What Is The Magic Of the Brain?

November 6, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

The brain is a command station, the main port of thoughts, decisions, and dreams. What is the magic of the brain? The brain is capable of everything if we give the freedom for the mind to expand.  What do I mean?

You heard about cases where people were hurt or born without full capabilities to operate freely and easily. The brain is the place where our mind resides.

You know that your power and weakness come from the mind. The mind can make various decisions. Our minds can overturn mountains and give up seeing little mice.

Without the brain, the mind does not exist. The brain must be equipped with the best nutrients and have the proper time to relax and sleep. You can try many techniques such as meditation, yoga, and hypnosis; however, the brain cannot perform well without the appropriate nutrition.

The brain was capable of everything. It gives the mind the ability to accomplish tasks that would be impossible if we did not provide the proper nutrition.

You would ask how about heroes such as Victor E. Frankl. He was a prisoner in the camp Nazis and survived. He used his mind to keep himself in check despite terrible situations. However, I think he was an exceptional human being who was a host of his mind. His mind overcame the struggles of his body.

Nowadays, not so many people can show the strength of will, positivity, and willingness to live at any price.

Why does it happen?

Not everybody can be as influential in situations as Victor E. Frankl was. Heroes as he inspires millions of people. Unfortunately, many of us would give up after a few attempts to rebel or change a situation.

The brain works for everybody, especially if we have goals and dreams in mind. A properly functioning brain could help more find solutions and ways to reach wanted destinations.

Can we train and renew the brain?

Absolutely.  The brain, as the physical organ, can grow up new cells. The mind can learn new things at every age. It does not matter if you are sixteen or seventy. Earl Nightingale, the famous broadcaster and writer, emphasized the importance of the mind.

He told me that there are no limits. Of course, if you want to be a pianist after a couple of lessons, you would be disappointed. Everything takes practice, but it is doable. Here the magic of the brain holds. It is the ability to transform ourselves into the people whom we want to be.

Science shows that cells of a brain can grow at any age. Specialized cells, called progenitor cells, can produce new adult cells.

Real findings of the existence of these progenitor cells have shown up since 1944. More and more scientists discovered that different parts of the human brain could grow new cells. Is not it exciting, is not?

Brain magic places

These places in the brain are the hippocampus and subventricular zone.

The hippocampus resides in the temporal lobe. This area is essential for emotions and memory. When people are injured in the head, and some cells die, cell growth in the hippocampus occurs.  It is absolute magic, is it not?

The subventricular zone is located where two ventricles full of specialized fluids, one on each side of the brain, reside.    “The new brain cells grow outward from the lining of these pools into the brain.”Dr.Estelle Oby Goldstein, a board-certified psychiatrist and psychopharmacologist|researcher in Orange County, California, USA.

Proper nutrition is vital for the brain, especially for these new cells. I believe that everybody wants to have a functioning brain, a clear mind, and the ability to perform in the best possible way.

Scientists now use a new term: nutritional psychiatry. Researchers found out that the right nutrition helps the brain function and recover. It is an alternative way to psychotropic drugs.

Conclusion

What is the magic of the brain? The brain’s magic happens when we recover after unpleasant situations with the help of the birth of new brain cells. We can return to life and live fully. Researchers progressed in brain exploration. The proper nutrition and dietary food supplements such as EMPowerplus Advanced formula help people in cases when nobody can help.

Why Are Organic Products The Best Choice?

November 4, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Why are organic products the best choice? Organic products have more nutrients than products containing chemicals, preservatives, antibiotics, and heavy metals.

You would scratch your head and say that your grandparents lived till 90 or 100. They did pretty well because they were agile, skinny, and busy until the end.

It is a different deal. Why? Generations before us lived in a cleaner environment and ate nutritious food. Farmers grew production without many chemicals as nowadays. Chemicals penetrate soil by spraying it using airplanes and machines. Nobody walks with a bucket of horse manure to help strawberries grow delicious berries.

I was shocked when I saw that strawberries were cut with a knife. These berries do not melt in the mouth when they come from farms. Did you pay attention that you must wash fruits before using?

It is the same as on cigarette packages: general surgeon warns about the danger of smoking. It is the same with production, infested with antibiotics and various chemicals.

Artificial ingredients in food

You see that soda drinks, candies, or cakes are colorful. Do you think that these dyes are natural? Nope. For example, there are aniline dyes.

  • Amaranth (red)
  • Bordeaux(brown)
  • Orange I (yellow)
  • Guinea Green (dark green)
  • Naphthol (yellow)
  • Tartrazine (yellow)

These artificial colors are derived from compounding various chemicals. For example, guinea green becomes a dye when chloroform reacts with benzene and aluminum chloride.

What is it, benzene? Benzene is from the distillation of coal. Motor fuel, the solvent for resins, rubber contains benzene. Are you the machine?

Chloroform puts people to sleep. Unfortunately, it triggers gastroenteritis.

Aluminum chloride is produced by heating aluminum with chlorine. Oil refineries used it for cracking oils. Using aluminum is dangerous because it correlates with Alzheimer’s disease, loss of energy, skin problems, constipation, and nausea.

I wonder who needs aluminum in their food? Unfortunately, you will not find answers on the packaged food and drinks. It tastes good and smells nice.

Artificial flavors

There are some of the artificial flavors.

  •  Caramel
  •  Citric Acid
  •  Cochineal
  •  Coca
  •  Cola
  •  Corn Starch
  •  Corn Syrup
  •  Dextrose
  •  Glucose
  •  Potassium Chloride
  •  Potassium Phosphate
  •  Sodium Citrate
  •  Saccharin
  •  Sodium Phosphate
  •  Salt
  •  Sugar

What do you think where these substances in products go? They spread in your body, making an impact on you. Do you need these chemicals? Do they protect you? One good reason I see is that we can be better preserved after the end and stay like mummies from Egypt forever and ever.

Why are chemicals not the best choice?

First, chemicals are unnatural to a body. We do not need heavy metals, preservatives, and antibiotics. A great show was on the Public Radio  Fresh Air show when  Maryn McKenna, the author of the book             Big Chicken: The Improbable Story of How  Antibiotics Created Modern Farming,  presented her findings on the usage of antibiotics in the poultry industry.

Plenty of dangers are lurking in the chicken meat. One of them is the resistance to antibiotics. You heard about the struggle in hospitals when medical personnel fight with bacteria. Unfortunately, stronger brands of harmful bacteria come out and show us who is here a host.

Many people go to heaven because these bacteria force them to give up. Antibiotics do not help you survive.

Cons of antibiotics

You would ask why. I can understand you because antibiotics are supposed to fight harmful bacteria and viruses and kick them out of invaded territories. Sorry, that is not the case. Antibiotics do harm everything because they kill good bacteria in the intestine. The consequences are not pleasant. The body becomes resistant to antibiotics, too.

The microbiome is the second brain, according to scientists. I agree with them because when I feast on chocolate, I crave more and cannot think clearly. That is too much, too much.

Chocolate is not an antibiotic but a sugary thing that spoils terrible bacteria and gives a lousy life to the friendly community of bacteria.

Can you see where do I go with my rant about chocolate and chemicals? I want to show you that organic food cannot harm you as conventional food does.

Take care of organic food

Usually, organic food is clean of additives, preservatives, and fillers. It is non-GMO. It means that animals and plants give you food in the same form as Nature created them.

There exist some dangers, such as preparation and handling of material. However, the primary source of organic food is good because it is free of chemicals.

Ways to contaminate organic food

You would ask, what do I mean about handling and preparation of organic food?

For example, you buy from the farmer’s market fresh vegetables. You wash them with water from the tap. Most of the city water is contaminated with fluoride, antibiotics, heavy metals, and so on. You see that traces of chemicals will be on your plate. Sometimes people use a cutting board which was used for raw meat.

It is the same with meat. Wrong temperature, tools used to cut fish or cheese, later applied for chicken or vice versus, can trigger contamination.

Luckily we can learn how to handle food. However, we can not influence what is inside packaged food. It is one way to escape this misery. It is a way to be informed and conscious of various choices.

Benefits of organic food

  • Organic food has more minerals, vitamins, and enzymes compared with processed food.
  • Organic food is free of chemicals, preservatives, and fillers.
  • Organic food replenishes, balances, and fulfills the body with vital nutrients
  • Organic food does not harm
  • Organic food gives energy
  • Organic food helps you stay fit without gaining weight

Conclusion

Organic food is the best choice to prevent disorders. Consuming food free of chemicals gives the body support and building materials for metabolism. The immune system can better protect us from various invaders. We do not have chemicals inside.

Organic food is the best choice for those who won’t feel well and lead meaningful lives.

What do you think about it? I would be glad to answer your questions and hear your thoughts about organic food. Do you have something more on your mind? Spill out. It will leave space for other ideas.

Who can benefit from EMPowerplus’s Advanced formula?

The Best Multivitamin for Mental Health

The EMPowerplus Advanced formula could help individuals who have problems such as:

  •  Anxiety
  • ADHD
  • Bipolar
  • Autism
  • Depression
  • Fatigue
  • Stress

For somebody who is always stressed and cannot be on vacation all time, the EMPowerplus Advanced formula could help to stay sane and accomplish tasks in the best possible way.

My experience

This formula works for me. Thankfully, I do not have the conditions mentioned above, except stress, which is a constant companion in many people’s lives.

Stress is useful when we need to run from dinosaurs or when somebody wants to take advantage of a purse or car. Adrenalin prepares us to run, and we can escape.

Unfortunately, where could I run if I needed to read a hundred articles, a few books, and take care of five websites? I try my best to eat simple food, get some rest, and adapt mindfulness practice into my routine. I decided to try EMPoverplus Advanced.

I know that minerals and vitamins play a vital role in our bodies. The brain is a command station that must be taken with care.  EMPoverplus Advanced formula supports the brain. Nutritional deficiency creates disorders. When our body gets all vital nutrients, we feel complete and balanced. It is the same with mental health.

After taking EMPoverplus Advanced, I felt energized and balanced. I use ReMag too at the same time. These two supplements go along perfectly. I can concentrate quickly and perform more tasks without long breaks.

Importance of EMPowerplus Advanced compounds

Vitamin A

Vitamin A promotes the healing and growth of cells. Vitamin A prevents many illnesses and diseases. Taking vitamin A mental health improves.

Vitamin B1 (Thiamine)

Vitamin B1  participates in the production of acetylcholine, which is the neurotransmitter. Acetylcholine plays a role in the synaptic junctions of neurons.

Thiamine helps alcohol-dependent people with improving memory. Individuals who lack thiamine are prone to consume junk food and be anxious.

Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin)

Vitamin B2 is the precursor for coenzymes, which are part of body energy production. Vitamin B2 helps with cell respiration and oxygenation.

Individuals deficient in riboflavin are prone to be dizzy and tired. Retarded growth in children and nerve damage can occur when vitamin 2 is insufficient in the body.

People become forgetful, unable to concentrate, and can be mildly confused.

Some researchers state that the lack of vitamin B2 can be associated with fibromyalgia.

Vitamin B3 (Niacin)

Niacin is the precursor to the coenzymes which participate in brain metabolism and function.

Niacin plays a role in the production of estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, and other corticosteroids. It is nice that niacin prevents breakage of DNA strands.

The lack of vitamin B3 can cause emotional lability and irritability. Individuals with ADHD feel improvements when niacin is sufficient.

Vitamin b5 (Pantothenic acid)

The Best Multivitamin for Mental Health

Vitamin B5 plays a vital role in fatty acid synthesis and degradation. Pantothenic acid is crucial to synthesizing Coenzyme A (CO-A). This coenzyme A supports adrenal function. Adrenal glands produce cortisone and norepinephrine. It is known as a vitamin against stress and helps to combat fatigue.

The study shows that people who did not have pantothenic acid in their diet become irritated, hot-tempered, and upset. Male volunteers got low blood pressure, dizziness, muscle weakness, sleepiness, constipation, extreme fatigue, and upper respiratory problems.

Vitamin B6(Pyridoxine)

Vitamin B6 plays an essential role in amino acid metabolism in the central nervous system. Pyridoxine’s active form is the coenzyme Pyridoxal-5phosphate. It participates in some 100 enzyme actions in amino acids, glucose, and lipid metabolism.

The coenzyme is responsible for the production of GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid). GABA participates in the turning of tryptophan ( amino acid) to niacin. If a coenzyme is missed, the failure happens because of serotonin produced in excess.

Pyridoxine participates in the synthesis of dopamine and norepinephrine. These neurotransmitters control human mood and emotion.

When humans do not get enough vitamin B6, they become irritable, anxious, and depressed.

The double-blind, autistic study showed improvement for children who got magnesium and vitamin B6.

Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin)

Vitamin B12 contains the mineral cobalt. This vitamin is essential for the maintenance of the central nervous system.

Deficiency of Cyanocobalamin triggers feeding difficulties, hypotonia,  seizure, microcephaly, and developmental delay.

Confusion, depression, mental laziness, and lack of memory relate to vitamin B12 deficiency.

Vitamin C

Cellular health depends on vitamin C. Americans lack vitamin C. Only 35 percent of the population in the USA uses vitamin C.

Vitamin C deficiency can trigger mental disorders. Nervousness related to lack of vitamin C.

Vitamin D(Cholecalciferol)

Vitamin D participates in the uptake and absorption of phosphorus and calcium. These two minerals are vital to proper CNS function.

Vitamin E (Tocopherol)

Vitamin E is anti-oxidant. Vitamin E protects DNA, cell membranes, and enzymes from free radical damage. Patients with tardive dyskinesia got positive results using vitamin E.

Vitamin B9 (Folic acid)

Vitamin B9 acts as the coenzyme THFA( tetrahydrofolic acid). The breakdown and usage of proteins depend on folic acid. Folic acid prevents chromosome breakage and hypomethylation of DNA.

The deficiency of vitamin B9 triggers cognitive impairment and chronic fatigue.

Folic acid helps with Parkinson’s and Bipolar disorders.

Vitamin H (Biotin)

Biotin participates in metabolizing fats, the synthesis of fatty acids, RNA, and DNA.

Biotin may help improve blood glucose control in people with diabetes. Vitamin H enhances insulin sensitivity and increases the activity of enzymes participating in glucose metabolism.

Diabetic neuropathy may be treated with biotin in high doses.

Phosphorus

Phosphorus is a part of the ATP( adenosine triphosphate). ATP is a carrier of energy in the body. Phosphorus has a relationship with calcium because they are tied together in the bone structure.

Calcium and phosphorus play together, helping each other in body functions. Phosphate helps absorb dietary constituents, maintains the blood at an alkaline level, and regulates enzyme activity.

The Best Multivitamin for Mental Health

Phosphorus participates in the transmission of nerve impulses.

Magnesium

Magnesium participates in 700-800 enzyme reactions. These reactions involve:

  • ATP requires magnesium
  • Manufacturing DNA
  • Protein synthesis
  • Fatty acid synthesis
  • Nerve impulse transmission
  • Maintenance of the membrane’s electric potential
  • Transportation of potassium, sodium, and calcium across membranes

You can read about the role of magnesium here.

Copper

Copper is found in the brain and liver.

Copper is vital to the formation of many genes.

The SOD1 gene(Superoxide  Dismutase) protects human cells from oxidation and free radical damage. SOD  based on Copper-Zinc composition.

Copper participates in the synthesis of cell membrane phospholipids and helps maintain the insulation called myelin. Myelin surrounds nerve cells.

Copper aids in regulating neurotransmitter levels.

Cooper deficiency can affect the nervous system. Poor concentration, numbness, and tingling can occur.

Iodine

A significant concentration of iodine resides in the thyroid gland. The rest of iodine is in thyroid hormones in the ovaries, blood, and muscles.

Iodine is part of thyroid gland hormones. These hormones, triiodothyronine and thyroxine, affect the metabolic rate in the body.

Thyroid hormones are involved in body development, brain growth, nerves, bones, and skin.

The thyroid participates in protein synthesis, conversion of carotene to vitamin A, and carbohydrate absorption.

Hormone thyroxine regulates body weight.

When iodine levels are low, the human endocrine system suffers. Symptoms such as apathy, drowsiness, fatigue, sensitivity to the cold, muscle weakness, an increase in weight, coarse skin, and lethargy occur.

Potassium

Potassium functions:

  • Protein synthesis
  • Blood sugar conversion to glycogen
  • Stimulation of  intestinal tract movement
  • Activation of enzymes

A deficiency of potassium shows muscle spasms, heart arrhythmia, muscle weakness, and tetany.

Molybdenum

Molybdenum is a trace mineral. Molybdenum is found in the enzymes such as xanthine oxidase, sulfite oxidase, and aldehyde oxidase. These enzymes participate in the production of uric acid, a waste product of protein metabolism, carbohydrate metabolism, iron utilization, and sulfite detoxification.

Zinc

Zinc participates in over 600 enzyme actions in the body.

Zinc is essential to our bodies because

  • Human genes stabilization and synthesis depend on zinc
  • Cell division
  • Synthesis and degradation of carbohydrates, lipids, and proteins require zinc
  • Growth and repair of tissue depend on zinc
  • Thyroid hormones need zinc for the proper function

These organs and systems require zinc for successful functioning:

  • Calcium uptake in the bones
  • Modulation of growth hormones effects
  • Production of brain neurotransmitters
  •  The release of vitamin A from the liver
  • Production of hydrochloric acid in the stomach
  • Conversion of fatty acids to prostaglandins
  • Muscle contraction
  • Acid-alkali balance maintenance
The Best Multivitamin for Mental Health

The zinc deficiency shows in these ways:

  •  Eczema on the face and hands
  • Hair loss
  • Mental apathy
  • Defects in the productive organs
  •  Delayed sexual maturation
  •  Menstrual irregularities
  •  Low growth rate
  •  Impaired mental development
  •  Postnatal depression
  •  The loss of smell and taste
  •  Anemia
  •  Poor appetite
  •  Impaired conduction and nerve damage
  •  White spots on the nails
  •  Psychiatric disorders
  •  Easiness to catch infections
  •  Long wound healing
  •  Impotence in men
  •  Eating disorders such as anorexia nervosa

As you see there, there is no fun when our body lacks some of the micronutrients. Did you think that is going on when we require it, and we do not have many of them in our bodies?

Chromium

Chromium is an essential trace element.

Chromium is vital for blood sugar metabolism. ( I saw supplements with chromium stating that cravings for sugar will disappear.)

Chromium partners with insulin, moving glucose into cells where the energy is generated.

The deficiency of chromium leads to

  •  High blood fat and cholesterol levels

Diabetes-like symptoms of glucose intolerance, such as

  • Confusion
  • Weakness
  •  Weight loss
  •  Thirst
  •  Hunger
  •  Frequent urination

Iron

Iron participates in the transportation of oxygen in the blood. The hemoglobin molecule contains iron in red blood cells.

The importance of iron

  • Enzymes require iron for correctly performing metabolic functions
  • Thyroid hormones use iron for the production
  • DNA synthesis, cell growth, and cell division asks for iron
  • Protein metabolism uses iron
  • The energy production in cells requires iron

Iron deficiency shows up as

  •  Conduct problems in adults and children
  •  Anemia
  •  Fatigue
  •  Breathlessness
  •  Lack of concentration
  •  Eye inflammation
  • Rapid heartbeat
  • Mouth ulcers and hair loss
  • Itching, especially for elders
  • Giddiness
  • Restless sleep
  • Huge menstrual pain and bleeding

Manganese

Manganese is vital for proper CNS function. Enzyme systems require magnesium such as in energy production, glucose metabolism, the stimulation of glycogen storage in the liver, protein digestion, cholesterol, and fatty acids synthesis.

Manganese participates in the growth and development of the CNS. Functions such as blood clotting, female sex hormone, and thyroid hormone ask for manganese, too.

Superoxide dismutase, the antioxidant enzyme, contains manganese. Studies show that it can protect brain cells from damage after stroke and Alzheimer’s disease.

Manganese may protect against liver damage. Manganese supplements help treat schizophrenia, mania, and other psychoses.

Selenium

Selenium is a trace mineral. Selenium is involved in

  • Thyroid hormones
  •  CNS mood control
  •  Liver function maintenance
  •  Protection from heavy metals such as arsenic, lead, cadmium, and mercury
  •  Reduction of anxiety

Nickel

Nickel is found in body tissues.

Nickel deficiency is shown as

  • Decreased growth
  • Dermatitis
  •  Liver damage
  • Cell mutation
  •  Reproductive abnormalities
  •  Kidney problems

Vanadium

Vanadium is stored in bone and fat cells.

Vanadium may act as the cofactor for enzymes. These enzymes involved in

  •  Blood sugar metabolism
  •  Lipid and cholesterol metabolism
  •  Fertility
  •  Thyroid function
  •  Hormone production
  •  Neurotransmitter metabolism

Boron

Boron is found all over the whole body. The most significant concentration is in the bone.

Boron is important for

  • The way how signals transmitted across cell membranes
  • Nerve signal transmission
  • Vitamin D conversion to the active form
  • Mental alertness

Germanium

GE-132 is Sesquioxide. It is an organic form of germanium. Interestingly, it is an active ingredient in garlic, aloe vera, and comfrey. ( I used Comfrey and got terrific results.)

Germanium increases the body’s defense mechanisms. Germanium works as

  •  Body detoxifier
  •  Adaptogen
  • Oxygen catalyst
  •  Electric impulse stimulator

Germanium may be the stimulator for gamma-interferon production. Patients with CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome) felt substantial symptom relief.

Methionine

Methionine is a sulfur amino acid. It performs as a lipotropic factor, preventing fat buildup in the liver and the body. Great stuff, isn’t it?

Phenylalanine

Phenylalanine is the precursor for the amino acid tyrosine. The neurotransmitters norepinephrine and dopamine are precursors of the amino acid tyrosine. The activity of neurotransmitters without tyrosine would be sluggish.

Bioflavonoids

Flavonoids were discovered by Albert Szent-Gyorgi, the Nobel Prize winner. He named them Vitamin P. He found that bioflavonoids enhance the function of vitamin C. It helps protect cells from oxidation.

Grape seed extract

Grape seed extract provides prevention and improvement of circulation and reduction of edema.

Inositol

Inositol is vitamin B. It has connections with choline. Inositol, combined with choline, provides a source of brain cell nutrition.

Benefits of Inositol

  • Treatment for agoraphobia and panic attacks
  • Participate in the insulation of nerve fibers
  • Useful in panic disorders and obsessive-compulsive disorder

Ginko Biloba

Gingko Biloba is a herb. It is sufficient for Dementia and, ADHD, ear problems.

Glutamine

Glutamine, combined with vitamin B6, creates gamma-aminobutyric acid. It is an important neurotransmitter.

Choline

Choline is an essential nutrient in humans.

Choline importance is

  • Assistance in the transmission of signals inside cells
  • Choline is part of myeline, a protective shield around the nerves
  • Precursors to the release and synthesis of acetylcholine, the neurotransmitter.
  • Provides help for individuals with bipolar disorder and Alzheimer’s
  • ADHD patients benefit from choline usage

Magnesium For Angina

October 27, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Magnesium for angina

Magnesium for angina helps beneficially. Magnesium is an essential mineral. Magnesium deficiency leads to sixty-five conditions such as angina, anxiety and panic attacks, blood clots, brain dysfunction, cholesterol elevation, etc.

What is it, angina?

Angina happens when the lack of oxygen for the heart muscle and the buildup of carbon dioxide and other metabolites create pain in the chest region.

Pain can be mild or piercing, the feeling of pressure or fullness. This condition scares people.

How does angina happen?

Coronary (heart) arteries spasm and block the entrance for oxygen and nutrients. The heart does not get essential items and suffers from them.

Mostly, angina happens after exercise, heavy meals, stress, or lucid, vivid dreams.

There is another type of angina. It is called Prinzmetal’s. This angina happens at rest, without stress or exercise.

Doctor James B. Pierce, Ph., assumes that Prinzmetal’s angina occurs when people are deficient in magnesium. It happens in fifty percent of cases of sudden heart attacks.

The doctor, James B. Pierce, discovered that magnesium works better than nitroglycerine for his chest pain.

He observed that chest pain occurs after a busy and stressful day, a long drive, or negative emotions.

Risk factors for angina

What does cause angina? Knowing the reasons and triggers for various disorders, we can use prevention tools.

  • Smoking
  • Diabetes
  • Magnesium deficiency
  • Hyperlipidemia
  • Sedentary lifestyle
  • Diet weak in nutrients
  • Type A personality
  • A family history of coronary artery diseases

Diagnosis of angina

Doctors perform procedures such as

  • Electrocardiogram
  • Exercise tolerance test
  • Coronary angiogram

Common recommendations

After diagnosing angina, the recommendation is the following:

  • Cease smoking
  • Watch after diet
  • Lose weight
  • Control  blood pressure

When cases of angina are complicated, stents are used to open arteries to remove the arterial blockage. Bypass surgery is performed to circumvent blocked arteries.

The best option to escape angina

According to Dr. Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D., the author of The Magnesium Miracle, prevention is the best treatment for angina.

By choosing the proper lifestyle and diet, we will avoid consuming junk food, a sedentary way of spending time with TV or playing video games. Sugar, alcohol, and junk food do lack magnesium. That is worse because it depletes magnesium. Add to these bad habits drugs, and you will have the ticket to problems.

Why? Drugs are famous for consuming minerals, in this case, magnesium.

Prevention tools

Dr. Carolyn Dean recommends using ReMag, which is 100 percent absorbable at the cellular level of liquid magnesium. Supplements that are friendly to the heart, exercises, and watching over nutrition will support us.

Conclusion

Magnesium For Angina

Let’s wrap up. Nobody wants to change habits. If somebody does, they barely take action. However, when we know that we can be healthy and live meaningful lives, we can get a grip and check out our lifestyle.

Magnesium is an essential mineral for angina. Dietary supplements such as ReMag, exercises, and a diet rich in minerals, vitamins, proteins, fatty acids, and enzymes will provide strength for our bodies in the same way as they will for the heart.

We can spend our time better helping others and reaching goals. Without a healthy heart, there is no fun.

Where to Buy Natural Supplements

October 25, 2017 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Where Buy Natural Supplements

Where buy natural supplements? People are informed and intelligent nowadays. They want the best things for themselves. People do not look for crap or items which do not perform well.

It is the same with health products. Dietary supplements take a considerable part of the market. However, not all supplements bring equal value.

Buying from trusted sellers who offer safe organic products helps us save time and be sure that our well-being will be balanced and improved using products of the best quality.

How do I know?

I tried a few supplements for myself. I can tell that the difference is enormous. I discovered the best magnesium supplement. The name is ReMag. A few months ago,  I traveled overseas and left the bottle of liquid magnesium at home. You know how customs do not like when you or somebody else does not follow the rules.

After a couple of days without ReMag, I got spasms. It was painful. I never had this experience before. The next day I ran to the pharmacy for magnesium. The magnesium citrate was an excellent choice at this time when I did not know about ReMag. Now I cannot stand the taste of magnesium citrate. I felt a new metal taste which was from citric acid.

Magnesium citrate consists of magnesium and citric acid. After ReMag, I never will be back to other magnesium supplements. Of course, if ReMag somehow disappeared, I would apologize to the rest of magnesium supplements because my body is deficient in magnesium.

Where to buy natural supplements?

The best way to buy natural supplements is from trusted sellers. What do I mean?  We must know:

  • Constituents of Supplements
  • The origin
  • Non-GMO
  • Purity
  • Lab results
  • Scientific evidence

Sellers who provide honest information about products are not afraid that the customer will change their mind and will search further. They know that their products are worth every penny.  Inventors, manufacturers, and sellers understand that fast and questionable marketing can bring temporary revenue and results.

Later on, people understood that it did not work as it claimed. Temporary success can run reputation because people want to trust the brand and spend money on high-quality products.

So, where to buy natural supplements?

Amazon is one of the biggest companies where you can find everything. It is not an exception that natural supplements find the right place between other items. What I like about Amazon is that people leave feedback. You can ask, and real customers will answer about their experience.

iHerbs is a company that offers plenty of options.

Mountain Rose Herbs (www.mountainroseherbs.com) is a company in Oregon that has many organic products of high quality.

True Hope company has the best products for mental health.

RnaReset ( www.rnareset.com) sells products that balance, restore, replenish, and provide vitality for the body to perfection.

Noni Fruit Leather ( www.real-noni.com) is raw and preserved in a low-temperature product. You can read about Noni fruit here.

Conclusion

These websites, as mentioned above, are places where you can find products and answers to any questions about your well-being. Your time and money will be saved if you use the best products from well-known, trusted sellers.

If you have any questions, please comment below. I would be glad to answer.
