Fasting With the Spirulina

January 15, 2017 By Nemira 12 Comments

Fasting is the process when the body does not get the typical meal for a particular period. Fasting with Spirulina is an easy thing. Half of the day does not count as fasting. Fasting can last longer than one week or a few days without solid food. No steaks, pizza, or fast food. People can drink water or juices only. Individuals who want to fast must be healthy or check their health condition with a competent health practitioner.

Plenty of people do fast one day a week. You drink just water during the day. When people fast for two, three, or more days, the body gets a chance to get rid of waste and toxins and rejuvenate itself.

Fasting with the Spirulina

Fasting is beneficial for the body. In this way, people feel stronger after fasting. The mind is clear, and the body is light and flexible.

How does it happen?

The digestive system is a complex system where the food is digested and elevated as waste after absorption. If all organs work properly, we get all the nutrients from food. The human intestine is about 90 feet long. When food is with fibers, it helps the bowels to move the weight of food through the intestines.

When food goes slowly through the digestive tract, it becomes sluggish and can fill pockets in the large intestine. The food in pouches does not go out. It stays here. Disgusting? Yes.

We do not know it. We feel that our jeans do not button up so easily. The size of the clothes increases.

When Our Pipes Do not Work

When food is processed and chemicals, it congests the intestine easier. Chemicals go into blood with other food particles and poison the blood.

When food is nutritious and fresh, the body gets all the needed nutrients. Unfortunately, we do not always eat great food. Fasting helps to eliminate toxins from the body.

Fasting With the Spirulina

Spirulina is a great helper during the fasting process. The Spirulina is low in calories. Spirulina has all nutrients for the body to function well. Spirulina digests quickly.

When we fast, we do not use solid food. When we drink water, take Spirulina, and consume fruits and vegetables, the body is capable rid of waste.

Do We Have Waste Inside Us?

Yes, and yes. We have plenty of waste in our bowel tissues. How does it happen? The food is not as before, when ancestors ran after prey and ate plenty of greens.

I know that it is boring to talk about food quality nowadays. Unfortunately, the number of obese people is growing steadily.

According to scientists, obesity is the first place, followed by cancer and other chronic diseases.

There is nothing wrong with being bigger or having more weight than models.  Most important that we would be as healthy as human beings. We are all different because our genes are different.

Skinny people can gain weight and carry plenty of waste in their bowels in the same way as fat people.

 Fasting with Spirulina

When people do not eat solid food, the body starts to digest and remove all unwanted particles. People may feel a headache because of toxins and long-standing food in the bowel withdrawn from the body. The water and juice from fruits or vegetables flush toxins.

Spirulina is low in calories and has all the vital nutrients. The body can function well without great digestion during fasting. Thankfully, the body gets all enzymes, proteins, vitamins, amino acids, and minerals from Spirulina.

Spirulina is a source of nutrition. It helps cleanse the intestinal tract naturally. The body does not starve through fasting because Spirulina helps maintain the balance of vital nutrients for the body’s metabolism and performance. Fasting with Spirulina helps the body regain vitality and strength.
