Hello, Ryan. You are right when you talk that we need to be fit always, not just when we perform particular tasks. What I like about Spirulina that this food supplement does not have any side effects.It is a complete source of vital nutrients. Children can use Spirulina too, just I think that they get a better food compare with adults. Of course, everybody who lives with candies and chips, needs real nutritional food.

As you state in your post, it is difficult and almost impossible to get the necessary nutrients from food. I agree that we should therefore use supplements like spirulina to compensate for that. It sounds like spitulina provides protein, amino acids, enzymes; everything that the body needs. Is spirulina a seaweed? Just was wondering if it impacts the thyroid is why I ask. It’s unfortunate the taste of healthy supplements usually leaves an unpleasant taste until we acquire a taste for it. I like your thoughts around taking the pill form to overcome that taste.

Hello, Claudette. Spirulina is an algae and it was around thousands years ago. Aztecs and Mayans consumed it. People who live by lake Cadas in Africa still making like little pancakes from Spirulina and sell on the market.
I take Spirulina in the tablet form. I eat as candies and drink it with magnesium water. I can not tell about thyroid because it is better to consult with smart health practitioner. Your thyroid can be hyperactive or slow. I had my thyroid slightly of the balance but till now I am okay. I feel more energy and I snack less.

I had no idea there were so many health benefits to using spirulina. have always heard of it in the health world but never had an idea of what it was. I think that most people really overlook there body’s and what they put into them. Im going to give this a try. Ill be ordering some tonight. Thanks for the great article.

Hello here. Yes, we sometimes forget simple things and look for miraculous pills to solve our problems. Spirulina is from nature. It is the same as you go in you garden and would pick an apple.
