Simulation of Events and Situations

January 29, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Simulation of events and situations helps understand how processes, things, or operations would look in the real world. The simulation is an imitation of the case which could happen in reality. Flight simulations and drive simulations are similar to ours.

Simulation of Events and Situations

Be prepared and aware of the outcome

How about simulations for situations that are important to us? If we had simulations for events such as weather changes or relationship situations, maybe we could prepare better for the outcome.

Plenty of us could be disappointed if misconceptions, fear, shortness, and lack of information blinded us. We think what something will be in this particular way or this way. Unfortunately, it does not work in this way.

If we had simulations for events such as weather changes or relationship situations, maybe we could prepare better for the outcome.

Do you know what the intuition is?

Intuition could help us to find the right way. However, people lost connections with themselves. They follow advice and directions from fake sources or make us think in a particular way. Of course, it happened to people thousands of years ago. People got messages that were just messages. Nobody could tell if these statements were correct. In ancient Egypt, spiritual leaders used various techniques to deliver the message. These techniques helped me believe in anything as meant to think.

Prediction of future

When we model events using various parameters and assumptions and believe in anything another way, we can be informed about different possibilities.

Overall, we must evaluate simulation models carefully, without emotions. We can be prepared for unexpected events, processes, and situations when we see what could happen if all simulation particles fit together.

Details are important

There are always exceptions and situations when we do not add to the simulation model some features. Why could it happen in this way? The algorithm can count how the simulated event would occur, but we need to put in the algorithm all the details. If we miss something, the outcome will be different.

Simulation can help prepare emotionally and physically for various situations and events. We can find ways to behave in this or this particular situation.

Of course, it can always be unexpected. We can not be 100% sure that simulation models will show us all the possible results. Simulation of events and situations helps to choose the best way to deal with upcoming circumstances.

Spirulina in the Modern World

Spirulina in The Modern World

Spirulina was known as a food supplement a long time ago. Spirulina does make history in the modern world slowly. How many people know about the benefits of Spirulina? Contemporary society offers us many opportunities. These opportunities can lead us to a disastrous life, or they can lead to wellness and prosperity.

We make choices

What do I mean? We have plenty of choices. We can choose what to eat, what to wear, what to unfriend or befriend on social media, etc. I wonder why some people are obese or out of balance with their bodies and minds.

Nobody wants to be overweight or restricted in one place because the ability to move is limited. When people are born healthy, they are supposed to always be in the way until death. Why do we have plenty of unhappy people in the modern world?

Health and choice

One of the pillars that give us balance and fulfillment is health. Nobody would tell us that health does not play great importance in our lives.

People know what is right for them. Do they do something if life throws something unexpected, such as illness or losing something or somebody important to them?

Some people resist accepting the fact that nothing could change. They look for ways to improve the situation.

Spirulina can provide all our bodies with vital nutrients as a nutraceutical food supplement. Spirulina is a cheap and affordable food supplement.

Why do I talk about Spirulina?

We know how many people are addicted to fast food, which could be tasty but does not have enough vitamins, minerals, or proteins. Some people do not have enough food, such as in undeveloped African countries.

Spirulina can be a savior in various cases. It is easy to grow Spirulina and prepare it. Spirulina gives us all vital nutrients that let the body flourish.

The modern world can confuse people with endless opportunities. When we try to perform our duties best, when we do not have plenty of time to take care of ourselves, Spirulina could help people stay in shape as the source of vital nutrients.

Time is the same: 24 hours

We have 24 hours per day. Our ancestors had the same amount of time. When I compare generations who lived through wars, WWI, and WWII, they are healthier than people who live now.

Stress, pollution,  and essential lifestyle styles keep us from real happiness and feel we live authentic lives.

Spirulina could help us provide nutrients that protect the body and provide for its energy, building material, and protection.

Depressed? Take Magnesium

January 25, 2017 By Nemira 7 Comments

Depression bothers many people in the world. Depressed? Take magnesium. How about drugs? Drugs help people to live meaningful lives. Unfortunately, drugs have side effects. People look for escape through smoking, alcohol overconsumption, and overeating. Magnesium is a simple solution to overcome depression.

What is the body’s metabolism?

The body functions in the right way when it gets all vital nutrients. Vitamins, enzymes, minerals, and amino acids participate in various reactions. The body’s metabolism is an activity when food is converted to energy thanks to the biochemical process. Here, minerals come into the picture. When deficient in one or more minerals, the body can not function well. Various symptoms occur depending on what kind of mineral is lacking in the body. There are some of  the conditions which occur when magnesium is deficient:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Diabetes
  • Fatigue
  • Hypoglycemia
  • Migraine
  • Osteoporosis

What is magnesium?

Magnesium is a mineral found in nature. Magnesium participates in biochemical reactions. Magnesium takes part in more than 700 enzyme systems. There are over 68 categories and symptoms where magnesium is deficient.

Depressed? Take magnesium

Serotonin, a neurotransmitter, is a brain chemical. Serotonin makes us feel good when it is released into the brain. Serotonin is found in the gastrointestinal tract, too.  Magnesium participates in serotonin production. When magnesium is deficient, we are depressed.

Since World War II, the depression has doubled. Some psychiatric drugs used by people are enormous.

Magnesium participates in serotonin production. When magnesium is deficient, we are depressed.

The Magnesium Miracle

Dr. Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D. wrote the book The Magnesium Miracle. In this comprehensive book, Dr.Carolyn Dean explains why magnesium is of vital importance. Magnesium participates in the regulation of more than 325 enzymes in the body. Magnesium controls the entry and release of calcium into the cell. Magnesium is involved in brain activity in muscle and nerve functions.

Depressed? Take Magnesium

Cell metabolism requires magnesium. DNA, RNA synthesis, cell growth, and reproduction depend on magnesium.

Magnesium for depression

Clinical trials show that magnesium deficiency can trigger anxiety and depression. People can have symptoms such as apathy, confusion, nervousness, dizziness, impaired breathing, rapid pulse, chest pain, palpitations, etc.

According to Carolyn Dean M.D, N.D, the Archives of General Psychiatry, a study pointed out that depression doubled in women from 1970 to 1992. The usage of psychiatric drugs has become high.

Anxiety and depression are often nutrient-deficiency diseases and chemical sensitivities, certainly not drug-deficiency diseases.

Carolyn Dean, M.D., N .D.  gives treatment for anxiety and depression in her book The Magnesium Miracle:

Diet

Avoid food additives, artificial sweeteners, sugar, and wheat. Eat a whole-foods diet-organic, if possible and avoid processed and junk food. Also read The Yeast Connection and Women’s Health (Crook and Dean,2005) and IBS for Dummies (Dean and Wheeler, 2005) since both yeast and IBS are associated with anxiety and depression. Understanding and treating these conditions under the supervision of a knowledgeable practitioner can enhance the use of following supplements.

Supplements

Magnesium citrate: 300 mg twice a day

Calcium citrate: 500 mg daily

B complex: 50-100 mg per day ( derived in whole or in part from natural food sources)

5-hydroxytryptamine [5-HTP]: 50-100 mg half an hour before meals, three times a day (this is an amino acid that crosses the blood-brain barrier and is naturally converted into serotonin; it has the same action as Prozac but no side effects)

St.John’s wort: 300 mg standardized extract three times a day

Sleep Aids

Melatonin: 2-3mg one hour before bedtime

5-hydroxytryptamine [5-HTP]:50-200 mg half an hour before bedtime, on an empty stomach

Hops, valerian, and skullcap herbal combinations: one or two 500 mg capsules before bedtime

Stress Release

Exercise is excellent for treating both anxiety and depression ( try yoga, walking, biking, Pilates, T-Tapp, and swimming), as are prayer, meditation, long baths, journal writing, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT).

Conclusion

Magnesium is a vital mineral for us. Without magnesium,  our bodies can not perform simple tasks such as breathing, moving, or relaxing. The importance of magnesium is enormous and vital. The complexity of magnesium interactions in the body paints a vivid picture. This mineral is the helper that gives us the quality of life and a fully functioning body. It means that if you are depressed, take magnesium.

Magnesium for Music Lovers

January 22, 2017 By Nemira 14 Comments

Magnesium for music lovers would help them enjoy entertainment longer. Musicians are exposed to vibrations and loud sounds when they play in bands or alone. It does not matter what kind of music it is. It can be hip-hop, classical, or rock.

What does magnesium have in common with loud music?

According to Carolyn Dean, the author of the book The Magnesium Miracle, magnesium plays an essential role in protecting musicians from the side effects of magnesium deficiency.

She points out that loud music can increase the urinary secretion of magnesium. It happens not just once, but it lasts a  few days after exposure.

Magnesium for the Music Lovers

I thought that just craft beer could affect our kidneys. Unfortunately, loud music brings not just a pleasure.

Musicians and the importance of magnesium

Musicians must take magnesium supplements. If they do not accept them, symptoms of magnesium deficiency will occur. Not so much fun, yes?

Musicians are famous people who have habits that do not do well with a healthy lifestyle: smoking, drinking, the drug usage prompt the disappearance of magnesium.

Magnesium is the best option to escape conditions such as insomnia, depression, or restlessness. Magnesium does help fear and anxiety disappear.

Magnesium for music lovers

Dr. Carolyn Dean mentions that musicians experience anxiety and fear before the performance. It is strange because if you like what you do, why be afraid? Anyway, she knows better about this issue.  Doctor Carolyn Dean researched many scientific books and articles about the importance of magnesium.

The usage of Inderal

Inderal is a drug, a beta-blocker. Inderal suppresses the fear.

When you fear something, as in this case, musicians are afraid of performance, and adrenal glands release adrenaline. The adrenaline lets us run as fast as we want. It is at times when ancestors run from dinosaurs.

Muscles are ready to run or to fight. Unfortunately, musicians are supposed to be calm and concentrate on what they do. Inderal decreases fear but causes constriction of bronchial tubes. It is dangerous for people who have asthma.

Small doses of Inderal do not harm, but higher amounts can affect those addicted to beta-blockers.

Magnesium for music lovers

According to Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D.  Inderal has plenty of side effects. Unfortunately, musicians do not think about it. They concentrated on performance. The outcome cannot be so pleasant if players use this drug in more significant doses and for a prolonged time.

Side effects  of Inderal are

  • Decreased sexual function
  • Fatigue
  • Insomnia
  • Weakness
  • Drowsiness

More seldom side effects of Inderal are

  • Anxiety
  • Chronic heart failure
  • Constipation
  • Depression
  • Nausea
  • Nervousness
  • Vomiting
  • the sense of cold

Carolyn Dean’s book The Magnesium Miracle can find more side effects.

Magnesium is the best option to escape these conditions. Magnesium does help fear and anxiety disappear. Finally, the body gets what it needs. The price would be too high if musicians would take Inderal instead of magnesium.

My recommendation #1

ReMag is magnesium created by Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D. This mineral is so tiny that it can go straight to the cell, avoiding the intestine. Some of the other magnesium supplements have a laxative effect.

I guess that musicians do not want to run often to the bathroom during the performance if they take a different type of magnesium supplement. Besides ReMag, magnesium citrate works helpfully. Magnesium citrate is safe because it does not have a harsh laxative effect.

Dr.Carolyn Dean thinks that stopping Inderal suddenly is dangerous. It is better to check with the doctor and decide how to wean it off and increase doses of magnesium.

Magnesium is a vital nutrient. Magnesium is quickly absorbed and does not have side effects. The benefits of magnesium are enormous. Magnesium for music lovers gives relaxation and calmness.

How about you? Did you take magnesium?

Update. The famous musician Eric Clapton let his fans know about his problems with hearing and how it affects his performance. You can read about it here.

Being Brave with Magnesium

January 18, 2017 By Nemira 4 Comments

being Brave with Magnesium

Being brave with magnesium, we could help ourselves and others. Why? When people have stressful situations, they react and think in poor ways. Magnesium relaxes and calms the body. Previously, a few decades ago, people used to slow down — dinners at home and communication with friends and family on weekends. Communities have been stronger. People knew each other. Nowadays, stress is everywhere. The traffic on the streets, the lack of honest communication and physical touch, little economic satisfaction, and low self-esteem, crowded cities, lack of proper values create an uncomfortable environment.

Do we need stress?

We do not have a touch with nature. We do not have time to relax, play, and contemplate the importance of life. Most of us think about things, not about people. All these disturbances lead to the creation of stress.

When a stressful situation occurs, adrenaline is released by the adrenal glands. Our body is ready to fight or run, depending on the conditions.

Being brave with magnesium gives the opportunity to relax

The digestion slows down, the heart beats faster, and the liver releases energy for the heart, lungs, and muscles. All these actions and responses to stress require magnesium.

Unfortunately, there are no dinosaurs or aliens; they are boss in a bad mood, crazy drivers, or bad news on the radio or TV. The more we have stressful situations, the more magnesium is released from the body store.

The more we have stressful situations, the more magnesium is released from the body store. A deficiency of magnesium leads to an overflow of calcium, heart problems, or panic attacks.

Panic attacks

When the body loses magnesium during stressful situations, panic attacks occur. Stress is around, and It seems like a vicious circle. Adrenal glands release adrenaline. Magnesium depletion occurs. Without the proper amount of magnesium in the body, we suffer more.

We can become irritable, nervous, and sensitive. We can even experience the breakdown.

The role of calcium

During stressful situations, calcium helps release adrenaline from the adrenal glands. Unfortunately, when there is too much calcium, the flood of adrenaline increases.

We need magnesium, which acts as a buffer and regulates the amount of calcium. Magnesium regulates the amount of calcium in nerve cells.

Being brave with magnesium

We think that we are okay, but when we become older, the consequences of constant stress can wear us. We can not escape stressful situations, especially if we live in the major cities.

However, we can change lifestyle patterns such as incorporating meditation, contemplation, exercise, and magnesium supplements.

Prevention is critical if we want to live lives without problems. We must think about our lives and the people in our circle. We can change everything. You do not need to live in the palace or have millions. Individuals who search for information can find answers to everything.

In this case, if we can not escape from stress, we can use magnesium. Magnesium will help our bodies deal with situations filling up depleting stores after something unexpected happens. Being brave with magnesium allows one to control the situation and feel well.
