Why Do I Like Spirulina?

October 16, 2016 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Why do I like Spirulina? Spirulina, for me, is the number second after Cordyceps. I know that Spirulina is the best nutritional and nutraceutical algae. Spirulina makes me feel balanced and energetic.

Previously I ignored the qualities of Spirulina. I used it by recommendations of doctors as a nutritional supplement.

I did not have problems as people who wrote feedback in the book The Whole Truth About Spirulina. This book is the source of documented results and health care professionals about Spirulina usage.

Feedback is a great thing

We trust our friends or people who tried or used things which we would like to work too. Most of us are self-conscious and suspicious about fake products or false accusations; we would love to hear about the experience from reliable resources.

Nowadays, when everybody can use the right to free speech, somebody can make things up.

It is why I like to read scientific books and articles about products, things, or creations of Nature.

Usually,  people do not lie about the experience, especially if something was excellent and had good results after using an item or product.

Why do I like Spirulina?

Spirulina is the best food supplement with all amino acids, minerals, proteins, vitamins, and enzymes.

For example, beef has 22 percent protein, while Spirulina has complete protein from 65 to 71 percent. The protein amount in Spirulina is higher than in Chlorella.

Spirulina is certified and proven as a safe and non-toxic food supplement. Why do  I like  Spirulina? The algae do not have side effects. Of course, if somebody eats plenty of pills or tablets, the body can reject food when it is too much.

Aztecs and Mayans consumed spirulina people in Mexico and Africa thousands of years ago. Spirulina grows naturally in the lakes of Chad in Africa, in the middle of the Sahara Desert.

People harvest Spirulina scooping with baskets and pouring to drain on the sand. The algae dry in the sun. For the use of food, the Spirulina is mixed with wheat and baked or consumed as soup.

There are no side effects

I think that you have heard about the side effects of drugs. There are many stories about the not-so-social consequences of using one or different medications.

Spirulina does not have any side effects. I read that the body does not accept it readily for some people who take too many tablets or pills at once. Individuals who have plenty of toxins in their bodies can not feel well. Spirulina helps remove toxins from the body.  However, it is the same with everything. If it is too much of something,  the body handles it.

We need to listen to our bodies. We do not eat just vegetables all day because it is healthy. We take everything in moderation. Why do I like Spirulina? Spirulina is a nutraceutical food without any side effects.

Do you use Spirulina? If you use it, how long do you have this experience? It would be interesting to hear from you.

Spirulina Supplement Benefits

October 13, 2016 By Nemira 2 Comments

Spirulina is bluish-green algae with plenty of benefits to blow your mind off. Spirulina supplement benefits everybody who wants to feel well or improve the body’s well-being.

Balanced nutritional supplement

Spirulina has all vitamins, minerals, and amino acids. According to Christopher Hill, Ph. D., D.Sc., Spirulina is a relief food, concentrated and nutritious.

The soil deteriorated thanks to manufacturing and distribution practices. Traditional food lacks vital nutrients.  Spirulina is naturally grown, harvested, and consumed as a nutritional supplement.

The body must contain a pH balance

The scale of pH is from zero to 14. When pH is slightly over 7, our bodies have an alkaline balance. When pH is lower than 7, our body has an acidic balance.

What does it mean?

What does it mean? The term pH stands for the power of hydrogen. pH indicates the quantity level of hydrogen ions in a solution. When we talk about humans, in this case,  our blood plasma would be a subject here. When we consume food, our body burns nutrients. These nutrients become the energy for our bodies. However, combustion produces by-products such as carbon dioxide and hydrogen ions.

If these hydrogen ions remain in the blood for a prolonged time in large quantities, our ph balance is acid. It means that the pH is lower than 7.

The importance of oxygen ions

Oxygen ions evacuate hydrogens from the body when hydrogen concentration becomes high. Hydrogen removal requires a vast amount of oxygen ions. We can be quickly tired when oxygen ions evacuate hydrogen ions.

You would ask why these oxygen ions are so necessary. The oxygen participates in cellular respiration. Oxygen molecules participate in the compound of proteins, fats, nucleic acids, and carbohydrates.

If our body lacks oxygen, which evacuates hydrogen ions from the body, we can be tired. The blood plasma becomes acidic. Vitality disappears.

The cause of the acidic constitution

Diet and stress are the primary reasons. Acidity develops in humans if our diet lacks minerals such as magnesium, potassium,  and sodium.

We would think that food and vitamins can provide us with all the needed minerals and active ingredients. However, most soil is depleted of minerals — chemical ingredients for prolonged shelf time, such as preservatives added to food staples.

People consume acid-producing foods. They do not know why they feel tired and not fulfilled.

You would ask what kind of acid-producing foods are

All meat, rice, wheat, popcorn, pasta, and bread are common acid-forming foods.

These conditions, such as improper diet, stress, and environmental issues, cause our bodies to become acidic.

Spirulina changes trend towards the acidic constitution

Here Spirulina can help us to regain well-being. Spirulina is a quickly congested food full of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, proteins, and fatty acids. One of many Spirulina supplement benefits is an alkaline balance in the body.

We can remain in good shape when we do not lack vital nutrients.

Spirulina and Nutrition

October 6, 2016 By Nemira 22 Comments

Spirulina and nutrition have close relationships. Why? Proper nutrition is the key to wellness, growth, development,  and joy. Spirulina is a 21st-century food. These blue-green algae contain vital enzymes, vitamins, minerals, proteins, and amino acids.

According to the book Spirulina in Human Nutrition and Health, Spirulina is a high-nutraceutical phenomenon.

You would ask, what is nutraceutical?

Nutraceutical means food that has suitable additives and healing abilities. It implies that Spirulina is an excellent choice for those who want to be healthy and in good shape.

Spirulina consists of proteins, balanced fatty acids, vitamins,  and minerals. Spirulina is food that helps tackle diabetes, anemia, cancer, arthritis, and more health problems.

Spirulina and nutrition

According to Wikipedia, nutrition is a science that interprets the interaction of nutrients and other substances in food for an organism’s maintenance, growth, reproduction, health, and disease.

Spirulina is easily digestible food and rich in nutrients. For example,  one tablespoon a day can relieve iron anemia. Iron anemia is a common mineral deficiency.

When soil is depleted,  animals and birds, the food source for humans, are fed up with substances lacking nutrients and full of chemicals; humans do not get enough nutrients from food.  Spirulina is an excellent source of essentials for growth and development for people.

The role of fatty acids

Spirulina is rich in fatty acids. Fatty acids are the source of fuel. No fuel, no ride. The human body does not produce essential body acids. We must get fatty acids from food.

Two fatty acids are vital for humans: an omega-3 fatty acid( alpha-linolenic) and an omega-6 fatty acid( linoleic acid).

Primarily fatty acids serve multiple functions in the human body.

Fatty acids play a significant role in treating depression, inflammation, and metabolic processes.

In the book,  Spirulina in Human Nutrition and Health authors emphasize the antimicrobial activity of Spirulina. Linolenic and linoleic acids have therapeutic value in cardiovascular diseases, menstrual disorders, skin diseases, hypercholesterolemia, and other disorders.

The human body produces GLA (gamma-linolenic acid) from linoleic acid (omega-6 fatty acid). GLA is found in primrose oil, edible hemp seeds,  and spirulina. GLA ( gamma-linolenic acid) plays a role in antimicrobial activity.

Vitamins

Spirulina supplies are rich in vitamins such as A, B-complex, beta C, D, and E.

Beta-carotene or provitamin A

Vitamin A helps maintain mucous membranes and pigments necessary for good vision.

According to Robert Hendrikson, author of Earth Food Spirulina, carotene reduces the risks of cancers. Environmental issues and poor nutrition can be triggers for cancer. Beta carotene can reduce risks.

B-complex vitamins

Spirulina contains more B vitamins than beef liver, sea vegetables, or chlorella.

Minerals

Spirulina contains iron, a mineral that is vital for human bodies. Without iron, anemia can occur. People who suffer from anemia experience dizziness, ringing in the ears, lack of stamina, and loss of color in the face. There are heart palpitations and shortness of breath.

Iron is part of hemoglobin, a protein molecule in red blood cells. Red blood cells transport oxygen from the lungs to tissues and organs of the human body.

When anemia occurs, oxygen levels decrease, and people become tired quickly.

Spirulina is a great iron supplement because the absorption percentage of iron is 60% higher than other iron supplements, such as iron sulfate.

Spirulina contains minerals such as calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, phosphorus, zinc, manganese, copper,  and chromium.

Chlorophyll

Spirulina contains significant amounts of chlorophyll. Chlorophyll is known as a cleansing agent. Chlorophyll can bind toxic metals and help the liver to rid of them.

Chlorophyll has the effect of curing inflammation of the mucous membranes. Gastritis and gastric ulcers are eased with the support of Spirulina.

Enzymes

Enzymes are biochemical catalysts. They influence the reaction in the body, such as quenching free radicals. As you know, free radicals increase metals’ aging and corrosion. Free radicals damage cells and proteins in the body.

It means Spirulina contains enzymes that prevent the body from being damaged by free radicals.

Conclusion

Spirulina is a stable source of vitamins, minerals, proteins, and enzymes. Spirulina is easily digested, without side effects nutritious supplement. The correlation between Spirulina and nutrition is enormous.

Spirulina is a healthy nutraceutical food and a reliable supply of vital nutrients.

Real Horror Stories

Real Horror Stories

Horror stories are for Halloween time. Real horror stories are for those who would like to be awake from the dreary present or want to be shaken to the core.  These people are hungry for in-depth sensations; they are just bored.

I prefer happy endings over scary ones. Life is a great experience. I would wish that nobody would experience something horrible in their lives. Anyway, shit happens as the main hero told in the movie Forrest Gump.

How can it be scary?

I am not a fan of real horror stories or movies. I read a few books about Stephen King and saw the movie The Shining.  These creators are brilliant, and they know how to impress people.  I know that nowadays, these fiction stories are not a big deal compared to real-life events.

There are more scary stories that I read in Dr. Carolyn Dean’s book Death by Modern Medicine.

I got this book when I wrote a research paper in college. The teacher asked us to compare two different things in our work. I heard about this book from actress Shirley MacLaine. I bought it and read it.

I could not believe what I read, but this book was actual. Everything that is written is a fact.

How are you brave?

Dr. Carolyn Dean describes in her book Death by Modern Medicine one study. This research shows that a patient who gets a full-body CT scan is exposed to a radiation level equal to that of atomic bombs dropped on Nagasaki.

The book’s author could not believe it and emailed Dr. Brenner, who published this research paper. The answer was that if somebody was two and a half kilometers from the epicenter, where the bomb dropped, they got the same exposure as a single CT scan. Uh, no fun.

Get up from the couch

We all want to live happy and satisfying lives. We can complain that something is wrong or somebody is unfair to us. It does not change anything.

We must think and do what is suitable for us, our families, and the community. If we find comfort in eating, smoking, or some attractions, we will be in the same situation because these habits do not solve our problems.

More than 90 million Americans live with chronic illnesses. The direct cost associated with physical inactivity was over 76 billion in 2000. The indirect and direct expenses related to smoking were 75 billion annually. These numbers can continue because this book is the source of objective facts.

These facts are so scary that I could not forget them after reading this book a few years ago.

Cake, muffins, soda drinks for anyone?

Real Horror Stories

Nancy Appleton, on her website, writes about sugar. I am a big fan of chocolate. I do not want to give up on it. But… The author gives over 100 reasons why we must use less sugar.

Not everybody has a strong will and can get rid of comfort food immediately.

However, rethinking our strategies would be a significant step toward our well-being.

Nancy Appleton backs her statements with research papers. She does not make up her comments about these sweet things.

A few statements make me shiver.

  • Sugar can lead to alcoholism.
  • Sugar may cause premature aging. Oh no, not for us.
  • Sugar can weaken eyesight and cause hypoglycemia, copper deficiency, asthma, etc.

There are more than 100 reasons why we could give up on sugar. If these facts do not carry you,  it is your decision.

Facts are facts

Real Horror Stories

These horror stories are real. If you want to have a Halloween mood before November, you can read this book. Points in the book Death by Modern Medicine came from mainstream medical research. Data from science, medical journals, and statistics are genuine.

It is good to be lost in a fantasy world, but we live here in a real one. There was a myth that the bird ostrich liked to put its head in the sand and pretend that nobody would see him. However, you will find another picture and story when you search for facts.

These real horror stories are excellent remedies for everybody who wants to expand their understanding of the real world.

An update

Today, on January 17, I listened to the show Fresh Air on NPR. The host presented the book The Danger Within Us written by the doctor and medical journalist  Jeanne Lanzer. When I listen to these stories, I feel that I live in a surreal world. Why? I cannot believe that it could happen. For example, nobody pays attention to the side effects of medical devices.  Some of the patients in the book acknowledged that they would be better without tools because there is plenty of pain and uncertainty about how this device will behave in the future. Victims are not just ordinary people but health professionals with hip surgeries, for example.

You can listen to an informative and scary podcast from NPR.

Real Horror Stories

Shit happens, as Forrest Gump said. However, why not be informed and make decisions by gathering facts?

How to Protect the Liver from Alcohol

September 23, 2016 By Nemira 2 Comments

The liver is the biochemical factory in our bodies. How to protect the liver from alcohol? The vital functions of the liver are analysis and synthesis, storage, and detoxification. The liver is the largest organ in the human body.

People consumed alcohol for ages. I can not imagine French culture without cognac, cheese,  and wine. Irish people are famous for whiskey, Japanese with sake.

Know your limits

Unfortunately, people do not know the limits. They consume too much alcohol. The damage would be done fast enough.

The liver can dispose of 10 millimeters of alcohol per hour. It means that if we drink more, the liver cannot detoxicate the alcohol.

How to protect the liver from alcohol?

Eat proteins

Most all enzymes which break down the alcohol are made from proteins. It means that proteins are crucial to us if we want to have a well-functioning liver.

70 % of the liver is protein—enzymes that perform functions derived from proteins.

The daily protein dose for adults is a minimum of 60-70 grams. Children require more because they grow.

Proteins consist of various numbers of different amino acids. It means that we must eat different types of food.

No to cirrhosis

Cirrhosis is a condition when fatty cells in the liver take over healthy liver cells. Usually, about 4% of the liver’s weight is fat. When fat reaches the 10% limit, the liver can not perform its functions.

Excess fat accumulates in cells when the liver does not get enough protein from food.

It is a vicious cycle.  The body lacks proteins. When there are not enough enzymes from proteins, the liver can not detoxicate the alcohol.

Cirrhosis is a dangerous disease with a high mortality rate.

How to protect the liver?

We can wonder how French people consume so much alcohol but stay healthy and, most importantly, happy.

French people enjoy food. They eat slowly. They drink wine slowly. They do not rush anywhere.

Cheese, meat, butter, mushrooms,  and vegetables are everyday staples on the table of French people. They have enough proteins from food.

The liver is healthy when one drinks moderately and gets proteins from food. Without proteins and vitamins, a deficiency of vital nutrients can occur anytime.

Spirulina is the source of protein

Christopher Hills, Ph.D., D.Sc., found out that consuming 30 pills of Spirulina can prevent a hangover. Spirulina has a high amount of protein. It contains the liver from poisoning with alcohol.

Prevention is the best key to being healthy

Drinking alcohol in moderation and getting enough proteins and vitamins from food could protect our bodies from poisoning. It is better to take care of ourselves when we are in good shape and when to suffer consequences from the reckless usage of alcohol. How to protect the liver from alcohol is essential to know everybody.

We are responsible for our well-being. Without good health, life would be less colorful and joyful. Let’s think first and enjoy a glass of wine later.

Importance of Spirulina

September 10, 2016 By Nemira 2 Comments

What is Spirulina? The Spirulina is ancient bluish-green algae. Spirulina is the source of vitamins, carotenoids, minerals, proteins, carbohydrates, fats, pigments, and fatty acids&lipids.

Who heard about Spirulina?

I talked with a few of my friends and colleagues about Spirulina. They did not express interest in this nutritional food source. They are in good shape and do not seek any solution to enrich their daily food intake.

My interest in Spirulina

I read a lot. I have plenty of books waiting for me until I finish what I started. I use the computer and phone a lot. It means that my eyes do not have rest during the day. I began searching for nutritional supplements that would be digestible and delicious in vital nutrients. I know that nutrients can help my body and, at the same time, my eyes.

Importance of Spirulina

I started to dig for some more information. Scientists, doctors, and journalists published reviews and books about this miraculous algae.

Spirulina’s costs versus food costs

The price of food at the store is not the price we would like to think is a  real value.

There are many hidden costs for conventional food.

Medical expenses from unhealthy food

Everybody knows how many spoons of sugar are in a glass of soda drinks. Products on the shelves can stay long thanks to added chemicals. Everything looks good till we see our weight climbing and vital signs change. US Surgeon links two-thirds of death to diet. Here medical bills, health insurance, and home care bills show up.

Government helps farmers

The government subsidizes farms through taxes. This contribution encourages farmers to use soil and water. The farmer pays less for water, and the government pays the difference between the actual water and the farmer’s prices. According to Robert Henrikson, in 1989, Farmer’s Home Administration had loaned over 20 billion dollars.

The danger to the environment and resources

Growing agro-business threatens the environment. The population of human beings grows. It requires more and more food. The soil is used and reused without giving back minerals. Countless herds graze. Soil erosion occurs.

According to Robert Henrikson, the author of Earth Food Spirulina, an inch of topsoil takes 200 to 1000 years to get back in shape.

Who will wait so long? People are hungry, and they want to eat now.

How is good cheap food?

The food grown using pesticides and fertilizers is inexpensive compared with organic food. Stores prefer to have sustainable food. There are preservatives used. I guess that in this food are not so many nutrients left. Our bodies can be weaker. Few cups of coffee do not help to restore energy and vitality.

Advantages of Spirulina

According to Robert Henrikson, there are facts in the book Earth Food Spirulina.

  • Spirulina could be cultivated on unusable land.
  • Protein production from Spirulina requires 20 times less land than soybeans and 40 times less area compared to the property used for corn.
  • For the growth of the Spirulina,  the water can be alkaline or salty. The algae do not compete with the water used to grow conventional food.
  • Energy efficiency is higher compared to corn and soybeans.
  • Algae consume carbon and release oxygen. I think that it is a significant point. Nowadays, when climate change is visible, Spirulina can be a savior.
  • Spirulina does not need plenty of places to grow. Spirulina can grow in a hot climate where other crops do not survive.  In countries where food distribution does not work correctly, Spirulina could help sustain thousands of people in developing countries.
  • Spirulina does not do any harm to the environment. Spirulina enriches the air with oxygen.

Conclusion

Spirulina can play an essential role in helping people get rid of malnutrition. It is a cheap source of vital nutrients.

Spirulina generates oxygen and fixes carbon.

To grow Spirulina commercially does not need a Nobel prize winner to find out how to accomplish these tasks. Commercial farms grow Spirulina as healthy food on the six continents.

Spirulina can improve the well-being of people who live in emerging countries.

An update

This text was written a few years ago when bad people did not take over food supplies and did not burn food processing factories. Bugs weren’t on the menu, and nobody thought this craziness would last three years.

Thankfully, Spirulina is around, and we must remember that nutraceutical food is a hundred times better than insects.

Spirulina’s Health Benefits

September 9, 2016 By Nemira 10 Comments

Spirulina is algae that existed billions of years ago. The Aztecs recognized the Spirulina’s health benefits and ate Spirulina before the Spanish conquistadors. People in Africa have consumed the Spirulina for centuries.

Spirulina flourishes in natural alkaline lakes.  Spirulina grows in ponds for human consumption.

Over 25000 species of algae live on the surface of the Earth. Blue-green algae like spirulina are the most primitive. They only divide; they do not sexually produce.

Spirulina’s health benefits

Spirulina is known as a superfood. Algae contain concentrated nutrients that are vital to the human body.

Spirulina as the source of proteins

Spirulina has a high amount of protein compared with natural food, easily digestible. Additionally, Spirulina does not have rigid walls in its cells. It is essential for people who have digestion problems.

Spirulina is a source of vitamins

Spirulina is a source of vitamins. Vitamin A is ten times more concentrated in Spirulina compared with vitamin A found in carrots.

Vitamin A is essential for vision, maintaining mucous membranes, and reducing serum cholesterol. According to Robert Henrikson, author of Earth Food Spirulina, beta-carotene or vitamin A reduces risks for all types of malignant diseases.

Spirulina"s Health Benefits

Vitamin B-12 and B vitamin complexes are in the structure of Spirulina. B vitamins balance the body’s metabolism,  participate in the nervous system, keep the vision in check, participate in enzyme work, maintain the skin healthy, and help create DNR.

Spirulina is a source of iron

Spirulina contains iron. Iron anemia is typical for children, women, and the elderly. The form of metal in Spirulina is easily absorbed. According to Robert Hendrikson, Spirulina is 60% better absorbed than other iron supplements.

The spectrum of Spirulina’s activity

  • The Spirulina normalizes the gut flora
  • Spirulina prevents free radicals.
  • Spirulina stimulates macrophages which fight against malignant cells
  • Spirulina creates an alkaline environment in the body
  • Spirulina strengthens the body’s immune system
  • Spirulina prompts healing processes after accidents and bone breakage.
  • Spirulina enriches the human body with vital nutrients
  • Spirulina is helpful for people with a physical load to bear and who have lost appetite and weight.

Spirulina’s health benefits in Japan

Spirulina is recognized as a nutritional supplement in the United States. Spirulina can not be claimed as the thing which heals people.

Japanese and Mexicans have different approaches. There researched Spirulina’s benefits and healing effects.

Chronic diseases, especially those with a history of malnutrition, disappear or become less annoying after Spirulina’s consumption.

In the book Spirulina what it is…the Health Benefits It Can Give You, the author Joseph Challem lists chronic diseases where Spirulina played a critical role as the promoter of self-healing.

Some of these diseases have been studied in Japan and recorded in prestigious medical journals.

Spirulina’s health benefits when chronic diseases occur

They are diabetes, anemia, liver disease, ulcers, pancreatitis, visual complaints, leukocyte loss prevention, and allergies.

Japanese use Spirulina to relieve symptoms of heavy metal poisoning. Spirulina helps remove toxins from the body.

Spirulina is an excellent source of nutrients.  Spirulina can be quickly grown and serve as food for starving countries. Spirulina’s health benefits allow the body to flourish. Who knows, maybe someday we can grow Spirulina in our backyards.

How to Think for Yourself Now

September 6, 2016 By Nemira Leave a Comment

Thoughts are like monkeys in heads. Ideas come and go. Thinking for yourself now is essential because most people think and act automatically. When we are scared, we run or fight. When we are hungry, we eat. When we are sad and frustrated, we fight, freeze, or eat again.

We do not control ourselves when we let thoughts be scattered as people are on the ice skating rink.

I guess that many unfortunate events occur when we do not think. We react.

How to avoid consequences?

We tell somebody harsh words. We regret this. Unfortunately, we can not take back what was done.

We want to prove to somebody that we are right. So what? You are content for a while. Your opponent is unhappy, at least. Who wins in this situation? Nobody.

When is the dangerous situation we must survive at any price? We must run or fight if it is possible. Otherwise, we can solve problems peacefully. How?

Removing yourself from conflict and looking at all situations as outsiders helps immensely. For example,  somebody calls you a donkey.

Okay, it is their opinion, not yours. You know who you are. If you don’t,  you must stop blaming yourself,  sit down, and think about yourself as a  friend who wants to help you.

Love yourself at any time

Many people are vulnerable and sensitive, especially something that touches their looks. It means that you do not enjoy yourself. Nobody told you that you are unique in the position of science. I do not talk about God, who loves everybody and constantly.

If you look at your family, brothers, and sisters are different. Little details, such as other behavior or body language, show that we are all unique. Nobody is higher or lower. We are different and unique. It is all.

We will calm down and stop blaming ourselves when we understand that we all have differences, and it does not describe us as people from the lower or upper class. We will start thinking about how to be happy and show the world our uniqueness.

Expand your view

If you are not happy today, it does not mean that this situation does not improve tomorrow. Always will be a way how to change harmful or unpleasant states.

Maybe you heard that you could change your surroundings or later in life by changing your thoughts.

It is pretty simple to think about everything from the positive side. You can turn every experience into knowing what works for you and what is not functioning.

How to think for yourself now?

If you read motivational books and expand your awareness, you will feel calmer and more content.

You can relate to other people’s lives in books. You can learn from their mistakes. There are many stories on YouTube about the falls and ups of famous people.

If they could overcome problems and obstacles, maybe you can too.

Procrastination is enemy

Letting somebody rule our lives means we will not reach our dreams. You and only you know what is best for you. If you are not sure about it, look for answers from trustworthy sources, or they can lead to other places of information.

Do not wait till somebody rescues you. People will do what they think about what is best for them. Your opinion can be different.

If you do not act, you will waste precious time. Thinking and looking for the best ways for yourself will let you choose many options. You will learn to think for yourself now and later in life.

The flexibility

People change, and circumstances can be different. Maybe after a few years, you will see that you want to be a painter instead of a mechanic or dentist.

Being flexible lets you choose the best way to a state where you are your boss. You are in control of your actions, thoughts, and events. You will see that learning how to think for yourself now and later is pretty straightforward.

Positive Affirmations and Self-Esteem

August 14, 2016 By Nemira 8 Comments

Positive affirmations and self-esteem have correlated. Affirmations influence us. Words from positive affirmations create an environment where our subconscious mind will create reality. Self-esteem can benefit highly from positive affirmations.

I heard stories about children who had bad experiences in childhood. Some parents and so-called friends at school bullied them with remarks about their physical and mental abilities. These words sink deep into the subconscious mind.

We think that we forget unpleasant words and experiences. Unfortunately, our emotions show different results. Something such as a phrase from co-workers or strangers on the street can trigger the return of unpleasant memories.

Now we are adults. So what? I guess that many of us have heard about inner children. We all have it inside us. It is not the physical being but something tangible that we feel.

Do not block emotions

We can try to hide the experience from the past, or we can rewrite it. Positive affirmations can help us return to peace and calmness. The self-esteem will flourish.

The blocking of emotions does not do any good for us. It is best to recognize them and understand that the past is the past. Nothing more.

If the anger and frustration inside us,  it makes us weaker and unhappy.

The inner child can cry inside us when we remember a terrible experience from the past. Anyway, it is the best way to move on using positive affirmations.

Positive thinking calms and releases tension

When we repeat positive words, we plant the seed of positivity in the subconscious mind. The process takes time till positive comments will make influence us.

Affirmations such as Everything is well or  I am healthy, wealthy, and wise can do wonders. We must repeat statements as often as possible. I read that we must repeat positive words and affirmations many times daily.

There are recommendations for positive words.  We must repeat them three thousand times a day to see the effect.

Affirmations work for us when we repeat them twenty times a day.

Correlation between self-esteem and positive affirmations

I think that everybody knows how words affect us. We are happy when somebody praises us. We are confused when someone gives the wrong attitude and uses foul language.

Positive affirmations lift our mood, create a pleasant environment, and push us to feel better about ourselves. Our self-esteem can be higher and stronger when we plant words of positivity in our minds.

At once, we can think just one thought. If this thought is empowering, we will create for ourselves an environment where our self-esteem can grow up.

We will be confident when we will use positive affirmations for ourselves.

It does not matter how you look or what kind of gender you are. If you think about yourself from the positive side, sooner or later, you will become what you think about.

Thoughts are seeds

Words can lift us. Words can harm us. You know about severe cases at schools or how co-workers at the office react to sweet and calming words.

Words can hurt us. Words can heal us. Louise Hay is the author of books where she offers affirmations. You can pick one statement for yourself and repeat it regularly. After one month, you will see results.

It is not a joke or a fantasy. You can read books about the importance of positive information. Robin Sharma, Deepak Chopra, and Louise Hay are authors who offer information about the healing effects of positive information.

Affirmations can be long or short. It does not matter. Words that create statements matter. They generate an impact on our self-esteem.

I wish that you could lift your self-esteem using affirmations. Positive affirmations and self-esteem are related.

10 motives to stay healthy

Motivation is the main reason to reach goals. The most important goal is to stay healthy. Why? Being sick, nobody can enjoy life thoroughly.  Wealth does not matter. It doesn’t matter if we are poor or wealthy.

Why do we need to eliminate bad habits without proper purpose and understanding of reasons? We would stay in the same place or would travel down the hill.

No for bad habits

When we fill out job applications, we are asked about bad habits such as smoking, drugs, or drinking. Being dependent on drugs or alcohol can interfere with our ability to perform duties. It means that we need to rid of them. By being free of bad habits, we will stay healthy.

Yes for longevity

Being able to live long, full of adventures, great memories,  and feelings, that we gave everything best to humanity and yourself, is a gift. To reach it, we must take care of ourselves. I think it is great when you can share your experience with others, enjoy your family and friends, and help the less fortunate and seniors. Knowing that bad habits do not contribute to staying in shape, we can eliminate them or ask for professional help.

First, do think, later act

How often do we do something and regret it later?  The consumption of alcohol blocks our minds. We feel uplifted, but the consequences could last long terms. Children had children, illnesses, which are after relationships with strangers, accidents are no fun then we see what do, what is sad that we can not change it.

Stay fit and appealing

When we forget to take of ourselves, our bodies can rebel against us. Without proper nutrition, exercise, and being slaves of bad habits, we can transform into shapeless humans. Who does want to be in this way? Better is to get a grip, smile at yourself, and move in the right direction: start to love yourself.

Consequences of bad habits

Everybody knows how is difficult to rid of nasty habits. They pull us back to the place where everything seems so easy. Unfortunately, awakening is horrible. The more we consume drugs or alcohol, the more we weaken our bodies and minds.

Showing good examples for children

Being role models for our children, we could be in control of our habits too. Who wants to show destructive patterns for future generations or be remembered as the loser? Doing our best, we set perfect examples of how to deal with various situations, especially if we get up from misery and return to life. This inspiration can leave prints in our children’s memory.

Spend money on education and experiences

We can enrich or destroy our lives by choosing where to spend our money. Fancy drinks, cigars, and drugs make us feel better for a while, but it harms our health. If we spend money on books and travel with family, we keep our lives in balance and build the foundation for ourselves and our children.

Living fulfilling life

We will be happy and content when we respect and love each other as a family. Working on issues, solving problems together, trusting, and caring for each other allows us to stay in the best shape possible.

Great food for the body

Without proper nutrition, we can not act, think and work in the best way. We care for our bodies properly by getting all minerals, vitamins, and enzymes from organic food. If we eat well, we can be in shape all way long.

Our choice for a better life

We are responsible for our lives. Nobody will take care of us as well as ourselves. Deep inside, we know what we need. We can act by deciding on our best health and well-being goals. Our choices on how to live long, fulfilling, and prosperous lives will become a reality if we take the wheel into our hands.
