Positive Affirmations for Everybody

Positive affirmations for everybody can make an enormous difference in various areas of life. It has similarities with visualization. Affirmative sentences or words repeated often give us power and influence further thinking and actions.

How Do Affirmations work?

Affirmations have similarities with visualization. We repeat the same words or sentences concentrating to wanted results. Our subconscious mind accepts it after constant repeating of affirmations. There are recommendations to repeat affirmations at least 20 times per day. At first, the conscious mind understands what do we talk about. Later on, the subconsciousness takes care of positive affirmations.

There are requirements which help affirmations turn to reality.

  • Affirmative sentences or words must be repeated regularly.
  • Several affirmations per day must be at least twenty times.
  • Words may work after repeating 3000 times per day.
  • Avoid negativity in your thinking and speech. Harmful and negative thoughts erase the effect of positive affirmations.
  • We must know that we want. If you jump from one wish to another result will be dull.
Posotive Affirmations for Everybody

What is interesting that the subconsciousness accepts everything that we think and talk. It does not care if we will harm ourselves, or we will prepare for success. Positive affirmations are as grain or plants sawed and plated to the fertile soil. The subconsciousness is this soil which has connections with the Universe. Believe it or not, it works. Have you seen movies about fighters or players which concentrate before games or fights? They visualize their victories, repeating positive words: I win. Success is mine.

Best Computer in the World

Our minds have enormous abilities. With positive affirmations, we program ourselves to success, weight loss, great relationships, or anything that you want to achieve. Think about the software which is downloaded to our computers. What you put in, you got it. Hardware accepts it and runs programs in any way as it was given. It is the same with our minds. Positive affirmations work for everybody.

Do you think that people who achieve excellent results were gods, superwomen of supermen? Nope. They all started from scratch, used their minds for making wanted results. There plenty of stories which show the capabilities of human beings. Do you think that they did not have any doubts? They did, but they choose another path. This path is paved with the firm will, positive affirmation, and constant checking of goals. Everybody can reach everything, especially if somebody will use the power of mind and intelligence.

 Benefits of Affirmations

  • Affirmations help to change habits, relationships, and way of living our lives.
  • Affirmations bring peace and calmness because we positively program minds.
  • Well-being improves because we relaxed and content. We know that we want.
  • Exact positive affirmations are embedded in subconscious minds. They improve their lives with a positive outcome.
Positive Affirmations for Success

Positive affirmations attract success and reasonable outcome.

 How To Start

Affirmations work when consistency and positivity are primary requirements. You can repeat positive affirmations when you start the day. Brushing teeth, showering, in the bus, positive thoughts can occupy your mind.

You need to exercise your beliefs. If you mumble words or will try to think some affirmative sentences, you will get zero results. Try to find the best positive sentence what is close to your soul. Do not use words associated with negativity. For example, I read in Dr. Carolyn Dean blog words ” I am healthy, wealthy and wise.” This sentence turns your thinking in a positive direction. You can look at Louise Hay books. She is an acclaimed writer and exceptional personality. Louise spreads love and understanding.

I would like to hear your opinion about positive affirmations. Please, leave your comment below. I would be glad to read and answer.

Positive Affirmations and Self-Esteem

August 14, 2016 By Nemira 8 Comments

Positive affirmations and self-esteem have correlated. Affirmations influence us. Words from positive affirmations create an environment where our subconscious mind will create reality. Self-esteem can benefit highly from positive affirmations.

I heard stories about children who had bad experiences in childhood. Some parents and so-called friends at school bullied them with remarks about their physical and mental abilities. These words sink deep into the subconscious mind.

Positive affirmations

We think that we forgot unpleasant words and experiences. Unfortunately, our emotions show different results. Something such as a phrase from co-workers or strangers on the street can trigger the returning of unpleasant memories.

Now we are adults. So what? I guess that many of us have heard about inner children. We all have it inside us. It is not the physical being but something tangible that we feel.

Do not Block Emotions

We can try to hide the experience from the past, or we can rewrite it. Positive affirmations can help us return peace and calmness. The self-esteem will flourish.

The blocking of emotions does not do any good for us. It is best to recognize them and understand that the past is the past. Nothing more.

If we the anger and frustration inside us,  it makes us weaker and unhappy.

The inner child can cry inside us when we remember a terrible experience from the past. Anyway, it is the best way to move on using positive affirmations.

The Positive Thinking Calms and Releases Tension

When we repeat positive words, we plant the seed of positivity in the subconscious mind. The process takes time till positive comments will make influence us.

Affirmations such as Everything is well or  I am healthy, wealthy and wise can do wonders. We must repeat statements often as much as possible. I read that we must repeat positive words and affirmations many times daily.

There are recommendations for positive words.  We must repeat them three thousand times a day to see the effect.

Affirmations work for us when we repeat them twenty times a day.

The Correlation Between Self-esteem and Positive Affirmations

I think that everybody knows how words affect us. We are happy when somebody praises us. We are confused when someone gives the wrong attitude and uses foul language.

Positive affirmations lift our mood, create a pleasant environment, and push us to feel about ourselves better. Our self-esteem can be higher and stronger when we plant words of positivity in our minds.

At once, we can think just one thought. If this thought is empowering, we will create for ourselves an environment where our self-esteem can grow up.

We will be confident when we will use positive affirmations for ourselves.

Positive affirmations

It does not matter how you look or what kind of gender you are. If you think about yourself from the positive side, sooner or later, you will become what you think about.

Thoughts are Seeds

Words can lift us. Words can harm us. You know about severe cases at schools or how co-workers at the office react to sweet and calming words.

Words can hurt us. Words can heal us. Louise Hay is the author of books where she offers affirmations. You can pick one statement for yourself and repeat it regularly. After one month, you will see results.

It is not a joke or a fantasy. You can read books about the importance of positive information. Robin Sharma, Deepak Chopra, and Louise Hay are authors who offer information about the healing effects of positive information.

Affirmations can be long or short. It does not matter. Words that create statements matter. They generate an impact on our self-esteem.

I wish that you could lift your self-esteem using affirmations. Positive affirmations and self-esteem are related.
