Magnesium for Sleep at Night

August 13, 2022 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Magnesium for sleep at night

Magnesium for sleep at night helps to have a proper rest, especially when we are tired, stressed, or exhausted. How does magnesium help to sleep?

First, let’s check why we do not sleep. There is a list of conditions when people have disturbed sleep, or they cannot sleep at all:

  • Various medications
  • Caffeine
  • Alcohol
  • Nighttime cortisol surges
  • Restless legs
  • Stress
  • Fear
  • Constipation
  • Depression
  • Arthritis
  • ADHD
  • OCD
  • Anxiety
  • Pain
  • Hormone shifts
  • Bad recovery after exercise

You see that there is plenty of causes that trigger insomnia. Magnesium helps to deal with all these problems. However, by taking the wrong magnesium supplement, people can suffer more than before.

Can be different types of magnesium? Yes, it is.

Magnesium that absorbs fully goes to the cell, and does not have side effects, helps relax the body, is a great helper to have a good rest.

Unfortunately, most magnesium supplements have laxative effects.

What do I mean? Most magnesium supplements do not absorb well. Usually, health professionals prescribe magnesium oxide.

Magnesium oxide absorbs only in the 4 percent range. Besides, this supplement induces a laxative effect. In the end, people stop taking magnesium supplements because of fear of spending more time on the toilet and not getting any benefits.

How does magnesium help us to sleep?

According to Dr.Carolyn Dean

Twitchy, restless, tense muscles keep you from falling to sleep into a deep sleep. Tight muscles make you hyperalert and irritable, and in that condition, any noise or even an active dream will wake you up. Magnesium relaxes tight, twitchy muscles so you can reach a deeper level of sleep.

Dr.Carolyn Dean, The Magnesium Miracle, 115
Magnesium for sleep at night

Besides it, magnesium participates in processes that promote sleep.

These mechanisms are:

  • Magnesium binds to GABA gates, helping activate GABA receptors. GABA is the neurotransmitter of the central nervous system. Activation of GABA receptors favors sleep.
  • Magnesium improves magnesium deficiency symptoms and inflammatory stress
  • Magnesium supplementation removes anxiety and panic

Choosing the right magnesium

Magnesium supplements differ by bioavailability and range of absorption. Nobody likes to spend time in the bathroom and have laxative effects.

Taking a magnesium supplement is much better, which goes straight to cells avoiding the gastrointestinal tract, absorbs at a 100 percent range, and contains only pure stabilized magnesium ions.

This magnesium supplement is ReMag.The best magnesium for sleep at night is ReMag. Would you like to read more about this unique magnesium? You can find information here.

Is Magnesium Good for Stress?

August 8, 2022 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Is magnesium good for stress?

Is magnesium good for stress? It is, especially when you take the right type of magnesium. The mineral comes in various forms, such as magnesium chloride, magnesium oxide, magnesium sulfate, magnesium L threonate, and so on.

Magnesium, which has no side effects, absorbs at the 100% range, is pure, and has a therapeutic influence on the body, is the best for dealing with stress.

How can you know that is good for you?

First, you need to feel that the body reacts positively. You are calmer, balanced, and relaxed. Unfortunately, taking wrong magnesium supplements you can have more stress compared without taking any magnesium.

What do I mean?

Magnesium supplements differ by bioavailability and range of absorption. You would think that you take magnesium, and your problems go, but your reaction is the opposite. At least, you can be surprised. The worst thing can be if you will spend more time in the bathroom compared with the time before taking magnesium supplements.

Laxative effect

How does it happen? Most magnesium supplements are salts that do not absorb well. Besides, magnesium ions like to stick together and form clusters

What does it mean? It means that magnesium supplements do not go straight into cells and most of supplements go down the drain creating laxative effect.

Plenty of people suffer from that. Dr.Carolyn Dean experienced that too. She decided to create a product that offers full magnesium benefits without keeping people in the bathroom.

Taking this particular supplement, people relax and feel well without any fear about fast trips to the place where kings walk.

How does magnesium help with stress?

When people experience stress, adrenal glands produce stress hormones. This production, especially when stress repeats again and again, depletes magnesium.

People can deal with stressful situations differently and without fear by taking the proper magnesium.

Magnesium helps with stress

Which magnesium is good for stress?

Best magnesium is that that does not have side effects.

The best magnesium in the market is ReMag, created by Dr.Carolyn Dean. This supplement has superior traits that differentiate it from other magnesium supplements.

These traits are:

  • ReMag magnesium ions go straight into cells
  • ReMag magnesium absorbs at the 100% range
  • ReMag does not have side effects such as laxative
  • ReMag magnesium ions are twenty times more condensed compared with angstrom minerals

If you would like to know more about ReMag magnesium and why ReMag is the best magnesium supplement in the market in a straightforward way, you can check here.

How to Take Magnesium and Vitamin D

August 2, 2022 By Nemira Leave a Comment

How to take magnesium and vitamin D

How to take magnesium and vitamin D? The main principle is to take enough magnesium before supplementing yourself with vitamin D. Why? Magnesium participates in eight steps activating vitamin D.

Besides, it is vitally important to take the right magnesium supplement. Why? Not all magnesium supplements are equal and provide full benefits for the body.

Vitamin D and magnesium relationship

Magnesium helps vitamin D to transfer into active D form.

How does it happen?

Vitamin D has its metabolism. In this process, vitamin D transforms from a storage form to an active state with the help of magnesium.

People take big doses of vitamin D. What does it mean? It means a deficiency of magnesium, which participates in vitamin D metabolism.

You use plenty of vitamin D. It makes magnesium disappear.

It is different when you live in places with plenty of sunshine. The sun provides rays-UVB light that touches the skin. Here, humans synthesize a normal vitamin D3

Calcium, vitamin D, and magnesium relationship

Additionally, vitamin D likes to steal calcium from the diet and keep it. Is it strange? Yes, it is. However, knowing that, you can prevent yourself from over calcification.

According to Dr.Carolyn Dean

too much vitamin D can overutilize magnesium, block magnesium, purge magnesium, build up calcium(causing calcification), and propel people into serious magnesium deficiency.

Dr.Carolyn Dean, The Magnesium Miracle, 45

Do you know that vitamin D is a hormone?

I learned about it from Dr.Carolyn Dean. Vitamin D contributes to many processes in the body.

The immune, endocrinal, cardiovascular, and other metabolic pathways need vitamin D.

Do you see how everything is connected in the body? Taking too much vitamin D and thinking that your body will be thankful, you can get different results, such as

  • High blood pressure
  • Rapid heartbeats
  • Sore knees
  • Heart palpitations
  • Anger
  • Stiff back

I found these complaints in Dr.Carolyn Dean’s book The Magnesium Miracle. Life started to look bright again for these people when they used adequate doses of magnesium.

How to take magnesium and vitamin D?

First, you need to have a magnesium RBC test.

Dr.Carolyn Dean recommends 1000-2000IU of vitamin D daily and taking magnesium too. Besides, Dr.Carolyn Dean mentions vitamin K2, which helps vitamin D, calcium, and magnesium function properly in the body.

You can get vitamin K from

  • Egg yolks
  • Butter
  • Nato
  • Leafy green vegetables

Taking the right magnesium supplement

Magnesium is vital for vitamin D production. It means that your body needs a particular amount of this mineral.

What do I mean? Most magnesium supplements do not absorb fully. For example, magnesium oxide absorbs only in the 4% range. It means that you will be deficient in magnesium. Vitamin D will not bring benefits to your body.

What can you do?

Taking the proper magnesium that

  • Absorbs by the body at 100% range
  • Absorbs at the cellular level
  • Do not have side effects
  • Concentrated many times more compared with angstrom magnesium minerals

In this case, you will get the full benefit of magnesium. Vitamin D will do its job as Mother Nature intended to do.

ReMag magnesium supplement is the best on the market thanks to the above-listed qualities.

How much do you need magnesium?

You need to take an RBC test to know your situation with magnesium. Dr. Carolyn Dean advises doing this test every three or six months to know the whole magnesium levels. Besides, it would help if you looked up clinical symptoms, too.

Here is the ReMag label:

ReMag magnesium label

ReMag magnesium supplement is concentrated. It means that you consume it with water, juice, or a smoothie. I like to pour 1/2 teaspoon into one liter of water and drink it as mineral water.

Final words: vitamin D needs magnesium. Without it, the body will not get enough vitamin D. Taking the proper magnesium, in this case, ReMag, which does not have competition in the market, you can relax and enjoy having time with your family or friends or somewhere else.

Would you like to read more about the best magnesium supplement? You can find information here.

An update

A few days ago, I read a Twitter tweet from Dr.Pierre Kory about misinformation regarding vitamin D. I checked the article from Forbes, which was a list of “bad vitamins.”

An excerpt from Forbes regarding vitamins, written by Steven Salzberg,

The author has never heard about the importance of magnesium in activating vitamin D. You can read this article here. This particular article is eight years old. However, it is good to know more about vitamins when you state that vitamin D does not help at all kind is a waste of money.

Over 70 percent of Americans are deficient in magnesium. It means that when people take vitamin D and do not have enough magnesium to support it, the body does not benefit from vitamin D supplementation.

What does it mean? Take magnesium and forget all problems associated with deficiency of vital nutrients.

What Is the Health Benefit of Magnesium?

July 31, 2022 By Nemira Leave a Comment

What is the health benefit of magnesium?

What is the health benefit of magnesium? Magnesium supports the body in all systems, keeping us going in a top form. Do you think that I am exaggerating that? Let’s find out something substantial and factual about this miraculous mineral.

What is magnesium?

Magnesium is a mineral found in the Earth’s crust in combination with other elements.

There are natural pairs such as

  • Dolomite
  • Magnesium sulfate or Epsom Salt
  • Magnesium carbonate

Magnesium participates in over 1000 enzyme reactions, protects from calcium overflow, helps avoid 65 magnesium deficiency conditions, creates energy, relaxes muscles, and keeps us calm mentally and physically.

Why do we need magnesium?

The first reason to get magnesium supplements is the problem that we cannot get enough magnesium with food.

I guess you know that soil was depleted a hundred years ago. Nowadays situation worsened because of the usage of chemicals and not letting soil rejuvenate as our ancestors did.

When soil is empty of nutrients, plants get it barely to survive. Animals who eat plants cannot provide us with enough nutrition.

I talk about corporations that grow plants and animals in crowded places and use poisonous chemicals to get bigger harvests.

Depleted soil

Additionally, magnesium depletes after

  • Exercise
  • Alcohol consumption
  • Caffeine intake
  • Usage of drugs
  • Chemicals in water, air, food, and soil decrease magnesium levels
  • Junk food full of sugar depletes magnesium from the body
  • Stress
  • Tannins in tea
  • Sweating in sauna
  • Low potassium levels increase magnesium removal through the urinary way

How about food from farmers?

Small farms care about their products because of the constant contact with customers. It does not matter if it is a restaurant, a family business, or just a human who buys production directly from the grower. In this case is a human relationship, the connection and ability to know what kind of food the family will eat.

Magnesium and Nature

People, animals, plants, and the rest of Nature need magnesium. Why? Cells cannot grow without magnesium. Life, in the beginning, started with magnesium. This miraculous mineral participates in the production of chlorophyll.

Plants use the sun as an energy source. It means that life on the planet could not evolve and prosper without magnesium.

Additionally, magnesium participates in hundreds of enzyme systems that keep the body going. If one mineral is deficient such as magnesium, everything suffers trying to catch up.

What is fascinating is that you cannot replace minerals or other bodily nutrition with artificial stuff. If you do that, you would see consequences such as disturbance of well-being.

Of course, nobody will die when magnesium is deficient in the body. However, you will experience one or few conditions from 65 situations when this mineral is missing.

65 magnesium deficiency conditions

65 magnesium deficiency conditions

You will see here and below this blog the answers to the question that is the health benefit of magnesium.

After reading down these conditions, I guess you will find something from this list that suits you. If not, I congratulate you because of the 20-30% group of people. These people have sufficient magnesium.

The rest of Americans lack magnesium. It means that there are plenty of disturbances in well-being. Fortunately, the right magnesium supplement can help with that.

What do I mean? When the body does not lack any nutrients, you flourish and live at the fullest potential. I talk about health.

Dr. Carolyn Dean, the author of The Magnesium Miracle and creator of ReMag, mentioned people become unwell when they lack minerals, vitamins, proteins, or other nutrients, but not when they lack chemicals. Mother Nature knows how to keep her creations in perfect shape with one condition. We need to take care of ourselves and watch out for our lifestyle, nutrition, and mental being.

Living well with magnesium

People live and must live over a hundred years with a total potential without any creeping diseases.

Okay, let’s go to 65 conditions mentioned by Dr. Carolyn Dean, a worldwide expert on magnesium. These behaviors will improve after replenishing lost magnesium in your body

  1. Acid reflux
  2. Adrenal fatigue
  3. Alzheimer’s disease
  4. Anxiety and panic attacks

  38. Sport injury
  39. TMJ (Temporomandibular joint syndrome)
  40. Tooth decay
  41. Tongue biting

You would ask if there are the last conditions from 65 mentioned here. Yes, these conditions go under nerve problems, such

  • Paralysis
  • Muscle weakness
  • Seizure and convulsions
  • Tingling
  • Twitching
  • Confusion
  • Vertigo
  • Numbness
  • Burning pain

Gynecological problems have topics such as

  • Cerebral palsy
  • Premenstrual syndrome
  • Female infertility
  • Preeclampsia and eclampsia

There is no fun when people lack magnesium

Magnesium deficiency can lead to a miserable life, especially if you or medical people do not recognize it.

Everybody can be with the best intentions to help, but not learning about nutrition in medical school leaves a significant knowledge gap and prompts the suffering of both: the patient and the doctor.

Dr.Carolyn Dean mentions that drugs deplete magnesium. Imagine that you take drugs. You are already deficient in magnesium, and additionally, you need to take chemicals.

You see, where does it go? Good intentions of medical people will be interrupted by the lack of magnesium.

Magnesium helps with aging

Some people are afraid of aging and do everything to stay young. However, seeing the wealthiest people in the world when they reach a lovely age, the question comes: why they do not look handsome or pretty?

They have all the money in the world, but somehow age does its own thing, such as different skin conditions, flexibility, etc.

Why do people age?

Healthy DNA guarantees good life. Unfortunately, sometimes chromosomes lose their caps at the end. These caps are telomeres that protect chromosomes from getting attached to another chromosome or unraveling.

Thankfully, magnesium helps telomeres to stay intact and protect chromosomes from damage. How does it work?

Magnesium participates in hundreds of enzyme systems. One of the enzymes that keep telomeres in order is telomerase reverse transcriptase. This enzyme depends on magnesium.

Do you see how vital magnesium is?

All cells in tissues, organs, and bones cannot live without magnesium.

Energy from magnesium

Every cell has 1000-2000 mitochondria that produce energy for us, speaking simple.

It is a process that involves ATP. ATP is created in the Krebs cycle. Do you know what magnesium does here? This mineral participates in six from eight cycles producing energy in mitochondria. How about that?

Magnesium is a vital element, a mineral that gives us peace of mind when we do not have a deficiency.

Look at that: without magnesium, you are tired, stressed, or angry.

Fatigue without magnesium

or you can be content, balanced, and full of energy when you take magnesium:

Happy with magnesium

What is the health benefit of magnesium?

The health benefit of magnesium is enormous. This mineral has been with us from the beginning of life on Earth.

Magnesium keeps us energetic, well-minded, balanced, in a happy mood, brave, able to work, enjoy life, love, and promote human legacy in one or another way.

Magnesium’s multi-benefit for health

  • Magnesium provides energy. Mitochondria, a power factory, needs magnesium in the Krebs cycle
  • Magnesium stabilizes cell membranes and protects them from excessive contraction
  • Magnesium participates in the activity of proteins. There are 3571 magnesium receptor sites in human proteins
  • RNA and DNA production requires magnesium
  • Magnesium is a cofactor for the enzyme guanosine triphosphatase
  • Magnesium is a cofactor for the enzyme phospholipase C
  • Magnesium is a cofactor for enzyme adenylate cyclase
  • Magnesium is a cofactor for enzyme guanylate cyclase
  • Magnesium participates in over 800 enzyme processes
  • Magnesium participates in ion channel regulations. The right electrolyte balance depends on magnesium.
  • Magnesium acts as the intracellular signaling molecule
  • Magnesium works as the modulator in oxidative phosphorylation
  • Magnesium participates in effective nerve conduction
  • Magnesium ensures proper muscle function

Best magnesium supplement

There are hundreds of magnesium supplements on the market. Unfortunately, not all of them provide the best beneficial results.

What do you need from magnesium?

  • Bioavailability
  • No side effects
  • Best quality
  • Fair price

Most magnesium supplements have side effects, such as going into the bathroom too often. A laxative side effect is unpleasant and leaves your body without other nutrients. It happens when magnesium does not go entirely into cells. Magnesium ions are in clusters and too big. Besides, the body does not accept fully these supplements.

Thankfully, Dr.Carolyn Dean created the magnesium supplement ReMag that absorbs at 100% range at the cellular level and does not have side effects.

ReMAG magnesium supplement

ReMag magnesium ions are so tiny that they quickly go through a cell’s membrane. Besides, ReMag ions are separate. They do not stick together, as happens with other magnesium supplements.

ReMag supplement contains pico ionic magnesium 20 times more condensed than angstrom minerals.

It means that you are getting the product that provides better value from all points of view.

You can read more about ReMag here.

Feedback from users

What is the health benefit of magnesium? You see this in the feedback from users. People, who used the ReMag supplement for a while, share their experiences. I present here a couple of their insights and how do they feel after taking the ReMag magnesium supplement.

ReMag feedback
Experience about ReMag after using it

Word of mouth is best because of sincerity and wish to share experience, especially when it is positive.

Magnesium is so vital that even famous show host Stew Peters endorsed magnesium.

Stew Peters endorses magnesium

I can bet that Stew Peters did not hear about ReMag. If he knew and used it, he would immediately turn his attention to the ReMag. However, any piece of information about the importance of magnesium is vital. People can remove stress and have good rest and peace of mind using magnesium supplements, especially ReMag.

I will summarize the answer to the question: What is the health benefit of magnesium? Magnesium keeps you in balance. Your systems work in unison without disruptions, stress, or deficiency.

Why Take Magnesium at Night

July 19, 2022 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Why take magnesium at night? Do you sleep well? Good for you. If you do not rest well during the night, you can benefit from pure magnesium that goes straight to cells without side effects.

Magnesium helps relax tight muscles, relieve stress, calm down, and avoid depression and migraines.

Importance of sleep

Everybody knows that sleep is vital and beneficial time. There is no evidence that people without sleep could perform at their best.

Of course, some exceptions exist, such as the legendary Napoleon or Winston Churchill. However, they are a minority.

According to NCBI ( National Center for Biotechnology Information), people who get enough sleep have less risk of getting these diseases, such as

  • Obesity
  • Heart disease
  • High blood pressure
  • Kidney disease
  • Diabetes
  • Stroke

There is a correlation between sleep dysfunction and gastrointestinal diseases. People who do not sleep have bowels, stomach, and liver problems. These situations disturb sleep. It is a vicious cycle that can be interrupted by lifestyle changes and complete nutrition.

How does lifestyle affect sleep?

Particular situations do not let sleep well or disturb sleep. These causes for not sleeping well or not sleeping at all are:

  • Arthritis
  • ADHD
  • Anxiety
  • Alcohol
  • Caffeine
  • Constipation
  • Heart disease
  • Nighttime cortisol surges
  • Pain
  • Hormone shifts
  • Depression
  • Dementia
  • Restless legs
  • Fear
  • Stress
  • OCD
  • Exercising without sufficient magnesium

Thankfully, all these causes will be gone after sufficient magnesium and other nutrients. Why? The body functions well when it gets all its needed nutrition. Nutrients build and support materials for proteins and various systems, such as enzymes.

How does magnesium help to sleep?

Magnesium can relax muscles. Restless syndrome, spasms in legs, painful muscles after exercise, stress, panic attacks, or fear do not let people relax and have a good time for rest.

Think about how you can sleep when your muscles ache, or your brain spins from unsolved tasks, stress, or malnutrition.

Besides, your muscles can be twitchy and restless. Your body is hyper-alert, and the slightest noise or vivid dream will wake you up.

It is an absolute nightmare, especially if it goes on and on. Knowing how magnesium helps to relax and promotes sound sleep, it is easy to answer a question: why take magnesium at night?

Dr. Carolyn Dean’s explanation about magnesium’s role in sleep and when to take magnesium

Most people find magnesium better than a sleeping pill to help get a good night’s rest. Others, who suffer from leg cramps, restless legs, fibromyalgia, or general muscle tension, take magnesium at night and find that it diminishes pain and tension and helps them sleep.

The Magnesium Miracle, Dr. Carolyn Dean, 464

The role of magnesium in helping you to sleep

Good sleep

This mineral takes part in vital bodily functions such as:

  • Magnesium flip-flops age-related neuroendocrine
  • Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) is the primary inhibitory neurotransmitter in the human brain. GABA enhances sleep and reduces stress. Magnesium binds to GABA gates, increasing their effects
  • Sufficient magnesium lessens inflammatory stress helping sleep better
  • Study shows magnesium increases plasma melatonin in rats. Melatonin is a sleep hormone.
  • Other studies show that a lack of sleep increases heart rate, raises plasma catecholamines, and reduces intracellular magnesium

I think that the most important trait here is that magnesium relaxes muscles. You cannot sleep when your body is tense. Besides, it does not help overall because it keeps you in constant tension.

Additionally, magnesium relieves stress. Of course, it is an emotional thing. However, constant worries, feelings of panic, or anxiety never helped anybody to dive into the kingdom of dreams.

Many decades ago, people used Epsom Salt baths to relieve muscle aches, get rid of stress, or relax. It is an old remedy but works perfectly well nowadays too.

Epsom baths are for external usage. If somebody prefers an oral magnesium supplement, ReMag is the best mineral on the market.

What is fascinating about ReMag is that people can take it externally and orally. Why?

ReMag, the flagship product of RnA ReSet company, is worth every minute of attention.

What is so fascinating about ReMag?

  • ReMag is a pure magnesium ion supplement that is stabilized and does not stick into clusters as other ions are accustomed to doing.
  • ReMag Magnesium ions go straight into cells. They are so tiny that they do not need to squeeze through cell gates.
  • ReMag magnesium ions are pico-ionic size.
  • ReMag Magnesium ions go into cells faster as they reach the large intestine. It means no side effects, such as rushing into the bathroom and leaving the good stuff behind you. For example, magnesium oxide absorbs at a 4% rate.
  • ReMag supplement contains 20 times more magnesium compared with other angstrom minerals.
  • ReMag magnesium is liquid. You can take it orally or externally. It means that magnesium will absorb through the skin.

You can read more about ReMag here.

Do you use magnesium supplements? Previously I used magnesium citrate, which worked pretty well for me. However, when I discovered ReMag through Dr.Carolyn Dean’s Books, I did not look back anymore.

More than 70 percent of Americans are deficient in magnesium. It is time to replenish lost minerals and regain balance for the body and mind. How about that?

How Many Elements Make Up the Human Body?

June 30, 2022 By Nemira Leave a Comment

How many elements make up human body?

How many elements make up the human body? The answer is 60 of them. For me, magnesium is one of the eleven most important elements. It means that mineral plays an essential role in body activities.

Elements in the human body

Think about what does happen when you lose something?

It can be many reasons and ways to lose something. You can lose your car keys. It means that you cannot drive. You can lose your umbrella. It means you cannot stay dry while pouring rain down your head.

Let’s go to the unconscious subjects such as a car. If the car lost one of her many details, it would not take you from point A to point B.

A more straightforward example about losing something. If you lost your car keys, can you drive?

Think about it.

If your body loses magnesium, for example, can it perform well?

Medical equipment does not work if it lacks one of a few parts.

Is it clear?

Nothing and nobody can fully operate when it lacks the required details

What does it mean? It means that if a human body lacks elements shown in the chart above, it does not function fully at the beginning of loss.

Later, you will see that you do not feel the same as usual.

For example, if you lack magnesium, you will be among 70-80% of Americans who feel stress, anxiety, cannot sleep properly, and are depressed.

Who needs that?

Knowing that magnesium is one of the most critical minerals in the human body, it is easy to stay well, especially in these turbulent times when you take it.

If you do not know how magnesium is essential in your life, let’s pour all of its benefits here:

  • Magnesium gives you energy. The mineral is a cofactor in the production of ATP. Mitochondria manufacture ATP with the help of magnesium. The mineral participates in six steps of the Krebs cycle. Every cell has 1000-1200 mitochondria inside.
  • Human proteins require magnesium for production. There are over 3751 magnesium receptor sites in human proteins.
  • Magnesium works as a membrane stabilizing agent. It helps balance muscle cell membranes’ excessive contraction and soothes excited nerves.
  • The structural integrity of nucleic acids depends on magnesium.
  • Phospholipase needs magnesium which is a cofactor in the process of splitting phospholipids. These enzymes participate in creating signal transduction pathways. “The most important one allows calcium to enter cells“(The Magnesium Miracle, 74)
  • The enzyme adenylate cyclase requires magnesium. The regulation of adrenaline and glucagon depends on this enzyme. Besides, magnesium binds and regulates the function of gateways to the cell or ion channels.
  • Magnesium participates in over 800 hundred enzyme systems
  • The enzyme guanosine triphosphatase requires magnesium as a co-factor. Our taste, smell, and light perception do not occur without GTPase. Additionally, proteins dislocate through cell membranes, biosynthesize, and cells differentiate with the help of magnesium as a co-factor for GTPase.
  • Ion channel regulation does not occur properly without magnesium.
  • Magnesium works as the modulator of oxidative phosphorylation. It doesn’t sound elementary, but in short, magnesium helps form protein complexes in mitochondria.
  • Magnesium protects cells from death, regulating calcium access.
  • Magnesium helps muscles relax.

It is not easy to comprehend all medical terms. However, knowing that magnesium influences the activities of over 800 enzymes, it sounds like this mineral is vitally essential for humans to survive and flourish.

Think about it. If you feel depressed, your nerves are on edge, or your muscles are sore, the magnesium can pull you out of this misery.

Comparing magnesium with missing detail from the car is a vague effort to describe the importance of this mineral.

Although, think about a car that cannot move without a carburetor. It is a simple example that shows the dependence of the needed detail.

A car is a simple and primitive example when you compare it with the human body, where all systems depend on elements to function correctly. There are thousands of bonds interfering with each other in the human body.

If we miss minerals that come with food or supplements, we risk the body being out of balance and, later on, getting problems such as diseases.

Who needs that again?

I guess that nobody wants to be sick or feel miserable. We have plenty on our plates to deal with now.

By taking magnesium, people can avoid being depressed, panicked, or dealing with heart conditions.

What is about the heart?

The heart contains most of the body’s magnesium. If magnesium is absent, problems associated with the heart occur. Interestingly, the amount of magnesium in the blood must be the same. If the body lacks magnesium is taken from places where magnesium resides. The heart is one of these places, the brain too.

It is the reason why it is so important to take magnesium supplements.

The best magnesium at these times is ReMag. You can read about this miraculous supplement here.

Show stars recognize the importance of magnesium

Stew Peters, the host of The Stew Peters Show e, emphasizes the importance of magnesium, pointing to the fact that most Americans are magnesium deficient.

Stew Peters promotes another supplement. However, it is nothing wrong with it because it is known that it is better to take any magnesium than without this miraculous element.

Stew Peters endorses magnesium

So, do you take magnesium supplements?

An Update

A Tennesse Senator Frank Niceley wrote a fascinating article. It does show how nutrients and minerals are important to our bodies. Described difference between GMO crops and crops produced on the farm must open the eyes fro everybody who wants him and their family to stay healthy:

I have never seen land grant universities compare the nutrition of different types of corn. Some of the old open-pollinated varieties of corn had 11-12 percent protein. You could fatten a hog on twenty-five bushels of some open-pollinated varieties. When I was in college, we used hybrid corn and figured it was about 9 percent protein. Now, this GMO corn is down to 5.5-6 percent protein, and all they want to do with it is to make ethanol. If we could do one thing, we should quit subsidizing the ethanol industry and put a lot of the land currently given over to GMO corn (and soybeans) back into the pasture.

A dirty little secret about GMO corn is that it has no minerals and no nutrition. Monsanto won’t let you do a side-by-side comparison of GMO and non-GMO corn. When you are feeding your animals and children GMO corn, it looks like corn, it feels like corn, and it might even smell like corn, but there are no minerals in it. I heard on the radio that the USDA said our corn had lost 70 percent of its calcium in the last thirty years. Our fruits and vegetables also have half the minerals they had thirty years ago. I heard that said by the USDA once but have not heard it again. I guess the USDA had to throw it out there just once, so if they ever got sued, they could say, “No, we told everyone about it.”

Side Effects Of Calcium Magnesium Supplements

October 14, 2019 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Side effects of calcium magnesium supplements depend on the type of the supplement brand and the nature of the mineral. Would you ask that it is nonsense? Thankfully it is not a pink elephant dream but a real story about the importance of calcium and magnesium.

Calcium is dangerous to the body if it lacks magnesium. This mineral magnesium guards cells from overflowing with calcium. The excess calcium can make cells super excited, and they can die. Additionally, calcium deposits in tissues and on the walls of blood vessels, hardening them.

The importance of calcium

Many of us think that calcium is one of the most praised minerals. Unfortunately, it is not valid. Nowadays, doctors find out that the excess calcium and the lack of magnesium lead to inflammation and calcium deposits in soft tissues.

Previously people thought that calcium keeps bones intact and robust without breaking up.  Yes, calcium is an electrolyte that plays a role in the digestive, muscular, and circulatory systems. Unfortunately, using calcium in excess, such as drinking milk, is suitable only for youngsters from cows who need to grow hooves and horns. Later on, animals stop and grow without milk. Do people stop? Nope.

People do not follow the laws of nature. They eat that is tasty and looks appealing. You would tell me, how about French cheese? They have more than four hundred types of it and seem happy consuming kilos of these products.

How does it happen that people in Europe do better compared to North America, especially in the USA?

The difference in diets

In Europe, people eat more fibers and food rich in vital nutrients. There is not so much processed food around. Of course, fast-food chains show up. Fortunately, they are not so popular compared with the USA.

Problems with calcium

Okay, back to calcium. People think that calcium is vital to keep bones healthy. It is true, but the same excess of calcium can create chaos in the body.

How does it happen?

Calcium enters cells, where magnesium guards the entrance. The excess calcium can cause accumulation, later on, hyperexcitability and calcification. It leads to cell death.

The importance of magnesium

Magnesium prevents the body from calcification. This mineral lets calcium go into a cell, but it ushers it out when the cell does not need calcium.

According to Dr.Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D., the author of The Magnesium Miracle,

Too much calcium entering cells can cause symptoms of heart disease (such as angina, high blood pressure, and arrhythmia), asthma, or headaches. But if there is enough magnesium, it acts as the body’s natural calcium channel blocker.

What are the side effects of calcium magnesium supplements?

Pain from calcification

People who take more calcium and less magnesium can suffer from calcification. Doctors recognize the excess calcium as a danger to blood vessels. Besides, calcium deposits in the bladder and kidneys create stones. Not so much fun, doesn’t it?

Magnesium and calcium are antagonists. They cannot act without each other. However, magnesium is at concentration 10,000 times greater than that of calcium inside the cells.

Do you see the importance? If you take significant amounts of calcium and magnesium cannot protect cells from calcium overflow, you and I can be in big trouble.

Of course, it is not the end of the world, but who needs calcification, especially if you know that it leads to inflammation?

I am out because I know and feel the benefits of magnesium.

The simplicity of magnesium

It is nothing complicated about magnesium. This mineral offers only benefits to us. Picking the correct supplement lets us avoid the laxative effect. You know that magnesium salts are famous for loose bowels. I do not favor it because I have more to do instead of spending time in a quiet place.

Do we need calcium?

We need it, but we can get it from food, like bone broth. According to Dr.Carolyn Dean, the ideal dietary ratio for calcium and magnesium is 1:1.

Wrapping up

The excess of calcium and the lack of magnesium in supplements can cause unpleasant effects such as calcification, which leads to inflammation. Without magnesium, calcium does not dissolve and deposits in soft tissues.

Taking the right amounts of magnesium and calcium will help keep the body balanced without disturbing vital functions.

To avoid the laxative effects of magnesium salts, check out the ReMag magnesium supplement. You’ll be able to read more about it here.

Best Magnesium For Fibromyalgia

February 12, 2019 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Best magnesium for fibromyalgia

Best magnesium for fibromyalgia is a product, which does not have side effects, has 100 % cellular absorption, consists of pure magnesium ions, and does not cost arm and leg. Plenty of other magnesium products help but do not deliver reliable results.

What is fibromyalgia?

Fibromyalgia is a condition that has symptoms such as

  •   Muscle and joint pain
  •   Sleep disorder
  •    Depression
  •    Digestive problems
  •   Incapacitating fatigue
  •    Neuralgia
  •     Anxiety
  •    Cognitive confusion

According to Dr. Carolyn Dean, the author of The Magnesium Miracle, this disorder results from toxin and infection accumulation from lifestyle and environment.

People are exposed to toxins and various chemicals from childhood. Prescription drugs are chemicals too. Many types of chemicals surround us. You can not find a clean spot; there are no unfriendly toxins.

The level of toxins can be different. However, during the lifetime, the accumulation occurs. You could tell that you are okay because you eat organic food, live in the countryside, and do not have any contact with chemicals always.

Yes, not everybody has fibromyalgia. Unfortunately, those who have it do not enjoy this condition

How is fibromyalgia diagnosed?

  •   If a person has aches or stiffness in at least three parts of the body for three months
  •    Six or more characteristic, reproducible soft points in the muscles are named trigger points.
  •    When the rest of the disorders are excluded.

There are minor indicators that could point to fibromyalgia:

  •   Fatigue all over the body
  •    Constant headaches
  •     The sleep disturbances
  •     Swelled joints
  •      Tingling sensation or numbness
  •      Psychological and neurological complaints

Happy news

Dr. Carolyn Dean found out from her life-long experience that 50% of fibromyalgia symptoms can disappear using the right amounts of the proper magnesium.

The other 50% of symptoms are associated with yeast overgrowth.

What does it mean?

If you use suitable magnesium and get rid of yeast, you can escape the misery of fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. With magnesium, everything is clear. You use ReMag, one of the best magnesium supplements, adding it to the water and sipping it during the day. I could tell that it is the best because it goes straight to the cells, pure pico-ionic magnesium ions from magnesium chloride.

Happy with magnesium

Compared with angstrom minerals, it provides 20 times better value because it is concentrated and contains only magnesium ions.

Okay, everything is clear with magnesium, which will help with fibromyalgia.

How about yeast overgrowth?

How do you deal with these unpleasant creatures? You need to follow the yeast detox protocol.

You can scratch your head and think about how it happened? We can not remember why chronic fatigue or fibromyalgia bothers us. I believe that it is too gentle the word “bother.”

However, let’s check out how it happens:

  • In baby years, cortisone creams treat diaper rash. It speeds up further growth of the yeast
  • Ear infections treated multiple times with antibiotics can lead to intestinal yeast infections.
  • Colds, flu treated with antibiotics
  • Allergic reactions are treated with cortisone sprays, antihistamines, and allergy shots.
  •  Cravings for sweets can be caused by yeast overgrowth
  •   Bladder infections are treated with antibiotics.
  •  Pregnancy hormones trigger vaginal yeast infections
  •   Parents having small children suffer from a lack of sleep. It bothers and weakens the immune system.

There are many more conditions when the immune system weakens; yeast overgrowth happens thanks to the overuse of antibiotics, chemical drugs such as antidepressants, sleeping pills, and constant stress.

Magnesium deficiency occurs when all these conditions happen.  Besides it, poor nutrition and sedentary lifestyle ads pressure on the body. How long can people be in good shape when the body does not get what it needs?

Damage from yeast overgrowth

Powerful antibiotics and other drugs kill not just harmful bacteria. They kill good bacteria too. Yeast does not wait too long. It takes place in the gastrointestinal tract.

Can you imagine that yeast (Candida albicans) can produce over 178 toxins? It is for the body to be knocked out to have few toxins, but 178? It is too much.

The immune system can not serve the body if continuously attacked and poisoned.

Damage from drugs

Damage from drugs

Thousands of medical drugs are in use. Plenty of them has side effects. Magnesium deals with chemicals helping the body remove toxins. However, drugs deplete this precious mineral when the body does not get enough magnesium.

With the lack of magnesium, problems start to appear. Depression, anxiety, fatigue, and muscle pain are symptoms of fibromyalgia. The deficiency of magnesium shows the same signs.

How does magnesium help with fibromyalgia?

Magnesium participates in a Krebs cycle where the energy is produced. No magnesium, no power.

Magnesium helps detoxify the body from yeast toxins and chemical drugs.

Following a particular diet and taking dietary supplements, people can progress in dealing with chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia.

Which magnesium is best for fibromyalgia?

ReMag Magnesium supplement absorbs at the cellular level of 100 %. This capability lets the body get as much magnesium as it wants.  Magnesium reaches cells right away. How about that? There are no side effects. ReMag is the best magnesium for fibromyalgia. This mineral satisfies body needs momentarily because magnesium ions go straight to cells.

More about ReMag you can read here.

Dr. Carolyn Dean created ReMag and a few more products which go straight to cells. You can feel the wellness effect because products are made using proprietary technologies, tested in labs, and adored by thousands of happy users.

Our bodies need minerals that do not exist in junk food. Conventional food lacks nutrients and minerals, too, thanks to depleted soil and harmful farming practices. We do not know from where food comes.

Wrapping up

Fibromyalgia comes from a toxic environment, poor diet, and lacking vital nutrients. Yeast overgrowth fills the body with 178 toxins. The usage of drugs and antibiotics depletes magnesium. Inadequate nutrition does not provide minerals, vitamins, or essential amino acids. Everything works together and weakens the body.

You can have a blast by changing your lifestyle, getting rid of inflammation, and taking magnesium supplements such as ReMag. Nobody needs to live in constant pain and misery. Read Dr.Carolyn Dean’s book The Magnesium Miracle. You will see how it can improve your experience by changing your diet and lifestyle.

Does Magnesium Help Anxiety?

May 7, 2018 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Does magnesium help anxiety? Yes, magnesium helps relieve pressure. Mineral relaxes muscles, aids in producing energy in mitochondria, and supports the brain and its functions. Individuals who experience fear and anxiety contain adrenaline made by adrenal glands. Adrenaline is the hormone, neurotransmitter, and medication that depletes calcium, sodium, potassium, and magnesium.

How does anxiety happen?

Adrenaline is produced by the adrenal glands when we feel stressed, scared, or threatened. Adrenaline keeps us in an intense mode. It prepares us to fight or run away from danger. Together with adrenaline, the hormone cortisol is produced. This hormone helps just in an emergency. When stress is prolonged, cortisol can participate in breaking down proteins. It can lead to muscle wasting.                                                                                                                                   Happiness does not produce adrenaline, except enormous joy when people are overwhelmed with emotions.

However, people who like scary movies, risky traveling, hor financial adventures can be addicted to adrenaline. This hormone keeps you high and excited. The consequence is the depletion of minerals and magnesium as well.

Magnesium deficiency leads to increased heart rate, blood pressure elevation, and muscle tension. You have a feeling that you are ready to fight or to fly.

Besides, when you are magnesium deficient, you will experience more stress. The body can suffer panic attacks, leading to more stress and more magnesium depletion.

Over 32 percent of Americans suffer from depression, drug problems, and anxiety. Magnesium could solve all these problems.  This mineral provides a calming, relaxing effect on muscles, tissues, and cells.

Calcium and magnesium correlation

You would think that calcium is a vital mineral. Yes, it is, but calcium has relationships with magnesium. During anxiety time, stress occupies the body, and adrenaline is secreted. Calcium is required for the stimulation of adrenaline release. When is too much calcium, there is more adrenaline.

Sufficient magnesium keeps calcium in moderate quantities and, in this way, reduces the level of stress.

Benefits of magnesium

Magnesium is vital for over 65 conditions. These conditions happen when magnesium is deficient. One hundred factors show that the body lacks magnesium. Anxiety is one of them.

Does Magnesium Help Anxiety

Many magnesium facts show how we depend on this pure mineral.

  • Magnesium participates in enzyme systems functioning. Enzymes are proteins that help the body properly metabolize food. Food needs to be broken into the smallest particles to reach organs, tissues, and cells. Enzymes are mineral-dependent.
  • Magnesium protects cells from excess calcium.  Too much calcium can harm cells.
  • Magnesium participates in the Krebs cycle, where adenosine triphosphate ATP is created. Magnesium takes part in six steps of a process.
  • Magnesium prevents telomeres from deteriorating. Telomeres are like small caps on the ends of DNA. If they broke, chromosomes could be damaged too.
  • Magnesium protects joints helping dissolve calcium that builds up.
  • Magnesium helps with kidney stones, teeth grinding, and musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Magnesium is needed for serotonin. This neurotransmitter elevates mood and depends on magnesium. Thankfully, it that more magnesium and more happiness around.
  • Magnesium helps with diabetes because insulin needs magnesium too. Magnesium allows insulin to transfer glucose to cells.
  • Magnesium aids in muscle spasms. Headaches can occur when neck and head muscles tense.
  • Magnesium deals with heart muscle damage and cardiac arrhythmia.  The heart, especially the left ventricle, has the highest magnesium in the whole body.
  • Magnesium helps with the detoxification of heavy metals.
  • Magnesium helps with insomnia, fatigue, anxiety, and migraine.
  • Magnesium helps boost the brain’s power.

You see that magnesium is a crucial part of the whole picture of what is going on in the body.

When people lack magnesium, they get problems; what is sad is that there is not so much attention from mainstream media about this vital mineral.

Of course, other minerals cannot be thrown away, but magnesium has many roles in our well-being.

Musicians and magnesium

I cannot stop thinking if musicians who are now playing and creating music in heaven would still be with us if they took magnesium. I have ReMag in mind because this dietary supplement has no side effects. The effect is instant because ReMag goes straight to the cell and helps in various situations.

These guys and girls, men and women, experience anxiety, anticipation, fear, and stress. The loud sound, responsibility, and concern that the public will not accept them deplete resources of magnesium. Why?

When we have stressed, our adrenal glands produce adrenaline and cortisol. These hormones prepare us to escape unwanted conditions elevating heart rate, pumping more blood, and increasing blood pressure. Unfortunately, musicians stay in one place. Of course, some can jump around, but these factors do not work for magnesium. Stress not removed. Magnesium depletes, and symptoms of anxiety, insomnia, or high blood pressure can occur.

Many musicians take drugs and alcohol to conquer stress, tiredness, and lack of energy. Some medications, such as Inderal, contain beta-blockers. It constricts bronchial tubes and decreases heart rate.  Inderal helps with fear and anxiety. Unfortunately, insomnia, sexual dysfunction, and skin rash can occur. Not all people experience side effects. However, taking in higher doses, side effects are not pleasant.

According to Dr. Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D., the safest way to escape anxiety and get help for muscle tension or injuries is to take magnesium. ReMag is 100 percent absorbable at the cellular level. You can rub it into the skin or make it orally.

You would think about how it can be so easy. Can magnesium solve all problems? Yes, if you do not have a first-degree burn or collusion with the truck, magnesium can help in many situations. Read the book The Magnesium Miracle, and you will see how much this pure mineral can change your life.

Nature creates our body so that if you provide it with all vital nutrients, the body takes care of itself.

Wrapping up

Yes, magnesium helps with anxiety. It is a mineral that relaxes and provides energy for the body naturally. Magnesium was in our bodies thousands of years ago. Unfortunately, people have more stress now than in the Middle Ages or when dinosaurs roamed freely. Humans just run away from the danger and move on with their lives. Now people are stressed daily unless they hide in the forest or live in a monastery from the world’s temptations.

Nowadays, people are stressed more than before without special techniques such as meditation, yoga, breathing exercises, and nutritional supplementation.

Can you do something to escape this misery? Of course, you can. Listen to your body, care for your mental and physical health, and search for answers. When you are informed and not in the maze of fake news, you will make decisions that will benefit you and your loved ones.

P.S. Take magnesium for anxiety.

Do You Prevent Depression?

April 23, 2018 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Do You Prevent Depression?

Do you prevent depression? To avoid it, you need to know what it is. Depression can happen to anyone who is magnesium deficient, takes medication,  or lost a job, spouse, or favorite toy. History of depression in the family, harmful habits such as alcohol, smoking,  overconsumption of sugar, and the experience of stressful events during pregnancy or after can trigger the rise of anxiety, panic attacks, or depression.

Nobody needs it. We know how better to spend time enjoying life, family, and friends. However, shit happens, as one guy from Forrest Gump told. What can we do?

When we know why depression does happen, we can take preventative measures to push this condition over the cliff, leaving us in the blooming meadow without any problems. It is an exaggeration, but we need to understand that we are responsible for our actions.

Of course, pregnancy and babies are among the most blessed events in human lives. However, if we know about the possibility of being depressed, we can take care of ourselves or our l loved ones.

What does happen during and after pregnancy?

The body experiences hormonal shifts during biological changes. It is reasonable because Nature behaves in this way. These shifts modify the ways how neurotransmitters behave in the body. However, individuals can react to hormonal changes. Neurotransmitters can speed up or slow down the transmission between neurons. It can feel like confusion, anxiety, and depression.

The role of gut bacteria

Scientists proved that the gut produces the same chemicals as the brain does. It concludes that when the balance in the heart is disturbed,  the number of neurotransmitters can be altered.

You know that the brain produces serotonin, the hormone which makes us feel good. GABA is created in the brain too. These hormones are produced in the gut also. The difference is that, for example, GABA does not cross the blood-brain barrier.

However, the disturbing neurotransmitter balance in the gut affects our mood. How does it happen? Gut bacteria influence neurotransmitter balance through metabolic pathways where neuroactive compounds are made — In this way, behavior and brain development change.

What does it mean? It means that gut bacteria must be in shape. When other toxic bacteria take over, various toxins are produced, and we experience changes in mood, anxiety, or depression.

Food without vital nutrients cannot support metabolic processes in the whole body. In this way,  people experience various disorders.

The role of the vagus nerve

The Vagus nerve connects organs and the gut to the brain. It is just because the brain command center needs to get information about what is happening here. The insular cortex is a region that monitors and interprets how the body feels. Nerve impulses go from the brain to the gut and organs and back. Impulses from nerve endings travel from the GI tract and stomach to the insular cortex.

In this way, you can feel discomfort occurring in the stomach or the gut; what is interesting is that nerves use GABA for interaction in the vagus nerve. If the balance of GABA is affected, you can feel changes in mood.

It means that your brain listens to the gut. When the microbiome is disturbed, hormone balance changes too. In this way, the brain reacts to modification and gives us feelings of the wrong mood, anxiety, or depression. Not so much fun is here.

Serotonin for mood

The brain and gut produce serotonin, a hormone making us feel good. When stress occurs, the production in the brain lowers. Happily, the heart can compensate for this loss and produce more serotonin.

It is fascinating that bacterial serotonin, different from GABA, can cross the blood-brain barrier and positively affect mood, appetite, and feelings.

How can you keep the gut bacteria happy?

You see that disbalance in the gut can affect well-being. It can lead to depression too. Jack Gilbert, Ph.D., and Rob Knight, Ph.D. , mention diet with omega-3 fatty acid supplementation and probiotics. They describe the clinical trial in their book Dirt Is Good when people took probiotics.

After one month, people who took probiotics…” had a significant reduction in psychological distress, including less depression, anxiety, anger, and hostility, and interestingly also showed improved problem-solving.”

Dr. Andrew Weil M.D. recommends food rich in omega-3 fatty acids to prevent inflammation.

Magnesium role

Magnesium is a vital mineral, and deficiency can bring many problems to the body. We can be depressed, anxious and experience fatigue and panic attacks without fixing it for them.

Magnesium takes part in the body’s metabolism. According to Dr.Carolyn Dean M.D., N.D., the author of The Magnesium Miracle, “Anxiety and depression are often nutrient deficiency diseases and chemical sensitivities, certainly not drug deficiency diseases.”

How does magnesium help with depression?

Magnesium participates in the production of serotonin in the brain and gut cells. You know that serotonin is a hormone making you feel good. What happens when our brain and gut do not produce enough serotonin? We cry or become mad; we are depressed or confused.

Sufficient magnesium helps to keep the body’s biochemistry in check. This mineral prevents depression and may treat it, according to Dr.Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D.
