I guess nobody wonders why we need food. Why talk about nutrition? Not so many people have interested in what is in their tasty sandwich. Why do we choose food?
Being alert to what we eat can help us stay in good shape long years ahead. I think that you heard that your skin looks better if you eat a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits and sleep well. It is the same with all our organs and body systems. Raw food is full of vitamins, minerals, and enzymes. They help our immune system stay healthy and protect us from various intruders.
