Top Rated Sleeping Aid

September 30, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Top Rated Sleeping Aid

Insomnitol is a top-rated sleeping aid. Why? Because it works and it does not have side effects. Insomnitol contains Valerian, gamma-aminobutyric acid, Lemon Balm, Passionflower, 5-HTP, vitamin B-6, Chamomile, L-Theanine, and Melatonin. Overall, sleeping aids provide comfort and restore vitality after disturbed days or nights. We can drink coffee in gallons or use soda drinks to stay awake. Unfortunately, we will pay a high price for our laziness to search for how to help ourselves. The price is hypertension, nervosity, migraines, irritability, or disbalance of digestion. We skip essential details in our work or duties. Our productivity falls.

Top-rated sleeping aid for me

Previously I slept well. However, after a few exciting changes and traveling to different time zones, I saw that sleep is not as precious as it was before.

Happily, I asked for help before my journey.  The naturopath offered me Insomnitol. What do you think? It worked like a charm.

Supplement facts

Insomnitol consists of vitamin B-6, Valerian, Passionflower, Lemon Balm, Chamomile, gamma-aminobutyric acid, L-Theanine, 5-HTP, and Melatonin.

All these ingredients are GMO-free.

Imsomnitol is formulated and manufactured by Designs for Health, Inc.

Let’s check the ingredients

Vitamin B-6

Vitamin B-6 is a Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate. Vitamin B-6 is a part of the vitamin B complex. Vitamin B complex is an essential nutrient. Vitamin B-6 participates in the body’s metabolism and neurotransmitter synthesis and serves as the coenzyme for many reactions.

Valerian

Valerian is an ancient herb well known for its calming and soothing effects. Wildly popular in Europe and some parts of Asia, the valerian herb came to North America. This herb used  as

  • Sedative
  • Migraine treatment
  • Antiseptic, anticonvulsant
  • Insomnia treatment
  • Stress relief

Researchers found that constituents of valerian interact with GABA receptors. According to Wikipedia, GABA, or neurotransmitter gamma-aminobutyric acid, has sedative effects.

Passion Flower

The best qualities of Passionflower are calming, cooling effect on the body, removal of anxiety, and soothing of a wandering mind.

Passionflower helps sleep, especially for those tired from work or stressed out.

Passionflower helps in cases of

  • Mental hard  work
  • Nervous irritability
  • Restlessness
  • Nerve and menstrual pain
  • Spasmodic conditions
  • Useless worries

Interestingly, the passionflower was looked at from a spiritual perspective, which helps bring peace and attract friendships. Leave the house to create harmony and calmness.

There is scientific research regarding the effects of passionflower. The German E Monographs approve the use of Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) for nervousness.

Lemon Balm

Lemon balm( Melissa Officinalis) is used for teas and in the perfume industry. Lemon balm has a soothing effect on the nervous system.

Chamomile

Chamomile is a widely known herb. It has been used since ancient times. It could be used as a tea for digestion and bring shiness to hair. Chamomile is used to help with

  • Hay fever
  • Menstrual problems
  • Insomnia
  • Inflammation
  • Muscle spasms
  • Ulcers
  • Hemorrhoids
  • Gastrointestinal disorders

Gama-aminobutyric acid

GABA is the primary inhibitory neurotransmitter in the nervous system. I know it sounds grand, but processes in the body are involved. It is not a car, and it can not be described straightforwardly.

The primary role of gamma-aminobutyric acid is reducing neuronal excitability throughout the nervous system. GABA is responsible for muscle tone regulation.

L-theanine

L-theanine is an amino acid. It is studied for its ability to reduce mental and physical stress, boost mood, and increase cognitive skills. Some studies show that L-Theanine increased alpha waves, lowered anxiety, and benefited sleep quality.

5-HTP

5-HTP is known as oxitriptan. It is an amino acid. Studies show that 5-HTP is more useful for treating depression than a placebo. 5-HTP is sold over the counter in many countries as a dietary supplement for better sleep, depression, and appetite suppression.

Melatonin

Melatonin is a hormone produced by the pineal gland in the brain. Melatonin regulates sleep and wakefulness.

Does it work?

This supplement is a powerful sleep aid. It worked for one hour. I took two pills, which knocked me out for all seven hours. What I like about this sleep aid is that I feel refreshed after sleep without any side effects as it would be using chemicals.

How did it happen?

All ingredients are non-GMO. I could tell that Insomnitol is a powerful sleeping aid. For me, it would be enough to take melatonin. However, you need something more substantial but healthy stuff when jet lag hits.

Do you have any experience with sleeping aids? It would be great to hear about your experience.

Fast Food with Antibiotics

September 29, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Fast food is harmful. Fast food contains antibiotics. Fast food with antibiotics does not bring benefits — chemicals are used in animals like chicken, beef, and pork. Restaurants serving fast food promised to get rid of chicken full of antibiotics. However, restaurants are stuck with meat and pork, which is full of antibiotics.

You would ask why animals need antibiotics. Antibiotics prevent cows and pigs from diseases, rapid growth, and hormones.

People who use antibiotics weaken their immune systems. The good bacteria in the intestine start to disappear. Can the food not be adequately digested? What happens? Diarrhea and weakness bother us.

There is an escape from this situation. Proper rest, an organic diet, minerals, and probiotics can make a difference.

What happens in farms?

Animals live in crowded conditions. They get food full of antibiotics and hormones. They do not see the sun or breathe polluted air. Individuals who operate this business are concerned about weight gain during shorter periods.

Animals do not get probiotics. Nobody cares about well-being. Of course, highly praised animals such as horses that bring results and money for owners are treated differently.

Fast Food with Antibiotics

Unfortunately, farm animals have other destinies: after standing in crowded farms, without fresh air and activity, fed with antibiotics, they travel to the table, nicely pressed between buns and topped with ketchup. Hamburger anyone?

Why do quick-serving restaurants not serve antibiotic-free meat?

I had the same question, but later on, I returned to the same pattern: money. Antibiotic-free meat is expensive. To grow animals and birds without hormones and antibiotics takes time and plenty of expenses. You need to give different food, provide space, let freely roam as chickens do, and offer supplements.

I hate to compare with people, but the comparison is here. Watch people who consistently eat in fast food chains and individuals who prepare food at home, go to farmers’ markets, watch their diet, and exercise.

Do we have any choices?

According to Chicago Tribune reporter Samantha Bomkamp, there are some changes.

Fourteen of the top 25 chain restaurants have taken action on chicken, up from nine a year ago, according to the third annual Chain Reaction report, which grades companies’ policies. But there have been no new commitments to curb the use of antibiotics in beef and pork, the report found.

You see that there is progress with chicken, but unfortunately, not with beef and pork. This article brings an objective perspective to everybody who still thinks fast food can be healthy and beneficial daily.

Our choices are enormous because we can think about what we eat. We can look for information and talk with a knowledgeable health practitioner, asking for advice regarding nutrition and lifestyle.

Why is full of antibiotics food not good?

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, ” at least 2 million Americans become sick, and 23,000 die yearly from antibiotic-resistant infections.” It is a crime.

Consumers Union stated that seventy percent of antibiotics sold in the U.S. are fed to healthy animals on industrial farms. When people consume food with antibiotics, they lose the ability to fight real diseases because their bodies are familiar with antibiotics. Medications can not fight infections quickly if something happens.

Conclusion

We must think about how we lead our lives. We must check our habits and turn to safe alternatives. Nothing will be hurt if we prepare food at home and bring something of it to a job. We will win from this situation. At once, fast food is okay. However, eating junk food daily creates dangerous situations, as the Chicago Tribune article shows.

Good Blood Works

September 28, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Good blood works for us, bringing vitality to our body and mind. Life depends on the bloodstream. Without blood, we would be sacks of bones and meat. Not so a pleasant picture. Maybe it was a reason for creating stories about vampires and various creatures like blood, as people like hot dogs.

Good blood works for us, bringing vital nutrients into tissues, muscles, and organs. The blood is the main reason why the body functions well.

Good Blood Works

Good blood has parameters that can be found by performing various tests in labs.

How to keep the blood in good shape?

The breath process

The breath is the process when we breathe air into our lungs and breathe out. The blood takes nitrogen from the lungs and delivers it to the liver.

The liver uses nitrogen to repair and regenerate proteins. Clean air provides simple molecules without toxins. Polluted air causes trouble for us, harming cells and tissues with various viruses.

Oxygen plays an essential role in the blood. The blood carries oxygen throughout the body. It reaches the smallest corners from head to foot. If air is polluted, toxins enter the body, too.

The blood carries oxygen to tissues.

Can you imagine that approximately 10,000 to 11,000 quarts of blood are pumped by the heart every 24 hours? Do you see how it is essential to lead a healthy lifestyle?

We can not live without air because blood will not receive nitrogen and oxygen, vital for the body’s metabolism.

Lungs

Healthy lungs provide a safe place for blood to perform carrier functions. The blood carries nutrients, nitrogen, and oxygen to the body.

People who smoke create dangerous situations for themselves and others. Why? The blood attracts as a magnet to tobacco smoke.

Tobacco smoke is an aerostatic gas with minor toxic elements when people smoke. Staying away from smoking or people who create secondary smoke is best to keep your blood in good shape.

The food

Fresh, living, without chemicals such as preservatives and various additives, food enriches the blood and, later on, tissues and organs. The blood is a lifestream that brings vital nutrients to the body. The body is created to function well, not just exist.

Conclusion

Good blood works for us when we are conscious of our environment and lifestyle. Of course, there are conditions when people cannot escape horrible diseases such as war. However, most humans forget the precious gifts and harm themselves by smoking and junk food.

Cleanse of Blood

September 28, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Cleanse of Blood

Cleanse of blood is a natural way to restore blood flow and strengthen blood vessels. Katsuzo Nishi shows blood cleansing methods. He is a famous Japanese health practitioner who points out that simple techniques can improve the well-being of blood.

What harms blood vessels?

Processed food and a sedentary lifestyle weaken blood vessels.

Prevention

We can prevent harm to our blood vessels by adjusting to simple lifestyle changes.

These changes are:

  • Exercises for the smallest blood vessels
  • The sleep must be only in a firm bed
  • The diet consists of grains, vegetables, and fruits
  • Do not consume animal fat and smoked meat
  • Raw vegetables are best. If you want to cook, they try to steam a little bit.

How to clean blood?

According to Katsuzo Nishi, juices from vegetables help the best clean blood. Vegetable extract stimulates the removal of toxins.

It is recommended to drink every day 1-1,5 liter of juice. Carrots and beets are beneficial.

Attention, you can not drink only beet juice. Before swallowing the liquid, you need to keep the fluid in the refrigerator for a few hours.

Vegetable juice cleans blood vessels, too. The juice from garlic is a valuable option to remove sediments and improve elasticity.

How to renew blood and blood vessels?

Katsuzo Nishi advises eating from noon till 18-19 of the evening. If you eat late, the food is digested during the night until four in the morning. Maybe that is why people can not sleep right away after an excellent dinner in the late evening.

  • From 4 in the morning till noon, the body removes toxic materials. Afternoon, the body is ready to accept the intake of new food.
  • It is advisable to eat porridge from grains, an easy meal for the stomach to digest.
  • After 2 p.m. you can eat some fish, vegetables, beans, and fruits.
  • At 5 p.m. you can consume just fruit.
  • At 6.30 p.m. you can eat fresh vegetables, some nuts, some fish or chicken. However, it is advisable to eat three times more vegetables compared with meat. Do not mix proteins with carbohydrates and starch.
  • After food, you can drink some water, but not right away from eating.

If you follow these rules, your body will digest food for three hours. You will get sleep, not be hungry, and with an empty stomach.

Conclusion

Vegetables and fruits contain plenty of vital nutrients such as minerals and vitamins. They strengthen the vascular system. Exercises help blood vessels move blood to all tissues and organs. Blood can flow more manageable. These simple insights from Katsuzo Nishi, the creator of Nishi Health System, will help you stay in good shape and may help cleanse the blood.

What and How Do We Eat

September 27, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

What And How Do we Eat

Did you ever think about what and how we eat? It seems that the food culture in the USA has developed. However, so many people are obese and do not fit into an airplane seat.

How did it happen that descendants of Europe became prominent people? It has been discovered that it is enough for one generation to become fat eating junk food. Most everybody knows that soda drinks have plenty of sugar, and processed food has no nutrients, just empty calories.

People do not think about what and how they eat; I doubt that individuals do not want to look good, feel energetic, and get rid of weight problems.

Nobody explained to them why pounds add up and how it can be harmful in the future.

Information is the key to the discovery of independent exploration

People who understand the laws of Nature and what consequences can be after destructive habits do not have problems with well-being.

Laws of Nature

There are plenty of rules of Nature. However, I would like to point to a reckless attitude towards food in this article.

What And How Do We Eat

Our body is a living entity. It consists of living and vibrating cells. These cells build tissues, muscles, and organs. Food must be full of vital nutrients. Minerals, enzymes, proteins, vitamins, and amino acids provide the body with the needed material for metabolism.

The body needs constant replenishment because plenty of minerals enter the body with food. The body does not produce them.

Food must be full of vital nutrients. Minerals, enzymes, proteins, vitamins, and amino acids provide the body with the needed material for metabolism.

Quality versus quantity

When we consume junk food, we get empty calories. The body requires food, but it does not get enough. Why? Processed food is heated, frozen, and expected to stay on the shelf for weeks, months, or years.

Dead food does not bring energy to us. We feel sluggish and exhausted. Do we analyze what the reason for lack of energy and vitality is? Nope, most of us drink more soda drinks and order another pizza.

Food created for eating. In our lives, it is the opposite situation. We live to eat. This reverse process brings harmful consequences. Overeating changes the size of the stomach. Have you ever wondered why operations to remove part of the stomach are so popular?

Besides, when the stomach does not have time to digest food, it rotates to the intestine. Various toxins show up; yeast takes over good bacteria, and meteorism and constipation begin to bother us.

Sometimes, people are so used to uncomfortable situations that they forget what it means to be healthy and enjoy life.

Teeth are for chewing

Teeth’s mission is to eat food 50-100 times. How many times do you chew food? I wonder if people chew at all. They swallow chunks and look for chemicals ( I mean drugs) to remove heaviness in the stomach.

It would be lovely if pupils would get first habits on being healthy in schools. Usually, children feel which food is right for them. My parents thought that milk was good for health. My opinion was different. I poured milk into cardboard boxes and hid sausages between books. Later on, when my parents found out about it, they stopped stuffing me with cheap food.

What And How Do We Eat

Dr.Carolyn Dean offered an excellent method for showing how sugar harms children. She advised keeping the children without candies for six days. The last day of the week gives full permission to eat all sweets that children can get.

Usually, after consuming enormous amounts of candy, children feel sick and do not want to eat sweets anymore.

Eat to live

Adults ignore signals from the body. If something bothers them, they pop a pill. Does it help? Yes, it does, but bodies do not benefit from it.

We would enjoy good health if we paid attention to what we eat.

Food is the source of energy. Junk food does not provide any power.

Chewing food helps the stomach. The saliva in the mouth prepares food for digestion, making food smooth and accessible for stomach acid.

Nature gave us all the tools to be healthy. We get harsher measures if we do not use our brains to understand what is going on.  However, why do we need to wait until our health crumbles? It is better to educate ourselves, take care of our bodies, and follow the simple laws of Nature.

Do you have any questions? I would be glad to answer and hear from you.
