Which EMF Protection Devices Really Work?

February 11, 2023 By Nemira Leave a Comment

EMF protection devices must shield you from the harm of electric magnetic fields. The market is full of Faraday cages, clothing with silver and copper thread, various pendants, stickers for phones, tablets, computers, and shielding paints.

The EMF protection tools and devices market is vast, but how does it work? Is it protecting you from electromagnetic waves and radiation which can disrupt your health?

I need to disappoint you. Faraday cages and pendants do not protect you. Why?

Electromagnetic fields contain, besides electromagnetic waves, scalar waves which go through anything. Trees, rain, hills, or mountains, solid Faraday cages can stop EMF, but scalar waves are not afraid of obstacles. Blushield devices are best because of adapting the body to incoming frequencies and going with the rhythm of Nature, not with technology.

Why do we need stronger EMF protection than Faraday cages and other devices?

Faraday cages protect from some types of frequencies. If frequencies are with shorter wavelengths, such as from microwave or from radiation, the shielding material must to be tight.

Why? These waves can go through tiny holes unless the Faraday cage is made from continuous material.

Usually, Faraday cages are made of mesh, which can keep extremely low frequencies away. However, cell phone signal will go through

If you want to protect yourself entirely from EMF, you need to invest into solid Faraday cage without any holes.

The best measurement of the efficiency of Faraday Cage or shielding materials is when phone signals do not go through.

It means you do not have a Wi-Fi connection, and nobody can call you. Complete abstinence from modern technology.

Is it practical or convenient for you?

When you cover your devices with Faraday cages, these devices do not perform. It means that when you want to use them, you will receive radiation or be affected by electromagnetic fields.

Other devices, such as stickers or pendants, shield you only from one side. It is a low level of protection. You will win more in your health field when you keep your phone away from your head, use an air tube for speaking, or switch to airplane mode when you do not use it.

How do Blushield devices protect us from EMF?

Blushield devices use a scalar carrier signal. This signal is modeled following patterns of Nature. Phi ratio and Fibonacci sequences, along with complex mathematical equations, are included in Blushield scalar carrier signal.

Humans can respond to these beneficial frequencies that are part of Nature’s vibrations.

Blushield uses an algorithm that is constantly changing as changes happen in Nature.

When you use Blushield devices, you will never experience the same frequencies. These frequency combinations will never be repetitive.

Why do we suffer from EMF?

Man-made EMF bombards us with the exact repetition. The frequency never changes. It is like water dripping on your head at the same rate, hour after hour, day after day.

Dr.Berg about EMF

The exact repetition of EMF can make holes in your cells, which can be damaged or die.

Wrapping up

Man-made EMF contains a scalar component that goes through every material. It goes through Faraday cages of any type and does not care about various shielding devices, tools, or fabrics.

Scalar waves are neutral. It depends on how you are going to use them.

Blushield devices protect you from the harms of EMF when the scalar carrier from devices adapts the body to the surroundings despite where you are at.

The scalar signal in Blushield devices produces a powerful field that enables our bodies to tune into natural and beneficial frequencies of Nature.

The man-made EMF will be around but your body will not pay attention because it is in a better beneficial environment.

Is Spirulina a Good Source of Vitamin B12?

February 8, 2023 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Does Spirulina contain vitamin B12?

The short introduction to Spirulina

Spirulina is cyanobacteria. It belongs to the kingdom Monera and division Cyanophyta.

Spirulina has been consumed as food for ages.

This blue-green alga is a nutraceutical food which means that Spirulina has healing properties too.

Spirulina is a source of proteins and vitamins, notably vitamin B12 and provitamin A( β-carotene), and essential fatty acids like γ-linolenic acid (GLA).

Spirulina is exceptionally rich in rare vitamin B12 (Cobalamin), which is hard to obtain from vegetable sources. Spirulina contains 250 percent more vitamin B12 compared with beef liver. A single serving of alga exceeds the RDA(Recommended Daily Allowance) of 1.5 to 3mg daily.

Credible sources about existing vitamin B12 in Spirulina

Spirulina has been known for hundreds of years. It was a natural food source for Aztecs and people in Africa or Mexico who consumed this alga for ages.

Nowadays, when soil is depleted, and it is not easy to get nutrients from food, alternative sources such as Spirulina become a sensation and are put o the spotlight.

Christopher Hills was one of the first people who grew, promoted, and used Spirulina intensively.

Along with him, other entrepreneurs spread the word about blue-green algae that can change the world, escaping hunger and malnutrition.

Robert Henrikson from Ronore Enterprises, Inc.,now from Earthrise company, his coauthors, and colleagues; Wendy I. Fulcher, author of The Whole Truth about Spirulina, Jack Joseph Challem, Spirulina What It Is…The Health Benefits It Can Give You, and authors of book with comprehensive scientific discoveries about Spirulina, Spirulina in Human Nutrition and Health, M.E.Gerschwin and Amha Belay are ones who know how valuable Spirulina is as nutraceutical food and nutrition source.

Robert Henrikson talks about the importance of Spirulina

Besides books, another excellent source for scientific information is PubMed.gov. There are plain facts, nothing more.

I guess that it is the most important measure to decide what is real and what is not is to look at facts, evaluate them, and make decisions.

Does Spirulina contain vitamin B12?

Yes, Spirulina is rich in vitamin B12, the so-called Cobalamin.

Spirulina is an excellent source of vitamin B12. These studies in 2019 show that Spirulina contains vitamin B12 and is a great bioavailable vitamin B12 intake for vegans.

Why do vegans need vitamin B12?

Vegans do not eat food from animal sources. The deficiency of vitamin B12 can lead to

  • Nerve degeneration
  • Pernicious anemia
  • Premature senility
  • Fatigue
  • Mental illness resembling schizophrenia

What do scientists write about Spirulina and vitamin B12?

Scientists and editors of the book Spirulina in Human Nutrition and Health, M.E.Gershwin and Amha Belay, point out studies that show how valuable Spirulina is as a nutritional source and nutraceutical food.

Early interest in Spirulina was focused mainly on its potential as a source of protein, vitamins, especially vitamin B12 and provitamin A(β-carotene), and essential fatty acids like γ-linolenic acid (GLA).

Recently more attention has been given to the study of its therapeutic effects, which include the reduction of cholesterol and nephrotoxicity by heavy metals, anticancer properties, protection against radiation, and enhancement of the immune system.

Spirulina also possesses other biological functions such as antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal, and antiparasite activities.

M.E.Gershwin and Amha Belay, Spirulina in Human Nutrition and Health, 228

In the same book Spirulina for Human Nutrition and Health, coauthors Meltem Conk Dalay and Guven Ozdemir explain Spirulina’s antibacterial activity.

These scientists mention vitamin B12 in Spirulina when they describe how Spirulina shows antimicrobial pursuit.

Spirulina contains vitamin A, important in preventing eye diseases; iron and vitamin B12, useful in treating hypoferric anemia and pernicious anemia; γ-linolenic acid, appropriate in treatment of atopic child eczema therapy, to alleviate premenstrual syndrome, and in immune system stimulation.

M.E.Gershwin and Amha Belay, Spirulina in Human Nutrition and Health, 247

Why do I show this information regarding vitamin B12?

The reason is simple. When I looked for facts about B12 in Spirulina online, I saw only statements that tell that Spirulina does not have B12. They call vitamin B12 pseudo-cobalamin. According to them, this form is unsuitable for humans. Vitamin B12 from animals is a better option.

It prompted my curiosity, and I searched over all books that I have on Spirulina. Doctors and scientists pointed out that Spirulina contains B12.

The last book was Spirulina in Human Nutrition and Health. I bought this book on Amazon when I needed the newest findings about this alga.

The book was expensive, something about 80-90 dollars. What I found in it exceeded all my expectations. Coauthors mentioned vitamin B12, which is in Spirulina.

Why do all these scientists point to different results? I found in books that Spirulina has vitamin B12. I do not believe that all these authors would be wrong, do you?

This video below explains why Spirulina poses a danger and why studies show different results.

Is Spirulina a good source of vitamin B12?

Spirulina is an undiscovered gem. Why? This alga can prevent all problems associated with malnutrition, hunger, heavy metal poisoning, viruses, and microbes.

Nutrients in Spirulina strengthen the innate immune system, act as antioxidants, help with diabetes, and prevent aging.

Wrapping up

Without a doubt, Spirulina is an excellent nutrition source that could sustain humans for a long time. How long? 15 years or more.

Spirulina can help end the world’s hunger and malnutrition if the right forces unite and solve logistic and manufacturing problems.

Spirulina contains vitamin B12 along with other valuable ingredients. Choosing organic Spirulina and consuming it daily will give you all the nutrition you need. Is it wonderful, is it not?

What Form of Magnesium Is Best for Migraines?

February 7, 2023 By Nemira Leave a Comment

What form of magnesium is best for migraines?

If you have ever had a migraine and know that magnesium can relieve pain, I bet you will take any form of magnesium to get rid of it.

Migraine pain can be excruciating, and every aid is highly appreciated.

What type of magnesium is best for migraines?

Magnesium supplement, which works fast, relieves tension and pain, absorbs at the 100% range, and does not have any side effects such as laxatives, is the best option. ReMag pico-ionic magnesium solution fits these qualities.

Let’s check what type of magnesium big websites do offer

Magnesium oxide is a preferred magnesium supplement. You would ask why and how unique magnesium oxide is and why ReMag is not in the first lines in the leading media.

I can be honest, and I can say that I do not know the answer. I know one thing, that magnesium, which goes straight to my cells and absorbs completely there, is the best for me.

I do not have time to sit in the bathroom and read newspapers. I wouldn’t say that I like laxative effects.

These facts, which show the difference between ReMag and magnesium oxide, are supposed to be a serious reason to use ReMag, not magnesium oxide.

However, it is the opposite.

Let’s see for yourself.

Magnesium oxide versus ReMag

Or this excerpt from respectable website:

ReMag versus magnesium oxide

Why is magnesium oxide more popular in main media compared with ReMag?

The answer is one. ReMag has a therapeutic effect. Magnesium oxide has laxative effects, and somebody really likes it when people do not experience the benefits of magnesium.

You would think about how it can be when professionals use magnesium supplement that pushes you into the bathroom instead of taking magnesium that helps with migraine and over 65 conditions.

After taking magnesium oxide

In her book The Magnesium Miracle, Dr. Carolyn Dean mentions that magnesium oxide is only 4 percent absorbed.

The other 96 percent does not go into cells and flushes through the intestines, causing diarrhea.

There is no fun.

Why do companies avoid produce easily absorbable magnesium?

According to Dr.Carolyn Dean, the creator of ReMag, she always experienced laxative effects , no matter that form of magnesium she took.

…I spent almost ten years trying to convince several mineral companies to formulate a non-laxative magnesium. They deemed it too expensive to research and formulate and said it would require too much consumer education to market.

But I was willing to spend the money and take the time to educate the people because I knew that a certain percentage of the population was suffering like me.

Dr.Carolyn Dean, The Magnesium Miracle, 450
Avoiding loose stools

Which is magnesium best for helping with migraines?

If you do not want to run back and forth to the bathroom after taking magnesium oxide(remember, it absorbs at the 4 percent range, and the rest goes down the drain), ReMag is the best option for migraines and other magnesium deficiencies.

Why?

ReMag magnesium absorbs at the 100 percent range, is condensed twenty times more than angstrom minerals, goes straight to cells, avoids the intestines, and has a therapeutic effect.

Wrapping up

Magnesium helps with migraines. You can achieve the best results using mineral that does not create laxative effects.

When I think about magnesium oxide and how it forces one to go into the bathroom without asking if they want it, I can get headaches.

Knowing that there is a solution to our problems puts me at ease and gives me peace for mind.

Can I Live on Only Eating Spirulina?

February 6, 2023 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Can I live on only eating Spirulina?

Is Spirulina a food that satisfies the body’s needs?

Spirulina is a food eaten thousands of years ago, and people in Africa consume Spirulina from lakes. This alga is so nutritious that it could end the world’s hunger.

Strangely, people, who are in power choose different options, such as synthetic food or bugs that are good for birds but not for humans.

What would you choose if you did not have more options, such as taking Spirulina or eating worms and bugs?

Of course, there is a saying that tastes are different, and you can choose what to eat, but people never ate bugs in Western countries for hundreds of years.

Besides, bugs have chitin that can hurt stomach and it does not assimilate well.

I guess that Spirulina would take a first place and nobody would look back at the bugs.

Celebrities show for us that bugs are okay but I wonder how many of them have cockroaches for breakfast?

Can Spirulina be a savior at times when food is scarce?

Yes, Spirulina can help us to survive and be a healthy food source because of its nutritional content. Toru Matsui, an 85-year-old philosopher, lived on Spirulina and chlorella for 15 years.

Why am I so sure? Previously I took an interest in this alga because of learning about its benefits. I searched for books and found Christopher Hills, who was called the father of Spirulina.

He cultivated Spirulina and worked together with scientists from Japan. Japanese use Spirulina in all areas of life.

They use alga in cosmetics, as food, as treatment, and as a supplement for animals.

Christopher Hills mentioned in his book one philosopher who lived on Spirulina and Chlorella for 15 years.

Toru Matsui, who lived on Spirulina for 15 years

The description below picture tells, that

Prof.Hiroshi Nakamura and Toru Matsui, an 85-year-old philosopher who has lived on Chlorella and Spirulina algae for 15 years. Spirulina contains enough vitamin C for living; all other vitamins in Spirulina are in excess of human needs. They are eating algae and getting younger.

Dr.Christopher Hills, Ph.D., D.Sc., Rejuvenating the Body, 55

Why do people do not pay attention to Spirulina?

I guess that there is a simple answer. People are spoiled and search for moment leisures that satisfy the senses, not the soul.

Plenty of us uses food, not for nourishment but as a tool to forget problems and, for a moment, feel that we are alive, happy, and safe. It is a self fooling, but nobody analyzes it.

Does it work for us? I do not think so because of seeing so many obese and depressed people.

Of course, we do not need to choose to eat only algae, but it would be beneficial to think about that is best for our bodies.

What is Spirulina?

Wrapping up

Spirulina can provide us with all the needed nutrients, and we can be in great shape mentally and physically. We do not stuff ourselves with chemicals as we do with processed food.

Organic Spirulina contains proteins, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and chlorophyll that nourishes and replenishes our bodies.

We can use Spirulina at times of need, such as food shortages or something that happens with food distribution.

What is funny is that Christopher Hills advises using Spirulina as an emergency fund at difficult times and he us right.

If there is no food, you will not eat your gold. Spirulina can save your life. Knowing that somebody, in this case, Toru Matsui lived on algae for 15 years shows Spirulina in a perfect light.

Do you use Spirulina as food and for how long? It would be great to hear from you.

Importance of Spirulina

Importance of Spirulina

Spirulina is a nutraceutical food that contains all vital nutrients. People who are malnourished, astronauts, geologists, who can not get fresh food, benefit from algae.

Do you know that NASA used Spirulina for astronauts as wholesome food?

Spirulina helps with diabetes because of keeping blood sugar in check, provides nutrition during fasting, and works as an antioxidant that fights against free radicals.

Spirulina has plenty of roles that are beneficial to human beings. One condition is that if you want to rip all good things that Spirulina provides, you need to pick an organic product.

Organic Spirulina smells nice and does not have any additional shades of scent.
