 Take Care Of Your Hair

How To protect Hair From Damage

We can take care of hair in the same way as we watch after our bodies and minds.

However, people come in different shapes, sizes, and colors. Hair is not an exception. Compare Asians and Europeans, Native Americans and people from New Zealand. The care for different hair can have many variations. However, natural products never will harm but will help.

Hair does not like direct sun and cold. With the fast temperature change, the dry air can damage the outer layers. Tight bandana headbands or rubber fixations can break hair.

You can thinkwonder why my friend has no problems with hair or why hair becomes thinner with age. It depends on many factors, such as genes, environment, and nutrition.

 We Are Different And Unique

I wondered why people living on different continents have different hair. Nature is thousands of times brighter and knows how to protect us.  African people have curly hair. They brought these traits to other continents. It is in their genes. Curly hair protects from heat.

How does it happen?

Curly hair creates the layer between the head and surface of the hair. The air is more cooling by the head and does not let overheat soas fast as it would be for people with straight hair. I think that it is astonishing how the environment shapes us.

 Nutrition

People who get vitamins, proteins, enzymes, and minerals from food can reap the benefits of proper nutrition. Organic food and supplements provide the needed material for the growth and excellent appearance of hair.

Care of Hair

Protection from heat, sun, and cold makes a difference. Hair does not like constant changes in temperatures.

Chemicals in dyes can influence the hairthe hair damage. Fortunately, there are plenty of colors nowadays which are enriched with vitamins. Beauty companies invent new products which benefit informed consumers.

When you go to a hairdresser, you must ask what products they use. Fewer chemicals are in beauty products, and less harm your hair will get.

There are significant factors to keep your hair happy.

Water

Water used for showering and washing hair can be full of chemicals. Chlorine in the water makes hair dry.  Chlorine makes the skin itchy and irritant. Besides, you can get dandruff. It is advisable to use filters in a showerhead. Water-free of other stuff such as chlorine will make hair clean.

How can you protect your hair and skin in the shower?

  • Using shower filters. The Pure Earth company makes KDF shower filters. (www.pure-earth.com)
  • Radiant Wash shower filters are filled with vitamin C. It sounds like the trick, but vitamin C converts chlorine to pure salt.

Masks and Treatments

There are plenty of costumes made by beauty companies. However, home remedies can provide the same and better results without harming health.

You know that the FDA does not test beauty products, do you? It means that consumers must be attentive and careful with choices regarding their health. Chemicals can go into your skin and give unwanted problems such as allergies or rashes.

What does it mean? We can use home remedies rom our parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents.

For example, onion. Maybe you do not like the smell and the taste, but this vegetable is full of benefits. The sulfur does tricks.

It is beneficial to hair to have onion throughout the whole night. One thing if you sleep not alone, your partner cannot be happy with the smell. I parade with onion on my hair during the day when nobody is home — the peace of the mind.

In the morning, you remove the neon and clothsclothes clothes.

To remove the smell of onion, you can use lemon juice or vinegar. After rinsing with it, the hair will smell fresh.

Sesame Oil Treatment

It perfectly works for thin and tired hair.

The recipe:
