Heart Disease and Magnesium Deficiency

July 22, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Heart disease and magnesium deficiency do not have enough attention. The book The Magnesium  Miracle provides facts and solutions on how to help the body regain health and well-being.

The Magnesium Miracle provides information about how the heart can benefit from magnesium.

The heart is an organ that contains magnesium and needs it for the proper activities to perform functions. Deficient magnesium in the body creates problems such as arrhythmia or heart attacks.

Magnesium helps arteries

You know that blood reaches the heart through arteries. When arteries are in lousy shape, problems occur.

Magnesium reduces homocysteine levels. It means that amino acid homocysteine has fewer chances to create oxidized cholesterol. Magnesium chases free radicals away, balances blood sugar, and lowers blood pressure.

The help from magnesium for arteries is enormous because we need a smooth way through arteries for blood flow to the heart.

Heart problems

Heart attacks require hospitalization and supervision.

According to Dr.Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D., MI (myocardial infarction), or so-called heart attack, occurs when coronary arteries are harmed by atherosclerosis. Spasms caused by the lack of magnesium can invite heart attacks.

The use of magnesium for heart disease has been known since 1930. Dr. Carolyn Dean provides information about clinical trials and studies where magnesium had a positive outcome for patients.

There are situations when magnesium helps:

  • Preventing rhythm problems after an acute heart attack
  • Dilating blood vessels and improving blood flow to the heart
  • Protecting heart muscle from an excess of calcium
  • Reducing free radical damage
  • Breaking down blood clots and blocking arteries

Digoxin, the drug for the heart, works more efficiently and effectively for cardiac arrhythmia with the help of magnesium.

Side effects of heart medication

Heart disease and magnesium deficiency

Dr.Carolyn Dean mentions the importance of magnesium when drugs are used to treat the heart. Diuretics remove magnesium from the body. Other medications do not help the body to keep enough minerals. The magnesium helps the heart to stay relaxed and prevents calcium overload.

Why do these heart problems happen?

Magnesium deficiency creates many challenges, such as spasms in the coronary arteries and heart rhythm disbalance.

The lack of magnesium creates irritation to the heart. Magnesium makes all muscles relax when calcium contracts. Without magnesium, the soul can not rest efficiently. You can add stress, poor nutrition such as junk food, and increased body weight, and you will see that our hearts need special attention.

Heart attacks happen when magnesium levels are at their lowest: in the morning and late afternoon.

Magnesium for arrhythmia

Magnesium seems to be the rescuer from another nasty situation, such as arrhythmia. Magnesium can neutralize the harmful effects of catecholamines.

Catecholamines are products of stress related to adrenaline and cortisol. This evidence from Dr. Carolyn Dean’s book The Magnesium Miracle is worth spreading to everybody who wants to feel well.

Magnesium participates in the balance of sodium, potassium, and calcium. This union helps maintain a regular heartbeat.

Studies show that magnesium helps reduce the frequency of ventricular arrhythmia.

Magnesium for mitral valve prolapse

Mitral valve prolapse happens when the mitral valve does not close appropriately off one heart chamber. It is excellent that mild and even moderate conditions of mitral valve prolapse do not show any symptoms.

Mitral valve prolapse is well maintained with magnesium. Magnesium deficiency can cause trouble for productive heart muscle work; if calcium is in excess, the heart contracts and spasms. The heart can not relax if magnesium is deficient.

Heart and magnesium

Heart disease and magnesium deficiency are correlated. You see from the above cases that the lack of magnesium causes problems or makes conditions worse. Who needs it?

Magnesium is a pure mineral from nature. However, our bodies are created in a way where mineral balance is vital for our well-being.

Dr. Carolyn Dean’s book  The Magnesium Miracle shows ways to help the body stay in the best shape with the service of magnesium.

Conclusion

Magnesium is a vital mineral not just for the heart but for all body functions. The magnesium deficiency leads to disturbances such as disturbed cell metabolism, control of nerve action, heart activity, muscle relaxation, vascular tone, and the entry and release of calcium.

Heart Disease and Magnesium Deficiency

You see, that heart badly needs magnesium. All conditions disappear or ease when magnesium is sufficient.

Magnesium does not have side effects. If you would like to read about the best, 100 percent absorbable liquid magnesium at the cellular level, please read here.

If you have questions or thoughts regarding this blog or something that interests or concerns you, please leave a comment below. I would be glad to read and answer.

Pico Ionic Minerals

July 13, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Pico-ionic minerals are monoatomic, individual particles. Ions charged atoms. They tend to bond with hydrogen and oxygen, forming hydroxides and oxides. Pico is the term for size. There is one quadrillion or 1,000,000,000,000,000 picometers in a meter. Can you grasp it? I can, but it still confuses me because we do not deal with this type of size measurement in real life.

Can we ask to paint a flower the size of one picometer? We can ask, of course, but who will do it and how?

Pico-ionic minerals are so minor that they can go through a cell’s membrane. It helps the body absorb minerals in an efficient and fast way.

ReMag and ReMyte are picometer minerals

ReMag Review:The Best Way to Get Magnesium Benefits

ReMag and ReMyte are exceptional ionic solutions. How are they unique? ReMyte and ReMag are monoatomic, picometer solutions. Usually,  ions have a habit of bonding together, formin, clusters and more significant colonies or complexes. connect can bond with oxide and hydroxide, making magnesium oxides and hydroxides. These unions act as antacids neutralizing hydrochloric acid in the stomach. They have a laxative effect, are challenging to digest, and are not absorbed completely. The absorption can be from 4 percent for magnesium oxide to forty percent.

How are ReMag and ReMyte special?

Magnesium ions in ReMag and ions in ReMyte solutions do not bond with each other, thanks to the unique manufacturing practice. They do not make complexes as other ions do. What fascinates me is that the ions in these formulas are the same size as the periodic table.

Can you imagine that these ions in ReMag and ReMyte are the same size as minerals in the soil?  Plants get minerals from the ground using the root system. Minerals travel through tiny rootlets to the plant.

Minerals can not be more minor as created in nature. ReMag and ReMyte have pico-ionic minerals size of atoms in the periodic table. Nobody can make ions in an insignificant way. They are not divided further, and It is the end of the limit.

How do minerals reach the body?

The food travels from the mouth down to the stomach. Individuals who thoroughly chew food help saliva start the digestive process. In the stomach, hydrochloric acid releases minerals from food in the form of ions.

Digestive juices ionize minerals, creating individual ions. According to Dr.Carolyn Dean, “ions are the basis of biological energy and function.”

Later on, individual ions, freed from food, attach proteins to carriers. In this way, minerals are delivered to various places in the body.

What is the ion?

An ion is a negatively or positively charged atom. Cations are positively charged ions, and anions are negatively charged ions.

When the atom loses or gets an electron, it is electrically charged. To completely absorb minerals, they must have an electrical charge.

This electrical charge makes ions interact with others, attracting or repelling each other in a search for another ion.

How does electrical charge benefit the body?

Electrically charged minerals are starters, cofactors, and catalysts in the body’s metabolic processes. Cells in the body are surrounded by fluid, saturated with cations( positively charged ions) and anions(negatively charged ions). The liquid inside the cell is the same.

The electrical gradient formed thanks to the separation of atoms with specific electrical charges. Thanks to this current or electrical gradient, mineral ionic particles flow smoothly through the cell membrane.

Monoatomic ionic minerals in ReMag and ReMyte are absorbed quickly because of their small size and electric charge.

How small is small?

Minerals enter the cell through ion channels. These channels are 400-500 picometers in diameter — ion channels made from proteins that form pores through cell membranes.

I read that ReMag goes straight to the cell. When we drink water with ReMag, magnesium reaches cells already in the mouth. It does not have a laxative effect. The absorption is 100 percent.

I thought about how it could be because it is not easy to grasp that minerals in ReMag and ReMyte are so small. They are so tiny that they instantly go into the cell.

How does the body benefit from pico-ionic minerals?

The absorption of pico-ionic minerals saves plenty of energy for the body. Pico-ionic minerals are so small that they go straight to the cell. The digestion process is shortened. The body can perform more efficiently.

Magnesium Rocks Calcium No

July 11, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Magnesium rocks, calcium no. Yes, it is correct because if you never had a bump under the skin and sleepless nights thinking what the heck it is, count yourself as the lucky one. In this age where pink ribbons are everywhere, stories about people going to heaven from incurable diseases can scare everybody. How can you know that it is? My few friends had it, and they were threatened in the same way as I worried about them. I read that these bumps can be in any place where soft tissue is involved.

How do these bumps occur?

First, we need to clear out what the heck is these bumps under the skin. It is the calcification of soft tissues when calcium is abundant. Individuals take calcium in enormous amounts, fearing that bones will crumble, break, or weaken joints.

Unfortunately, calcium comes in forms which not dissolve in the blood. It means that it floats in blood. Depending on the size and quality, the calcium can be absorbed partially, or it will not be absorbed at all. Magnesium aids in dissolving calcium. When calcium enters the cell through calcium channels, magnesium controls how much calcium can go into the cell.

Magnesium and calcium correlation

According to Dr. Carolyn Dean, “magnesium in the cells is kept at a concentration 10000 greater than calcium. It allows only a certain amount of calcium to enter cells to create necessary electrical transmissions, and then immediately ejects the calcium once the work was done. Why? If calcium accumulates in the cell, it causes hyperexcitability and calcification, disrupting cell function and leading to angina, high blood pressure, arrhythmia, asthma, headaches and even heart attacks.”

Carolyn Dean, N.D., M.D.

Of course, it will be a placebo effect for us when they believe that we did everything to help our body stay active. Yes, I thought the same way until I found out that calcium from the worldwide company Tianshi is absorbed 70 percent. I did not see the lab results. It is a claim from distributors.

Let’s look at Dr. Carolyn Dean’s book The Magnesium Miracle.  Dr. Carolyn Dean explains why calcium is a bad guy without the presence of magnesium.

Heart problems

The heart is a muscle, a different one. However, it requires magnesium when individuals take too much calcium, and heart cells are overloaded with calcium. Cells contract and spasm. This spasm can be a life-threatening situation called a heart attack. Magnesium is a natural calcium channel blocker. Magnesium regulates calcium flow inside and out of cells. Sufficient magnesium lets cells relax and does not let calcium overflow heart cells.

According to Dr. Carolyn Dean, drugs such as diuretics deplete magnesium.

Muscle problems

Magnesium and calcium have close relationships. Magnesium relaxes cells. Calcium contracts muscle cells. Without magnesium, muscles can spasm. Cramps occur.

Magnesium Rocks Calcium Sucks

Athletes can suffer from lactic acid buildup when they do not use magnesium. Magnesium is lost during exercise with sweat and stress. An additional amount of magnesium is needed to keep muscles in shape and prevent lactic acid buildup.

Athletes can be tired if they do not get enough magnesium. Magnesium participates in energy utilization. The study with animals shows that animals who got magnesium recovered from tiredness.

The overdose of calcium

Individuals use plenty of calcium and consume fortified food and drinks with calcium. Without sufficient magnesium, calcium overflows cells. Calcium does not dissolve in the bloodstream without magnesium—the excess of calcium deposits in soft tissues. Bumps occur under the skin or in the breasts.

Problems with bones

According to Dr. Carolyn Dean, the author of  The Magnesium Miracle, the overdose of calcium with vitamin D can lead to bone loss when magnesium is deficient. There are some events involved that result in brittle bones.

Conclusion

Calcium without magnesium is a helpless mineral that does more harm. Sufficient magnesium helps the body stay on track and perform all functions. Magnesium rocks, calcium no.

RnA Drops From Dr.Carolyn Dean

July 8, 2017 By Nemira 7 Comments

Rna Drops from Dr.Carolyn Dean is a unique and slightly mysterious product. RnA Drops benefits are enormous in the same way as the rest of the Total Body Reset bundle products. Dr.Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D., counts RnA Drops as the most fantastic product. Okay, let’s dig more in-depth about these RnA Drops.

The iCell is a main ingredient in RNA Reset Drops. Dr. Carolyn Dean created Drops that help the body utilize nutrition completely and create perfectly healthy cells.

What are RNA Drops?

RnA Drops are a food-based product. These RnA Drops are made from barley sprouts. Besides, it is a non-gluten product. RnA Drops are made similar to homeopathic products—the resonance with previous batches. For example, if you pick the 129 batches, it will contain all 128 previous generations. It gives qualities of previous batches and strengthens the last one.

How did it start?

Dr. Carolyn Dean introduced the water purifier grown from grains 40 years ago. Twenty-five years ago, Dr.Carolyn Dean got the formula from the owner. I see coincidences between RnA Drops and Rejuvelac from Ann Wigmore, the founder of Hippocrates Health Insitute. Why? Rejuvelac is a liquid made from sprouted grains.

Later on, Dr.Carolyn Dean and her team started the Living Water project. It resonates with Rejuvelac because it is a slightly fermented drink. Rejuvelax contains enzymes, friendly bacteria, B-complex vitamins, and vitamins C and E.  However, I think it is excellent when so many healthy options could make a difference in people’s lives.

Working on the Living Water project, Dr. Carolyn Dean saw that workers around the project felt more energetic. RnA Drops were discovered coincidentally as the byproduct of the project.

Prepare yourself for the jaw-dropping

The iCell is the main ingredient in RnA Drops. At first, it can sound not very clear because it is not easy for some of us to grasp how the iCell was discovered. Fortunately, this discovery is unique that Dr. Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D., and her team applied for the USA patent. You can read below the unique qualities of iCell:

1. The iCell shall change how the human body assimilates nutrition.

2. The iCell shall modify the body’s means of replicating healthy cells.

3. The iCell shall alter the way hydrogen is processed through photosynthesis.

4. The isolated iCell has unlimited potential for enhancement of living matter.

5. The iCell is the crucial building block of Super Trihydrogen (#U.S. 61/403,432), which creates the new stable chemical C122 H197 098 (Insulinose) (#U.S. 61/461,082).

6. The iCell is key to enhancing amino acids within the human lipid system and creating stable new amino acids.

In the patent, these qualities are described as claims. Anyway, it shows how RnA Drops stands out from other products. iCell is newly-created and harvested from sprouted barley grain or other grains. I want to present here an abstract about iCell from the USA Patent Application:

The iCell is a newly-created cell that is incubated and harvested using sprouted barley grain (or other gluten grains) along with clover seeds, pepper seeds, alfalfa water, and a live yeast sponge. An electrical current is used to stimulate the curing process to solidify the iCell in a contained field. The iCell is a consistently-propagated cell that allows nutrition to be more completely utilized in the human body. This nutrition represented by Cellionose and enhanced amino acids allows for the creation of healthy cells throughout the body. The iCell is identified as a new cellular organism whose properties have been encountered randomly throughout humanity’s history. This patent outlines the production of consistently-propagated cells. At a cellular level the iCell has far-reaching applications including water reclamation, water desalination, human hydration, and unique polypeptide bonding creating new amino acids. ICells have a direct correlation with the measurable potential for hydrogen. The iCell is responsible for providing information to affect the body’s DNA via RNA.

Are you confused? If you are, think about all the things we use and do not understand how they work.  For example, radio waves. Can you catch them? How about gravity and atomic energy? There are so many fascinating things around us. We do not dig deeper because we do not have enough knowledge of it. Maybe we are content with what we use and do not need to know what it is, except that it works and brings enormous benefits.

What are RNA Drops?

RnA Drops from Dr. Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D. work in slightly mysterious ways. Of course, it depends on how you look at things that can not be touched or measured physically.

RnA Drops give information to RNA, our RNA. The data from RnA Drops affect DNR through the improved function of chromosome 14. This process allows the body to replicate perfect cells.

How is it done? We need to leave it for scientists and doctors with over 40 years of experience. Of course, if you are curious about it, you can read Dr. Carolyn Dean’s blogs, articles, and e-books.

 Benefits of RNA Drops

  • RnA Drops contain phosphorus
  • RnA Drops have prebiotic and probiotic effects
  • RnA Drops boost energy
  • RnA Drops balance blood sugars
  • RnA Drops help to adjust appetite
  • RnA Drops aid in controlling craving impulses for alcohol, tobacco, sugar
  • RnA Drops improve hair, skin, and mood conditions
  • RnA Drops help to improve chronic conditions within 90 days using the dose of 15 drops 2x daily

According to Dr. Carolyn Dean, RnA Drops are ” capable of elevating the health status of the whole body by creating perfect cells.” These new cells are active, complete, and without genetic effects.

Conclusion

RnA Drops are natural, food-based, and organic products made from grain sprouts. It offers benefits without side effects. Using this excellent product, you would give yourself peace of mind. The feedback from customers is only positive. Individuals have used this product for over six years and are happy about it. According to Dr. Caroly Dean, RnA Drops are the expression of Future Medicine.

How about you? Did you hear about Dr.Carolyn Dean’s products? You can read about them more here.

I used the material from websites, blogs, and answers from the fabulous RnAReset team for this blog.

Magnesium for Eclampsia

July 6, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Magnesium for Eclampsia

Magnesium for eclampsia is vital. It must be written in all prominent places where pregnant moms, dads, and families go. Magnesium can make a difference in people’s lives.

What is eclampsia?

Eclampsia is a terrible condition that can cause premature labor, premature birth, and cerebral palsy in the newborn. Eclampsia causes at least 76,000 maternal losses every year worldwide. This situation develops fast and leaves miserable families and spouses without wives, moms, or babies.

I read about eclampsia in Dr.Carolyn Dean’s book The Miracle Magnesium. She explains everything so quickly about the reasons and consequences of eclampsia.

Magnesium helps with eclampsia, preventing seizures, and calming and relaxing the body.

Characteristics of preeclampsia

  • High blood pressure
  • Hyperactive reflexes
  • Edema
  • The protein in the urine
  • Changes in vision
  • Headaches

These symptoms can cause seizures. It is called eclampsia.

In the book The Magnesium Miracle, Dr. Carolyn Dean writes about the woman, Mary, who had the symptoms described above. Fortunately, the situation for Mary improved thanks to the knowledgeable midwife.

The midwife gave recommendations to get magnesium because Mary’s prenatal supplement contained just 150 mg of magnesium. Mary needed 360 mg of magnesium to keep up with RDA for pregnant women. The midwife recommended 400 mg of elemental magnesium.

After taking sufficient doses of magnesium, positive changes and improvement were detected. Mary had less back and neck tension, constipation gone, energy returned, and blood pressure lowered.

Her obstetrician recognized that awareness about magnesium levels for pregnant patients must be increased.

Heart-wrenching stories from NPR

National Public Radio is an enormous source of information and a great one. Any topics you would like to analyze, learn, and discover are presented on NPR.

Yesterday, I turned the radio on and heard the sad story about women who lost their lives. Pre-eclampsia happened to them. You can listen to this story here. It seems such a helpless and horrible experience to these families.

Magnesium for Eclampsia

Why do I want to share this story?

First, I was astonished to hear investigative stories from NPR. All NPR stories are extraordinary, but this resonated immensely. Why? I read Dr. Carolyn Dean’s book The Magnesium Miracle. She provides so much information about the importance of magnesium and how it works that I would give copies to everybody if I could. However,  I hope that somebody will listen to this story and tell others. The information, the right one, based on facts and scientific research, is a king.
Second, I heard the magnesium sulfate, and it could not leave me just sitting here and being sorry for these tragedies.

I found this story and reread the transcript, and yes, magnesium is mentioned here as magnesium sulfate.

Here, you can see the excerpt from the whole transcript provided by NPR and ProPublica’s joint investigation.

Magnesium for Eclampsia

You can read or hear the entire story from NPR here. I wish that you would never experience a situation like this one. Magnesium is a pure mineral found in Earth’s crust. Our bodies do not produce magnesium. We must get it with food or drink. Unfortunately, individuals do not get enough magnesium to keep up with challenges in life from the diet.

Magnesium for eclampsia is essential as the missing mineral. Magnesium makes a difference in our lives.

Do you have more questions? Would you like to share your thoughts and learn more? You could read about magnesium by searching for Dr. Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D.

Do you have experience with magnesium? I would be glad to know about it.

The Magnesium Importance

July 4, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

The magnesium importance is enormous. Magnesium deficiency is a common situation and brings unpleasant and harmful results to our bodies. The body does not produce magnesium. This mineral reaches us with diet. Unfortunately, plants and animals do not get magnesium from the soil in quantities beneficial for our well-being.

Magnesium participates in over 800 enzyme systems, helps with anxiety, panic attacks, relaxes muscles, participates in energy creation, supports the heart, and protects tissues and organs from unnecessary calcium overload.

What is magnesium?

Magnesium is a mineral found in Earth’s crust, eight by abundance. Our bodies have 4-6 tsp or 20-28 g or 2 oz of magnesium. Magnesium resides in nature with a joint account with other elements. Magnesium makes combinations with sulfur, carbon, with calcium.

  • Magnesium plus sulfur will be Epsom salts.
  • Magnesium with carbon will be magnesium carbonate.
  • Magnesium with calcium will be dolomite.

Magnesium is an alkaline mineral that neutralizes acids.

Why is magnesium so important?

Magnesium participates as the cofactor in enzyme reactions. Enzymes run the body’s metabolism. Without enzymes, our body would shut down.

Magnesium regulates calcium flow to the cell and out of the cell. The calcium does not know when to go to the cell and when to move out. Magnesium is smarter. This mineral pushes calcium into the cell when the cell needs it — magnesium ushers calcium out of the cell when the cell is content with the amount of calcium. Of course, the magnesium does not work as a doorman in the building. It is a complicated mechanism. However, everybody who wants to dig deeper into the details of the body’s metabolism can take chemistry and biology courses and check Dr. Carolyn Dean’s website: www.drcarolyndean.com.

Magnesium and calcium relationship

We need twice the amount of magnesium compared with calcium. Unfortunately, people think they will scatter to pieces without enormous amounts of calcium. They take supplements and eat food where calcium is a common component.

Interestingly, calcium does not dissolve in the bloodstream or water. You whisk calcium hundreds of times in the glass of water, but it still is visible as white flakes. Only magnesium can make calcium disappear.

Previously I wondered why some individuals have bumps under the skin. It is not painful, but it is a bump. Who needs it?

The short story is that calcium without sufficient magnesium deposits in tissues. Later on, we have problems with blood vessels, breast tissues, etc. Uh!

Magnesium for active individuals

The Magnesium Importance

Magnesium helps athletes and everybody who exercises. Magnesium relaxes muscles and helps prevent lactic acid build-up after a strenuous workout.

Calcium contracts muscles. Magnesium relaxes. Without sufficient magnesium, we would have cramps, twitches, migraines, headaches, anxiety, and depression. Tissues of muscles are everywhere in the body. It can be a tiny thread of muscle cells, but they require magnesium too.

Breathing with magnesium

Magnesium aids asthma patients. We have small muscles in the airways. When an asthma attack occurs, airways spasm and do not let air inside. It is a terrible situation. Magnesium participates in relaxing muscles and eases symptoms of asthma.

Love your heart

Magnesium is anti-inflammatory. Magnesium deficiency leads to various problems, such as autoimmune and heart disorders. Heart disease is one number of murders between men and women—steroids used for a long time prompt heart disease. Of course, genetics and lifestyle influence adverse outcomes, but the usage of magnesium can change situations immensely. Do not believe me? Please read Dr.Carolyn Dean’s book The Magnesium Miracle.

No to headaches

Previously, I knew that magnesium works because I experienced positive effects twenty years ago when one guy bothered me till I got a headache. It was just 20 20-minute conversation because we met accidentally and went in the same direction. I excused myself and visited a pharmacy. It was a nice coincidence because I got rid of this talker and have been introduced to the healing effects of magnesium. My headache disappeared after twenty minutes. It was magnesium citrate.

Okay, it is enough personal experience. Let’s check what Dr. Carolyn Dean mentions in her book, The Magnesium Miracle.

How about statins?

Yes, Magnesium is a natural statin. Magnesium aids the balance of enzyme that makes cholesterol. Can you imagine what happens when we do not get magnesium from food? From where can magnesium come? The best way is to get 100 percent of absorbed liquid magnesium.

Happy golden years with magnesium

Magnesium helps prevent aging consequences such as irritation, extreme emotions, dizziness, fatigue, headaches, the sensation of a lump in the throat, anxiety, and light-headedness. Most seniors do not get whole nutrition in the same way as adults.  Dr.Jean Durlach, a magnesium expert from France, pointed out that these previously mentioned symptoms happen when magnesium is deficient.

Do not worry; be happy

Depression touches millions of people. Chemicals used for relieving symptoms have plenty of side effects that can fill a long list. Okay, I am a veterinarian, and I know that prevention is the key to well-being. In China, the best doctor is a person who does not have such patients. How about it?

According to Dr. Carolyn Dean, studies reported that only 40 percent of antidepressants could work. Uh! Magnesium participates in serotonin release and uptake. You know that serotonin is a brain neurotransmitter that makes us feel good.

When stress depletes magnesium, depression can occur.

Conclusion

Magnesium is an essential mineral that is vital for body metabolism. Sufficient magnesium provides body support. The body functions and performs smoothly when it does not lack crucial minerals. However, we do not get enough magnesium with food. Most magnesium supplements have laxative effects. For some people, it is okay; for sensitive bodies, it can be a burden.

ReMag is a liquid magnesium formula that absorbs 100 percent and goes straight to the cell. There is no laxative effect. You can read about ReMag more here.

If you have some questions, please leave your comments below. I would be glad to answer.

Weight Loss and Blood Pressure Correlation

June 30, 2017 By Nemira 2 Comments

Weight loss and blood pressure correlation is actual and proven by researchers and doctors. The deficiency of magnesium in the diet leads to higher blood pressure. The Alturas, famous scientists, and doctors pointed out that the lack of magnesium triggers hypertension in lab animals.

According to Dr. Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D., the author of The Magnesium Miracle,

Diet may lower blood pressure successfully due to a combination of weight loss and increased intake of the vitamin and mineral cofactors such as magnesium necessary for blood pressure control.

Dr. Carolyn Dean, The Magnesium Miracle

The weight loss problems

Weight Loss and Blood Pressure Correlation

Everyone who tried to lose weight knows how it can be devastating when, after losing twenty pounds, you gain twenty-five. The struggle is constant and exhausting. There are exciting stories, such as losing 525 pounds as Rafael Zuniga did. However, plenty of us can not reach results and keep them in the same place. The weight usually comes back.

Diet may lower blood pressure successfully due to a combination of weight loss and increased intake of the vitamin and mineral cofactors such as magnesium necessary for blood pressure control.

Why does it happen?

Many factors include genetics, diet, consistency to keep up with exercises, proper nutrition, and the lack of vital nutrients. It can be challenging to lose weight when encountering the rooster, as Randy did in Sylvia Tara’s book  The Secret Life of Fat.

Blood pressure problems

Individuals who have already damaged arteries in the body from atherosclerotic injury and scars m can feel the effect of magnesium. Kidney diseases can interfere with the possibility of lowering blood pressure with magnesium. When the physical damage is done, people must keep up with medications to keep their blood pressure in check.

Why do medical people not pay attention to weight loss and blood pressure correlation?

Dr. Carolyn Dean, in her book The  Magnesium Miracle, points out that doctors did not receive adequate nutrition education. Besides, the insurance does not pay for nutritional advice and counseling or prevention of disease. The insurance pays when an illness occurs, and it has an identification code and a condition code.

I read that Eastern medicine has a different approach to the patient. The actual medical person is someone who does not have sick people. The prevention is in the first place. Of course, there are some cases where diseases occur, but opinions are different between Eastern and Western medicine.

Do we have a choice?

Weight Loss and Blood Pressure Correlation

Yes, we have plenty of options. These choices are:

  • Love yourself
  • Do not harm your body with junk food and a sedentary lifestyle
  • Be informed
  • Ask questions about your problems. Look for solutions, and do not give up.
  • Look at your diet

Conclusion

Dr. Carolyn Dean’s Total Body Reset bundle is a perfect solution for getting back on track and going after your weight and blood pressure. All formulas are balanced and work synergically with each other. You will have full support for your body from these formulas.

Of course, you must consult with a knowledgeable health practitioner. Maybe you have serious problems, and chemicals must be involved.

Dr.Carolyn Dean has a perfect support team that answers all questions and gives advice regarding your issues. Weight loss and blood pressure correlation are actual because researchers proved that losing weight will lower blood pressure.

Do you have any thoughts or questions regarding this topic? I would be glad to answer you.

Magnesium for Aging

June 17, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Magnesium is a vital mineral with benefits for the human body. Magnesium for aging people is essential. Without magnesium, many functions slow down. Symptoms such as anxiety, fatigue, headaches, dizziness, impaired breathing, and excessive emotionality can be removed with the help of magnesium.

In her book The Magnesium Miracle, Dr. Carolyn Dean mentions the research of French doctor Jean Durlach. Magnesium experts stated that symptoms such as nervousness, tremors, weakness, and sleep disorders happen when magnesium is deficient.

Magnesium helps relax, prevents calcium from overflowing cells, helps the heart and cardiovascular system perform their functions smoothly, keeps the brain sharp, keeps bones in shape, and keeps the body’s metabolism running.

The help of magnesium

I would think that it is pretty easy to get rid of these problems. Take magnesium supplements and check how you feel after a few days or weeks. Unfortunately, people do not know about natural functions. They believe that they are getting older and not younger.

Magnesium for Aging

Of course, plenty of seniors take care of themselves, keep a positive attitude, and use natural formulas without side effects. I remember when an anchor from ABC told me once that age is just a number.

The body can not get enough magnesium from food. We are lucky if we can eat organic food and have time to prepare meals at home. However, many people work and do not have a chance to make healthy foods. Many individuals just used to buy junk food with plenty of chemicals. Sugary drinks drain nutrients from the body, and magnesium diminishes. Symptoms occur, such as functional disorders.

Magnesium is a memory improver

In her book The Magnesium Miracle, Dr. Carolyn Dean mentions the study where researchers found out  that ” particular brain receptors important for learning and memory depend on magnesium for their regulation.”

Besides that, magnesium is a crucial component of the cerebrospinal fluid.

Magnesium participates in opening brain receptors to valuable information; what is interesting is that magnesium prevents brain receptors from background noise.

Magnesium for aging is beneficial because body functions slow down if we do not get enough magnesium.

Magnesium prevents calcification

Doctors found that aging bodies have a few times more calcium than magnesium. The overdose of calcium leads to deposits in soft tissues, creating various lumps. The calcium can sit in the brain and testicles and do plenty of damage.

Magnesium is famous for its ability to let or not let calcium enter the cell membrane. Without magnesium, calcium would flow into the bloodstream, causing trouble. A sufficient amount of magnesium dissolves calcium and regulates calcium flow to cells and out of cells.

Mitochondria is a producer of energy. This mini reactor is dependent on magnesium, too. An excessive amount of calcium without the participation of magnesium can lead to mitochondrial death. How does it happen? Calcium goes into mitochondria but can not go out; calcification occurs. Eventually, the cell dies because calcium destroys the activity of the cell.

Without energy, the body can not perform well. We need energy for everything. The sneezing needs power, too.

Why do seniors need more magnesium?

Bone support

Magnesium is crucial for maintaining strong and healthy bones. It supports bone mineralization and helps regulate calcium absorption, which is vital for preventing osteoporosis and reducing the risk of fractures in seniors.

Heart support

Magnesium helps maintain a healthy heart. It aids in regulating heart rhythm, supports blood vessel function, and contributes to blood pressure regulation. Additionally, sufficient magnesium intake helps to lower the risk of cardiovascular diseases, including heart attacks and strokes.

Muscle performance

Magnesium is involved in muscle contraction and relaxation. It can prevent muscle cramps, spasms, and stiffness. It is not a pleasant sensation when joints are stiff. Thankfully, we have magnesium for that. Magnesium supplementation or sufficient dietary dosages of minerals helps to have better mobility and reduce the risk of muscle-related injuries.

The good sleep

The mineral has been associated with improved sleep quality. It helps regulate neurotransmitters that are involved in sleep regulation, such as melatonin and GABA. Sufficient magnesium levels help with better sleep patterns and reduce the incidence of insomnia or sleep disturbances in older adults.

Cognitive function

Forgetting car keys and where my checkbook is happened for all of us from time to time. However, some of the seniors have problems with the memory. There are studies that suggest that magnesium may play a role in cognitive health and brain function. It has been associated with improved memory, attention, and overall cognitive performance. Optimal magnesium levels assure the support for the body that a healthy brain will age without having plenty of problems. Besides, mineral reduces the risk of cognitive decline.

Healthy metabolism

Magnesium is involved in various metabolic processes, including glucose metabolism and insulin sensitivity. Magnesium participates in over a thousand enzyme reactions. How about that? It may help improve insulin function and reduce the risk of metabolic disorders, such as type 2 diabetes.

Anti-inflammatory benefits

Anti-inflammatory effects: Chronic inflammation is associated with various age-related conditions. Magnesium has anti-inflammatory properties. It helps reduce inflammation markers in the body. This can potentially benefit seniors by mitigating the risk of chronic diseases associated with inflammation, such as arthritis, cardiovascular diseases, and certain cancers.

Fixing constipation problems

Seniors do not move as much as younger adults. It is no fun to spend time in the bathroom without having positive results. Magnesium acts as a natural laxative by promoting bowel movements and relieving constipation. It helps relax intestinal muscles and supports regularity in bowel movements.

However, people need to be diligent when choosing magnesium supplements for constipation issues. Too much magnesium can provide diarrhea that does not go so simply away.

Magnesium helps absorb other nutrients

Calcium, vitamin D, and vitamin K require magnesium for good absorption into the body. Sufficient magnesium levels can help them absorb and utilize these nutrients. It leads to better seniors’ bone health and overall well-being.

Conclusion

Magnesium for Aging

Magnesium for aging is vital. Magnesium removes symptoms that occur when the mineral is deficient. Believe it has nothing to do with aging. Prevention is the key to well-being. Taking magnesium supplements, we could be energetic and vital as always. We can age graciously because our bodies have all the help.

We do not get enough magnesium with food. The soil was depleted. Environmental factors influence the deficiency of magnesium. Besides that, not all magnesium supplements are 100% absorbed. It means that we need to take more.

Taking magnesium, which does not have side effects such as laxatives, helps avoid unnecessary trips to the bathroom.

ReMag is a pico-ionic solution. It says that magnesium goes straight to the cell. There are no side effects. 100% absorbed magnesium for aging individuals removes symptoms associated with old age.

How about you? Did you try, or did somebody from your family use magnesium? How does it work for you?

What is the ReStructure?

ReStructure is a high-protein powder for athletes and Paleo Diet users. ReStructure formula can be used to control blood sugar in the case of hypoglycemia, prediabetes, and diabetes. People who want to lose weight can benefit from ReStructure.

According to Dr. Carolyn Dean, the creator of ReStructure high protein powder, the present formula had previous stages of development.

The first generation of ReStructure was called Provide. It was created in Sweden to take care of patients after surgery. The primary protein source was free-range Amish eggs. Unfortunately, it was not possible to get so much material. The protein from eggs is replaced with whey.

The second generation was the product Whey Too Good. When the owners retired, Dr. Carolyn Dean acquired the formula. The formula was evolved by adding concentrated, dehydrated RnA Drops.

Why do we need proteins?

Restructure Protein Review

Protein helps build, maintain, and repair body tissues. Protein plays a vital part in cells’ protoplasm. Building blocks of protein participate in the body’s metabolism. The body is a place where cells are always on the move. They replicated, broke up, built new, and removed the trash from the body. Protein is essential as the building material. When the diet lacks high-quality proteins, muscle and tissue will be used to make new cells. What do you think about where the body can get renovation and construction materials? Not from the air. We must get enough protein from food.

Who created ReStructure?

Dr. Carolyn Dean acquired the formula and added dehydrated and concentrated RnA Drops.

The importance of protein

  • Tissues, muscles, hair, and skin are created with protein.
  • Protein  essential to hormones and enzymes
  • Protein is valuable for libido, swallowing, and digesting food.
  • Neurotransmitters communicate with each other with the help of protein.
  • Hormone receptors are proteins.
  • Protein Collagen makes the structure of the cell and its extracellular matrix.
  • Protein participates in movement. No protein, no motion.

Benefits of ReStructure High Protein Powder

  • Whey protein in the Restructure formula is an alkaline food
  • Whey protein promotes fat-burning
  • Whey protein can improve insulin sensitivity
  • Whey protein contains all the essential amino acids
  • Whey protein enhances the production of glutathione in the body. Glutathione is a powerful antioxidant

Cons

I do not know any side effects of the usage of proteins. It is the opposite. Our bodies lack proteins because most of us eat what is tasty, not what is beneficial for us.

Conclusion

ReStructure High Protein powder is a perfect meal replacement for those who want to lose weight, control blood sugar, and perform in sports.  Restructure protein contains whey protein, carbs, and fats. All parts are balanced, making meal replacement beneficial for the body.

Do You Wonder Where You Can Get ReStructure Protein?

ReMag and Periodic Table

June 5, 2017 By Nemira 1 Comment

ReMag and the periodic table have plenty of apparent resemblances. ReMag is a pico-ionic-sized magnesium liquid mineral formula. The periodic table contains chemical elements. The first 94 elements exist naturally. Some of them are found in nature in trace amounts. The magnesium in the ReMag Completement formula is the same size as in the periodic table. Isn’t it wonderful?

ReMag and Periodic Table

Usually, we get supplements that are blocks of nutrients. You can not find a single piece of mineral that cannot be divided further anymore. If you know, please leave a comment below. I would be glad to read about it.

What is so special about ReMag?

ReMag formula and ReMyte formula from Dr. Dean’s Total Body ReSet bundle contain minerals that go straight to the cell. The gates in the cell membrane are broader and more significant than pico-ionic minerals.

For scientists and doctors, it is easy to grasp the enormous benefits for the body. Sorry, not all of them care about that. Anyway, ReMag and the periodic table had plenty of things in common. The size and the name of the minerals are in the periodic table.

The periodic table contains all elements of atomic number, electron configuration, and recurring chemical properties. All these elements are alone. You can not divide or split them. The periodic table contains elements describing their properties in the same way as in Nature.

Magnesium in ReMag is of the same size as in the periodic table. Did you hear somewhere about this type of product?

The uniqueness of ReMag

ReMag magnesium and ReMyte are the same forms as Nature created millions of years ago. The name pico-ionic is the name of the measurement. Picometers are units of measure.

One quadrillion of picometers fit in a meter.  1,000,000,000,000,000 picometers are in one meter. These numbers are astonishing because minerals in ReMag and ReMyte are the pico-ionic size.

Can you see a cell?

Dr. Carolyn Dean described a moment when she was in the process of creating and production of her formulas. She asked the well-known professor to take a look through the electronic microscope at her minerals. It does not matter how hard he tried; the professor could not see any molecules or electrons. Besides, he did not want to confirm that he did not see anything in a written form. The professor recognized it and told me that he stared just at the blank screen on the electron microscope. Unfortunately, he was afraid that his peers would write down his experience.

How do we know that minerals are in formulas?

Dr. Dean found a laboratory and manufacturer with technologies to test and produce pico-ionic minerals.

Minerals are monoatomic ions, as they are in Nature. The technology ensures that individual ions in the solution stay stable and do not cluster in blocks. When atoms of minerals are alone, they can quickly pass the gates of cells.

The new technology gives us the ability to have mineral formulas that are absorbed at the cellular level, absorbed 100%.

Conclusion

ReMag is a unique liquid mineral pico-ionic stabilized formula. The main component is magnesium. The creator of ReMag is Dr. Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D.

ReMag contains magnesium the same size as it would be on the periodic table.

ReMag is the best magnesium product because it goes straight to cells, is absorbed 100%, and takes care of body needs.
