Why Is Nutrition Important to Health?

July 16, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Why is nutrition essential to health? There are no such questions because, as a veterinarian, I know what animals would starve without good-quality hay and grains. They would not give excellent quality milk, meat, and eggs. Unfortunately, humans are supposed to be more competent than animals, but we behave as beings who follow instincts.

Why Nutrition Is Important to Health?

You would tell me that it is not valid. How would you explain that over 70 percent of the USA  people are obese? This beautiful country with the best technologies and achievements in most areas has fat people. These people do not jump for joy because they are overweight. I can bet that they suffer from low self-esteem and many issues associated with weight.

Good nutrition provides the body with vitamins, minerals, proteins, fat, and other vital substances that are essential for the body’s metabolism.

Do we need to blame somebody?

Do we need to blame anyone? Of course, we can. However, it would be a waste of time and blame for never-fixed problems.

What can we do?

  • Identify problem
  • Educate yourselves
  • Find ways to solve the problem

Sounds simple?

You know, this was saying that everything that is genial is simple. We do not need to finish college to learn how junk food and a sedentary lifestyle affect our income, self-esteem, and quality of life.

Why Nutrition Is Important to Health?

You know that car every year, and at the time when the sticker on your window shows the expiration needs maintenance. You know when your dog or cat goes to the vet.

How about you?

How about you? Who takes care of you? Do not tell me that you do not have time or money for it. You will have time and money when something unpleasant happens. Nobody is left alone to deal with serious health problems.

However, why do we need to reach the state of our healthy being when we can not change the outcome without drastic tools?

You would think that I talk in riddles. Maybe I’m not too fond of mentioning names of disorders. I know that prevention works for everybody willing to take their fates into their hands.

Why do we need to leave somebody our problems to solve?

Earl Nightingale, a famous writer and broadcaster, said that one difference between horses and human beings is that we have brains. Unfortunately, most of us follow routines and instincts.

Why does it happen?

We do not think. We do not use our brain in the way that it would bring us solutions, ideas, and advice on how to love lives in the way we would like to live.

First, most of us react to the stimulus. Smells good; let’s take a bite. It is crunchy; let’s eat more. It is cozy; let’s sleep longer and watch a movie or video game again. Somebody cuts in front of our car; let’s boil over and show them who the road’s ruler is. In this case, I am guilty too.

Why is nutrition important to health?

The body is given to us the asset to perform various tasks. I speak in more technical terms, not in spiritual, but the body is a unique tool.

The body requires maintenance and superior care if we expect to perform in our lives in the best way possible.

Cells use nutrients for replenishing, strengthening, and balancing organs, tissues, and whole systems inside us.

How do you imagine it can be done beneficial way if we provide the body with processed food, sugary drinks, and zero movements?

Why Nutrition Is Important to Health?

Sooner or later, cells in the body will rebel without vital nutrients and become sluggish, fatty, and unhappy. It is an exaggeration, but if you know something about gardening, tomatoes planted in the sand do not grow. Potatoes do not give results produced on the asphalt. It simply dies.

Our bodies are resilient. We can overcome many obstacles without proper nutrition and exercise.

We are not tomatoes or potatoes. However, we will be if we do not take care of our health in the first place.

Can you buy health? Yes and no. It takes your precious time    ( you will not buy time, never), and drains your money and relationships with everybody.

Who will care for your relatives, family, cat, or dog? Who will be happy seeing you in a situation where you never could be if you loved yourself?

What is the right nutrition for the body?

Proper nutrition gives us vitality, energy, and the ability to live lives in the way we would like. Obesity does not occur in people who provide the body with minerals, vitamins, proteins, enzymes, and fats. Obesity does not happen for people who choose stairs instead of the elevator and walk for at least twenty minutes.

Exceptions

Sylvia Tara, Ph., correctly analyzed obesity problems in her book The Secret Life of Fat. She gives many causes why people can not get rid of additional pounds, why it is so challenging to shed pounds when you were skinny before the birth of children, or accidental encounter with the rooster.

Why Nutrition Is Important to Health?

There are exceptions, but it is not the norm for people to be in the 70 percent of the USA population as obese individuals.

The role of the right nutrition

You would say that pizza can serve as a nutritious food. Nope. Processed food does not have enzymes, which are essential factors in the body’s metabolism. The body is an interconnected universe where the sneezing of Killer cells echoes the rest of the immune system army.

If something goes wrong, the body is the kingdom with rules, laws, and consequences. Vital nutrients do not reach cells, calcium overflows cells and accumulates in the blood, and the calcification of tissues occurs. Beautiful bumps under the skin surface, sometimes in breasts, too. We can be so scared because nobody likes suspicious signs inside or outside our bodies.

We would run to the health professional with the plea to help. It would be great if somebody knew how to test magnesium levels. Unfortunately, it does not happen so often.

Dr. Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D. Her book, The Magnesium Miracle, explains the tricks of calcium and how magnesium deficiency can bring nightmares to our lives.

It looks simple, is not it? We take magnesium, and problems disappear. Nope.

First, not so many of us know about the importance of magnesium. Second, it is not easy to believe that a deficiency of minerals can bring turmoils to our lives.

It is the reason that prevention is the key to our well-being.

We prevent bodies from deficient nutrients by giving the right dietary supplements.

Can we get nutrients from food? Yes, some of them, yes, but not all amount. If we want to be in the best shape possible, we must take care of our bodies with the proper nutrition and supplements.

Can I offer something special?

Yes, I can. One of the reasons I started this website is my wish to share information about products that work and enrich our well-being.

We lead stressful lives, especially in the main cities. The lack of nature, simple contact with neighbors, organic food, peace, and enough time for recovery from daily tasks take a toll on us.

Most of us can not escape it. Why? Jobs, mortgages, family ties, and unpaid student loans keep us in the same circle, adding stress and tiredness.

We need to sustain good health at times. When you are healthy, you take it for granted. However, why wait till something happens? Let’s support us with the proper nutrition and the best dietary supplements.

Can I offer something unique? Yes. You read about it on my blog about these products. These dietary supplements give the body everything to maintain a healthy status.

How to achieve the best outcome for our bodies?

Why Nutrition Is Important to Health?

The best result will be when we consider ourselves as unique and valuable human beings. We do not need to be productive and eat caviar. Organic food made from scratch, saving the low temperature of all enzymes, vitamins, minerals, dietary supplements, and an active lifestyle can keep us on track. Volunteering, reading, and a positive attitude can change our lives. You can try. What will you lose? Your life can turn hundreds of degrees around, and you will wonder where you have been. Read the story of Rafael Zuniga here. If he can change his life around, you are no exception.

I would be glad to hear from you about your experience regarding proper nutrition.

3 Bulletproof Ways to Lose Weight Forever

December 15, 2016 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Weight loss is an essential topic for everybody who wants to look and feel comfortable and safe. These 3 bulletproof ways to lose weight forever will show how to rid of unwanted calories. We can start taking notes now. Are you ready?

3 bulletproof ways to lose weight forever

There no secret that humans like to eat, gorge, consume, and swallow significant portions without enjoying the food. Most of us use food to let us forget problems, help us relax, and have pleasure when taste buds are pleased with feelings.

The main ways to lose weight are food management, exercise, and nutrition, which guarantees that your body will get all the needed nutrients for the proper balance between the optional weight and comfortable feeling well.

Eat less

3 Bulletproof Ways to Lose Weight Forever

Do you know the size of the stomach? For the average person,  the stomach size is one portion that fits between two palms closed together. This amount between your palms is the quantity supposed to be enough to eat for you for dinner or breakfast.

Can you compare portions at the restaurant or at your home?

Previously I wondered how people get bypass surgeries. It happens when the stomach is too big after eating significant food portions and can not contract back to the previous size.

The stomach has muscles. These muscles churn the food. The food is moistened with gastric juices, broken down, and later on, pushed down towards the intestine.

When muscles become weak after constant overeating, they can not perform the job. The food starts to spoil because it sits in the stomach. Forces can not push food further. I know that fat has its secrets. However,  the inspiring story about one guy who lost weight still inspires me.

Move

3 Bulletproof Ways to Lose Weight Forever

If you look back at your parents or grandparents, you will see that they moved regularly. They did not have time to sit on TV or watch video games. Times changed, but we can find ways to burn calories and improve our bodies and well-being just with simple changes in our busy days. Climbing the stairs, going to the gym, walking the dog, and playing with kids will make our bodies more robust and flexible.

Nutrition

People who are overweight, obese, or unhappy with how they look must check the quality of food.

Unfortunately, conventional food like pizza, hot dogs, and hamburgers give the taste, but there are not enough vital nutrients for our bodies to flourish and efficiently work for us.

Nutrients are vital for our bodies. We need nutrients that provide energy and essential elements for metabolism, maintenance,  and protection of our bodies.

These three ways to lose weight are to people who overeat, do not move, and become sorry for themselves. Remember, you are as unique as everybody else on this planet. You have what to offer to the world and, at first, for yourself.

I know that changing habits is enormous work. Many people jump on the weight-loss train, drive for one week, and get out in the station, which offers comfort and coziness.

The conclusion

It is simple to lose weight if you do not have a critical medical condition. Otherwise, you must consult a doctor.

If you eat less, exercise, and consume nutritious food, you will soon lose unwanted pounds. These three bulletproof ways to lose weight forever will indeed show you results. It would help if you stuck with these habits forever. Why? Many New Year’s decisions go down the drain after a few weeks because most of us do not have a  strong will. If we recognize this weakness, we will be gentle with ourselves. However,  at the same time, we can stick with these three bulletproof ways to lose weight forever: eat less, move, and consume nutritious food.

Spirulina and Nutrition

October 6, 2016 By Nemira 22 Comments

Spirulina and nutrition have close relationships. Why? Proper nutrition is the key to wellness, growth, development,  and joy. Spirulina is a 21st-century food. These blue-green algae contain vital enzymes, vitamins, minerals, proteins, and amino acids.

According to the book Spirulina in Human Nutrition and Health, Spirulina is a high-nutraceutical phenomenon.

You would ask, what is nutraceutical?

Nutraceutical means food that has suitable additives and healing abilities. It implies that Spirulina is an excellent choice for those who want to be healthy and in good shape.

Spirulina consists of proteins, balanced fatty acids, vitamins,  and minerals. Spirulina is food that helps tackle diabetes, anemia, cancer, arthritis, and more health problems.

Spirulina and nutrition

According to Wikipedia, nutrition is a science that interprets the interaction of nutrients and other substances in food for an organism’s maintenance, growth, reproduction, health, and disease.

Spirulina is easily digestible food and rich in nutrients. For example,  one tablespoon a day can relieve iron anemia. Iron anemia is a common mineral deficiency.

When soil is depleted,  animals and birds, the food source for humans, are fed up with substances lacking nutrients and full of chemicals; humans do not get enough nutrients from food.  Spirulina is an excellent source of essentials for growth and development for people.

The role of fatty acids

Spirulina is rich in fatty acids. Fatty acids are the source of fuel. No fuel, no ride. The human body does not produce essential body acids. We must get fatty acids from food.

Two fatty acids are vital for humans: an omega-3 fatty acid( alpha-linolenic) and an omega-6 fatty acid( linoleic acid).

Primarily fatty acids serve multiple functions in the human body.

Fatty acids play a significant role in treating depression, inflammation, and metabolic processes.

In the book,  Spirulina in Human Nutrition and Health authors emphasize the antimicrobial activity of Spirulina. Linolenic and linoleic acids have therapeutic value in cardiovascular diseases, menstrual disorders, skin diseases, hypercholesterolemia, and other disorders.

The human body produces GLA (gamma-linolenic acid) from linoleic acid (omega-6 fatty acid). GLA is found in primrose oil, edible hemp seeds,  and spirulina. GLA ( gamma-linolenic acid) plays a role in antimicrobial activity.

Vitamins

Spirulina supplies are rich in vitamins such as A, B-complex, beta C, D, and E.

Beta-carotene or provitamin A

Vitamin A helps maintain mucous membranes and pigments necessary for good vision.

According to Robert Hendrikson, author of Earth Food Spirulina, carotene reduces the risks of cancers. Environmental issues and poor nutrition can be triggers for cancer. Beta carotene can reduce risks.

B-complex vitamins

Spirulina contains more B vitamins than beef liver, sea vegetables, or chlorella.

Minerals

Spirulina contains iron, a mineral that is vital for human bodies. Without iron, anemia can occur. People who suffer from anemia experience dizziness, ringing in the ears, lack of stamina, and loss of color in the face. There are heart palpitations and shortness of breath.

Iron is part of hemoglobin, a protein molecule in red blood cells. Red blood cells transport oxygen from the lungs to tissues and organs of the human body.

When anemia occurs, oxygen levels decrease, and people become tired quickly.

Spirulina is a great iron supplement because the absorption percentage of iron is 60% higher than other iron supplements, such as iron sulfate.

Spirulina contains minerals such as calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, phosphorus, zinc, manganese, copper,  and chromium.

Chlorophyll

Spirulina contains significant amounts of chlorophyll. Chlorophyll is known as a cleansing agent. Chlorophyll can bind toxic metals and help the liver to rid of them.

Chlorophyll has the effect of curing inflammation of the mucous membranes. Gastritis and gastric ulcers are eased with the support of Spirulina.

Enzymes

Enzymes are biochemical catalysts. They influence the reaction in the body, such as quenching free radicals. As you know, free radicals increase metals’ aging and corrosion. Free radicals damage cells and proteins in the body.

It means Spirulina contains enzymes that prevent the body from being damaged by free radicals.

Conclusion

Spirulina is a stable source of vitamins, minerals, proteins, and enzymes. Spirulina is easily digested, without side effects nutritious supplement. The correlation between Spirulina and nutrition is enormous.

Spirulina is a healthy nutraceutical food and a reliable supply of vital nutrients.
