Magnesium for Keto Diet

July 12, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Can you imagine what the Keto Diet was thirty years ago? It is like fashion, which comes and goes with the life flow. What is the Keto Diet? Keto Diet is high in fat and protein. Most of the protein foods are from the diary. Dairy products have plenty of calcium. Here, the Magnesium for Keto Diet comes into the picture.

Keto Diet is high in calcium and low in magnesium. When magnesium is deficient, calcium flows in the bloodstream because there is no magnesium to let calcium in the cell. The calcium builds up in soft tissues, creating pain and bumps.

Magnesium for Keto Diet

Keto practitioners experience muscle cramps and constipation. Keto Diet restricted carbs. You can get just five percent of carbs. According to Dr. Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D., 5 percent of carbs in the Keto Diet can be one carrot.

The Keto Diet does not have fibers. You know that fibers help move food down the digestive tract. Where can you find threads in proteins and fats? Are you going to chew collagen?

The Keto Diet consists of 65 percent of fats, 35 percent of proteins, and five percent of carbs.

According to Timothy Ferriss, the author of Titan Tools, a ketonic diet erased all Lyme disease symptoms. After one year, when he tried the ketonic diet, symptoms did not return. Of course, he is happy with this outcome.

How does the Keto diet work?

The body uses fat and protein for fuel. Fat is stored, and the body burns fat from these stories and the food, too — ketones derived from fat — usually the glucose used for energy. Keto Diet skips carbohydrates. It means that the body will burn ketones from fat. This condition is called ketosis.

Timothy Ferriss mentions that individuals can reach the state of ketosis in various ways, such as fasting, exogenous ketones, diet, or a combination.

The Precision Xtra device by Abbot will show you if you are in a ketosis state. Beta-hydroxybutyrate(BHB) in blood and glucose levels need to be 0,5-1 mmol (millimolar).

Timothy Ferriss, the author of Tools of Titans, in his interview with  Dominic D’Agostino, the scientist and researcher, pointed out that the ketonic state increases the level of performance, increases strength, and burns fat.

Overall, I would recommend reading his book Tools of Titans, a valuable source of information, newest discoveries, and insights.

Ketones have an anti-inflammatory effect, too.

Keto Diet has 70-80 percent of calories coming from fat.  I wonder how many minerals and vitamins you can get from fat?

Conclusion

Magnesium for Keto Diet is vital because proteins and fats do not have as many minerals as green vegetables. Besides, we can not get enough magnesium from greens because the soil is depleted of minerals. It means that magnesium supplements could help avoid complications such as constipation, calcification, and muscle cramps.

Why Are Fats Important to Our Diet

July 6, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Fats are vital for the maintenance of functions and activities in our body. Why are fats essential to our diet?

Fats provide energy, lubricate joints and intestines, and insulate the body. Vitamins K, D, A, and E require fats to solve. Our brain needs fat.

What is the fat?

Fats are the combination of glycerin and one or more fatty acids. Fatty acids are composed of oxygen, carbon, and hydrogen.

There are three types of fat

  • Thin oils such as vegetable oils. Sunflower oil, Rice bran oil, Walnut oil, and Olive oil.
  • Thick oils or heavy oils such as animal fats
  • So-called grease as processed fats in high temperatures

What do fats do?

Why Are Fats Important to Our Diet?

Fats are essential components of our cells. However, fats work best and efficiently when they are in a natural state. The heat removes all excellent properties from fat.

Importance of fats

  • Fats are carriers of vitamins A, D, E, and K. These vitamins are soluble in fat.
  • Fats are essential parts of cells and tissues in the body.
  • Fats lubricate the joints.
  • Natural fats act as the lubricant in the intestine, helping food move through the bowels.
  • Fat is the source of energy.
  • Adipose tissue is filled with cells of fat. Adipose insulates our body.
  • Fat is essential for the brain and cholesterol.

Why is natural fat the best?

Why Are Fats Imported to our Diet?

Overheated fats can not be emulsified. Proper digestion happens when fat is emulsified. When fat is processed or overheated created as a mixture of various chemicals, it loses value as nutrition, bringing vital components to our body.

Overheated fat can not move through the intestine and finally clogs it up. No fun, yes?

Natural fats such as cold-pressed oils are easily emulsified and get along with salad or raw vegetables. These healthy fats are digested without effort and harm to our bodies.

Overheated fats do not have any value to nutritional food. Our diet without natural fats is not fulfilled. We can not stay only on proteins or carbohydrates. The body needs all types of nutrients.

When we provide the right food unprocessed in excessive heat, the body gets all vital nutrients with enzymes, vitamins, and fatty acids.

Fat is crucial because it takes part in the body’s metabolism as a food reserve. Fat is the most concentrated and efficient fuel. Fats burn slowly and provide more energy compared with carbohydrates, which burn fast. It means that we can eat less fatty food than carbohydrates, which disappear after some time. Fat has a better burning efficiency and quality.

Pancreatic juice can process fat that is not overheated over 125 of Fahrenheit. In another case, fat can not be treated by pancreatic juice properly, and the liver can not use it.

Conclusion

Why are fats essential to our diet? Fat is vital for our bodies as a source of energy, material for lubrication, a source of fatty acids, and a tool for vitamins to work correctly in the fat-soluble environment.

Only cold-pressed and unheated fats bring nutritional value. The rest of the fat is the ballast and the total waste.

Do I know great products that bring balance and strength to our bodies? Yes, I know. You can read more about them here.

Give a Break for the Liver

June 25, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Can you give a break for the liver? It is a difficult task for everybody who sees food as a way to escape from reality. We face reality when our well-being fluctuates. I wonder if it is human nature to deny everything that helps us and accept things that harm us.

What can harm us?

Can you Give A break for the Liver?

First, we eat tasty food. We do not care how it is healthy or what benefits it has. It is essential that it is crunchy, delicious, and fulfilling. Who gets up from the table feeling slightly hungry? Please lift your hands.

I talk about the majority of individuals. Obesity in the USA reached 70 percent. You can decide if it is healthy or not.

From my perspective, it is terrible when I can not get into my favorite dress or skirt. Why? I lead a sedentary life and do not exercise enough to burn calories after the piece of chocolate.

I remember one piece of advice from the panel advisors at the Health of Freedom Expo about losing weight. One lecturer said that we need to change lives if we want to drop bad habits. It is easy to say, but it’s hard to do. Not everybody can move to a different city, change jobs, or find a  new occupation.

However, we can change our habits. Patterns play a significant role in our lives. It influences the outcomes of our behavior.

Give a break for the liver

The liver is the biggest organ. The liver is the laboratory in the body—the liver stores excess calories as glycogen in the form of glucose. The hormone Glucagon tells the liver when blood sugar is low. The liver releases glycogen into the bloodstream. Sixty percent of energy comes from the organ from stored sugar( glycogen). The rest, 40 percent of energy, comes from fat burning.

Interestingly, at night, 60 percent of energy comes from stored fat. It means that if we sleep enough, we lose weight. It is not fantastic, is it not?

The liver releases the right amount of sugar to the bloodstream from her storage. I find it fascinating because of how this organ knows what to do.

We are walking miracles.

Liver’s functions

When we finish digesting food, the liver begins to maintain blood sugar using calories stored away and burning fat. Did you hear? Burning fat!!!

The more I research the body, the more I feel that we do not know so much about miraculous capabilities.

Liver’s duties:

  • Store energy as glycogen in the form of glucose
  • Burn FAT
  • Release stored sugar as glycogen into the bloodstream

About 60% of energy comes from the liver’s store 2-3 hours after the meal. 40% of the power comes from the burning of fat.

Why do we need to give a break for the liver?

The liver has plenty of glycogen in the form of glucose in its storage. We have plenty of glycogen to get energy between meals when we stop eating.

The liver regulates the released energy. Giving a break for the liver lets us have the crack for ourselves from food and burn calories. It means that we will lose weight! Can you imagine how the organ is essential to us?

Can You Give a Break for the Liver?

When we often eat between big meals, the liver does not have time to release energy for us from her storage. The liver consistently gets new food. It was coming variously as snacks, chips, or chocolate.

When the liver does not have the break, it becomes overflooded with sugar. This sugar has storage limits in the liver. The liver can not keep up with significant amounts of sugar and turns it into fat.

Why are so many people obese?

I wonder why fitness instructors, nutritionists, and health practitioners do not scream about on every corner. Everybody wants to fit in jeans, look beautiful, and not have problems associated with obesity.  We can accomplish this naturally, can we? Having meals and nothing between them.

Can we explain it with the human side’s lack of information or laziness? I think that plenty of factors are here.

People do not eat wholesome foods. They feel that they lack nutrients. According to Dr. Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D.,  the liver does not work correctly when between meals we feel depressed and want snacks.

The liver must deliver glycogen from her storage between meals as energy for us. The blood sugar is maintained using calories from liver storage. When the organ works efficiently, it gives us the power to feel well between meals. In this way, we do not become fat. Fat is burning between meals.

Snack on your liver

In her Completement, Now Wellness program, Dr. Carolyn Dean emphasizes the importance of snacking on your liver. It means that we need to have breaks between meals. We must let the liver do her job.  The liver releases plenty of sugar into the bloodstream when we allow this magnificent organ to fulfill its duties.

Can You Give a Break for the Liver?

We do not feel weak or inferior. We burn fat and the rest of the calories between meals. If we feel hungry, water helps immensely. Plain filtered or distilled water with ReMag, the liquid magnesium, will keep us in shape until the next meal.

Conclusion

Old habits do not disappear fast. We must analyze our relationship with food. Why do we snack between meals? Maybe our main meals are without nutrients? Perhaps we are scared or angry and want instant pleasure to mask bad feelings.

The liver is the perfect helper to have plenty of energy between meals. An organ in good shape will let us lose weight and burn fat. Give a break for the liver!

Why Does Liposuction Not Work?

March 3, 2017 By Nemira 6 Comments

Liposuction is supposed to be an excellent method to get rid of stubborn fat. Why does liposuction not work? Does it work? Are we tired of dieting and exercising? Do we want to quit this constant counting of pounds? We are tired of measuring clothes that are as narrow as it was before losing weight.

Maybe we imagine that cutting and removing fat from troubled areas would solve all problems. We would be skinny or at least comfortable in our skin.

Sorry, guys and girls, but it is no fun here

I am so sorry to disappoint you; liposuction does not work for an extended period.  People gain weight after an operation pretty soon. They are getting the fat back in different places in the body. It is a fact, a hard and harsh truth, presented in Sylvia TaraPh. D.’s book The Secret Life of Fat.

In this particular book,  you can find out how to conquer your fears and outsmart fat. Most importantly, everybody can do it. Sorry, no magic pills here. Maybe wizards could help, but  I did not find any way to ask them. If I know something, I will be the first who will tell you. Promise.

Why does liposuction not work?

Scientists performed studies where two groups of women had followed. One group got liposuction in the lower abdomen’s hips, thighs, and subcutaneous fat. The second group of women did not receive any treatment at all.

After one year, the weight difference between the two groups of women vanished. Interestingly, the fat in the women’s group who had liposuction moved to different areas. How did it happen? Fat is relocated to the place where internal organs are. The fat started to press on internal organs. It was not so much fun, especially after hoping that everything would be different. I do not talk about the pain and inconvenience endured during the procedure.

liposuction does not work

How about programs and various pills?

A few decades ago, my girlfriend wanted to lose weight. I do not know why she had chosen this way, but it worked for her. She took furosemide pills. She visited the bathroom more times than usual, but she got results. She was a teenager. Nobody told her what kind of consequences could be after such drastic behavior. Furosemide helps remove water efficiently, but with water, in this case,  people can lose vital nutrients. She did not know it.

Exercising and proper nutrition under the supervision of an intelligent health practitioner can make a difference in people’s lives. Remember Randy from the story about fat and chicken? He successfully lost weight and kept it in check. Sylvia Tara, Ph., in her book The Secret Life of Fat, describes her journey toward victory against fat.

Exercises

Why does liposuction not work?

Exercise is the answer for everybody who wants to get rid of unwanted pounds. Scientists found out that activities influenced women who had liposuction. Two groups who had liposuction were followed and examined. One group, after liposuction, returned to their lives without any changes. The second group gave a workout plan for four months.

Results were impressive after six months. The first group, which did not exercise, gained fat under the stomach wall. The metabolism slowed, and less energy was expended in the first group of women.

The second group, which exercised, had increased lean mass, such as muscles and bones. The fat loss remained steady and did not come back.

I know it is not easy. It is the same as everything when we want to get something fast and for free or without work. Nope, you will not get it. Why does liposuction not work? I found the answer from the research of scientists. Maybe you have a different experience with this topic?

How to Lose Weight and Be Friends With Fat

March 2, 2017 By Nemira 2 Comments

Fat and weight loss are different things that do not negotiate. How to lose weight and be friends with fat is an essential question for most of us. People search for programs and products that help to lose weight.

It is easier to keep the same weight

Scientists proved that it is simpler to maintain the same weight compared with the trouble when somebody wants to lose weight. You heard stories when someone lost weight and gained more pounds than they had before.

What to blame?

Rudy Leibel, a specialist in childhood obesity, discovered that fat can protect itself and fight back. What does it mean?

Scientists worked with obese people who wanted to lose weight. They saw that individuals who lost some weight ate less but had a lot more influence compared with people who did not have problems with weight.

How to lose weight and be friends with fat?

It is unfair when we make an effort, but the weight scale shows the same numbers. Individuals who want to lose weight eat less, but they can not lose pounds the same way as people who would lose weight but were not obese before.

Rudy Leibel and his colleague Rosenbaum checked various groups of patients. They discovered that hormones were involved.

Some fat decreases when people lose weight, the hormone leptin slows their activity, and body metabolism decreases. It means that far fewer calories are burned.

Craving for the food

What is worse is that obese people who lost weight had increased appetite. They craved food.

Scientists found that they are more responsive to food when people lose weight and can not easily control their appetite. The brain reacts to food intensively when individuals lose weight and see images of tasty dishes. People who did not have problems with pressure responded to food without increased excitement.

Rudy Leibel stated that after studying patients a few years after weight loss, he saw that patients could use less energy and were attracted more as usual to the food.

Fat controls mind

The hormone leptin, a fat product, can alter hormones such as thyroid, adrenaline, and noradrenaline. It forces us to crave food and think about it.

Leptin is the hormone that tells our brain through connections in the body that we fulfill. We do not want to eat. When people lose weight, leptin production is at a low level. Our brain does not know when we are full. This situation tricks people.

Lose weight

Fat preserves itself

The hormone leptin influences levels of other hormones. These levels can be increased or decreased. Skeletal muscles can use less energy. Besides, calories are not burned correctly. Finally, the brain gets mixed messages about satiation. People can use more food without feeling that they are full already.

Besides all the tricks, fat can form its blood supply, creating new blood vessels. Blood brings nutrients to fat cells.

Conclusion

Weight loss is a complicated process. We must have patience and perseverance to withstand fat’s tricks.

We must eat less and exercise more than people who never had problems with weight.

Science proved that losing weight and being friends with fat is hard for people who gain additional pounds. If you compare two people who are the same weight, but one always is the same weight and the second lost weight, the second person will find it harder to lose weight.

Being patient with ourselves and knowing that we can lose weight, as Sylvia Tara, Ph., in her book The Secret Life Of Fat, we can be friends with our fast and get the best of the situation. You can learn how to lose weight and be friends with fat from this fascinating book.

Fatty Business

March 2, 2017 By Nemira 2 Comments

The fat is a mystery. The fatty business is a mystery, too. Fat has its own life because it does not care how much we want to get rid of it. Overall, fat is an organ. According to Sylvia Tara, the author of The Secret Life of Fat, fat has many abilities to attract misery to people’s lives.

Any hope, please?

Sylvia Tara, Ph.D., gives hope, a real one. She describes her experience fighting against her weight gain. She is meticulous with everything that she does in her everyday life. Sylvia Tara told her experience of losing weight. Her journey was long, devastating initially, but victorious in the end. She reached her goal. She lost weight.

Fatty business is a tricky one

Messages come from Australia

Dr.Joseph Proietto, an endocrinologist from Austin, Australia, was always frustrated when he saw his patients returning to his obesity clinic.

His patients successfully lost weight. They successfully regained it again. Doctor Proietto decided to test the responses of additional hormones. Differently from other scientists, Dr. Proietto tested hormones produced in the gut.

These hormones were ghrelin and peptides. Ghrelin is a hormone that stimulates the appetite.

Patients who participated in the study were over two hundred pounds. They lost an average of thirty pounds for ten weeks.

Unfortunately, the weight started to creep in. At the end of the year, participants had regained, on average, 30-40 percent of the load. This situation is known and recognizable to dieters all over the world.

fatty business

Altered hormones

Dr. Proietto was confused with the results. He checked hormone levels at various points in time.

His discovery was scary and frustrating.

Leptin, the satiation hormone, was at its lowest levels. It means that people who won’t lose weight are hungry more than others. The hormone works in this way. Dieters feel the consequences of it.

Remember ghrelin? This hormone makes us hungry. The percentage measured by the Proietto team was 20 percent higher.

It means that when people lose weight, hormones alter the way when losing weight is a difficult task.

Individuals who are on a diet can be with the best intentions. Unfortunately, the fat fights back. It is a really crazy, fatty business. It seems that our bodies want to take control and rule by themselves.

It sounds like sci-fiction, but think about how much we do not know about our bodies.

We learn more about cars, the latest fashion, or what will be on TV. When we are so disillusioned with messages from people who do not know as much as we do, we will be miserable. We will follow every shiny product that offers to lose weight fast. Of course, there are programs and products which show results for a particular period. And later? We will have more influence than we had before.

Scream and self-hate do not work

Scientists found out why it is so difficult to lose weight. Plenty of people who suffer from obesity try to lose weight. You heard stories when people losing weight using various products or programs. However, they gained more pounds after tedious work. The activity changes hormones. They do not function in the same way as they are supposed to perform for people of the same weight, but they do not lose pounds. Hormones altered.

How to deal with fatty business?

Doctors and scientists give the perfect explanation of why it is so tricky to lose weight. They do not take away hope and assurance that pounds can be shredded. We can lose weight.  It just takes time, patience, and strict measures. Fatty business is a tricky one, but we can deal with it. Using formulas that give you all the nutrients you need for weight loss and well-being will make life joyful and satisfying.

How to Shed Unwanted Belly Fat in a Real Way?

February 23, 2017 By Nemira 6 Comments

How do you authentically shed unwanted belly fat in a real way? This question bothers many people. Fat is the most hated and most popular subject for people who are not happy with their health. People do not like the way how do they look. Fat interferes with our wish to wear our favorite jeans. Fat creates problems for our bodies. There are plenty of diseases that would disappear or go away if we kept fat in control.

The right nutrition, proper sleep, exercises, and the benefits to the body’s lifestyle will help ease the burden of fat on the body.

Why is fat bad?

Loose weight

Besides disappointment that summer is close and we want to look and feel in the best way, having extra fat does harm to our bodies.

Abdominal fat does not look nice.  It is worse. Abdominal fat compresses internal organs such as the stomach, liver, intestine, bill bladder, and pancreas. Organs can not function well with additional weight on them.

Abdominal fat releases proteins and hormones, which cause inflammation. Inflammation damages arteries. Abdominal fat triggers metabolic diseases like diabetes, strokes, and heart diseases.

How to shed unwanted belly fat in a real way?

Exercises

Exercises

I can hear moaning from everybody who reads about exercise. I know that exercise helps me stay in shape, but there are so many temptations. Chatting with friends, TV, video games, family duties, and health problems can take away precious time from things that are critical to us.

Dr. J.Mercola recommends:

  • Crunch with rotation
  • Standing rotation with a weight in the hand
  • Work  on a stability ball
  • Exercises such as lying on the floor and pulling the belly area back toward the spine
  • Extension exercise

People who want to maximize bell-shedding results must add activities of high-intensity interval training (HIIT).

When we gain more muscle, our metabolic rate increases, allowing us to burn fat even when we sleep. Dr. J. Merola points out that studies show that the exercises burn more fat than exercises without breaks, in short, intense intervals with rest periods in between.

Diet

Food influences our lives as the source of vital nutrients for our bodies. When nutrients are deficient metabolic processes change, and chronic diseases show up.

Magnesium deficiency, stress, soda, and alcohol consumption, and sugar overdoses create an environment where fat shows in quantities around the belly and all over our bodies.

What is good for us?

Organic food

We need real food, not stuffed with chemicals and preservatives. Fresh organic food, which is plentiful with nutrients, fibers, proteins, and vitamins, gives the body a boost and energy to perform well.

Organic eggs, vegetables, nuts, seeds, leafy greens and, colored veggies, meat from grass-fed animals will nourish and protect the body from problems associated with a deficiency of nutrients. Healthy saturated fats are vital to us.

Avocados, organic butter, organic egg yolks, coconuts, unheated nut oils, and grass-fed meat contain healthy saturated fats.

Food supplements such as Spirulina provide all needed nutrients if we can not get it enough from food.

A sufficient amount of sleep

Sleep is vital to us because we regain our sanity and restore lost energy during the day. All organs rest and prepare for the following day’s functions.

Of course, we are not wholly disconnected from the body — the nervous system functions differently. Our brain produces waves that carry in length.

Our body lives by the Arcadian rhythm. People who work night shifts are prone to metabolic diseases such as diabetes. Those who do not get enough sleep during the night can gain weight.

The lack of vital nutrients

There are plenty of factors that influence weight gain. Genetics, sedentary life, and artificial food without essential ingredients such as enzymes, healthy saturated fats, proteins, vitamins, and minerals help us become fat. Do we want it? No.

How to shed unwanted belly fat in a real way?

Lifestyle changes, strong will, and a wish to be healthy can make miracles in our lives.

Consumption of nutritious fresh food, counting calories, eating at intervals, and skipping snacks can make a big difference.

Right exercises followed with sufficient sleep will let the body shed unwanted fat.

We can shed unwanted fat if we are persistent. We do not need to blame ourselves. If we miss some steps, we return and follow simple steps: the right food, exercises, and sleep. Simple, yes. Easy? Not, but it is doable.

I hope that you found the answer to how to shed unwanted belly fat in a real way. If you have some questions, please comment below.

Fat and Chicken Correlation

February 22, 2017 By Nemira 14 Comments

What has to do with the fat and chicken correlation with Randy? Randy is a man who got a spurring to his leg from a rooster a few decades ago. He was a skinny teenager, eleven years old. Now he is a big man who continually tries to outsmart the body’s fat.

In her book The  Secret Life of Fat, Sylvia Tara explains why Randy got himself in a situation where nobody could understand his weight changes.

In Sylvia’s book, Indian scientist made research shows a correlation between viruses found in chickens and people who are obese.

How to lose belly fat

How it did happen?

Randy is from a family where everybody is slim. Unfortunately, after the accident with the rooster, Randy started to gain weight. It did not matter how much he forced himself to eat fewer pounds added up quickly. Randy was up and down between 200 and 230 pounds. He did not remember when he last time ate bread or pizza.

Fat and Chicken Correlation

Can viruses make chickens fat?

In India, doctor and scientist Nikhil Dhurandhar searched for answers: can viruses cause chicken fat? His friend, a veterinarian pathologist, finds out that the virus SMAM-1 killed thousands of chickens in India. Necropsy showed that fat was deposited in the abdomen. Nikhil thought about the influence of viruses on people. Maybe a virus can make people fat.

Nikhil Dhurandhar experimented with chicken and discovered that healthy chicken infected with SMAM-1 became fat. He thought about people because he had an obesity clinic in India. After testing for antibodies to SMAM-1, Nikhil found out that 20 percent of individuals were positive for antibodies for SMAM-1.

Fat and chicken correlation

Dr. Nikhil Dhurandhar moved to the USA to research the correlation between obesity and the virus. He used the virus Ad-36, which had similar qualities to SMAM-1. His team found out that from over five hundred subjects, 30 percent were positive for Ad-36. All the people were obese.

Endocrinologist Richard Atkinson consulted Randy about obesity. It is explained politely, without blaming. Randy heard about the virus Ad-36 and his correlation with a fat, fat defense mechanism and the strategies he would need to conquer it.

Randy introduced Nikhil Dhurandhar. Randy’s blood was examined. It tested positive for antibodies to Ad-36. Randy remembered the injury from the rooster and the change of weight after the accident.

It seemed that the virus Ad-36 helped him gain weight, plenty of it after a bloody cock attack.

How can a virus make us fat?

Atkinson explains three ways how it can happen:

It increases the uptake of glucose from the blood and converts it to fat.

It enhances the creation of fat molecules through fatty acid synthase, an enzyme that creates fat.

It enables the production of more fat cells to hold all the fat by committing stem cells, which can turn either bone or fat, into fat. So the fat cells that exist are getting bigger, and the body is creating more of them.

The direct correlation between  Ad-36 in chickens and humans was not directly studied. Dhurandhar and Atkinson have researched many cases showing the Ad-36 contribution to obesity. Unfortunately, skepticism between colleagues still exists.

The assurance from scientist

Studies done in labs show that Ad-36 has correlations with obesity. At this time, there is no treatment for Ad-36.

However, Richard Atkinson assures that ” if you have had the virus, and predisposed for the gain of fat, what you eat and how much you exercise is still in your control. You may have to work harder at it.”

Exercises

How is Randy doing now?

Randy has discipline and works hard towards his goals. His weight dropped from 350 pounds to 170. His calories are 1200-1500 per day. Randy says, ” I’m a clap-along jogger of sixty-two who, for the first time in his life, might have the courage to take his shirt off in gym class…My goal now is to get to 160 pounds and then get into a Speedo!”(Sylvia Tara, The Secret Life of Fat,114)

Randy is happy now because he understands his condition. It was miserable to stay in the dark and not know what was happening with your body.

Conclusion

As you see, fat has many secrets and many ways to make our lives miserable. The information from doctors brings clarity and explains why we can not lose fat so quickly. However, hope is real. It is doable. We can outsmart fat as Randy did. Discipline is the key to victory against fat. Fat and chicken correlation opened new paths to learning about obesity.

What Is the Best Way to Lose Belly Fat

February 19, 2017 By Nemira 8 Comments

What is the best way to lose belly fat? This question bothers many people. Belly fat is a subject that concerns health and fashion-conscious people. Fat is hated and called a bad condition. Nobody wants to be overweight. However, we see more and more people who barely fit in the standard bus or airplane chair. Previously I thought that these people were lazy and stupid. How did it happen to them? Do they want to be big?

Losing fat

Do you want to lose weight?

I can bet that everybody would like to have control over body weight. Being in good shape increases our confidence, boosts self-esteem, and most importantly, weight control keeps us healthy.

Obese people are prone to chronic diseases, such as cardiovascular problems and diabetes. Fat people are great people and human beings; they deal with additional weight and consequences from it.

You could tell that I talk about things that I did not experience. I do not know what one hundred pounds overweight is, but I know how it feels when you gain twenty pounds. It comes unexpectedly, like from thin air. Unfortunately, it was white bread and cakes. It happened when I came from Europe to the USA. I did not feel anything except my jeans which were too tight for me.

My story is just a drop in the ocean. People have more significant problems with weight gain and loss. I was bothered because it was not so easy to go back to the previous state.

What is the best way to lose belly fat?

The best way to lose weight is to strengthen our will and be friends with our fat. When we hate ourselves, we create a hostile environment around us. We blame ourselves for the little cookie before bed or the big piece of chocolate.

Blaming will not help us. We must train our will. The high will assist us in going through ups and downs. We will not be easily tempted by the additional piece of pizza or cake. We gently would tell ourselves that we eat enough today. We will pick the water bottle and fill the stomach with liquid without calories.

Losing weight

What is about the strong will?

The fat is the organ, a smart one. When we lose weight, we can expect different results compared with our friends or with people from work. It is advisable not to compare ourselves with models from commercials. These models survive on a few apples throughout the day. Not so much fun.

We will experience different outcomes when losing fat. Our genes are other. Gender is important. Age influences the ability to lose fat.

Without a strong will, we do not have the patience to endure the process of losing fat.

Why do we need a strong will to lose weight and belly fat?

Sylvia Tara, Ph., in her book The Secret Life of Fat, explains the reasons why weight loss is a painful and exhausting event for us.

Doctors Rudy Leibel and Michael Rosenbaum researched differences in metabolism by comparing lean and obese individuals. Scientists do not understand why overweight people eat less than healthy people and can not get rid of excessive body fat.

Finally, they(scientists) found out that hormones are involved when we lose weight. Hormones decrease, and metabolism slows down. It means that we do not burn calories fast enough.

Scientists found out that fat can alter the activity of hormones and brains. When we lose fat, the leptin levels slow down. Leptin influences secretion levels of thyroid hormones and adrenaline. These hormones increase metabolism. When leptin levels go down, thyroid hormones and adrenaline are in smaller quantities. Hormones are too lazy to participate in the burning of fat.

Conclusion

It is a tricky situation. Fat can control our minds and influence weight loss.  Fat can control appetite.

Through it’s most powerful messenger, leptin, fat can influence our appetites. It can cause our muscles to reduce their energy usage. It can alter our sympathetic nervous system, and control the flow of hormones such as thyroid, adrenaline, and noradrenaline. Most profoundly, it can influence our thoughts and elicit stronger responses to food, lower our inhibition to eating, and cause us to misjudge how much we’ve eaten. Fat, it turns out, is capable of mind control!

It is a reason why we need a strong will. Strong will help us continually exercise, count calories, and check the quality of food.

Sorry guys and girls, there is no magic pill to solve all problems. You can lose weight using drugs once, and you will gain again but faster and more pounds. It is better to relax and prepare ourselves for the long journey towards a healthy weight.

If you have doubts, please check Sylvia Tara’s book The Secret Life of Fat. After reading facts about the best way to lose belly fat, I guess you are disappointed. Cheer up; it is doable after hard work.
