3 Bulletproof Ways to Lose Weight Forever

December 15, 2016 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Weight loss is an essential topic for everybody who wants to look and feel comfortable and safe. These 3 bulletproof ways to lose weight forever will show how to rid of unwanted calories. We can start taking notes now. Are you ready?

3 bulletproof ways to lose weight forever

There no secret that humans like to eat, gorge, consume, and swallow significant portions without enjoying the food. Most of us use food to let us forget problems, help us relax, and have pleasure when taste buds are pleased with feelings.

The main ways to lose weight are food management, exercise, and nutrition, which guarantees that your body will get all the needed nutrients for the proper balance between the optional weight and comfortable feeling well.

Eat less

3 Bulletproof Ways to Lose Weight Forever

Do you know the size of the stomach? For the average person,  the stomach size is one portion that fits between two palms closed together. This amount between your palms is the quantity supposed to be enough to eat for you for dinner or breakfast.

Can you compare portions at the restaurant or at your home?

Previously I wondered how people get bypass surgeries. It happens when the stomach is too big after eating significant food portions and can not contract back to the previous size.

The stomach has muscles. These muscles churn the food. The food is moistened with gastric juices, broken down, and later on, pushed down towards the intestine.

When muscles become weak after constant overeating, they can not perform the job. The food starts to spoil because it sits in the stomach. Forces can not push food further. I know that fat has its secrets. However,  the inspiring story about one guy who lost weight still inspires me.

Move

3 Bulletproof Ways to Lose Weight Forever

If you look back at your parents or grandparents, you will see that they moved regularly. They did not have time to sit on TV or watch video games. Times changed, but we can find ways to burn calories and improve our bodies and well-being just with simple changes in our busy days. Climbing the stairs, going to the gym, walking the dog, and playing with kids will make our bodies more robust and flexible.

Nutrition

People who are overweight, obese, or unhappy with how they look must check the quality of food.

Unfortunately, conventional food like pizza, hot dogs, and hamburgers give the taste, but there are not enough vital nutrients for our bodies to flourish and efficiently work for us.

Nutrients are vital for our bodies. We need nutrients that provide energy and essential elements for metabolism, maintenance,  and protection of our bodies.

These three ways to lose weight are to people who overeat, do not move, and become sorry for themselves. Remember, you are as unique as everybody else on this planet. You have what to offer to the world and, at first, for yourself.

I know that changing habits is enormous work. Many people jump on the weight-loss train, drive for one week, and get out in the station, which offers comfort and coziness.

The conclusion

It is simple to lose weight if you do not have a critical medical condition. Otherwise, you must consult a doctor.

If you eat less, exercise, and consume nutritious food, you will soon lose unwanted pounds. These three bulletproof ways to lose weight forever will indeed show you results. It would help if you stuck with these habits forever. Why? Many New Year’s decisions go down the drain after a few weeks because most of us do not have a  strong will. If we recognize this weakness, we will be gentle with ourselves. However,  at the same time, we can stick with these three bulletproof ways to lose weight forever: eat less, move, and consume nutritious food.

Spirulina and the Immune System

December 15, 2016 By Nemira 2 Comments

Spirulina and the immune system is an exciting topic. Why? The immune system is a complex of ruthless guards who can stand against intruders of every kind. The immune system’s primary function is to recognize, detect, and then kill invading pathogens, such as bacteria, fungi, parasites,  and viruses. Spirulina, a source of active ingredients such as phycocyanin, helps the immune system perform its job efficiently and effectively.

How does the immune system work?

There are two responses to the immune system. They are classified as innate responses and adaptive responses.

Innate response

These ruthless guards are phagocytes, which kill intruders. It is done in this way. They engulf them and eradicate them. It is an innate response.

Adaptive response

Adaptive immune system response happens when specific antigens show up. The immune system produces antibodies to react to intruders.

Immune system and Spirulina

Spirulina and the immune system

According to Spirulina in Human Nutrition and Health, the authors show that Spirulina increases phagocytic activity. Remember, as I compared phagocytes with ruthless guards? Active ingredients in Spirulina strengthen the immune system and her little soldiers, such as phagocytes.

Results provided in the book Spirulina in Human Nutrition and Health suggest that whole Spirulina enhances macrophage functions, such as phagocytosis and the production of chemokines and cytokines. This effect may be attributable at least partially to the polysaccharide fraction.

Spirulina provides increased protection from invading pathogens ( Andrea T. Birchers and others. Spirulina and immunity, 188).

Animal lab tests show that Spirulina can stimulate various immune system functions.

These features are phagocytosis, the production of cytokines, chemokines, and other inflammatory mediators.

Spirulina can stimulate NK cell activity, B cell antibody production, T cell proliferation, and possibly cytokine secretion.

Researchers describe the Spirulina as algae that possess immunomodulatory activities. Spirulina enhances immune responses while dampening immune system hyperactivity.

The short explanation of terms

Phagocytosis

Phagocytosis is a process in which phagocytes engulf pathogens, bacteria, tiny mineral particles, and debris from other cells. After the process, the waste is expelled.

Phagocytes

Phagocytes are cells within the body. Phagocytes can engulf and, after absorption, expel bacteria, pathogens, mineral particles, and debris from small cells.

Macrophages

Macrophages are large, white blood cells. Macrophages engulf foreign substances, cell debris, microbes, cancer cells, and some other material that does not have the same kind of proteins as the healthy body.

These cells are competent. Imagine how they recognize strangers. It is like from Agent  007 Bond movies. You must be intelligent, brave, and intelligent to discover who is your friend or enemy.

Cytokines

Cytokines are substances secreted by immune system cells. The behavior of cells depends on them, for example,  such as the interaction and communication between cells. Cytokines are proteins.

Chemokines

Chemokines are part of the cytokines family. Chemokines are small proteins. They are vital for cell migration through venues of blood. Chemokines have a  gradient that lets cells know about directions to move in the case of emergencies such as inflammation or invaders.

NK cells

NK cells are killer cells. NK cells quickly respond when intruders such as viral-infected cells show up. Natural killer cells are unique. NK cells were able to detect stressed cells in the absence of antibodies. NK does not require activation. They kill intruders who do not have specific markers.

Cells of the immune system have unique markers which distinguish them from intruders. NK cells recognize intruders who are without tags.

Our bodies remind the little world where friends and neighbors, foes, and strangers interact in various ways.

Antibodies

Antibodies are proteins. The immune system produces antibodies. Additionally, the antibody is also known as immunoglobulin. When invaders,  also called antigens,  invade the foreign body, the immune system reacts to produce antibodies.

B cells

B cells are lymphocytes, white blood cells. Some of the B cells produce antibodies that bind to antigens. Some of the B cells secrete cytokines. Remember? Cytokines participate in the intercommunication between cells.

T cells

T cells are white blood cells. T cells scan the body for intruders. Homeland security, yes? T cells activate other immune cells, which engulf invaders. T cells remember the type of intruder that they met years ago. It is pretty fascinating.

Conclusion

As you see, the immune system is responsible for our well-being. We can help ourselves lead healthy lives by providing the best supplements and nutrition to our miraculous bodies. Spirulina and the immune system have relationships. The immune system can benefit from Spirulina.

The Prevention

December 9, 2016 By Nemira 2 Comments

Prevention is the key to health, financial freedom, and balance in life. Sounds pompous? Maybe. However, by tracing things in life and the consequences after doing deals, we can see that we could be in better places if we would take good care of ourselves.

Good health, stable financial freedom, and balance in life do not require big efforts, especially if people learn about it from childhood.

The health

Teenagers want to try everything that their peers do. It does not matter how it can be dangerous or troubling; plenty of us risk our lives and health. Smoking, drugs, driving after a party, or just sex without prevention shorten our possibilities for a better experience. Young people think that the whole time on the Earth belongs to them. Unfortunately,  they change their minds when they see the consequences later on.

Habits enslave us if we choose the wrong ones. I see many obese little children who could be targets for diabetes. Of course, parents have an influence, but they do not know other ways how to protect themselves from the consequences of bad behavior. Wrong choices lead to miserable lives because who can be happy having lousy health?

The financial freedom

the prevention

We all want better lives for ourselves and our loved ones. Unfortunately, most of us think about this day, not the future. Overspending leads to debt. Plenty of us would like to live comfortable lives. However, plenty of us do not think about how to reach financial freedom. We go with the flow. We follow the crowd.

If we do not have a great example in the family on how to plan for financial success, we can stay in the same steps or love as our parents did.

Many young people live with student loans and can not afford the house as their parents did.

The balance in life

Living in harmony with the world is art. Prevention could help us to reach this goal. When we take care of ourselves, we can achieve better results with others. It means that we are conscious of things and processes. We know what we do. We expect good results in all areas of life. We work towards it. Sooner or later, we will reach our goals and dreams.

The balance in life lets us feel safe, content, and joyful. When we are balanced, our health is correct, we do not have debts, and our minds are free from clutter about worries.

The prevention

How can we reach this condition? Prevention is the key. We eat real food without chemicals, exercise, and keep our mental health in check. The meditation and breathing exercises help calm down and see the perspective of things.

To reach financial freedom, we can use prevention methods, too. We prevent ourselves from buying houses that are too expensive. We save for vacations and projects. We learn about investing strategies. We choose the right advisors and mentors.

Prevention in whole all of our lives helps us live balanced and happy lives. It prevents us from making mistakes and fast decisions.

Take the Magnesium After Exercise

December 4, 2016 By Nemira 8 Comments

Magnesium, like the mineral, is vital for athletes. We must take magnesium after exercise. Why? During workouts,  the magnesium is lost. If athletes want to keep their energy levels up and not experience lactic acid buildup, they must take magnesium supplements.

Magnesium is an essential nutrient

When the magnesium amount is short, and calcium value is high, muscle cramps and lactic acid buildups occur. You will ask why?

When there is too much calcium, the initiator for muscle contraction, and less magnesium, the initiator of muscle relaxation, muscle cramps and lactic acid buildups occur.

Lactic acid causes pain after exercise because it builds up in the muscles. Magnesium relaxes muscles. The pain is gone.

Take magnesium after exercise

ReMag Review:The Best Way to Get Magnesium Benefits

Magnesium influences energy packets. These packets are called ATP or adenosine triphosphate. Studies done on animals show that magnesium restores endurance. It means that magnesium helps to recover after exercise. Magnesium reduces lactic acid build-up too.

Magnesium helps adrenal glands.

Everybody who jogs or runs long distances knows and feels the adrenaline rush after the long distance. It seems when the end is close; it’s hard to run. Fortunately, suddenly, you feel like a second breath or adrenaline burst helps you to move again without effort. People are addicted to this feeling because it gives them a sense of power and joy.

Unfortunately, adrenaline glands may deplete to the maximum. The one way to help them is magnesium and proper nutrition.

Magnesium and sudden cardiac death syndrome

According to Carolyn Dean, MD, ND, the author of Magnesium Miracle, athletes are at risk. They can drop dead from sudden cardiac death syndrome if the magnesium is deficient in their bodies, especially during competition.

The cardiovascular system requires magnesium as the vital nutrient which participates in the prevention of rhythm problems. Magnesium improves blood flow to the heart, helps relax the heart’s muscles, and protects the heart from calcium overload.

Besides it, magnesium breaks down blood clots that block the arteries. Magnesium reduces the damage of free radicals. When athletes take magnesium after exercise, they avoid the risk associated with heart problems.

The dosage of magnesium to athletes and people who exercise

Carolyn Dean, MD, ND, provides recommendations for magnesium from Dr. Seelig, the magnesium specialist.

For a 220-lb man: 600-1000 mg per day

For a 150 lb woman: 400-680 mg per day

These doses can be reduced and cut by 150 mg for people who exercise less, such as one or two hours a  day.

We can avoid problems associated with our well-being if we take magnesium after exercise.

Do you use magnesium supplements? Do you know a particular magnesium brand that helped you feel better? I would be glad to hear from you.

I added more information about magnesium’s importance for athletes and everybody who wants to stay fit for many years ahead.

Top magnesium benefits for athletes

Magnesium is an essential mineral crucial in various bodily functions, including those relevant to athletes. Here are ten potential benefits of magnesium for athletes:

Energy production

Magnesium is involved in the production and storage of energy in the body, making it vital for athletes who require sustained energy levels during physical activity.

Muscle performance and function

Adequate magnesium levels are essential for proper muscle contraction and relaxation. This mineral can improve athletic performance and reduce the risk of muscle cramps and injuries.

Protein synthesis

The mineral is involved in protein synthesis. It is the process by which the body builds and repairs muscle tissue. Sufficient magnesium intake supports muscle recovery and growth.

Oxygen delivery

Magnesium helps regulate healthy blood flow. Thanks to this mineral, oxygen is efficiently transported to working muscles during exercise. It leads to the enhancement of endurance and performance.

Electrolyte balance

Magnesium is an electrolyte that plays a role in maintaining proper fluid balance and hydration status. It is crucial for athletic performance and preventing dehydration.

Bone health

Magnesium is essential for maintaining strong and healthy bones. Without it, athletes would be at a higher risk of stress fractures and other bone-related injuries.

Nervous system maintenance

Magnesium aids in the proper functioning of the nervous system. It includes the transmission of nerve signals. This can help improve coordination, reaction time, and overall athletic performance.

Muscle relaxation and recovery

Magnesium relaxes muscles. This benefit aids in post-exercise recovery and reduces muscle soreness and stiffness.

Help for the immune system

Intense exercise can temporarily suppress the immune system. It can lead to making athletes more susceptible to infections. Magnesium supports immune function in the metabolism of cells and in hundreds of enzyme systems.

Stress fixation

Physical training and competition can place significant stress on the body. Magnesium helps regulate stress hormones, such as cortisol, and provides a sense of calm and relaxation, benefiting athletes’ mental well-being.

Magnesium is a vital mineral that keeps you and your loved ones in shape despite age. Unfortunately, we do not get enough minerals from food. It means that we need to look for pure, checked-in lab supplements that fill the gap required by the body’s performance, existence, and flourishing.

How to Lose Weight

November 11, 2016 By Nemira 4 Comments

Losing weight is easy if we follow some rules. How to lose weight? There are many promises about doing it, but who has the best answers? If we look back a  few decades ago, we did not have this problem as we have it now.

Quality and quantity of food, exercises, and keeping out of stress help to manage weight and escape adding additional waste when solving problems with the help of food.

How to lose weight?

People are not active anymore. If we look at individuals who work physically, we will not find anybody who is obese. Humankind accomplished so much, but it has forgotten that we are part of Nature. Why?

You do not see obese rabbits or bears, horses or dogs that have abilities to run free. All living beings who have restrictions to move become fat. There are consequences, such as problems with health, sexuality,  and self-esteem.

How to Lose Weight?

How about calories?

Calories are these days traditional to count. It isn’t enjoyable. The food does not give pleasure when we need to check all calories and feel guilty if we overeat before bed. Who does not like ice cream or chocolate? Of course, some individuals are okay without sweets. However, we must pay attention to what we eat.

The quality of food

Our ancestors did not have many chances to enjoy processed food. They eat homemade dishes such as soup and meat or fish with vegetables. Sometimes for dessert, fruits were from the garden.

The nutrition of food

Most of us know about depleted soil, hormones,  antibiotics, and chemicals. These things trigger various problems in our bodies.

Antibiotics harm good bacteria in our digestive system. Hormones interfere with human bodies and can act as carcinogens. No fun, yes? Depleted soil cannot grow vegetables and grains full of nutrients. Nutrients such as minerals and vitamins are vital to us. They participate in the metabolism and help function of organs. Thankfully, we can get nutrients from nutraceutical food such as Spirulina.

The amount of food

I think that everybody who lives in modern life and has a job consumes more food than they need. The stress and lack of time create an environment where we get pleasure and relaxation from food.

Plenty of people eat late. It happens because people work; some have duties that do not allow them to have time for the proper meal. Snacking is a common habit too. Nobody wants to have the snack of a carrot. They choose chips, candies, or granola bars to hide hunger until dinner.

Dinner is the biggest meal. It is eaten mainly before bed and in front of the TV. This combination leads to calories, which are deposited as fat in our bodies. Why? Calories must be burned and used during metabolic processes in our body. When we do not move, the body does not need so many calories. They become fatty deposits in the most critical areas, such as the belly or thighs.

How much do we need to eat?

Our stomach is a small, elastic organ. Its capacity is 350-450 cm2 or a little more than a quart. It can consist of 0,5 liter to 1,7 liter of liquid. It means that food will be digested well if we do not overeat.

The stomach has muscles. They churn food and push it around to expose it to the gastric juices. If we overeat food, our stomach muscles become weak. They can move food around. Food sits in the stomach, half indigested. All problems occurred from it, such as lousy protein digestion, intestinal gas, and loss of nutritional value from food.

We know that fresh food has nutrients. When food stays undigested, it can be spoiled pretty soon. It is the same with the stomach. If the food stays too long and unprocessed, we have problems because it can not be covered enough with gastric juices.

Conclusion

If we want to know how to lose weight and be in the shape Mother Nature created us, we must follow some rules.

How to lose weight?

These rules are:

Activity

Walking, exercise, and sports will help burn calories. The business supports the body to stay young, flexible, and healthy.

The quality of food

We must skip processed foods. These foods do not have nutrients that are vital for our bodies. More nutrients, fewer calories we need to consume. Spirulina is an excellent solution to get all essential nutrients with a minimum of calories.

The quantity of food

We must get up from the table when we feel slightly hungry. The sense of fulfillment will come after a few minutes. We must control how much vegetables, protein, and carbohydrates are consumed during the day. Plants must take the most significant part of the food ration.

The eating schedule

Breakfast is essential as the source of energy for the day. According to MD, ND Carolyn Dean is advisable to eat every four hours. In this way, the liver can rest. The last meal is supposed to be before sunset. The stomach needs to have time to digest food until we sleep.

Do you have some thoughts about how to be slim faster and feel good? Do you know how to lose weight? I would be delighted to hear from you.
