food. Chemical components in Spirulina give humans and all living creatures enormous benefits.

Antioxidant activity, antitoxic effects such as protective effects against toxic damage such as hepatotoxicity, nephrotoxicity, neurotoxicity, testis toxicity, cardiotoxicity, and ovary toxicity are reported in the studies of Spirulina.

Various therapeutic utilities of Spirulina are described in the book Spirulina in Human Nutrition and Health.

Medical research has found out that Spirulina, thanks to the excellent chemical composition of nutrients, can help solve many health problems. Diabetes, arthritis, anemia, cancer, and other diseases are eased by supplementation of Spirulina.

Rich Chemical Components in Spirulina

Researchers compared chemical components in Spirulina with Chlorella, Cell Tech Alpha Sun(blue-green algae), barley green, and wheatgrass.

They found out that Spirulina is a winner in all categories. For example, Spirulina contains 23000IU, and Chlorella has 5550 IU, Tech Alpha Sun 13340 IU, barley green 5200 IU, and wheatgrass 6608 IU.

You can find Gamma Linolenic fatty acid just in Spirulina. The rest of the green superfood does not have at all.

These five green superfoods are nutritious, but they differ in the amount and intensity of chemical components.

The Conclusion

I do not understand why Spirulina is not so popular as hamburgers or soda? We would always be in shape, feeling good, and without worries about chronic diseases. Of course, there are exceptions everywhere, but if somebody would tell that Spirulina does not have any value or it is toxic, please read Christophers Hills‘ book The Secrets of Spirulina. Christopher Hills mentioned the story of Toru Matsui, the Japanese philosopher who lived on microalgae for 15 years. How about it?

We do not need to be regularly eating Spirulina. We need variety. However, by adding this miraculous alga rich with chemical components in Spirulina, we can win a lottery. Her name is peace of mind.

Spirulina is the Best Iron Supplement

April 20, 2017 By Nemira 4 Comments

Spirulina is the best iron supplement. The blue-green algae are twenty times richer in iron than common iron-rich foods. Iron is vital for red blood cells and maintaining a healthy immune system.

Spirulina Is the Best  Iron Supplement

The Spirulina is first by the iron content compared with foods such as Chlorella, hazelnuts, pistachios, cashews, fried beef liver, spinach, or eggs.

In the one hundred grams of  Spirulina, iron’s content is 150 mg. Chlorella has 130 mg in one hundred grams of Chlorella content.

The human body quickly absorbs spirulina. Spirulina has the form of iron that light reaches the intestine and travels through the bloodstream to cells. Spirulina is the best iron supplement.

Spirulina is the Best Iron Supplement

Why Do We Need Iron for our Bodies?

Iron is essential for red blood cells. The iron sits in the middle of hemoglobin, a quaternary structure. Without iron, the oxygen could not travel to the tissues, organs, and cells through the bloodstream from the lungs.

Iron forms complexes with molecular oxygen in hemoglobin and myoglobin.

Iron participates with enzymes dealing with cellular respiration, oxidation, and reduction in plants and animals.

Iron in tissues, hemoglobin, bone marrow, blood proteins, and muscles can find iron. It is a more complicated process, but I want to show that iron is vital for the human body.

Spirulina is the Best Iron Supplement

Spirulina is a source of iron. Spirulina contains the most significant amounts of iron. Anemia is when individuals lack iron in their bodies, especially in the blood. Hemoglobin contains iron. Hemoglobin carries oxygen in the blood to tissues, organs, and cells in the body.

When levels of iron are low, anemia occurs.

In the book Spirulina in Human Nutrition and Health, two studies regarding Spirulina supplements are presented.

The group of girls of age group between 18-22 were anemic. After one month of Spirulina supplementation significant increase of hemoglobin levels were recorded.

Thus, it is clear from this study, that suplementation of 5 g of  spray -dried Spirulina powder to anemic adolescent girls for a period of 30 days had a significant effect on iron metabolism, as is evident by the improved hemoglobin levels, and can be effectively used to combat iron- deficiency anemia, which is widely prevalent in the world.

The second study was done with preschool children in India. This study is described in detail in the same book Spirulina in Human Nutrition and Health.

Researchers provided 1 g of spray-dried Spirulina daily for 50 days. This Spirulina contains the highest available form of iron. Scientists recorded that hemoglobin levels increased significantly in preschool children.

Spirulina is the best iron supplement. Spirulina quickly digested and absorbed. According to scientists, hemoglobin levels in blood improve profoundly when consistently consuming Spirulina.

How to Keep the Liver Safe

March 26, 2017 By Nemira 13 Comments

The liver is a vital organ. When we lead a healthy life, we know how to keep the liver safe. Liver functions are detoxification, metabolism participation, glycogen storage, protein synthesis, hormone production, and decomposition of red blood cells.

 Liver Detoxifies Pollutants

The liver continually detoxifies harmful substances—drugs, junk food, full of chemicals, alcohol filtrated through the liver. The liver cleans blood coming from the intestines and sends it back to the cells. When the liver stops, the body shuts down quickly. Dirty blood toxifies the body. Organs and tissues suffer.

The Alcohol Makes the Liver Fat

Fatty liver is the consequence of chronic liver disease. The fat in the liver exceeds more than 5 percent. Additionally, insulin resistance and enormous alcohol consumption lead to fatty liver. Alcohol intake can lead to liver inflammation and alcoholic cirrhosis. No fun, yes?

How to Keep the  Liver  Safe?

The liver is capable of disposing of alcohol without harm. The amount of consumed alcohol must be 3 ounces per hour. The liver filters the alcohol breaking it down into substances. The liver uses enzymes to break down alcohol. The supply of proteins helps the liver to process alcohol. Proteins participate in the process of breaking down alcohol.

The methionine, the amino acid, constitutes protein. Amino acids take part in cell structure and protect liver cells from the poisoning by alcohol.

One way to protect the liver is to eat plenty of proteins. The next move is to avoid junk food, unnecessary chemicals, and overconsumption of alcohol.

The Fatty Liver

The fatty liver accumulates an excess of fat. Unfortunately, a fatty liver can lead to cirrhosis.  We can keep the liver safe by taking proteins. Fortunately, the Spirulina is a rich source of proteins. The algae are the source of antioxidants, phytonutrients, Vitamin A and E, and essential GLA. These nutrients can help cleanse human bodies and provide radical scavenging, antiviral, anti-inflammation, and hepatoprotection capabilities.

Why Are  Proteins so Important?

Entirely 70 percent of the liver is protein. Enzymes that do participate in metabolism and detoxification are derived from protein. Analytic functions happen smoothly when the liver has a supply of proteins.

How to keep liver safe

The Spirulina Influences Outcome on the Fatty Liver

Christopher Hills, Ph.D., S.D. wrote about the positive effects of Spirulina a  few decades ago. He cited the jobs of scientists from Japan. C. Hills advised taking Spirulina when somebody drank too much alcohol.

In the book, Spirulina in Human Nutrition and Health researchers point out that.

Spirulina also attenuates alcohol-induced fatty liver through ALDH activity, which is inactive in subjects intoxicated by alcohol, especially in Asian populations.

Apparently, Spirulina facilitates alcohol metabolism through enhanced clearance of accumulated aldehyde, which may increase susceptibility to alcoholic liver disease (ALD), such as fatty liver and fibrosis.(133)

ALDH is aldehyde dehydrogenase. ALDH is the enzyme derived from proteins, which helps break down alcohol.

The aldehyde is a product of alcohol oxidation. Aldehyde is a harmful substance. When the liver can not filter alcohol, the aldehyde poisons body. Headaches occur, and vomiting and stomach pain bother drunk individuals.

How to Keep the Liver Safe?

According to Christopher Hills, P.h.D, S.D., if fatty liver is not appropriately treated, it can turn to cirrhosis.

Poor diet, viral infections, and excessive drinking are common causes of liver diseases.

Spirulina is a perfect source of proteins and vital nutrients which keep the body in good shape. If you are interested in Spirulina supplements, you can look here. We can learn how to keep the liver safe by reading books written by doctors and scientists. The breathtaking book is Spirulina in Human Nutrition and Health edited by M.E.Gershwin and Amha Belay. This book is a comprehensive source of scientific data about the importance of Spirulina. Scientists show how to keep the liver safe using the nutraceutical product Spirulina.

Spirulina in the Modern World

January 28, 2017 By Nemira 6 Comments

Spirulina in The Modern World

Spirulina was known as a food supplement a long time ago. Spirulina is the modern world slowly making her way. How many people know about the benefits of Spirulina? Contemporary society offers us many opportunities. These opportunities can lead us to a disastrous life, or they can lead to wellness and prosperity.

We Make Choices

What do I mean? We have plenty of choices. We can choose what to eat, what to wear, what to unfriend or befriend on social media, etc. Anyway, I wonder why some people are obese or out of balance with their bodies and minds.

Nobody wants to be overweight or restricted in one place because the ability to move is limited. When people are born healthy, they are supposed to be in the way all the time until death. Why does it happen that we have plenty of unhappy people in the modern world?

Health and Choice

One of the pillars that give us balance and fulfillment is health. Nobody would tell us that health does not play great importance in our lives.

People know what is right for them. Do they do something if life throws something unexpected such as illness or the loss of something or somebody important to them?

Some people resist accepting the fact that nothing could change. They look for ways how to improve the situation.

Spirulina, as a nutraceutical food supplement, can provide all vital nutrients for our bodies. Spirulina is a cheap and affordable food supplement.

Why Do I Talk About Spirulina?

We know how many people are addicted to fast food which could be tasty but does not have enough vitamins, minerals, or proteins. Some people do not have enough food, such as in undeveloped countries in Africa.

Spirulina can be a savior in various cases. It is easy to grow Spirulina and prepare it. Spirulina gives us all vital nutrients which let the body flourish.

The modern world can confuse people with endless opportunities. When we try to perform our duties in the best way, when we do not have plenty of time to take care of ourselves, Spirulina could help people stay in shape as the source of vital nutrients.

Time Is the Same: 24 Hours

We have 24 hours per day. Our ancestors had the same amount of time. When I compare generations who lived through wars, WWI, and WWII, they are healthier than people who live now.

Stress, pollution,  and essential lifestyle style keep us from real happiness and feel that we live authentic lives.

Spirulina could help us provide nutrients that protect the body and provide for its energy, building material, and protection.

Spirulina Is a Winner

January 18, 2017 By Nemira 8 Comments

Spirulina is a winner as algae is the best nutritional and nutraceutical product. If we compare Spirulina with Chlorella, we will see that Spirulina has a few more qualities. These conditions make Spirulina superior to other algae.

Spirulina

Differences Between Spirulina and Chlorella

Chlorella’s  Traits

Chlorella is a tiny monocellular alga. Her size is 5 microns.

The harvesting of Chlorella requires a high-speed centrifuge. It means that electric power and labor would be involved in the process of Chlorella’s cultivation.

Chlorella has a thick cellular membrane. Humans can not digest Chlorella quickly.

Chlorella is cultivated in lightly acidic conditions. The carbon dioxide generated by Chlorella is high in volume. The minuscule amount of carbon dioxide is utilized and dissolved.

Spirulina’s Traits

Spirulina is a multicellular alga. Spirulina is one hundred times bigger than Chlorella. It means that harvesting can be done using simple cloth: no centrifuges, electric power usage, and labor.

Spirulina has a thin membrane. Spirulina can be digested in 16 hours using proteinase pepsin. The percentage is 85 %. Spirulina is twice easier digestible compared with Chlorella.

Spirulina can grow in very alkaline conditions. It means that carbon dioxide gas is transformed into hydrogen carbonate ions. These ions remain in the alkaline culture solution.

Spirulina can absorb carbon dioxide and hydrogen carbonate ions as a carbon source.

The high utilization of carbon dioxide keeps the atmosphere clean and abundant with oxygen.

Spirulina Is a Winner

By no means; Chlorella is a valuable alga. Germans used Chlorella during the first war. It was a  food shortage. Scientists proposed to use Chlorella as a food source. Chlorella was better than yeast because it needed just air, sunlight, water, and a few minerals.

The cultivation of yeast required sugar. Later on, Germans abandoned research on Chlorella, but the scientific community got interested in the algae Chlorella.

Scientists from the USA and researchers in Japan started research on mass cultivation. The reason for analysis was the constant food crisis in the world.

However, Spirulina’s traits show superiority against other algae.

Better digestibility, low production expenses, high efficiency in utilization of carbon dioxide, cultivation in alkaline waters, and high temperatures in Africa allow Spirulina to stand out from other algae. Spirulina is a winner.

Therapeutical Abilities of Spirulina

Researchers from Japan decades ago reported positive effects of Spirulina in the cases of diabetes, pancreatitis, liver diseases, weakened immune system, anemia, vision problems, and so on.

The recently published book Spirulina in Human Health and Nutrition provides evidence from scientists and doctors. The results are impressive. They show that Spirulina is a nutraceutical food supplement.

Dr. Christopher Hills called Spirulina miraculous algae. Spirulina is a winner because her quality and usage outperform other algae.

How about you? Did you try to use Spirulina as a food supplement?

Fasting With the Spirulina

January 15, 2017 By Nemira 12 Comments

Fasting is the process when the body does not get the typical meal for a particular period. Fasting with Spirulina is an easy thing. Half of the day does not count as fasting. Fasting can last longer than one week or a few days without solid food. No steaks, pizza, or fast food. People can drink water or juices only. Individuals who want to fast must be healthy or check their health condition with a competent health practitioner.

Plenty of people do fast one day a week. You drink just water during the day. When people fast for two, three, or more days, the body gets a chance to get rid of waste and toxins and rejuvenate itself.

Fasting with the Spirulina

Fasting is beneficial for the body. In this way, people feel stronger after fasting. The mind is clear, and the body is light and flexible.

How does it happen?

The digestive system is a complex system where the food is digested and elevated as waste after absorption. If all organs work properly, we get all the nutrients from food. The human intestine is about 90 feet long. When food is with fibers, it helps the bowels to move the weight of food through the intestines.

When food goes slowly through the digestive tract, it becomes sluggish and can fill pockets in the large intestine. The food in pouches does not go out. It stays here. Disgusting? Yes.

We do not know it. We feel that our jeans do not button up so easily. The size of the clothes increases.

When Our Pipes Do not Work

When food is processed and chemicals, it congests the intestine easier. Chemicals go into blood with other food particles and poison the blood.

When food is nutritious and fresh, the body gets all the needed nutrients. Unfortunately, we do not always eat great food. Fasting helps to eliminate toxins from the body.

Fasting With the Spirulina

Spirulina is a great helper during the fasting process. The Spirulina is low in calories. Spirulina has all nutrients for the body to function well. Spirulina digests quickly.

When we fast, we do not use solid food. When we drink water, take Spirulina, and consume fruits and vegetables, the body is capable rid of waste.

Do We Have Waste Inside Us?

Yes, and yes. We have plenty of waste in our bowel tissues. How does it happen? The food is not as before, when ancestors ran after prey and ate plenty of greens.

I know that it is boring to talk about food quality nowadays. Unfortunately, the number of obese people is growing steadily.

According to scientists, obesity is the first place, followed by cancer and other chronic diseases.

There is nothing wrong with being bigger or having more weight than models.  Most important that we would be as healthy as human beings. We are all different because our genes are different.

Skinny people can gain weight and carry plenty of waste in their bowels in the same way as fat people.

 Fasting with Spirulina

When people do not eat solid food, the body starts to digest and remove all unwanted particles. People may feel a headache because of toxins and long-standing food in the bowel withdrawn from the body. The water and juice from fruits or vegetables flush toxins.

Spirulina is low in calories and has all the vital nutrients. The body can function well without great digestion during fasting. Thankfully, the body gets all enzymes, proteins, vitamins, amino acids, and minerals from Spirulina.

Spirulina is a source of nutrition. It helps cleanse the intestinal tract naturally. The body does not starve through fasting because Spirulina helps maintain the balance of vital nutrients for the body’s metabolism and performance. Fasting with Spirulina helps the body regain vitality and strength.
