Positive Affirmations for Everybody

Positive affirmations for everybody can make an enormous difference in various areas of life. It has similarities with visualization. Affirmative sentences or words repeated often give us power and influence further thinking and actions.

How Do Affirmations work?

Affirmations have similarities with visualization. We repeat the same words or sentences concentrating to wanted results. Our subconscious mind accepts it after constant repeating of affirmations. There are recommendations to repeat affirmations at least 20 times per day. At first, the conscious mind understands what do we talk about. Later on, the subconsciousness takes care of positive affirmations.

There are requirements which help affirmations turn to reality.

  • Affirmative sentences or words must be repeated regularly.
  • Several affirmations per day must be at least twenty times.
  • Words may work after repeating 3000 times per day.
  • Avoid negativity in your thinking and speech. Harmful and negative thoughts erase the effect of positive affirmations.
  • We must know that we want. If you jump from one wish to another result will be dull.
Posotive Affirmations for Everybody

What is interesting that the subconsciousness accepts everything that we think and talk. It does not care if we will harm ourselves, or we will prepare for success. Positive affirmations are as grain or plants sawed and plated to the fertile soil. The subconsciousness is this soil which has connections with the Universe. Believe it or not, it works. Have you seen movies about fighters or players which concentrate before games or fights? They visualize their victories, repeating positive words: I win. Success is mine.

Best Computer in the World

Our minds have enormous abilities. With positive affirmations, we program ourselves to success, weight loss, great relationships, or anything that you want to achieve. Think about the software which is downloaded to our computers. What you put in, you got it. Hardware accepts it and runs programs in any way as it was given. It is the same with our minds. Positive affirmations work for everybody.

Do you think that people who achieve excellent results were gods, superwomen of supermen? Nope. They all started from scratch, used their minds for making wanted results. There plenty of stories which show the capabilities of human beings. Do you think that they did not have any doubts? They did, but they choose another path. This path is paved with the firm will, positive affirmation, and constant checking of goals. Everybody can reach everything, especially if somebody will use the power of mind and intelligence.

 Benefits of Affirmations

  • Affirmations help to change habits, relationships, and way of living our lives.
  • Affirmations bring peace and calmness because we positively program minds.
  • Well-being improves because we relaxed and content. We know that we want.
  • Exact positive affirmations are embedded in subconscious minds. They improve their lives with a positive outcome.

Positive affirmations attract success and reasonable outcome.

 How To Start

Affirmations work when consistency and positivity are primary requirements. You can repeat positive affirmations when you start the day. Brushing teeth, showering, in the bus, positive thoughts can occupy your mind.

You need to exercise your beliefs. If you mumble words or will try to think some affirmative sentences, you will get zero results. Try to find the best positive sentence what is close to your soul. Do not use words associated with negativity. For example, I read in Dr. Carolyn Dean blog words ” I am healthy, wealthy and wise.” This sentence turns your thinking in a positive direction. You can look at Louise Hay books. She is an acclaimed writer and exceptional personality. Louise spreads love and understanding.

I would like to hear your opinion about positive affirmations. Please, leave your comment below. I would be glad to read and answer.

Finding Your Potential

September 7, 2016 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Are you happy with your life? How about finding your potential? Would you like to try new things but think that you are too old, too young, skinny, or tall? Can you find your potential?

What Do You Want?

If you do not decide what you want from life, you never will know what you are capable of.

Do you think you do not have any potential to reach your passion, dreams, and goals?

On the other hand, you must ask yourself if you want to do something attractive and tempting.

Many people put restrictions on themselves. They create barriers in thinking that they do not fit some requirements.

Plan and act

Finding Your Potential Think for Yourself

How do you know? If somebody told you that you are okay in the way you are, think again. Maybe it can be convenient for somebody to keep you in the same state of life.

Not so many people can be role models or encourage you to reach your dreams. They would like to change themselves, but they are afraid. They surround themselves with similar people and feel safe.

You would ask how I can know my potential? If you do not try, you never will know. Never. It would help if you took action.

Finding Your Potential

If you sit and scratch your head doing nothing, the enlightenment will not show up. You can find answers in the books by participating in mastermind events, listening to audiotapes, and following leaders who can teach you.

Some people are shy and do not believe in themselves. It can be a bitter experience from the past or life without love. Unfortunately, nobody will bring success to us. We must decide what we want and search for ways to achieve goals. Getting up and taking action, we will discover new ideas about how to enrich our lives. The boat is without sea as the human on the couch waiting for somebody else who will change or bring wanted results to him.

Our potential can be seen at its best when we reach for our passion. We are not tired. We find ways how to increase effectiveness. We are happy because we do what we like.

When we do that, we like time flies fast. We immersed ourselves in our discoveries.

Have an Interest in Interesting People

I follow Timothy Ferris. He is the unlikely source of creativity and energy. This year Tools of Titans come from Timothy Ferris. If you are not into adventures, it is worth checking this author because he widens your horizons. I like his energy and infectious enthusiasm. Without it, I guess just Earth can spin. All big deals and inventions have been done with the spark of excitement.

When you discover your potential, you will find meaning in your daily life. Finding your potential empowers you. You never will be weak or empty. Your self-esteem will flourish.

Of course, it does not happen momentarily. People who have an excellent learning environment and are surrounded by role models; it is possible to find their potential.

Take Your Chance

Fortunately, everybody has a chance every day and every minute to think about how we can be more robust as personalities; where is our passion. We must spend time looking at our best traits and deciding how to use them.

Everything takes time and patience, and Finding your potential takes time too. Do you know that people build Rome t step by step? The buildings started from foundations. Let’s look at our possibilities. Please,  use it for its own and humanity’s safe.

Mature for Success

June 7, 2015 By Nemira 4 Comments

Success will love us if we follow the universal rules. Are you mature for success? Luck, education, and hard work are crucial pillars of our lives. Unfortunately, we cannot expect to be successful without abiding by these rules or universal laws. Maybe it can happen for a short time, but sooner or later, we need to reconsider our strategy when reaching our goals.

Principles of Universal Laws

Everything in our Universe goes according to laws. I guess that you heard about the law of attraction. It means that we got what we preach. We rip the results of what we put in the soil. Positive things attract positive; negativity attracts negativity.

According to the leading expert Arthur James Ray, there are seven principles of Super Laws.

These Laws are:

  • The Power of Understanding
  • The Power of Mindset
  • The Power of Vision
  • The Power of Partnerships
  • The Power of Giving
  • The Power of Gratitude
  • The Power of Accountability

Following these laws and going in line with them, we can reach maturity to succeed. Of course, it seems natural to support it, but usually,  life gives us a lot of surprises and possibilities where we need to choose the right direction.

Specify your  Direction

The right direction is the best option to reach our goals. To accept it, we need to reconsider what we want. We need to see the bigger picture of what success is for us. I wonder if people who decide that earning more, having more things will make them successful. We need to be content in whole areas of our lives, no more, no less.

In his book Strangest Secret, the famous writer Earl Nightingale described that success is the progressive realization of a worthy ideal. How are you mature for success?

We need to know and understand what we want from life. Definition of success is different for every person. It is great when we can feel inside what’s right for us, what strives for us, and how we think about it.
