Kidney problems can make a mess if you do not take them seriously. For example, a simple thing such as catching a cold when your feet are wet or consuming meals that give you kidney stones will throw off the balance of the whole body.

Foods that contain oxalates, such as

  • Rhubarb
  • Chard
  • Spinach
  • Chocolate
  • Parsley
  • Tea
  • Coffee

do promote kidney stone formations. Why? Calcium and oxalic acid binds together and form insoluble calcium oxalate.

Additionally, soft drinks that contain phosphoric acid prompt a process of pulling calcium out of the bones and depositing it in the kidneys.

Magnesium is a mineral whose deficiency can cause 65 conditions. One of the main tasks of magnesium is to keep calcium in check.

Calcium has an annoying habit of overflowing cells when magnesium is absent. I immediately thought about the comparison when parents go on vacation and leave their kids alone. When they return, they cannot recognize the house because of the consequences of the party with friends.

Of course, it is a vague description of calcium’s bad deeds. The excess calcium forms stones in the kidneys and causes discomfort, pain, and dysfunction of the kidneys.

The study reports that when patients got ionized magnesium their symptoms were alleviated, their serum magnesium levels improved, and their kidney function test showed better results.

What is the difference?

Technology is an excellent thing when it serves humanity. Do satellites benefit us?

If you look from a position of convenience, yes, they benefit us.

From a wellness and privacy point of view, it is a questionable topic. Why? The creator assures users that they can get Internet even in Antarctica. Do polar bears need that or deers?

Of course, remote places can benefit from a fast Internet connection and the ability to work everywhere as you please. Unfortunately, we are not alone. We are surrounded by other living things that can suffer from increased EMF flow.

I had this question before till I read Elana Freeland’s book Geoengineered Transhumanism. Before, I read about Smart Cities and the Internet of Things, but I did not imagine the enormous impact on human bodies and lifestyles.

Why do we need smart cities?


Smart cities will have 5G and, later on, 6G and 7G internet connections.

  • 5G goes for the Internet of Things, where people can send commands through the phone or listening devices such as Alexa, Siri asking smart devices at home to feed dogs, check on how much food is left, or start to cook without being at a real home.
  • 6G is for satellite connections
  • 7G/8G has deeper connections at the nano, molecular, proton size levels

Again, why do we need smart cities? There will be connections between things, not between people.

Nowadays, people do not communicate with each other like a few decades ago. However, human beings are social creatures as everything is in Nature. Without that, people become isolated and full of physical and mental problems.

Who needs that? Unfortunately, with the evolution of technologies and the lack of information on what waits for humanity in the future, life can be really miserable.
