- Thin oils as vegetable oils. There are Sunflower oil, Rice bran oil, Walnut oil, and Olive oil.
- Thick oils or heavy oils such as animal fats
- So-called grease as processed fats in high temperatures

Fats are essential components for our cells. However, fats work best and efficiently when they are in a natural state. The heat removes all excellent properties from fat.

- Fats are carriers for vitamins such as vitamin A, D, E, and K. These vitamins are soluble in fat.
- Fats are essential parts of cells and tissues in the body.
- Fats lubricate the joints.
- Natural fats act as the lubricant in intestine helping food move through bowels.

- Adipose tissue is filled with cells of fat. Adipose insulates our body.
- Fat is essential for brain and cholesterol.
Why is Natural Fat the Best?
Overheated fats can not be emulsified. Proper digestion happens when fat is emulsified. When fat is processed or overheated or created as the mixture of various chemicals, it loses value as nutrition which brings strong components to our body.
Overheated fat can not move through the intestine and finally clogs it up. No fun, yes?

Fats burn slowly and provide more energy compare with carbohydrates which burn fast. It means that we can eat less of fatty food compare with carbohydrates which disappear after some time. Ft has a better burning efficiency and quality.
Pancreatic juice can process fat which is not overheated over 125 of Fahrenheit. In another case, fat can not be treated by pancreatic juice properly, and the liver can not use it.
Why are fats important to our diet? Fat is vital for our bodies as the source of energy, a material for lubrication, a source of fatty acids, and a toll to vitamins work properly in the fat-soluble environment.
Only cold-pressed and unheated fats bring nutritional value. The rest of fat is the ballast and the total waste.
