Why do I like Spirulina? Spirulina for me is the number second after Cordyceps. I know that Spirulina is the best nutritional and nutraceutical algae. Spirulina makes me feel balanced and energetic.

For example, beef has 22 percent of protein when Spirulina has from 65 to 71 percent complete protein. The protein amount in Spirulina is higher as in Chlorella.
Spirulina is certified and proved as the safe and nontoxic food supplement. Why do I like Spirulina? The algae do not have side effects. Of course, if somebody will eat plenty of pills or tablets, the body can reject as any food when it is too much of something.
Spirulina was consumed by Aztecs and Mayans, by the people in Mexico and Africa thousands of years ago. Spirulina grows naturally in lakes of Chad in Africa, in the middle of the Sahara Desert.
People harvest Spirulina scooping with baskets and pouring to drain on the sand. The algae dry in the sun. For the use as food, the Spirulina is mixed with wheat and baked or consumed as the soup.
No Side Effects
I think that you heard about the side effects of drugs. There are many stories about not so social consequences from using one or different medication.
Spirulina does not have any side effects. I read that for some people who took to many tablets or pills at once, the body does not accept it readily. Individuals who have plenty of toxins in their bodies, they can do not feel well. Spirulina helps remove toxins from the body. However, it is the same with everything. If it is too much of something, the body handles.
