There are Paleo dieters, vegans, vegetarians, Atkinson diet, or Mediterian diet followers.  Do you think that they are happy with the outcome? I doubt because the food does not provide enough minerals for the body to function well.

The soil depleted in most areas of North America. Nobodys mineralizes the land. Maybe there are some exceptions, but the primary food to our tables comes from giant fields.
