Safety from the sun is more important than a few decades ago. Having a  suntan was a sign of health. Now people are concerned about the increased risks of skin cancer. You can easily protect yourself and your loved ones if you follow some rules.

Use right sunscreens


You would think that the higher the number of SPF, the better sun protection is. Unfortunately, it is not the case. If you got a sunscreen with the number 100, it is supposed to block at least 99 percent of sun rays. Sorry, it is not the case.

Sunscreens work best and have active chemical ingredients such as avobenzone. Components such as titan dioxide, zinc oxide, or both of them perform less and do not protect so well as sunscreens with active chemical ingredients.

The recommendation is to use sunscreens with the number SPF 30 and higher.

Not all sunscreens are of good quality. For example, octinoxate and oxybenzone, chemical UV filters can cause hormonal changes.

Another ingredient, retinyl palmitate, can cause cancer when exposed to light. It is known from animal studies, but if it is not suitable for our furry friends, why do we need to risk our health?

Picking the right thoughts if we want to reach something does not matter; we need to have the right mindset. By choosing the right thoughts, we move in the right direction. Our philosophy consists of beliefs, ideas, values, habits, opinions, and identity. It means how we analyze and interpret what we see and feel the experience. Our mindset has a significant influence on our life events and their consequences. If we think that we can achieve everything, we will succeed. Of course, we need to take action. Sitting on a bench in the park is suitable for a short time. However, accomplishing your dreams and reaching your goals takes more than an honest thought about what you want.

Analyze your thoughts and beliefs


Usually,  we do not think and do not explain why our lives go in this or a different direction. We drift and enjoy our journey. If it is what you want is perfect. Why?  You are happy with your lifestyle. Unfortunately, many people are not content with their vacation here, on this precious Earth. They are not satisfied with the government, politics, employers, or weather. They do not think they would be on the other train mindset with the right—Train, which brings them to their dreams and goals.

Choosing right direction


We can stop and shift our beliefs in the right direction by analyzing behavior and thoughts from where they came from. Everything is in our hands. Of course, there is the most significant Power; it does not matter how you call it: God, Supreme Being, or Universal Mind. If humankind were sitting in one place expecting God to do everything for them, our civilization would be at the level of cave dwellers. If we do not analyze our thoughts, we function as automats. It means that our mindsets lead our lives. Some beliefs, such as money grown on trees or money, are dirty and do not keep us from moving in the direction where these questions and ideas are not welcome. Why? Because negativity always attracts negativity. As the sun forces us to take clothes off in summer, a positive attitude and the right mindset create an environment where we can progress. These advances can be in any direction.

Choose right mindset


The right mindset enables us to go after our goals. There is no stagnation because thinking good thoughts, and hanging habits to habits, which help us reach perfection and contentment in our lives, make us happy and relaxed. We know that everything will be okay. If something goes in the wrong direction, we stop, relax, and make other decisions. We know that we can trust in ourselves.

Imagination consists of thoughts


Using the power of imagination, we can reach heights extended far up for us before. The power of visualization has been proven thousands, if not millions, of times. Before the competition is in their heads, their leaders have the full image of what will be before they round the match. They go from one move to another and imagine how they reach victory and how people congratulate them. This movie, in their minds, creates the ability to believe in themselves, concentrate, and perform in the best way possible.

By continually improving your body and mind, you will prepare to reach your wanted results. Do you know that people use just one-third of their mental abilities? Visualization helps everybody who wants to achieve their goals in every area of their activities. There were plenty of examples when people had a picture in their heads of what they wanted to see, have, or achieve. Everything that you create in your head is a  real thing. Imagine how everything looks; painting wanted the subject in your head with thoughts. Being calm and relaxed helps in the best way because you prepare your subconscious mind to work for you. He advises how to use your subconscious mind. It is best when we are half asleep, relaxed. When we know what kind of things we want to achieve, we shorten our problem or decision to describe a few words. Constantly repeating it, it would stick in your memory. When you use this technique, your subconscious mind works for you. Tension releases. After repeating this idea, you will have your problems solved.

Sometimes people block their minds with worries. In this case, your visualization will divide into two pieces. From one side, you want to achieve results. From another side,  you are objecting to them.

Fun Activities And Adults

Fun must be mandatory for everybody, not just for children. Fun activities and adults are compatible. However, most grown-ups have a stiff upper lip or forget how to be happy at all.

How often do you hear people laughing naturally and in a relaxed manner? I do not count fake laughs, then. Then pointless comedy goes on, and you listen to chuckles and loud noises in the background.

I wonder if people who watch TV do not know when the funny situation starts? Maybe somebody else thinks the crowd needs to be pointed in the right direction like cute sheep.

Why do adults laugh less compared with children?


You would tell that children do not have any problems with the mortgage, crazy boss, or the lack of time. Children have fewer duties and more fun. It is true. However, adults have more experience and can plan their lives more carefully.

What do I mean? Adults can set priorities essential for their happiness or endless spinning on the wheel of presumptions, expectations, wants, and needs. Of course, it is not easy to escape from routine and change behavior and lifestyle. Friends and colleagues at work and school influence us. We follow others, and most of them do not know how to be happy or at least have fun.

What is fun?


Fun is lighthearted pleasure, enjoyment, and amusement. Think about it. When you last time had fun? I guess you read that we live once and need to spend time in the most efficient way possible. At the end of life, it will be fun when we think about what we experienced and how we lived and spent time.

I understand fun when I can laugh till my ribs start hurting. Of course, it is an exaggeration, but the joy without the laugh is not complete. At least a mile would be pleasant to spread around when you do something for your enjoyment.

Besides having a great time, fun activities give you a boost and energy. The laugh relaxes you. I read that vitamin C production increases many times at the time of laughter. I need to check it out.

Are you ready for the list of fun activities? There they are.

Bicycles


Do you think that bikes are just for children or teenagers who do tricks and run fast? Everybody can ride one. It is not a big deal. However, you will have fun, improve your health, and change your environment.

It depends on where you live. A crowded city with plenty of cars is not the best option. You can rent a bicycle or bring a bike to the park or somewhere where it is safe to ride.

You will see how your balance improved, your muscles became more robust, and your mood was different from sitting on the couch by the TV.

Think about the TV series or programs that you watched before. Of course, there are good shows, but most of them do not remember the next day. You spend time without meaning.

You would ask what kind of meaning brings the ride on the bicycle.

  • You will break the monotony
  • You improve the balance
  • You will clear your mind because you need to watch where you ride. You can leave your worries back at home.
  • You will exercise. More oxygen to your lungs and more blood to your organs will reach when you push the pedals. Different muscle groups work. Your body will tell you thanks and will answer with better health.
  • You will meet other people. Maybe you will make new friends.

You do not need to buy an expensive bicycle. There are plenty of second-hand shops, or you can rent at first and see how to do you like this activity.

Trampolines


Trampolines are a fun way to exercise. You jump, and you have fun at the same time. Nothing can be dangerous in having this activity. Sooner or later, you will feel the excitement and will enjoy the process of jumping.

You can listen to music or sing along with the radio. Children are crazy about trampolines. Adults seem like clumsy bears. However, having the proper equipment, you can relax and have fun just jumping.

You can think about how you are a solid man or woman who can jump on the trampoline. Why not? You will see how you will relax and start a smile or chuckle. You will return to the careless time for at least a few minutes. Enjoy it!

Besides, you can improve your health. It is better to jump compared to running. Your joints do not get so much pressure when reaching the ground. You bounce and have contact for a few seconds.

When you run, your feet and joints get the full impact on the ground and are pressed with your weight. When jumping, everything is light: the touch with the trampoline base and bounce does not require effort. It is a fun activity.

Table games


Table games are a fun way to spend time with family or friends. It can work as an ice-breaker. It is a lovely transformation to a different environment where you leave dishes, bills, or simple worries away.

Table tennis can be fun too. Despite being a sport, it lets you relax, be active, and have fun.

For example, trivia games prompt you to think and find the correct answer. You do not need to be smart, but you can check how much you know.

Swing


Do you think you need to have a big porch to hang the swing? It is enough to have a sturdy tree and a good quality swing, and you will have fun as children do.

Why can you not relax as people do in southern states when sitting on a porch and enjoying a view of the street or the surroundings of your house? Do you live in the apartment? No problem. There is an extensive choice of various swings. You can hang it on the balcony or ceiling with a free corner in your living space.

British TV


Are you lazy or do not have any mood to move and exercise for un? You can spend quality time watching British TV. Roku box could help to see various shows and movies. Besides it, you can watch on YouTube without paying a dime. Of course, sometimes the quality can suffer, but it is free.

British TV is different and brings the enjoyment of discoveries. Movies and shows have meaning or just let you laugh at real-life situations depicted in these movies and plays.

Zip lines


How about being a Tarzan for a half-hour? It is a different experience when you are safe and can sense the freedom of flying on the zip line from one corner to another.

You need to pay for this fun activity, but you will have experience of experience how it feels to be freely accessible for a while. Instructors will help you with the reparation and securing of belts and harnesses.

Ziplines are generally safe. Think about how it is great to fly over the rainforest canopy.

Picnic


A picnic is a great way to be outdoors, enjoy food, and have conversations with friends or family. It is fun because you are outside tasting different food and sitting on the grass or the blanket.

Picnics are best in the summertime or when you can be comfortable outside. Changing the environment and having a meal in the park, by the river, or at any convenient and pleasant location can bring pleasant emotions and joy.

Walking barefoot


Who told you that you could walk barefoot just on the beach? Any clean place where is grass or sand is beneficial for feet. Our feet have plenty of vital points which have connections with organs. You know about acupuncture, do you? It is the same. You get it from nature for free.

Some people like walking barefoot on snow. It is not for me, and I do not see any fun here. When I can take my shoes off and stay on the grass is a pleasure and delight in the summertime. Why? It is a different experience, and the body gets the sweet sensation when leaves and stems tickle the surface of the feet.

Watching stars


Do you remember when you watched it last time, stars? Most of us are immersed in duties and the constant routine of various tasks that we do not feel in our surroundings. Most of us lost touch with nature.

The noise surrounding us, artificial light, and pollution can throw us off balance.

Star watching can be an excellent connection with something more significant than humans. You can feel the touch of the universe and nature.

The countryside is the best place for watching the stars. Maybe you will have a trip with your relatives who live outside the city, or you can drive with friends or family to the national park and spend a couple of nights at most minor and explore the surroundings.

How about watching a movie outdoors? You will manage the film at night, and later on, you can enjoy the stars.

Books


Books can be fun too. You can read the book and be immersed in a different world. You can laugh, travel, and enjoy the main character’s adventures. For example, the novel Three Men In A Boat ( To Say Nothing Of the Dog), written by English writer Jerome K. Jerome is a perfect example of written fun. You can laugh endlessly till your belly hurts.

Books let us forget the outer world and have fun without thinking about the consequences.

Hide and seek


Do you think this activity is just for children? Why adults can not hide somewhere and wait till somebody finds them? The enormous fun would be from the embarrassment and, later on, from the understanding that we still can relax and not worry about what others will think about us. Who cares?

You can play together with your family. Children would have plenty of excitement because most of them see their parents in a serious mode.

Home theater


If you have time, you can organize the play by choosing any suitable theme for you and your friends. It is a great way to relax and immerse in a different role and be in the changing world for a short time.

You make parodies from Saturday Night Live or pick roles from the movie you want to play.

Make a bet


You do not need to go all way as Mell Brooks did in the movie Life Stinks, but you can use fantasy and deal with one or a few friends and see how it goes.  Please do not take it so seriously; I guess something will go in this or another way.

You can do it in a friendly way without offending anybody. For example, you can bet that you will cook a meal that is challenging to make, something like the cake Napoleon. Along the process, you will have fun because you never know what it will be.

What is most important is not to look at everything too seriously. Just relax and enjoy the time with friends or family.

Kite


The kite will let you be a child again, physically and mentally. I guess that you can find a park or open space where you can try playing with this heavier-than-air craft. If you could make it by yourself, it would be fun too.

You will forget your problems( if you have them) when trying to lift them in the air and, later on, keep them flying around. You need to move and sometimes run, especially when the wind blows up. It is fun for you and for the spectators too.

Conclusion


Fun activities and adults are compatible. You do not need to be embarrassed when you have fun. Try to remember when you last time did something for the first time. If you know, good for you. I hope that it was a pleasant and exciting activity.

Adults need more joy and laughter in their lives. Sometimes we look severe and stiff as old trees. Why not enjoy life for at least a few hours? Later on, we may escape the wrong decisions we make in a time of despair.

You can try at least something to do for fun. Nobody will punish you. Start with small things, and later, you will see that you want more. With joy and pleasure comes freedom and balance in everything.

When you look for the right advice, always check a source. By diligently evaluating sources’ credibility, you can save time and disappointment if something goes wrong. How much is the information reliable? From where does his information come?  It this opinion come from independent sources? Is it subjective or objective advice?

What kind of source it is, depends on our actions and sometimes the future. If we do not consider our cause, we can stay in the dark, surrounded by false and harmful information.

Do friends want to protect you?


How often did you hear that something is too complicated, too expensive, that it is not for us, and so on? Friends, relatives, and parents want us just the best. Of course, if your friends are right and wish you the best. I mean these friends who do not let you alone in stressful situations. Kings had many friendly satellites at the peak of their reign. Just something changed, somebody as a mighty king took over, and all friends of the first king turned their backs on him.

Be thankful for friends


Evaluating Source Credibility

Good friends are our stable haven and comfort. But in areas where your future, goals, and business are considered, you need to choose a reliable source to seek advice. Our friends want us the best. They want to protect us from pain, failures, and disappointment. What is the most crucial thing they want to keep us in their company? Sometimes they object to our growth. They prefer for us to stay at the same level of evolution as they are. There can be plenty of reasons why they want to stop you or provide information from their point of view or their experience.

Check the reliability of the source


Check the qualification of people from whom you get recommendations. Who are these people? What have they achieved in their lives? What credentials do they have? If you have questions regarding your health, see the doctor instead of looking for advice from friends.

It is best not to talk about your dreams. Please keep it for yourself and reach for it until everything is achieved. Sometimes, if we are in doubt, we can quickly move out of the decided way at the moment of weakness. It is best to have people around who are reliable people everywhere who achieved similar goals. Achievers will understand you. People who want to do something but are afraid can try to change their opinion. It is best to keep quiet. If you fail, you will get up, shake up, and go forward.

If you look for advice, consider people who have already achieved their life results, which are your example. The best source already did the action, visible through achievements and outcomes.

It is essential to have a starting point to know what kind of your goal is.

Do you need to buy a car or a computer? Do you want to start the business online? Would you like to have the freedom to do what you want? Do you want to learn how to speak in the big auditorium?

Magazines such as Forbes and Bloomberg News have recognized sources for people interested in financial success. Magazine Nature is an interdisciplinary scientific reference for scientists and individuals who want to educate themselves. Now there are online versions of these magazines. You need to pay a subscription fee, but it is nothing to compare with the expertise and advice you get from them.

Libraries and librarians are gold mines. You ask and find references to your topics.  Most important that librarians are people who value knowledge and curiosity. They are polite and willing to help what is right if it is free.

Nowadays, there is so much fake news around. Evaluating the source’s credibility is a must. The best way to check is to use independent sources such as BBC News or NPR, which support public membership and donations without ties. Typing in Google the topic of what interests you and the word feedback will show you fishy.

Truth shows sooner or later. It does not hide too long.

Scientific magazines publish articles that are credible sources. Of course, you need to check who stands behind them and what kind of organization stands behind them. For example, medical research can be foggy because big Pharma wants to present drugs in the best light despite various side effects.

Follow the leaders


Leaders

You can subscribe to their newsletter if you have your favorite person, an example, and a role model for you. I have newsletters from Robin Sharma, Dr. Carolyn Dean, and Timothy Ferriss. These titans offer free invaluable information in their presented fields.

The famous Roman Stoic philosopher, statesman, and dramatist Seneca said books could serve as mentors and friends. We do not see people who wrote them, but wisdom is here and will be forever.

Think about an area where you would like to be successful. Following the steps of people, who are the beacons for you, you will open more doors to unknown sources.

Magazines such as Atlantic, Wired,  New Yorker, Bloomberg News, and Washington Post are sources of news, facts, and independent research. By carefully evaluating sources’ credibility, you will find better information about your topic than data from questionable places such as social media or newspapers owned by big corporations.

Update. It is a pity that the sources mentioned above are not reliable anymore. Washington Post lost over 500.000 subscribers during the last two years. Why? People were fooled, and it cost lives.

How often do we hear these words? Keep calm and move on. Try to clear your mind and procedure. Most important is to have the right reason and calm your senses as much as possible. Without it, our actions could bring unwanted consequences.

A famous video game creator  Jane McGonigal stated that playing video games is beneficial. It helps us fight depression. People acquire secret identities in video games. They can imagine that they are active and creative. It gives the brain a positive stimulus. It pushes us to think and reevaluate the situation. Games are different because they can stimulate your mind or drive you to a fantasy world where you will stay without knowing a real one.

Of course, we need a calm and clear mind when we are confused and lost. However, meditation and emotional support would be more helpful.

Keep calm and help yourself to get back on the track


Anyway, as everywhere, moderation is a good thing. Sitting too long in a room by a computer or watching TV harms our bodies, especially our eyes. It happens when they stare too long at one point. If you are mad at something, try to use breathing techniques, exercises, and meditation. The shower helps also. Sometimes we want to forget and turn to comforts such as junk food, binge drinking, or pointless arguing. Overall, who wants to deal with somebody angry or unhappy? Sometimes, a person can not take care of themself because they let emotions rule and control the whole situation. They do not know how to clear their minds, relax, and turn things in a positive direction. There are so many books where you can learn how to meditate. You can watch YouTube videos where plenty of techniques to clear your mind. Meditation teaches us how to see ourselves from the outside when we gently shift focus back from wandering thoughts to calming them. It lets your higher yourself take control of your rebellious mind.

Positive affirmations can change the way how do we think and behave. Words are like seeds. We can rip tasty fruits or have weeds in mind. We need to watch what we believe and carefully guard our thoughts. When we decide that we want to change how we live and start to take action, sooner or later, we will see results.

Physical exercises release the tension and let the blood, filled with oxygen, reach all the smallest corners of our body. When we are fit physically, we are in charge of our bodies. We have discipline. With it, we could be in control of our emotions in our situations when something unexpected happens.

Say goodbye to your ego


Do you know what the ego is? There are many books written on this topic. These busy thoughts remind the bunch of jumping monkeys that do not have anything with an objective you. It is a reason why people are disappointed with themselves. Feelings such as jealousy, anger, and sadness take over us because this ego does not let us be ourselves. The ego does not allow us to live in the present. It continually reminds us how it was good a  few years ago, twenty years ago, or how it would be great if we could get this or another thing. Unfortunately, the ego is not content when we get it. The ego wants more. It is a vicious cycle that does not have an end.

When you learn to meditate, your mind becomes empty of worthless thoughts. You can see things from the other position.

Help others


Helping Others

If we could find contentment with what we have, we would be happy and relaxed. Why?  There are no worries about the past or future. We live in the present moment and enjoy what we have. Turning to values such as serving people, helping each other, or thinking about how future generations will live after us will give more pleasure and comfort — nothing wrong with having beautiful things. Anyway,  it is better to choose quality over measure. You will feel better because there is a difference between the best things that money can buy and things that do not have actual worth. Why do people keep crystal dishes in closets and eat from second plates? Why not enjoy a simple meal from the beautiful vessel and drink filtered water from crystal glass?

Believe in yourself


Believing in yourself and taking care of things essential to you would make your life easier and more enjoyable. Of course, if something turns in a different direction, such as a relationship or a situation at work, it is better to be a  humble person. Maybe it was for the best.

I  believe when somebody tells me that life is chaos. Maybe it is true. We do our best, but sometimes, we get silence or complaints instead of a prize. Just forget it and move on. Believe in yourself. Life is good and always will be in this way.

Ways to be mentally healthy and sound are insanely simple. Mental health is a hidden topic because we see the consequences of neglect. Shootings and attacks on innocent people happen around the whole world. Do you think that sane people could harm others? Scientists say that evil people who hurt others have badly developed front lobes. They do not have emotions and empathy for living beings.

All ages had their crazy people. However, nowadays, we see more of them thanks to the fast-spreading news. Reasons for suffering from mental health problems can be various.

  • Social boundaries are when people are lonely and do not know how to contact others without harming them.
  • Abuse from childhood and the lack of positivity in their lives.
  • Overuse of drugs
  • Family history
  • Harmful habits such as smoking, excessive drinking, or consumption of processed food and soda drinks.
  •  Poor nutrition

Social connections, understanding who you are, wholesome nutrition, exercises, and education may help to stay mentally balanced, sharp, and able to help others.

Social interactions play a vital role. When people are poor but feel safe and loved, surrounded by family, friends, or community, they can face many challenges. Some of them benefit from it. You would like to ask how?

Difficulties in life prepare for more significant tasks and challenges. It is nothing new. It can be different, but you know that you dealt with one problem successfully, and the second one will be conquered too.

You heard about mental problems in young adults. Most of them are students who leave scars on others’ lives. Shootings, bullying, the creation of tension, and disruption of balance in classes do not benefit a healthy emotional environment. Who wants to go to school when they know that difficulties and troubles wait ahead?

The conversation and blogging about the harm of sugar,  processed food, and drugs are annoying, and it does not create any excitement.  When somebody tells you that this and this thing is terrible, you want to do everything oppositely, don’t you? On another side, how can it be hard for these people in the constant cycle of rage, disappointment, and misery?

All young adults who committed crimes were from different levels of human society. Unfortunately, mental health must be questionable because if you are in good shape, how can you harm others? Of course, there are cases in some countries that happen unbelievable things. However, in powerful countries such as the U.S.A., the quality of nutritional education is questionable.

You can check comments under TED talks, where people express their opinions about nutrition.  Plenty of them thinks that doctors and scientists talk nonsense. It shows how people are addicted to junk food which makes them happy for a while but, in the long run, creates problems such as mental and physical disorders.

Exercises. It does not matter how boring it sounds; practices change the quality of mental health. Individuals who exercise are stronger physically. The body is healthier because muscles, tissues, and organs receive more oxygen and nutrients from the blood. When we move, blood vessels cater to nutrients faster and further to all places in the body.

Nutrition. Vitamins, enzymes, minerals, proteins, and fats keep bodies in good shape. We do not get enough nutrients from food. It does not matter if you consume organic food or eat plenty of vegetables; you lack some vital nutrients. For example, you can get plenty of vitamin D, but you can contact many problems if you require magnesium. Why? Because magnesium interacts with vitamin D. Without sufficient magnesium, vitamins A and K, you will not get balanced vitamin D.

My personal experience. I had some impact injuries, which started to bother me. Horses are great, but sometimes you get something as a reminder from them. Choose Be Positive

Our attitude toward what is going on in our lives makes our days pleasant or miserable. Choosing to be positive in life helps us make friends, make peace with ourselves, and inspire others. Maybe it is not easy to believe, but it is true. Why? Try to do one experiment. Think about two things at once. For example, a vacation in your yard or a vacation break in Hawaii. How does it go? I guess you can think for once about just about one thing.

Positive thinking versus negative


A few years the favorite book was, and later a movie, Secret. There were mentioned truths about the influence of thoughts on our bodies, minds, and overall life. Previously, Esther and Jerry’s book The Law of  Attraction taught us the importance of our thoughts. If we think right, compassionate ideas, we get the same back. Negativity and resentment as the echo return to us, do we want it or not? Nobody is going to ask us because it is the universal law.

Robin Sharma, a famous speaker, and writer, said that to gain a new habit or erase an old one; people need to work on it for 66 days. Scientists from Harvard found out how long it takes to reprogram ourselves.

Are you willing to try? I tried, and I did not use Facebook for 70 days. Nothing happened. I found more time to read and meet friends in the real world.

Importance of positivity


Modern medicine recognizes the importance of positivity in our lives. So many diseases happen thanks to stress, worries, the feeling of greed, or jealousy. Somebody complains about the stomach, somebody about blood pressure, higher than usual after the confrontation with something or somebody. It is a good thing to reconsider all situations in our lives. Think about how it is essential to after one month, one year, or a few years. Does worth fussing about it or letting it go?  Significantly if we can not change this or another situation, we do not need to worry. What we can change is we can change our attitude; how do we react to the surrounding world?

Our thoughts make a difference in our lives. They affect how our minds and bodies function. If we do not breathe well because we are upset,  stale air in our lungs does not help oxygen go to blood and organs.

Of course, we need to have a clear mind and not hope that positive thoughts will solve everything. However, it will prepare the soil in the subconscious mind where everything happens.

Miracle man


How many people heard about Miracle Man, Morris E. Goodman? His miraculous healing after an accident and return to real life, thanks to his belief in the power of positive thoughts, made me speechless. He became a motivational speaker after he recovered from breaking his spine.

You can see and hear more fascinating stories which serve as examples for humanity where a positive attitude won against negativity and laziness.

Sometimes we complain that we do not have enough shoes when we meet people who don’t have legs. They are happy living. According to Earl Nightingale, it takes physically limited people to show us who do not lack anything that is the meaning of real life.

It is believed that if we change our character, we can improve our ability to attract diseases. Regarding  Ayurveda, ancient medicine in India, it is believed that jealousy attracts oncological diseases, weakens the immune system, and revenge leads to throat illness and disturbance of sleep. If somebody is prone to worry too much, it can attract stomach, skin, and heart unhealthy changes.

It is best to think about things that make you happy.  Oprah said that she is thankful for the opportunity to tie shoes by herself every day.

Overall, when we are angry, we cannot concentrate and see what is around us without patience. Every tiny detail can throw us from the balance. When we do not control emotions and thoughts, they control us.

Control your thoughts


To continually follow our thoughts, what we are thinking is way, leading to a more balanced approach. Try to catch yourself in the middle of internal dialogue, such as why it happened to me or why I do not have this or this. Remember, here is peaking just your ego, not your soul.

Overall if ego disappeared, the world would be peaceful. The ego is from primitive times when we needed to fight for survival. Unfortunately, many of us do not know it. We believe that we have to be right at any price. Sometimes, it can lead to a fatal ending when somebody fumes and cannot forgive and keeps the anger inside. Some people think that if they forgive ignore or show politeness, it would be a weakness. Thankfully it is not the point. We learn through experience. When somebody says that we need to do something else, we cannot agree, thinking we will show a lack of power and importance.

Follow your heart


Try to listen to your heart. She knows what is best for you. At first,  it can be silent.  Later you will feel when something is wrong. Trying techniques such as meditation or contemplation can lead to pleasant discoveries, such as that we do not need so many things in our lives. Otherwise, it can be that we can be content with that what we have now. It will lead us to better lives because our worries will disappear thanks to positive thinking. Positive thinking will lead us to better lives because our fears will disappear.

Update. Today an NPR  doctor said that musicians who play classical music could suffer from tinnitus more often compared with rock enroll players. He explained that not all classical music is perfect. When musicians play in an orchestra, not what they do like but what they need, they will see consequences as a higher level of impaired hearing.

You would think that bands could be harmed more. Nope, it is the opposite because they like what they do.

Can Miracles Happen Today?

Can miracles happen today? Of course, they can and happen every minute. We do not see them and do not hear about it, unless something urgent happens to us. We feel a need to ask for intervention and help. Plenty of us lacks the concentration for small details. Daily routine keeps most of us on the one track without having time to stop and smell the roses.

You can see how the gray day becomes a sunny one from the video above. I believe in miracles, but this was documented. There are too many coincidences that I would count it just a beautiful experience.
Wikipedia has a beautiful description of the miracle:

A true miracle would, by definition, be a non-natural phenomenon, leading many rational and scientific thinkers to dismiss them as physically impossible (that is, requiring violation of established laws of physics within their domain of validity) or impossible to confirm by their nature (because all possible physical mechanisms can never be ruled out).

This change in weather was natural. However, the gray day could be the same and without changes. It seems that somebody sensed my wish to see the blue sky and sun and make this event happen right away.

I did not think about miracles at this time. I wanted to take pictures to remember this journey.

You see that just seven minutes have gone by, and the color of the surroundings is different. More sun, few clouds. Nothing similar to it as it was before. It was a  half-hour ago.

Between these pictures are more stopped moments where you can see how this transformation happened. I could compare this event with the opening of the flower bud. However, it takes a longer time and more patience to register the movements of petals. Here Nature was gracious to show many sides of the weather. The end was unbelievable, like in the fairytale.

Miracles happen, but not everybody has a chance to experience them or has the time to think about what happened. Overall, I do not want to analyze how and why it happened. I know that the world is more god than without mess or harm.

Shit happens, as one guy from Forrest Gump told us. So what? We need to move on. If something terrible happens, it is the best way to help somebody who needs more attention. In this way, it is easy to forget or escape the lousy mood from the awful, horrible experience.

Helping to help others, you change the gruesome energy into the positive one because the help never will be wasted. You shift heavy loads from your shoulders for somebody invisible who scatters them and blows away from you.

Cherishing moments


These moments like this mentioned above, when darkness was changed with the sun’s light,c can remind you of the times of sorrow or just weakness and that not everything is lost.

Lousy time will pass, sooner or later, and we will have sunshine again. For me, these miracles are like beacons that lift and push forward. They do not let linger ages over mistakes, foolishness, or loss of the right friend.

Not everybody of us has clairvoyance gifts. We cannot see that will happen. Plenty of us does not have mentors or friends who can support us in our needs.

However, we cannot stay in one place. We need to move forward. If you cannot change the place where you live, but you want to do it, you can at least change your thinking. It will let you escape from frames where you often put yourself.

What do I mean?  Plenty of us makes restrictions in our heads, talking nonsense like I am too old, I am also young, I am too fat, and so on.

Can Miracles Happen Today

Remembering that most of us think about ourselves and others are in the last place.  People are not rude. They are selfish, and many of us have an ego that does not let us relax. It reminds us that we need to be afraid or that we are not safe.

I think that this miraculous event happened to me when I was completely relaxed. I was not mad when I saw the dark ocean.  I just let go and enjoyed every moment of it.

Thankfully, the gift was here. I do not know how it happened, but it documented image after image during more than eighty-minute periods. It is a reality that I cannot forget or erase.

Do you have an experience like this? I guess that you do. Maybe you forgot, or you think you are not worthy of enjoying miracles of Nature or divine agency. If you believe in this way, you are entirely wrong.

There is plenty of space under the sun for everybody. If you do not have friends or family, Nature always will be your best friend. Of course, if you will pollute or do harm, sooner or later, people, not just you, will experience a nice kick in the but.

I read this article where an author was astonished by the stubbornness of people who live by beaches. They do not want to move. They know that flooding is real and natural, and houses will go underwater sooner or later. These individuals try to escape the harsh reality. Will they succeed? Maybe.

Back to the miracles. I think that our Earth and Universe are miracles. You and your dog or cat are miracles. Little sparrow is a miracle. You can find a bright side in everything if you look closer.

What Is The Personal Responsibility?

What is personal responsibility? It is a constant check-up in all areas of life on how we behave and act and what consequences our actions bring to the world. The world means our friends, family, and everything that surrounds us.

One fascinating short story written by Ray Bradbury, A Sound Of Thunder, shows how a small event can change history. 

This story is fiction. However, Ray Bradbury was close to the truth in many of his short stories. He touches our minds magically and inspires us to think and dream wider.

Okay, back to real life. When we search for services, items, or products, we look and hope for the best. The quality assures us that we will get the best thing when we look for it. However, my favorite car, Honda, suffered from dishonest part provider Takata. Honda cars are great and efficient, but this detail, as defective airbags from the manufacturer Takata turned lives upside down for people who trusted the brand.

Takata installed more than 1 million airbags into Honda and Acura cars. They caused eleven fatalities in the USA.

How did it happen? Takata went using a cheap way. The manufacturer used the same material that caused the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing. It was ammonium nitrate. Usually, chemical tetrazole used by other manufacturers is safe. The ammonium nitrate works oppositely. It can become unstable, especially when it is exposed to moisture.

The cheap manufacturing way costs lives. Besides it, Takata knew about an explosion in 2004, but they assured Honda that it was an anomaly. Takata started testing airbags and found out that two of them picked from junkyards malfunctioned. Despite this fact, the manufacturer told technicians to wipe all data from computers.

This failure cost one billion dollars to airbag manufacturer Takata.

This gruesome example shows how we need to be careful and use a conventional sense. Unfortunately, in this case, when Honda sent letters about recalls and the ability to fix the problem, customers were slow to react to the news.

What is the point?


Most of us are not conscious enough to differentiate truth from falsehood. Most of us follow instincts that are right in the wilderness but here, living in the 21 Century, we could expand awareness.

You would ask, who cares? I care, but you do not know me. However, your family or friends would worry about you if you react instinctively without thinking.

Plenty of us listens to neighbors or friends. It is nice to chat. However, when we choose our goals or at least the kind of computer to buy, it is better to select professionals. Besides, choosing from a few options would get a better outcome.

There are plenty of individuals who look for positive examples or authoritative persons. Unfortunately, they could be hidden under masks. Camouflage works when we want to protect ourselves from enemies in nature. Here, we can be fooled by false images, statements, and plays in the real world.

In this Honda example, I want to point out that everybody can make mistakes. However, how you behave facing difficulties shows your real character. Honda recognized errors and acknowledged them. Takata wanted to avoid personal responsibility.

Honda recognized that their partner Takata had done the wrong thing. Unfortunately, the airbag manufacturer dived into the bushes. Was he scared?  I have in mind the head of the company. Who knows? It is a horrible situation, but what you can do? You need to fix the problem, pay for mistakes, and move on.

The chain of consequences moves further, harming many people. You can see this pattern in many areas of life.

Health and quality of life is a priority for me. I suppose it must be for everyone. However, plenty of us slow down and lose the spark and energy to change circumstances.

Why does it happen?


I heard from my friend one sentence which confused me. She told us that we would leave everything the same way as we found it. She talked about the time when we ascended to heaven. I want to go there, but you never know how everything will turn out, do you?

In her words, we do not even need to try to change something. I did not want to go into endless discussions, but I found out that she was not alone in this type of opinion. Plenty of people think, who cares, so what?

What Is The Personal Responsibility

It is good to think in a way that you know behaves or performs reasonably for you. You do not care what others think. You know what? It is not harmful, and it can work for you or others.

Steven Jobs once said that people do not know what they want. He needs to tell and show them what is right. His strategy worked. Now we have fascinating devices.

First, when I read about it, I thought about how he is rude and disrespectful. Now I see that sometimes we need the push or potent reminder about our limited understanding. It does not mean that we are stupid.

It means that we do not think, and we do not use the brain properly. Earl Nightingale, the famous broadcaster and writer, said that most people are like caterpillars going rounds without questioning and understanding what is going on.

Explanation


Clumsiness the lack of responsibility lead us to the straight path to misery, problems, and regrets.

You know that the lack of will and power will equip you with additional pounds and harmful habits. You will be restricted to exciting and more active friends. You will get a job where the money is scarce. Okay, I may paint a gloomy picture, but leaving important decisions to others and not thinking for ourselves creates the path to nothing.

What does it mean?


It means that we have the right to be unhappy or mad at somebody. However, it does not change anything. Of course, there are plenty of nuts who complain about how the world is unfair to them, that nobody loves them, etc. Later on, they go on the rampage destroying innocent people’s lives.

Accepting personal responsibility for actions is a sign of strong character. Not everybody has it. Maybe it is why people choose to complain about doing something to change what they do not like.

How do you deal with problems? Are you afraid and hiding under bushes? There is nothing wrong with being scared that you need to face reality later. The world will not change according to you. You can bend yourself and find positive ways in everything, even in the wrong things.
