10 Motives to Stay Healthy

September 18, 2015 By Nemira 2 Comments

10 motives to stay healthy

Motivation is the main reason to reach goals. The most important goal is to stay healthy. Why? Being sick, nobody can enjoy life thoroughly.  Wealth does not matter. It doesn’t matter if we are poor or wealthy.

Why do we need to eliminate bad habits without proper purpose and understanding of reasons? We would stay in the same place or would travel down the hill.

No for bad habits

When we fill out job applications, we are asked about bad habits such as smoking, drugs, or drinking. Being dependent on drugs or alcohol can interfere with our ability to perform duties. It means that we need to rid of them. By being free of bad habits, we will stay healthy.

Yes for longevity

Being able to live long, full of adventures, great memories,  and feelings, that we gave everything best to humanity and yourself, is a gift. To reach it, we must take care of ourselves. I think it is great when you can share your experience with others, enjoy your family and friends, and help the less fortunate and seniors. Knowing that bad habits do not contribute to staying in shape, we can eliminate them or ask for professional help.

First, do think, later act

How often do we do something and regret it later?  The consumption of alcohol blocks our minds. We feel uplifted, but the consequences could last long terms. Children had children, illnesses, which are after relationships with strangers, accidents are no fun then we see what do, what is sad that we can not change it.

Stay fit and appealing

When we forget to take of ourselves, our bodies can rebel against us. Without proper nutrition, exercise, and being slaves of bad habits, we can transform into shapeless humans. Who does want to be in this way? Better is to get a grip, smile at yourself, and move in the right direction: start to love yourself.

Consequences of bad habits

Everybody knows how is difficult to rid of nasty habits. They pull us back to the place where everything seems so easy. Unfortunately, awakening is horrible. The more we consume drugs or alcohol, the more we weaken our bodies and minds.

Showing good examples for children

Being role models for our children, we could be in control of our habits too. Who wants to show destructive patterns for future generations or be remembered as the loser? Doing our best, we set perfect examples of how to deal with various situations, especially if we get up from misery and return to life. This inspiration can leave prints in our children’s memory.

Spend money on education and experiences

We can enrich or destroy our lives by choosing where to spend our money. Fancy drinks, cigars, and drugs make us feel better for a while, but it harms our health. If we spend money on books and travel with family, we keep our lives in balance and build the foundation for ourselves and our children.

Living fulfilling life

We will be happy and content when we respect and love each other as a family. Working on issues, solving problems together, trusting, and caring for each other allows us to stay in the best shape possible.

Great food for the body

Without proper nutrition, we can not act, think and work in the best way. We care for our bodies properly by getting all minerals, vitamins, and enzymes from organic food. If we eat well, we can be in shape all way long.

Our choice for a better life

We are responsible for our lives. Nobody will take care of us as well as ourselves. Deep inside, we know what we need. We can act by deciding on our best health and well-being goals. Our choices on how to live long, fulfilling, and prosperous lives will become a reality if we take the wheel into our hands.

Be Younger and Clever

July 29, 2015 By Nemira 4 Comments

Being younger and clever is a dream for most of us.  Could we stop time and be physically and mentally fit at our peak performance? Doctor Henry S. Lodge explains that we are capable of doing it. He rejects plastic surgery because it is cheating.

Interrupt constant aging

Does it sound like a fantasy? Yes and no. We all be old, sooner or later. But it is critical to what kind of well-being we will reach the golden age.

Doctor Henry S. Lodge states that people are created to move. Information for survival is in our genes. Because if we are not strong enough to jump from one point to another, we would be a tasty breakfast for a dinosaur Rex or lion.

It does not matter that we live in another era. Information for survival is in our genes, coded in our DNA.

When we exercise, our cells signal that they need to grow instead of fade. Cells grow everywhere in our bodies. It is known that renewal time is different for various cells. For example, blood cells live just ten days; muscle cells live around three months.

Our bodies are made of trillions of cells, which live and die after a few weeks or months. They were replaced with brand-new cells. It means that some parts of our bodies are entirely new every period. It is fascinating.

What does it signal to you?

In our bodies,  cells are replaced by 1% every day. It looks like we are getting a new body every three months. Listening to Doctor Henry S. Lodge, those exercises enormously influence our cells; it is our decision what to choose. Choose between precious aging and aging accompanied by obesity, pain,  and low self-worth.

We will choose how these new cells will behave. If we exercise, they will be active. If we spend countless hours watching TV or playing video games without moving, aging will take over.

Our cells listen to us. They react to signals which we send to them. If we exercise, they will be secure; if not, they will decay.

Be younger and clever.

You know this information now. What kind of choices will you make? At these busy times, I know the gap for exercising is uncomfortable. Anyway, choosing stairs instead of the elevator, walking to your work or after work, going to sleep earlier, and getting up more prior will allow you to at least move more compared with spending hours sitting or sleeping too much.

You need to make up your mind. Of course, it is another deal if your job is not in the office. You are okay if you move a lot during your career, performing tasks.

Are our bodies smart?

Yes, they are. You would ask how your cells know when to decay and when to grow healthy. Information hidden in our DNA about survival was and is all-time in our bodies. It does not matter if we live now in a comfortable environment. To survive, our ancestors moved when they hunted for food, escaped from predators, and fought with intruders. The movement was and is a signal to our cells to grow.

When you exercise, muscles release select chemicals which tell your cells to grow. In another way, sedentary muscles give the signal to cells to decay. Which version is better for us? I would choose the first way: move as much as possible.

Men, who exercise, cut their risk of dying of heart attack by 75% over five years; women have a higher percentage of 80%  when they start to use their bodies.

It looks like a miracle but is not a marvel because it is in our biology.

Cross-check your emotions

According to Dr.Henry S. Lodge, emotion is the critical signal to our cells. It can be more important to compare it with exercise. Negative emotions such as anger, sadness, and loneliness are starvation and constant danger signals. These feelings make our cells weaker and prompt them to decay.

Other emotions, such as optimism, love, joy, and hope, trigger our cells to grow and renew as the time comes. People who have families and friends are more likely to survive a few times after a heart attack than people who live alone without social support.

Emotions play a significant role in our lives. We must be more open, cultivate humility and forgiveness, volunteer, and help each other.

As Dr. Henry S. Lodge said: “Deep in our cells, down at the level of molecular genetics, we are wired to exercise and care.”Be younger and clever, using your body abilities.

An update

The dear doctor is no longer on this Earth. He lived long live till 86. However, his ideas and knowledge resonate with the famous Dr.Bruce Lipton, whose lectures and books attract millions of grateful readers and viewers.

Here is an excerpt from a YouTube video that tells the opposite of mainstream media:

If You Got a Lemon

June 26, 2015 By Nemira 2 Comments

You know this old saying that it is best to make lemonade if you got a lemon? How often do we think over and over when something happens unexpectedly? Sometimes we freeze or blame circumstances, which are only circumstances, nothing more. Most importantly, our attitude to the situation which happened to us. Reaction and action to what occurred to us differ between losers and achievers.

Sitting and complaining about bad things never helps anybody. It is just a waste of time and energy. Maybe we need to wait until our emotions slow down, but after it, we need to think about how to escape this situation.

Life delivers challenges

Sometimes experience provides difficulties for us as somebody would look at how we will behave from somewhere. It is like school. You never know which ticket will be on the exam. In the famous book Greatest Discovery, Earl Nightingale wrote about one man who bought a farm where have been just sand and poisonous snakes. At first,  he did not know what to do with it because no plants would survive on this open land. Anyway, Earl Nightingale decided, which made him famous and wealthy. He established a farm for snakes, sold their skin and meat, and had tourists from far away visit his place.

No time give up

No time to give up

This farmer was squeezing lemons and making lemonade. If you got a lemon, you make the best of it. People who do not give up and see solutions in the worst situations are not extraordinary or superhuman beings. They just decided not to give up and were curious about how to change the case for their excellence.

The human brain has the most significant potential. Regarding Earl Nightingale, the mind is one thing that differentiates us from pigs. Still, computers cannot be at the same level as the human brain. Yes, they can calculate and make operations faster, but thinking creatively is a personal priority.

Ways Educate Yourself

June 11, 2015 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Education is the action or process of educating or of being educated. Also: a stage of such a method is the act of teaching. This description is from the Merriam-Webster dictionary. Ways to educate yourself are various. How do you describe this term? Overall, what do you think about the importance of education?

After finishing school and college, many are happy with their jobs, families, and lifestyle. We believe that we reach everything that guarantees the safety and shelter of our children and retirement plans. It is a complete untruth. Everything can change in a few seconds. Companies can go bankrupt; accidents happen, health questionable, etc. I do not want to scare you, but I  want to awaken you so that you can see a more extended, broader perspective on your life. When educated, we have more options and possibilities to choose the best for us.

Effect on human beings

What kind of impact do we leave on them? Thinking everything will be as planned is like putting your head in the sand and pretending nobody sees you. We create the path and example for ourselves and future generations with our behavior and attitude toward everything that happens. Ways to educate yourself are countless.

Let’s think about the scenario if something changes in our lives. It can be a housewife college student who does not like his profession. It can be the people after retirement, brokers, or attorneys who hate their jobs. It can be anybody. It was me, by the way, too, in the same company.

If we know only one subject, our chances of survival and prosperity are slim. Of course, it is different if we are experts in our area. We do not have so-called competition.  The game is not good because creating jobs and accomplishing ideas takes energy.  When we think about how to be the best in our desired area, we improve ourselves by educating, creating, exploring, and innovating. We like what we do.

Ways educate yourself

To reach this status, we need to educate ourselves — there are many ways to get the knowledge required for our development. We can go to online courses, read books regarding topics, and reach for mentors or people who concluded significant results in these areas. Books and references are excellent sources of knowledge. There are thoughts and discoveries of the most prominent word thinkers. Of course, we need to choose books in the areas where we want to improve ourselves. Why? Because we do not have time to read all the books written. Focusing on that is essential for us; it lets us be professionals in our fields and stand out.

Why Talk About Nutrition?

May 16, 2015 By Nemira 4 Comments

I guess nobody wonders why we need food. Why talk about nutrition? Not so many people have interested in what is in their tasty sandwich. Most important for us is that it would be delicious, crunchy, and fulfilling. It does not matter that we look for snacks pretty soon and dream about what will be at the dinner today. In different cultures,  people eat at other times. In most advanced countries, people do not have a chance to eat,  to have one hour at least to enjoy and savor what is on their plate.

Our habits and preferences

It is a  good saying: a pattern is not needed. Usually,  we stick to what works for us at this time. We fulfill our stomachs with food that is sometimes good for our taste buds but not our health. Why? Did you try to read what is on the labels? I do not think so because it is not easy to understand. These long descriptions of chemical ingredients are confusing. Usually,  we do not have time to translate these names into our language. Not everybody is a chemist. Do you know what Aspartame, Saccharin, Mycoprotein, or food dyes mean? I looked at what we have in our processed foods; my admiration for Nature’s gifts increased a few times. What do you prefer to eat? What is tasty, but you do not know from where it came? Maybe it is better food, which nourishes our bodies and minds in the same way. If you want to stay informed, I recommend an organization that works in public health’s best interests. You can find it here: www.spinet.org.

Update. The link above does not work. The best way to get information about health is www. mercola.com

Why do we choose food?

Being alert to what we eat can help us stay in good shape long years ahead. I think that you heard that your skin looks better if you eat a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits and sleep well. It is the same with all our organs and body systems. Raw food is full of vitamins, minerals,  and enzymes. They help our immune system stay healthy and protect us from various intruders. The proper diet helps us to keep in shape physically and mentally.

Team of aids

There is so much information about how to be fit, many types of exercises, and advice on losing weight. I wonder why not start from the beginning when our plate is on the table, or we do stop buying fast food.  It is excellent to know what we put in our mouths unless we eat as ancient Romans. They tasted great meals consisting of meat, vegetables,  and fruits. Of course, their empire ended severely, but they knew how to enjoy life. Look what they created and left after themselves. Ancient Greeks left high culture for us. I do not think that they savored Twinkies.

Now, let’s examine why fresh food is so outstanding.

Why talk about nutrition?

Vitamins

They are vital nutrients and organic compounds—many nutrients not made by the body. We obtain them from our diet. Vitamins work with enzymes ensuring that all body activities would be in order and go the right way. If you lack just one vitamin, it can cause many problems. In the same way as enzymes, vitamins are destroyed by high temperatures, cooking, or steaming log time. It is the reason why blending fruits or vegetables is good for us.  All food is divided into small particles. Vital nutrients are here for the lovely smoothie. It is easy to swallow, just keeping a  few seconds in your mouth, letting ferments reach it, and preparing for digestion in the stomach. Especially for people, who do not have so many teeth or feel weak, blending is a simple way to deliver all living nutrients to our bodies.

Enzymes

Enzymes are protein molecules. They are essential for our survival. Enzymes are involved in chemical reactions acting as catalysts. It is a pity they are fragile and lose all their abilities when the temperature reaches more than 118 degrees  Fahrenheit.

Minerals

They are required to build bones, blood, muscles, and healthy nerves. Our bodies are out the balance when we lack minerals. Minerals work best when in chelated form or pico-ionic form, as is ReMag, the best magnesium supplement. It means that they bond to amino acids for more natural assimilation. The cooking breaks these bonds; the blending keeps all minerals intact. Of course, we can use supplements. Anyway, what Nature makes cannot be duplicated in the laboratory. It can be close, but not the same. Why talk about nutrition? It is vitally essential for our bodies what type of food we get. Our well-being depends on it.
