How to Get a Lot of Energy?

August 21, 2022 By Nemira Leave a Comment

How to get a lot of energy?

How to get a lot of energy? We need that for joy and quality back in everybody’s life. Being sluggish, tired, and unable to perform tasks does not provide satisfaction.

You can get a lot of energy by taking magnesium. Magnesium participates in the Krebs cycle’s six steps. During this cycle, mitochondria produce ATP molecules of energy.

Why does energy disappear?

First, let’s remove physical work from answers to this question. Everybody gets tired after hard physical work. I do not talk about pushing buttons on a remote control when somebody sits on the couch and scrolls TV channels.

Energy can disappear when you have

  • Constant stress
  • Sluggish adrenals
  • Poor nutrition
  • Deficiency of minerals
  • Various diseases

I want to share my personal experience with chocolate. I used to eat chocolate bars every day without stopping. It gave me relief from stress and lifted my mood. Later on, I saw that I felt tired. My happiness level was the same, but my energy started to disappear somewhere. Where? I do not know.

Fortunately, I read plenty of books that explained why carbohydrates do not bring nutrition as you would think they would.

Do you know that Queen Elizabeth does eat starch at all? The smart woman she is. It seems that she will have a long and blessed life. Good for her.

Some carbohydrates are not bad, but sugar is the worst thing. I checked my chocolate from Trader Joe’s and saw plenty of sugar on the label. Of course, the same amount, 11 grams, was in one serving.

Do you think that I stopped consuming chocolate? No way, till I found a mineral and the type of nutrition that slowed my consumption of these sweet things.

The right nutrition is the answer to almost all problems

Usually, I reach for chocolate when I am hungry, stressed, or bored. I thought that it was not so difficult to forget this habit. Unfortunately, it is easier to say than to do. Slowly I started to eat more protein-rich food. It helped me to stay away from sweets.

It is a long-known truth that proteins burn in the body longer than carbohydrates. Easterners have a science for that: macrobiotics.

The book, Macrobiotic Home Remedies, written by Michio Kushi with Marc Van Cauwenberghe, MD, is a golden treasure of knowledge that comes with age-old healing therapies and techniques.

Easterners have experienced wellness for imperators and court people from thousands of years of usage. Later on, the information was given from one generation to the next generation and reached ordinary people.

Asian doctors understand food as possible medication. The classification of food is interesting as follows:

  • Food effect on the body’s temperature
  • Food classification by taste
  • Foods are classified according to the direction in which they energize the body

Do you see the importance of proper nutrition for keeping energy levels up?

Of course, there is a complete science about that. If you want to learn about macrobiotics, you need to dig deeper. It is possible thanks to the mighty Internet and libraries.

I know one thing for sure. If I eat nutritious food that is full of proteins, vitamins, and minerals, I never will lack energy.

Did you hear the term nutraceutical? I did not till I stumbled on books about Spirulina written by Christopher Hills. I used Spirulina before because of the need to have almost all nutrients at once.

Spirulina is called 21st-century food. Christopher Hills mentioned a Japanese philosopher Toru Matsui, who lived on Spirulina for many years. I found this information in one of his books about Spirulina.

If you would like to learn more about a man who lived on Spirulina, you can check on Amazon a book Smiling Zen: n Search of the Profound Secret of Life, written by Toru Matsui.

Here is a screenshot of one of the comments under the book:

Toru Matsui living on algae

Here the commentator mentions different algae. However, Christopher Hills knew Toru Matsui, and I guess his information is accurate.

You maybe wonder why I praise Spirulina. There are many reasons, but the most important is that Spirulina contains easily digestible proteins compared with meat. Spirulina’s proteins digest in 90 % range, and the meat in the 20% range. Do you see a difference?

We need proteins because of the body’s ability to create building blocks. These blocks are core for metabolic processes, development, and overall well-being.

Besides, the book Spirulina in Human Nutrition and Health, written by M.E.Gershwin and Amha Belay, shows that Spirulina is one of the most well-researched functional foods widely used.

Additionally, Spirulina is a nutraceutical food. You can read more about it here.

Okay, you see that proteins burn longer, and you can keep your energy for an extended time as long as you do not lack vital nutrients and minerals.

Importance of minerals

Nowadays, we do not get nutrients the same way as it was a hundred years ago. The soil is depleted, and everything will be worse, except for farmers who grow food organically and take care of the ground.

Do we need to panic? Not at all. However, to stay balanced and keep your body running smoothly, you must provide essential nutrients.

One of the most essential minerals to keep your energy in check is magnesium. This mineral participates in so many functions and does so many good deeds that it needs additional attention.

You can read here about magnesium benefits. Now I will focus on how magnesium helps to get more energy.

Magnesium for energy

Magnesium is a spark for life, as Dr.Carolyn Dean calls it.

Do you know that mitochondria are little factories of energy? We learned about it in biology class. However, for many people who lack energy, it was many years ago, and they forgot about that.

Magnesium participates in the process of ATP creation. Adenosine triphosphate is an energy molecule.

Magnesium bonds with ATP to produce energy packets for our body. It happens when magnesium activates six of eight steps of the Krebs cycle in the mitochondria (Dr. Carolyn Dean, The Magnesium Miracle, 52).

According to Dr.Carolyn Dean

One of the most amazing effects of magnesium on the neuromuscular system is that it produces energy(via the production of ATP), even though the mineral generally acts as a relaxant and not a stimulant. If you are magnesium deficient, your energy level will be low because you aren’t producing the necessary ATP to run your body. When you start taking magnesium, your energy level goes up because you making more ATP.

Dr.Carolyn Dean, The Magnesium Miracle, 151

Additionally, the union of magnesium and ATP prompts the production of the body’s protein structures by accelerating messenger RNA.

More. Magnesium and ATP are vital cofactors in enzyme systems involved in the processing of DNA.

Would you like to hear more about magnesium for energy?

I guess that you want.

Magnesium keeps calcium in check and does not let it overflood cells. When magnesium is deficient, calcium quickly goes into cells and causes spasms.

The consequences are sad. Cells can die. What does it mean? No cells, no energy. Who needs that? Not me and not you.

Another role of magnesium in getting more energy is a direct effect on muscles.

Athletes feel good after taking magnesium
Athletes feel good after magnesium

Athletes who use magnesium do not feel pain after the buildup of lactic acid. Why? Lactic acid is decreased by magnesium.

Do you know which magnesium supplement gives the best benefits?

It is a supplement that does not give side effects, does go straight into cells, is a pure mineral, and absorbs at the 100% range.

This magnesium supplement is called ReMag, created by Dr.Carolyn Dean.

You can get more information about this unique supplement here.

How do you keep yourself energetic? It would be nice to hear from you.

Best Magnesium for Sleeping

August 19, 2022 By Nemira 2 Comments

The best magnesium for sleeping is this mineral that gives you all possible benefits to feel comfortable, relaxed, and content. Magnesium that absorbs at a 100% rate and goes straight to the cell without laxative effects is the best magnesium for sleeping. Its name is ReMag.

Not all magnesium supplements are the same

It is easy to think that magnesium minerals will give you the same advantage against all problems associated with magnesium deficiency. It is the opposite. Some magnesium supplements gave harsh side effects, such as loose bowels.

When you experience something like that, you will not turn to the magnesium side for a long time. Who wants to spend valuable time in the bathroom?

Spending too much time in the bathroom is not the best solution to feeling well

Besides, people lose all excellent bacteria along with other minerals and electrolytes.

Do you know that our body contains over 39 trillion microbial cells such as viruses, fungi, and bacteria? The gut has plenty of them. These little creatures called gut microbiota can act in both ways: in a good way and in a wrong way.

Beneficial ways are:

  • Help with obesity
  • Help with depression
  • Protection against intruders
  • Protection from allergies
  • It helps detoxification in the gut
  • Teaches immune system how to recognize foes

When you think about choosing the best magnesium for sleeping, it is clear that flashing down the beneficial bacteria into the toilet with other nutrients is not the best way to get magnesium benefits.

You need the best magnesium that gives you only comfort and peace of mind, nothing more. Do I know this type of magnesium? Yes, I do.

This magnesium is ReMag, created by Dr. Carolyn Dean.

Best magnesium for sleeping

According to Dr.Carolyn Dean

I don’t say it’s the best just because I created it; I say that because it is fully absorbed and assimilated at the cellular level.

Since all the magnesium in ReMag is absorbed into the cells, this means you can take therapeutic amounts without reaching bowels to create a laxative effect. There is little to none left over to reach the intestines. The ability to reach therapeutic levels of magnesium in the cells is unprecedented. Other magnesium products seem to cause diarrhea well before therapeutic levels are reached.

Dr.Carolyn Dean, The Magnesium Miracle, 448

Why are magnesium supplements different?

Usually, magnesium supplements consist of two parts: acid and magnesium mineral. For example, we have magnesium citrate, which consists of magnesium and citric acid.

The famous Epsom Salt consists of magnesium and sulfate.

Magnesium citrate is a popular supplement. However, you will not get the full benefits of magnesium. Why?

Magnesium citrate contains very little magnesium and most citric acid. For example, 1000mg of magnesium citrate contains only 125mg of elemental magnesium, and the rest of the compound is 775mg of citric acid.

Think about it. It would be best if you had only magnesium, not additional acid that your body does not require.

It does not mean you must throw all magnesium supplements into the garbage. All magnesium supplements provide magnesium benefits. The difference is in the range of that aid.

If you do not get enough magnesium, your body is deficient in this mineral. When you take magnesium salts such as magnesium glutamate, magnesium glycinate, magnesium taurate, or other supplements, you still will experience laxative effects.

How can you sleep when you need to go into the bathroom?

All magnesium supplements have a laxative effect. It means you cannot relax fully, and your rest can be disturbed anytime.

Here comes the magnesium supplement ReMag.

Why is this supplement worth attention?

  • ReMag absorbs fully at the cellular level
  • The absorption rate is 99.8%
  • Magnesium ions in this supplement are stabilized and do not cluster together
  • The body absorbs magnesium faster when it reaches the intestine
  • ReMag does not give you a laxative effect
  • Magnesium ions are pure and of the best quality
  • ReMag supplement contains twenty times more magnesium compared with angstrom minerals.

How does ReMag help with sleep?

Relaxed with ReMag before sleep

First, you do not have to run into the bathroom after taking magnesium. Complete magnesium absorption without reaching the intestines gives you peace of mind. Second, magnesium relaxes muscles. Twitchy, tense muscles do not let you have a peaceful sleep. ReMag helps to relax.

Additionally, magnesium participates in the activation of GABA. This inhibitory neurotransmitter helps in the sleeping process.

Magnesium reduces heart rate response to sympathetic nervous stimulation, exercise, and sleep problems(Dr. Carolyn Dean, The Magnesium Miracle, 116)

Overall, magnesium is a vital mineral that participates in metabolic processes. Getting a pure mineral magnesium supplement that does not have any side effects is a great comfort. Why? Good rest after peaceful sleep is a precious gift, and you can provide it with help from ReMag.

Magnesium for Sleep at Night

August 13, 2022 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Magnesium for sleep at night

Magnesium for sleep at night helps to have a proper rest, especially when we are tired, stressed, or exhausted. How does magnesium help to sleep?

First, let’s check why we do not sleep. There is a list of conditions when people have disturbed sleep, or they cannot sleep at all:

  • Various medications
  • Caffeine
  • Alcohol
  • Nighttime cortisol surges
  • Restless legs
  • Stress
  • Fear
  • Constipation
  • Depression
  • Arthritis
  • ADHD
  • OCD
  • Anxiety
  • Pain
  • Hormone shifts
  • Bad recovery after exercise

You see that there is plenty of causes that trigger insomnia. Magnesium helps to deal with all these problems. However, by taking the wrong magnesium supplement, people can suffer more than before.

Can be different types of magnesium? Yes, it is.

Magnesium that absorbs fully goes to the cell, and does not have side effects, helps relax the body, is a great helper to have a good rest.

Unfortunately, most magnesium supplements have laxative effects.

What do I mean? Most magnesium supplements do not absorb well. Usually, health professionals prescribe magnesium oxide.

Magnesium oxide absorbs only in the 4 percent range. Besides, this supplement induces a laxative effect. In the end, people stop taking magnesium supplements because of fear of spending more time on the toilet and not getting any benefits.

How does magnesium help us to sleep?

According to Dr.Carolyn Dean

Twitchy, restless, tense muscles keep you from falling to sleep into a deep sleep. Tight muscles make you hyperalert and irritable, and in that condition, any noise or even an active dream will wake you up. Magnesium relaxes tight, twitchy muscles so you can reach a deeper level of sleep.

Dr.Carolyn Dean, The Magnesium Miracle, 115
Magnesium for sleep at night

Besides it, magnesium participates in processes that promote sleep.

These mechanisms are:

  • Magnesium binds to GABA gates, helping activate GABA receptors. GABA is the neurotransmitter of the central nervous system. Activation of GABA receptors favors sleep.
  • Magnesium improves magnesium deficiency symptoms and inflammatory stress
  • Magnesium supplementation removes anxiety and panic

Choosing the right magnesium

Magnesium supplements differ by bioavailability and range of absorption. Nobody likes to spend time in the bathroom and have laxative effects.

Taking a magnesium supplement is much better, which goes straight to cells avoiding the gastrointestinal tract, absorbs at a 100 percent range, and contains only pure stabilized magnesium ions.

Get Over Depression Without Medication

August 12, 2022 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Depression hurts

Get over depression without medication with the help of the right magnesium. How does this mineral help deal with depression?

Our bodies need minerals for metabolic processes. Deficiency creates turmoils and leads to various wellness problems, such as anxiety, panic attacks, or depression.

How does magnesium help with depression?

Serotonin is a hormone in the brain. A sufficient amount of serotonin keeps us happy and content. Unfortunately, when magnesium is deficient, the release and uptake of serotonin slow down, and we experience various turmoils and disturbances in our minds.

Dr.Carolyn Dean, the author of The Magnesium Miracle, points out the paper where the authors concluded that.

The deficiency of magnesium can cause depression, behavior and personality changes, apathy, irritability, and anxiety.

Dr.Carolyn Dean, The Magnesium Miracle, 113

According to Dr.Carolyn Dean, prolonged, rising serotonin levels can liberate them from long-term depression.

Can you imagine how people can benefit from the simple mineral magnesium? Strangely, you do not hear about that on mainstream media. We hear about an opioid crisis that does not help people with pain and depression.

Overall, magnesium is one of the essential minerals that participate in enzyme systems reactions. Can you imagine this kind of mess that happens when the body lacks magnesium?

Metabolic processes do not go well without magnesium. It means that plenty of functions can be interrupted or disturbed.

One of the magnesium traits is the ability to relax muscles and vessels and prevent calcium from overwhelming cells.

When you are relaxed, the depression will not bother you. Sufficient magnesium will keep serotonin levels in check.

Get over depression without medication

Taking the right magnesium supplement

Get over depression without medication with the right supplement. You and somebody else do not need to spend additional time taking the wrong magnesium supplement in the bathroom. What do I mean?

Plenty of magnesium supplements have a laxative effect. It means that the body does not absorb magnesium fully, and the rest of the magnesium supplement goes down the drain, bringing other good stuff together. Who needs that?

It is better to take a magnesium supplement that has great benefits

  • Absorbs at the 100 percent range
  • It goes straight to cells.
  • It condensed twenty times more compared with angstrom minerals
  • Magnesium ions are pure

Which is magnesium best in the market?

ReMag magnesium supplement is the best in the market because of having all the above-described traits. You will be relaxed knowing that magnesium goes straight to the cells, and you do not need to rush to the bathroom.

You can read about this miraculous magnesium supplement here.

Dr.Carolyn Dean does not state that only magnesium helps with depression. She points to the TruHope company’s product EMPowerplus which provides full support for the body filling the gap with nutrients.

Supplements for Heart Arrhythmia

August 11, 2022 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Supplements for heart arrhythmia

What are the best supplements for heart arrhythmia? Simple answer: nutrients, especially magnesium, that help your heart to do its job without strain or significant effort.

Please remember that it is not treatment. Nutrients are part of our body; when we lack them, the fun begins. What do I mean?

For example, magnesium participates in over 800 enzyme reactions. If you are deficient in magnesium, you will experience plenty of symptoms that will improve after taking the right magnesium supplement.

If you lack calcium, your bones will suffer. It is another example of calcium is when the body lacks vital minerals.

The word “supplement” means that you add to your body something that replenishes and fulfills the body’s needs.

How does heart arrhythmia happen?

Our body is electric. Our hearts have electrical activities too. I guess that you had at once in a lifetime EKG-electrocardiography. The device writes down impulses from your heart. Later on, doctors analyze what is going on with your heart.

Usually, when the heart does not lack nutrients such as potassium, sodium, magnesium, and calcium, the electrocardiogram does not show any arrhythmia-related problems. Unfortunately, the lack of these minerals creates cases such as atrial fibrillation.

Magnesium plays an essential role in preventing atrial fibrillation.

The heart starts to beat after electrical firing. It begins in the atria and goes down to the ventricles. A cluster of cells in the sinoatrial node can create electrical impulses. When magnesium is sufficient, the heart can relax after pumping blood.

With magnesium deficiency, the heart rate increases, and the heart rhythm becomes abnormal.

Do you know that heart has multiple backup pacemakers?

I learned about that from Dr.Carolyn Dean, the author of The Magnesium Miracle.

According to Dr.Carolyn Dean,

There are several areas along the conduction pathway where clusters of cells can start an electrical impulse from scratch

Dr.Carolyn Dean, TheMagnesium Miracle, 222

Let’s stop for a minute. Think about nature’s ability to protect the heart and brain from possible damage.

The brain is protected because of getting oxygen supply. The heart will be fired with the help of natural pacemakers. It seems that you do not need an artificial one.

Why does cardiac arrhythmia happen?

According to Dr.Carolyn Dean, cardiac arrhythmia starts when

  • Heart irritated or damaged by the lack of oxygen
  • Heart damaged by a hormonal imbalance
  • Heart struggles from magnesium deficiency
  • Heart aggravated by drugs and caffeine

Atrial fibrillation

Atrial fibrillation

Atrial fibrillation is cardiac arrhythmia too. This condition has become epidemic, and plenty of people do not feel comfortable with that. Can you imagine that in 2010, more than 5.2 million people had AFib?

Do you remember that over 70 percent of Americans are deficient in magnesium? These facts show that people could benefit from magnesium, which relaxes the heart and helps the body coordinate electrical impulses.

Why does atrial fibrillation happen?

The heart has four chambers. Atria are at the top, and ventricles are at the bottom.

Atrial fibrillation happens when the mineral balance is disturbed. Electrolytes such as potassium, calcium, magnesium, and sodium must be in the right balance.

Doctors check electrolyte panels, but most do not check magnesium levels(Dr. Carolyn Dean, The Magnesium Miracle, 221).

The heartbeat starts with the electrical firing. It begins in the atria. The right atrium has the sinoatrial node that consists of cluster cells. These are special. They create an electrical impulse that triggers adjacent cells to carry the current.

The electrical impulse goes down into the ventricles through the atrioventricular node.

When magnesium deficiency is, the heart can go into spasms. Besides, the heart rate increases, and abnormal heart rhythm occurs.

Causes and triggers of atrial fibrillation

In her book The Magnesium Miracle, Dr. Carolyn Dean mentions factors that cause atrial fibrillation.

These triggers are:

  • Polluted air
  • Consumption of alcohol
  • Excess calcium
  • Coronary artery disease
  • Dehydration
  • Dental infections
  • Electrolyte imbalance
  • Diabetes
  • Hiatal hernia, gas, and bloating
  • Glutamate and gluten sensitivity
  • Abnormal heart valves
  • High blood pressure
  • Heart attack
  • Heart physical changes
  • Hypoglycemia
  • Infections
  • Holiday
  • Inflammation
  • Lung disease
  • Drugs or medication
  • Excessive physical activity
  • Potassium deficiency
  • Obesity
  • The usage of artificial sweeteners
  • Sleep apnea
  • Sick sinus syndrome
  • Stress
  • Surgeries
  • High sugar consumption
  • Vitamin D
  • Travel
  • The holidays
  • Yeast overgrowth

All these factors happen when the body lacks magnesium. The deficiency of magnesium is the root of plenty of problems. One of them is a cardiac arrhythmia in the atria or the ventricles.

Best supplements for heart arrhythmia

Magnesium plays a significant role in getting rid of heart arrhythmia. The best results happen when people use magnesium that goes straight to cells, absorbs at the cellular level, and does not have side effects like going into the bathroom.

Plenty of magnesium supplements do not absorb well. In this case, the body suffers from magnesium deficiency. Magnesium oxide absorbs at the 4 percent range. It means that you will spend more time in the place where kings walk, and you will not ripe full magnesium benefits.

Which magnesium supplement is the best on the market?

ReMag is the best magnesium supplement on the market. Why is it like that?

ReMag’s best traits are:

  • 100% absorption at the cellular level
  • No side effects
  • Pure magnesium ions
  • ReMag is twenty times more concentrated compared with angstrom minerals

You can read more about this miraculous product here.
