Nowadays, women suffer too. Homemakers, managers,  and leaders cannot easily find the solution to escape from many problems and worries. The routine creates a dull environment where individuals can feel lost and helpless.

Of course,  not everybody suffers from this condition. People are different. Their reactions to stress and situations at work can differ. Anyway, especially in big cities, people are not energetic in the same way as in the countryside.  Cities are noisy and full of people. Air polluted. The stress level is high thanks to cars, the significant amount of people, and the lack of nature. Of course, you can find a little spot for your lunch, but it is not the same as living in a small village.

Anyway, requirements at the job,  the competition, and uncertainty about the future create tension, especially in big companies.

Reasons to go on vacation are real. Vacation is an excellent occupation for children and adults. The reaction is different because children can enjoy every minute of life. Of course, not everybody is a maniac and perfectionist. However, plenty of people still think about the situation. Some of them answer emails. It shows that individuals cannot adequately relax and forget their jobs. What is your biggest inspiration in life? Inspirations are engines for progress and the birth of various creations. It creates miracles such as St. Peter’s Basilica in Rome or Fr. Lloyds Wright’s house on the waterfall. What is your biggest inspiration in life?

Life consists of details. People stream for better jobs, relationships, or quality of life. I presume that most of us want to achieve results right away. If we found priorities in our lives, we would save plenty of time for reaching goals and dreams. Inspirations can differ from preferences. However, if you take the time to consider each of them, you can find a balance in life.

Sometimes, when we do not have what we want right away, we abandon our dreams or complain that life is not fair for us. This pattern reminds the behavior of the child who wants to have a toy now. It is easy to distract the child like the adult by giving new exciting occupations.

However, the child will grow up. The whole future lies ahead of the little human being. Adults do not have time to jump from one toy to another if they want to reach their goals or follow their inspirations.

Analyze your day


Try to look at yourself as an outsider. How do you spend your day? Where could you save your energy and time?

We often waste our precious time on things that are not important to us. They are momentary. These details showed up and disappeared. People think that they have power over something, such as mentally fixing the mistakes of others or talking about plans.

Do not talk about your future too much. Reach for your goals and often check what excites you. Other people will see results from a happy person, not just from the negative chatterbox. Actions are better than words because you can see actual results. Of course, you can change direction if you see that this process does not inspire you anymore.

What is most important is that you feel that it excites and inspires you. Sometimes you can feel that the world is unfriendly and nobody wants to help you. It is a reality because people are busy with themselves. However, you know what you want. It is your inspiration, not anybody else.

We live in a world that constantly changes; what I was as famous for yesterday is not appealing after a couple of hours. Events change; people become famous and later disappear after a few seasons if nobody follows them on Twitter or Facebook.

I think that nowadays, we have plenty of artificiality in our lives. Values are compromised and changed in a way that pleases the central public at a particular time.

Anyway, we need to ask ourselves what is important to us. What do we want from life? What keeps us from getting from bed? The routine can be like a swamp. It can swallow us and kill all enthusiasm. Fortunately, we can know what inspires us and what kind of goals we want to reach. In this case,  the routine will be just the sequence of duties we need to perform.

Deep inside, we know that we can live more fulfilling lives. Analyzing your day helps to find out how we live. Do we waste precious minutes on details? Do we see a bigger picture?

Find your priorities in life


Most of us want to reach financial freedom because it lets us do what we want. Do we know why we need it? Earl Nightingale told said that we need to be a master of money. Money must be a servant for us: a tool to achieve results or help others.

Being honest with ourselves helps us to see the bigger picture. What does it mean? If we analyze our habits and mistakes, we can find out the pattern which fits or interferes with our goals.

Yesterday I was irritated when I discovered that my place for the car was taken by other vehicles. I found out where I could park my car. Later,  I thought about how I was distracted by these petty things. I guess that my ego wanted to control the situation.

When we sort and calm our thoughts during meditation time, we can reach peace in our minds. It is the same as finding priorities in our lives.

Ask questions


What will be essential for us after a day, a week, or a few years? What helps us to evolve as human beings? What helps us to reach our goals?

I know that it is easier to find faults somewhere else. Without constant supervision, I would stay at the same point of evolution. I do not need to be superior, but I want to remove obstacles that do not let me reach my goals.

The benefits of getting up are remarkable because of increased productivity and better health, which leads to a better life.

It is magical when you can get up early and start a new day. As Robin Sharma, an author in self-improvement and leadership, stated, when you get up at 5 A.M., the whole world is ready to accept you in his company. Still is quiet, especially if you live close to nature, such as in parks or green designated areas. Having just one tree close by makes a  difference. You will hear birds suitable to enlighten your day with their songs. I do not talk about crows. I know that they are intelligent birds, but their voice?

However, if you want to get up early and be energetic for the whole day, you need to sleep quality.

Get proper rest


Scientists and doctors such as Carolyn Dean, M.D., and N.D. advise that sleeping before midnight, which can be two or better three hours, is most beneficial for our brain. When we sleep according to nature, we get benefits from it. A clear mind rested body, and a good mood gives us the stimulus to start a new day.

Some people cannot sleep right away because they just had a massive dinner or used stimulants such as chocolate, soda drinks, or sugar. All these things energize you and do not let you slow down. The content in these shows and movies is mostly energizing. Later, after watching TV, it is not easy to get the right proper sleep right away. Prevention of health must be our first task and focus. Without it, it does not matter how rich we would be; the joy of life and productivity would leave us. Imagine that you have plenty of ideas and money to accomplish them. Unfortunately, your back hurts from sitting by the computer; your sleep is disturbed because you eat at night, and so on.

Without good health, our achievements will not be as enjoyable as they would be for a fit person. People can prevent health with simple tools such as good nutrition, changes in lifestyle, exercise, and so on.

If we take care of our business but forget ourselves and our health, all the money in the world will not bring happiness.

When we feel right and are full of energy, we can move mountains. We can help others and the less fortunate; we can change their lives.
